I've signed up for the basic level unlimited washes and love being able to zip my car thru whenever is convenient (and I try to go once a week). I also had an additional full interior detailing done on a previous car about a year ago and they were very thorough and quick! I was able to sit in their comfortable lobby while I waited. The only downfall is sometimes on of the brushes in the wash won't be spinning but I assume that more from the fact that SO MANY cars go through that wear and tear happens frequently l....ita usually back up and running the next time I make it through.

MB detailing did such a great job helping us clean our car. We had some issues with a lingering smell and Michael was able to help us figure it out and find a solution for it right away! I would recommend him to anyone looking to get their car detailed the right way without any headaches!

Was in this area and decided to get the car washed and vacuumed since it was LONG overdue! What I like most about Texas Pride is that they have sports related air fresheners; have ample seating; the crew works fast and they have a greeting card section. I don't recall ever going to a car wash that has a greeting card section but what a convenience! While you're car is being washed, you can shop for that birthday card that you forgot to get your boo thang. LoL! The next time, I may need to get the car washed on a Tuesday so I can get the $4 discount on Ladies Day ;)

Just left and the car wash was amazing! I don't think I've ever had as good a wash and vacuum and shine as I received today! Every detail was taken care of and fabulous. I wasn't there for a "detailing" but I will return soon for that service!

The manager was asking for a five star review so I was inclined to write one. I like to go here to clean my car and it’s a very nice area with shade and they have towels of water and soap, vacuum and fragrance spray. It’s actually very nice to go here and clean your car.

Great service from The Union. Had to reschedule multiple times due to weather but they were able to accommodate. Service was great and very thorough. The Union Auto was great. I am extremely protective of my car and who cleans it, so I was putting a lot of trust in this company to deliver. Marvin and his teammate were friendly, extremely detailed, and transparent about the process. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail on my car, even though I didn’t get the most expensive package! Marvin really took into consideration the spots I wanted the most focus on, and completely delivered with the results. This has completely stopped me from thinking about buying a new car! Shoutout to Diana also, there were some scheduling conflicts in the beginning but she handled it with professionalism, transparency, and kindness. Never going here again!! I came here to vacuum my car because It was dirty.. and I’m currently low on money right now… None of the vacuums were working, except for ONE of them!! I also decided to try and wash the car And I put 5$ in the machine And nothing worked!! So I lost five dollars!!! Just because nothing wants to work :/ So I highly do not recommend coming here!!

Real good solid car wash in mo city, easy to get to, good prices, and they take cards!! strong machines that actually got soap n stuff in em, the whole 9 yards, free unlimited time vacuums, and always clean, well lit and well kept, cant really say anything bad other than if you use your card make sure u click end twice if not it will keep going but thats user error 101, and the owner even made it right, will bring my whip for years to come !! 10/10

As a professional detailer I didn’t know what to expect visiting detail garage but I came to find the staff Kay and Oscar very knowledgeable and very professional complimented with a great welcoming environment for new customers. They had a extensive selection with chemicals and equipment to aid all needs in auto detailing. Kay was willing to even let me test the products I purchased on a vehicle. Definitely going to visit again !

Returned but this time there was a bunch of little dots left on my front windshield it’s like you gotta scrape it off with your nail it’s not just wiping off and the fender liner still has dirt it seemed cleaner the first time I came like more time was taken

I recently hired Michelle from Xclusive Mobile Detail for a car detailing service, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. I paid a hefty $250 for the service, expecting a thorough job. However, Michelle failed to complete the job as promised. The major issue was with the back seat cleaning. Michelle assured me that she would revisit to finish the job, but unfortunately, that never happened. Despite multiple text messages and voicemails, she was unresponsive and never bothered to fulfill her commitment. For the amount I spent, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. It's disheartening to see a business owner neglecting their responsibilities and leaving a customer dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before investing their hard-earned money with Xclusive Mobile Detail. The lack of follow-through and communication is not something anyone should tolerate, especially when paying a premium for services.

Do better! I went to this location for the first time (I normally go to another location) to get my truck detailed and they robbed these items from my vehicle. Not just that but they took over 3 hours to clean my vehicle. Smh! They said my stuff was in the "lost and found" How can they do this and think it will go unnoticed. The sad part is the items belong to my 13 year old son. Minus the Stanley cup. I even gave them a great tip before I realized they had stolen from me. They apologized and offered me a free detail!? Do they really think I trust them after this!! I think not !

I went to this place because of the high reviews, but I was really disappointed with the detailing service. I paid $157, and they missed some obvious spots, like the middle console and the driver’s side door handle. They spent about 3 hours on my car, but I still had to clean some areas myself when I got home. For that price, I expected a much more thorough job. It might be fine for a quick wash, but I wouldn’t recommend their detailing service.

Wow I’m amazed with the service here. Brought the family van in. Was in really bad condition. I was almost embarrassed by how dirty it was. They brought this van to new condition. I wasn’t even expecting it to be this clean. That’s how bad it was. I wish I had before pictures cause it was a night and day difference. I got the top tier package and it was well worth it. I would definitely recommend. Also the owners were great people and very honest. The husband and wife provided the best customer service you could ask for.

I’ve been a member of iShine Katy Car Wash for two years now, and I have to say their service has always been excellent. Today, though, they went above and beyond. I was struggling to remove glue residue from my windshield after taking off my vehicle registration tag, and the manager noticed and immediately stepped in to help. They took care of it quickly and free of charge. This level of attentiveness and customer care is truly exceptional. Highly recommend iShine Katy for their amazing service and dedication to their customers!

Should be zero stars. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR CAR IS MORE THAN 5 YEARS OLD!!!!! They called to tell me they saw on their video that their car wash broke my side mirror and grill on my 1998 BMW M Roadster, but because they have a disclaimer hidden in the bushes saying they are not responsible for any factory parts greater than 5 years or any loose parts. Who dictates what is loose and what isn’t? More importantly, 90% of vehicles on the road are greater than 5 years. You guys made it so I could not take pictures of my car that day and pushed back the sale of my vehicle by at least 2 months. Then had the audacity to have claims call me and chuckle on the phone about how they saw my car break in their wash but won’t fix it. Absolute garbage car wash THIEVES. YOU OWE ME MONEY. Literally telling 10 people a day to not go to Blue Wave. I already got one person to cancel their membership, which I am so proud of. You had a chance to keep a customer for life as I used to bring all 3 of my cars here all of the time. Instead, over $1000 you lost more than $1000 of business from me alone not to mention all of the people I am telling to stay away from you crooks. I knew I should have gone to iShine or Mister Car Wash. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!! Then I said well what if the factory part was replaced less than 5 years ago with an OEM manufacturer part at the dealership? She said “that would be aftermarket.” Hahahahahahaha. Doesn’t even know what the definition of aftermarket is!!!! Making their own rules to SCREW YOU. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! Can’t wait for some generic response from the owner pretending to care.

First time at a BlueWave Car Wash and it was the worst experience.I selected the WASH & WHEELS and it did NOT rinse or dry. It just took me through the tunnel with the wash cloth spinning. The dryer didn’t even activate. I won’t be going to anything of these franchises. The so called “wash & dry” left hard water spots and dirt on my car. See photos.

I freaking love them. They pay WAY MORE ATTENTION TO THE TINY DETAILS MAINSTREAM on the road car washes don’t. And their prices are fair. Just pull up to their home address and they have a cozy waiting lounge with drinks and a Roku tv! Been going for 2 years!!

I don't typically write reviews but I didn't appreciate the service I received so here we are. These guys did a great job cleaning my couch, paid attention to detail, took their time. My carpet was another story, they basically vacuumed my floor and left. No attention to detail. All of the stains were visible again once it dried and I was never told the stains would be permanent prior to them leaving. I reached out to them about it and they didn't offer any sort of remedy or solution. I was just sent pre programmed responses that didn't address my concerns. Unfortunately, due to that I won't be using them again.

The response back was within 30 minutes when I booked a reservation online to get a quote for interior and exterior package. I was able to book it to get it done at my house in two days. The bundles I’ve chosen for my Silverado 2500 HD are Sapphire package (Interior) and exterior wash for $260. The job was complete in 4-5 hours and I’m satisfied with the job Paul has done. I will come back again next year.

I had a fantastic experience with this mobile car detailing service that came to my house. They were incredibly accommodating, ensuring every surface of my car was thoroughly cleaned and buffed to a shiny, new-like finish. They paid attention to every meticulous detail, even those I hadn't specifically asked for, taking their time to reach every nook and cranny. The wheels were polished to perfection, and my car hasn't looked this clean since the day I bought it. The clay bar buffing was impeccable, and my dashboard looked like it was restored to its factory setting. Highly recommend!
