Spoke with employees the day before to inquire about window tinting and I was informed they work on a first come, first serve basis. Showed up the next morning as the second customer of the day, employee gave me an estimated 3 hours before my car was done. I agreed to leave my vehicle with them and they said they would call me when it was done and ready to pick up. 3 hours goes by and no call, then 4 hours, then 5, and 6. After the 7th hour of having my car, I decided to call the shop and see what the hold up was. Employee who answered the phone said they were still working on my car and they would call once they finished, I drive a Mustang mind you so they only need to tint three and a half windows. By 9 hours, the shop is closed and I still have yet to hear anything about my vehicle so I call again. Same story, my car is still being worked on and I just need to wait for them to call me. I wait another 2 hours, until 9pm, for a grand total of 11 hours before I finally get a call to pick up my car. Upon arrival I'm charged $200 and rushed out the door so the employee who was doing the work could leave for the day. Walking to my car, I can immediately see that my car is absolutely filthy. I brought it in freshly washed and detailed and they returned it sticky and covered in water and whatever else they used to apply my tint. I open the door to get in and they left a razor blade on my leather seat, they didn't clean up the mess they made at all. The following morning as I'm heading to work, I see a weird stream of light on my dash. I park at work and do a quick walk around where I discover a light gap left on my passenger side window. I contacted the manager/owner to inform them of the ridiculous wait time, lack of communication, terrible condition my vehicle was left in, and the light gap in the tint. I'm told to go in the following day at 2pm to have the car detailed and the tint fixed. The next day comes, I bring my car back and the same employee who did the work originally tells me that he doesn't think the gap is that bad and he's too busy to get to my car to fix it until maybe tomorrow, doesn't even mention the detailing. I call the manager/owner back and send him pictures of the gap and the way my car was left, he asks me to come in two days later first thing in the morning. I informed him that I cannot due to my work schedule but he informs me that he won't do anything else until he sees the gap in person and it has to be on that day at that time. I haven't heard from anyone since and ended up taking my vehicle to Shade Shop to have the tint removed and replaced. My recommendation, skip the hassle and horrible customer service, and just make the trip to Shade Shop.

It looks like I just drove it off the lot! I almost never write reviews and they are usually negative when I do but I had to write one for these guys. I came from San Diego where I usually get a detail every month. They never come close to getting the pet hair out and the stain on the seats from 2 toddlers making a mess. They were able to do that and then some. The detail put into the work was second to none. Even down to the brakes, they cleaned every square centimeter on this car and cleaned it well. Pretty much immaculate. I was weary of the $195 quote they gave me but it was worth every penny! Will definitely come back next time I'm in town to visit my family.

My car has never looked cleaner . And the man that helped me was the nicest. I took my car at 8am to get detailed they close at 8pm and I get off at 7. So I figured no problem getting there before . A customer comes in with 2 minutes left, by the time they leave I look down and it’s 8:30!!!! I call immediately and the guy was so nice and waited for me to pick my car up. There was skittles that had melted in the back seat on the carpet that had been there forever and I could never get it out . But they got it all out & it’s cleaner then the first day I had it !!!! Just over all the service was worth what I paid . Thank you guys !!!

I went here this morning to drop off my mini van and they wanted $500. Absolutely wild, the van isn’t even that bad. The guy was just so rude and seemed to want nothing to do with me, maybe they don’t like cars with kids? He said he spotted dog hair, but I’ve brought my husbands truck in before that the same dog rode in and they charged $250 without the blink of an eye. Incredibly disappointing as we rearranged our entire morning to drop off our van. But beware!

No compressed air at the vacuums, so I can’t blow all that leftover soapy water, which leaves lines on the car. Bugs kinda came offish. Running boards didn’t even get touched. Micro transactions at each vacuum lol. Just raise the price $5 and give every car a “cleaning kit” I’ve been to multiple car washes in different states that do this and I always go back. They just have towels and spray bottles of air freshener, glass and interior cleaners at each vacuum for use.. I won’t participate in micro transactions. Edit: it got none of the bugs off, zero, zilch.

I cannot say enough positive things about 2LC! They are so friendly, thorough and really go the extra mile for their customers. I used to come usually but the last time I went the machine broke one of the design shell on the back of my driver side and I went and reported it and they told me to put my information, they told me that corporate will call me back in a couple days but they never did and I came back twice and they just told me to write my information again but never getting a call back. I want corporate to know about this because I’m not happy about this, I will not come back there and corporate haven’t done anything about it

I have no idea why car washes list and even charge extra for wheel and tire cleaning. I believe this place is the worst. Purchased top car was that specifically listed wheel and tire cleaning. You see what I got. Zero.

THEY SAVED OUR TRUCK A NEW PAINT JOB!!! Mighty Wash has always been good to us but this location is A CUT ABOVE THE REST! JR and J saved my blue truck when it was covered in YELLOW PAINT from a loose bucket on the roadway! They worked extra hard to scrub and remove the paint before it could cure! Phenomenal customer service and friendly staff! Highly Recommend!

The guys at Mighty Wash #25 on Grandview Ave. Are amazing! They spray your front end and scrub the bugs off before you enter the wash, And dry your car off as you exit the wash! They have 3 different monthly memberships, But the basic wash is even great! Thier highest membership includes wax, ceramic coatings, wheel cleaner and more! They also have free vacuums that you can pull into after you exit the wash. Personally I like coming in the evening as the crew are very friendly and have no problem helping you in any way. I recommended this car wash for anyone's car wash needs! Try them out, You won't be disappointed!
