Not a reputable business. He had my truck for 9 hrs, charged me $80 and only vacuumed the back seat and claimed “he needed more time” to detail entire truck. I needed my truck so I picked it up with all my counsel items in a Target bag and nothing cleaned other than the back seat. No windows, no front seat, no outside. Next day found my drivers mat missing. He “found it”. Next day found a set of keys missing from the counsel and he claims “we weren’t in the counsel” after handing my my stuff 2 days earlier. Do not use this company!!!

My Toyota Tundra had not been washed for over a year. I took over to Jovan's and asked them to try and make it look the best they could. I patiently waited about an hour and a half watching Law & Order inside. When they were done they brought me out to see their work. It looked like it just came off the show room floor. The outside and inside were spotless and I believe they put a little wax on the paint, conditioned all the plastic elements on the outside and the interior was perfect. The kicker was that they cleaned the engine and the underneath of the truck. I will definitely be returning when I am to lazy to wash it myself. They got this project since it had not been washed for over a year. My goal is to clean it a little more often myself and leave the difficult jobs to Jovan's. Thanks to the Jovan's Team. I don't think I'm overly picky about my car wash but I'm definitely not happy when I get it home and have to wash it again myself. Spots and dirt still on the paint and windshield, half the windows had streaks and the others looked like they weren't touched at all, floor mats and plastic interior are still dirty, the back looked like it hadn't been touched at all, and they didn't even clean their own writing off of the window! Might not be the worst car wash I've ever paid for but definitely the worst from The Wash Tub. And its not like I got the cheapest option, I paid for the Ultimate wash which is their most expensive short of the ridiculously overly priced detail which costs nearly double the ultimate on top of having to pay for the actual wash. Edit: Changed to four stars because someone reached out from their customer service and made it nice. Wash was a 2 but service was a 5.

My boyfriend takes our vehicles here all the time. While I certainly appreciate him taking the time to do this for both of our vehicles, I really wish the staff at the car wash took some pride in what they do. They don't take the time to thoroughly clean, and they always rush through and do a really crappy job There is absolutely no attention to detail. How does a business owner think this is okay? *UPDATE* I took my car back. I explained my disappointment. Keaton was very apologetic, and he made it right! I watched one gentleman working, he took pride in his job and it shows, wtg, Gael. Give than man and raise!

Hi readers, it took me a few months to write this review. I don’t like complaining about any company who’s out to do a service, I’m a first responder so I know how it can be out here. To get straight to the point, I signed up for the biggest package they had a special on. This was my first day I’ve sent my car to them and unfortunately it was my last day. Story, I was sitting outside waiting for my vehicle to complete when a witness approached me and asked me if the maxima is my car, I replied “yes “ he said I seen them removed the tape of you rear passenger side car and the black panel came off with the tape. He goes on to say, they just simply laid it back down in your car like nothing happened. This guy was also a first responder and retired vet. I went to my vehicle and asked them about what was seen, a worker name I guess I will not say his name out of respect to him and the company. He is a manager though. I told him what was noticed and he was very professional about the situation. He said he will view the video and see how this happened. He also said it looks like we will take care of it once he let corporate see the video. Okay, I trust this would happen and I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. I gave him my contact information and hoped for the best. Needless to say, the manager called and told me “because Nissan maxima has a problem whit the side panels coming off, we’re going to deny your repair or claim. I said Sir with all do respect, I don’t know anything about these panels coming off, I just know it happened in your care from a piece of tape you put on. Now I have to drive my car around looking like parts falling off. I didn’t give you my car this way. Wash-tub didn’t even offer me any thing . At least they could’ve said we can pay for half of the claim, show some type of responsibility, or at least that they take care of their customers. I’m so disappointed with wash tub. I called about the part and this part isn’t cheap, it would cost me my 500 deductible to fix it. Not worth filling. Now I have to go to wash tub since I haven’t been cinemas October I believe just to close my account because you can’t online. So they got paid twice and I’ve only been there once. That was a bad experience. I went and signed up for their top tier because I don’t have time to do as a first responder. So readers just FYI, wash tub will not repair anything that happens on their time if it’s something your make and model vehicle is known to do. How was I to know this? Tell me readers this makes my car looks poorly, I work hard to have nice things. I think everyone else does to. The only reason why they received two stars, is because they were nice to the customers. And for that, it sucks

Got a $10 free month for signing up, $39.99 a month after that. Fairly good wash for $10, so I went over with my other car and got it washed too. I emailed them cancelling after about 25 days, and said I wanted both my memberships cancelled. She said my membership was cancelled. Singular, not plural, so I double checked and had to cancel the other one too. Well, sure enough, they charged me. They say they're refunding it now, but just be careful! Left lots of bugs on the front too.

My husband and kids took our car to collect firewood and did not bring a tarp to lay in the back. I called Miracle Mobile Detailing and spoke with Christian, who came out the next day to detail our vehicle. As you can see from the before and after photos, he did a fantastic job!! I brang my bicycle to wash. I used my bank card, The entire wash-doap-rinse took me less than 3 minutes, And bank statement says this place charged me $ 10.00 whatarip! I called owner, Let's see if he calls me back now..I've seen owner here before,He seemed to be a nice man,he even helped elderly woman that was having difficulties,that's cool in my eyes. I just can't see 10 bucks for less than 3 minutes. I'm poor,in low income Apt. and 10 bucks to me is like alot of money All went through just like you said it would. Thank you for your response. I will wash my vehicles here and tell all my friends that this is the place to go get their car washed in New Braunfels 😁

I can compare to several car washes and here’s my thoughts. I would give the automatic car wash 2 stars. Very slow, didn’t wash well, and left lots of soap on after the cycle in all crevices. It is priced well at $10 for the ultimate and I would give it 3.5 stars if it washed off soap better. Self car wash gets 4. The reason I take a star off is that the presoak doesn’t get the nice foamy cleaning agent that many car washes offer. It makes difference imo with bug removal. I might be wrong, but it seems to be just a regular soap wash, just at a lower pressure. Aside from that it works well.

Dakota (I think) was awesome, went above and beyond. I dropped off a rental car that has to be returned spotless and since it was raining no other car washes/vacuums were open. He cleaned the inside of the car in the freezing rain. 10/10 would recommend this place

I feel like Water Works is a great value! I pay for the slightly upgraded unlimited package and it’s very reasonable. If you go at least 3x a month it pays for itself! I also have a wrapped car so I appreciate that they can manually turn off the brushes inside the tunnel (except for the tire brushes) to help minimize wear & tear on my wrap. It’s also great to have towels, vacuums, windex & new car smell spray available on site!

Best car wash I have ever used. I bought the highest level monthly package, they get your vehicle clean every time. Handy microfiber towels and vacuums for customers. Locally owned and operated. Staff is always helpful and they are very attentive, easy to find and great problem solvers. McCutchen is always pitching a perfect game here.

Just drove through car wash. The same nice man was there. He takes such care with detailing the front of my car. I had to ask his name. If Leo is there, your car with get special attention as you begin to drive through the wash. A plus is that Leo is also very friendly.

Nice self car wash location, would recommend if your looking for a self car wash. Unfortunately this location don't allow hand washing with your own towels. I used to visit here monthly and spend around $10 at this location when I could wash with my own microfiber towels since I prefer not to use the bristle foam brush at any self car wash.

I have been a carwash tech for 25 years, travel with my service truck and hand wash it all over the country and it has been with much regret that I have watched the decline of most self serve washes or deal with gimmics to take your money without offering commensurate service in return. That is definitely not the case here. The foam brush is the perfect consistency. The presoak actually cleans the vehicle and is not just a show. The tire chemical is mixed so that it cleans tires without scoring aluminum rims. All of the functions that I tried, worked. I'm a happy customer and will return here. The best part is that it's only 10 miles from my house.YEA!!!

Purchased the $9 Wash and it did pretty well. The wheels and tires could've used a better clean but I wiped them off with the free towels. Tire shine coating was almost non existent but that's not a huge thing to me. Wash will definitely get your vehicle clean and the dryers did an excellent job! Biggest complaint I have is the complimentary towels, they're not microfiber but instead Terry rags. They don't do a great job drying the vehicle and sometimes streak. Cheap wash with strong vacuums, not the worst in town!

Haven’t tried the actual car wash, but the self-service dog wash is pretty neat. $10 for 10 minutes and you can wash and blow dry your dog. The machine offers shampoo and conditioner, but we take our own. Way better than breaking your back giving them a bath in the tub or outside lol

Got our membership was told it was unlimited.... First wash did not clean our vehicle. Have to self spray the bug treatment and pay 45 a month. Then to receive an email we are limited to 2 washes a day. But with the wash not cleaning why should I be limited for poor quality. Will be cancelling this membership

Today I decided to try the carwash at Watershed on 12/16/2024 at 1245 hours. The prices were nearly the same but slightly higher in comparison to the other local car washes . I payed nearly 30 dollars , the gentleman was extremely nice. I figured once I took the car through car wash , I would be good. Shortly afterward, upon exiting, I parked and was going to do the ole vacuum. When I turned around , simply terrible . I had a partially clean car , visible spots on hood, roof, and trunk of car of spots / stains which were not removed . At purchase of car wash, I was given an additional code which could be used within the next couple of months . I was so disgusted , I didn’t even vacuum the car and left . I ended up going home using a traditional car wash soap and bucket with a cloth for scrubbing . I was able to take off 98% of the spots . Save yourself the effort and use other car washes in the area. I’m not even going to use the additional code for a car wash.

Pro: I’ll start off by staying the staff are all super hard workers and always in great moods, I’m especially always greeted with kindness, respect and professionalism when I pull up to the wash area. Con: My license plate keeps getting bent when I go through. I’ve addressed this to the staff and they said it’s because the blowers are turned up too high and that they would turn it down. I don’t think anything was done because it keeps happening, and I keep needing to take my license plate off when I get home and bending it back (3rd time). If there’s something that can be done, have the owner reach out to me.

Hands down the best non brush car wash in the state. You’ll never need to run your vehicle through another wash as the adequate amounts of pre spray, soap and tire wet is always applied. Great staff, powerful vacuums and fresh towels and windex are always on deck. This location stands above all the rest.

This car wash establishment appears to be of exceptional quality, surpassing any other I have encountered since relocating to this region. While the cost per wash is approximately twenty dollars, they generously provide a complimentary wash with each purchase, effectively reducing the cost to ten dollars per wash. The location is conveniently situated near Highway 46, making it easily accessible. Furthermore, the cleanliness of my vehicle is maintained for approximately a month before requiring another wash. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Had my truck detailed this morning and couldn't be happier with the results. My daughter shows steers and pigs and our truck gets abused a lot and picks up more than its share of mud and dirt over the many shows we attend. Obello Auto Detail does excellent work on my Chevy truck. I had dirt on my truck from driving in mud and gravel during the last thunderstorm and Gian Obello Auto detail took out all the dirt and grime. Cleaned it up real nice and shiny. Gian took his time to really get all the dirt out. He also cleaned up the interior to be like a brand new truck. Cleaned the leather seats and cleaned the cup holders and all the buttons on the radio system. I am throughly impressed how Obello Auto Detail hand washed my truck and dried out the water streaks. If I can give 0 stars I would. We scheduled a detail with the company and they never showed up. They didn’t call, we had to consistently call them. They wouldn’t answer the phone and only tried to communicate through text after we made several attempts. The guy David gave many excuses through text and then the owner DeeJay finally reached out and said that he would be taking over the detail only to lie to us stating that he was on his way and never showed up nor did he call. The very next day DeeJay sent a text message offering n apology for the non-communication and wanted to offer a "Free detail", I scheduled the detail and confirmed only for DeeJay to lie and never show again. This company is very unprofessional, not reliable, unresponsive and just complete liars. They never show, lie and say that their en route and again never show. We were paying for our services if we would've received them, we never asked for a free service because of the poor communication but was willing to give them another chance. We didn't ask to be lied to again, we would've scheduled another company to come out. This is a worthless company that doesn't take pride in keeping their word. I would never recommend them to anyone. Stay away

DJ did a great job on detailing my car. He spent 3.5 hours and I paid him $200 cash. To show his appreciation for my business, he stole 2 checkbooks from 2 different banks that I had in the glovebox. He then wrote himself a check for $650 for car detailing and then wrote his friend a check for $350 for a bed set. I have filed a police report on him. So beware!!!! P.S., obviously, I would not give any stars, but I had to give him one so I could post this.

Then I went to the vending machine to buy a dry cloth and there was nothing in stock. Now my motorcycle has water spots…
