I chose RGV Premium Detailing based on their reputation and opted for their 5-year ceramic coating, along with a matte leather ceramic coating for my vehicle. Initially, I was impressed with the quality of the job; the technician seemed knowledgeable and reassured me that the coating would offer long-lasting protection against scratches and other damage. However, within a short period, I began to notice scratches reappearing on the paint. This was surprising given the promises made about the durability and effectiveness of the coating. I reached out to the technician, who had assured me that a follow-up appointment would be arranged to address any issues. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened, and I have not received any further communication from RGV Premium Detailing. For the price and the level of service promised, I expected much better results and follow-through. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and the apparent shortcomings in the product's performance. I would caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing this service.

I recently just came back from being overseas and my car needed some love. A friend recommended Quick Quack Car Wash. As soon as I got there I was greeted with the best customer service ever! Cassandra was very helpful, answering all the questions I had and convincing me why I should wash my car here instead of at other places. I was very satisfied with how clean my car came out looking - very shiny and clean. The environment at the vacuums is amazing as well. They have towels just in case you forgot one, which i loved. The area is also very clean. The trash cans don’t get to full. Overall my experience was 100/10 and I will be going back.

We had our car cleaned and detailed in preparation for our first baby and Sergio did an excellent job. Very professional & quality work. Horrible Quality of service! I recently got a brand new lease took my car to get washed when I picked it up. It looked like the water had sat on the hood and the body of the car with soap in the sun for a while. Water, soap and dirt spot everywhere!! I got home and washed it again to avoid paint damage. Only to find scratches all over my Hood, side, mirror, passenger side, and in the back where the rear view window is, there was a dent on the body! The amount of damage left on vehicle was heartbreaking. Do not take your vehicle here ever!

Horrible experience they wanted to charge for a service I didn't request. I asked for the deluxe not the works. I didn't want amoral on my dash board. When I refused to pay for the works, they told me they needed to wipe it off. They left a mess. Horrible business. I will never go there again. I will spread the word of how horrible they treat their customers. No wonder they don't have 3 stars.

Worst experience ever. My 2023 Honda Crv’s front emblem broke off at this location. Made a claim, got a call back, representative said “emblems fall off all the time.” My suv is fairly new. I don’t believe it. The piece alone is $200. Not happy with the response. Will be canceling my membership, been with bluewave for more than 10 years. Thanks a lot bluewave.

I was traveling a long distance from home so I looked up Black Diamond on the web. I talked to Isabella with Black Diamond on the phone about their services. In the end I decided to go with the one year ceramic coating. They had an opening a couple of days out so I set the appointment. I arrived for my appointment at 9:00am and the truck was completed by 11:30am. The truck looks fantastic. Isabella was very polite and she was willing to give me advice on how to best take care of the trucks new coating going forward. I would definitely recommend Black Diamond to anyone who would like to protect their new vehicles paint. The truck shines like a diamond. They are personable and do a great job at a very reasonable price. Five stars!

I've been coming to this car wash for years because it's so close and convenient for me. The vacuums weren't working properly and so I switched to another spot and the vacuums still were not working well. I let the worker know and also asked him where the scented sprays were to clean the inside of the car. He said they no longer offer them. They only offer watered down windex and towels. I was very disappointed since I really like when I clean my car and it smells like the leather spray that they used to have. To ask me if I want a membership but not provide good vacuums and scented spray for my car is a no go for me. There are lots of other car washes that I can choose from which offer better vacuums and scented spray. I don't think I'll be coming back here again since there are others to choose from. So disappointed.

I have been a member for sometime now, since the very 1st one opened here in the RGV. I have had bluewave, quick quack, go and even take 5. Yes club carwash is more expensive of all of them, but they are really good. I love that they prewash the car before going into the tunnel so than makes a big differnce. They will wash your mats, if you ask them too. They give car air freshners on their 2 top tier memberships. The was does not scratch or leave swirl marks like the other carwashes do. I have had all the other and they do indeed leave microscratches and swirls. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. Plus I can use my membership at any Club Car Wash. I travel to San Antonio and use it there. The only gripe I have is they do not offer a discount for multiple cars, which all the other carwashes do. So it adds up having 3 cars.

We have used Angel a few times for both of our vehicles and to say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. he completely restored our wheels on our car that we genuinely believed were beyond restoring. They were rusted and scratched and he literally set aside an entire day to work on them. Our truck was similarly bad and he did the same thing no questions asked. He is a hard worker who takes his time and pays extra attention to the smaller detailed areas that have often been missed by other detailers. His hard work and attention to detail has gained him a forever client! I would highly recommend Angel and his company to anyone needing a detail, not to mention he has the added bonus of coming to you!

Angel has washed and detailing our Rav4 and Camry 4 or 5 times now. He always does an excellent job. Super nice guy and hard working. He has also applied a clear coat paint protector I got from Toyota, removed a scuff mark (I scraped something plastic on my car paint), and shampooed both carpets and seats to remove stains. Can’t beat the price for a car detail at your home or business. I’d highly recommend him.

They do a really good job cleaning and detailing the outside of the vehicles, the owners have changed several times. The staff keeps changing, the times that I have taken my vehicle they did a good job but they always miss the inside of the vehicle, maybe they are under pressure or something, if it happens one time is ok, but if it happens more than one time, it becomes discouraging to where you want to take your vehicle back to them

Very Happy with TNT Automotive Craftsmanship on my sons Football Helmet. We came in to the shop and was greeted by Elizabeth "owner". Not knowing what we wanted either a wrap or paint job on the helmet. We was recommended to go with the Paint job option and we did. Aswell as anything in particular to his liking. Very Very happy with the outcome. My son, wife teammates and I loved it! Elizabeth personally handed the helmet to my son and gave him words of wisdom. Thank you so much Elizabeth and TNT!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, I've had a very bad experience with T-N-T. I had them install a car radio that I purchased (not from them). The radio had a back-up camera. The wire for the camera was run along the car at about midway between the floor and top of the side of the car, not along the bottom as it should have been. Along with that, the camera was fuzzy then stopped working. The rca plug that went into the back of the camera was broken off. The wrong wiring harness was used even though I was charged for one. Clips on the vent as well as the face plate were broken during installation. Now the vent sometimes just falls out 😪 This was a classic car in perfect condition. I didn't contact them about it because I didn't want them to work on it again.

Level of enthusiasm to assist in cleaning your vehicle is very low. Towels are closer to employees than customers. Assuming dryer broke and all towels are sun dried. Using the towels leaves windshield/windows foggy. You’re better off letting your vehicle naturally dry and use the towels for removing bugs off your grill/bumper. This place hasn’t been open very long and already becoming a disappointment. Two things: 1. Not all GO CARWASH are like this. 2. For validity and knowledge of my post, my first job was detailing sold vehicles for a Chevy dealership, so I know what I’m looking for when employees pre-wash the vehicle..

Went for my free car wash and sure enough I was not disappointed! It was so great not having to travel so far to get my car washed! Absolutely loved it. Got signed up for a membership and the staff was so friendly helping all who wanted one as well. There is a convenient 2 lane to pay with staff ready to help you. I didn’t try out the vacuums but definitely will next visit.

I absolutely love this car wash. They do such a good job but they’re also super friendly and helpful. I had a little clip that was undone on a fender and they fixed it so well I couldn’t even tell I had accidentally yanked it off. Obviously they’re not a repair shop but just the fact they helped me with it means a lot. A few minutes for them wouldve taken me 5 YouTube videos. Great great customer service. Thank you Arnulfo.

Sept 12th 2024----Aloha was recommended to me,,,,as there were 6 or more workers 45 minutes wasn't a bad wait time. So I was offered a seat in the waiting room. Just Wow--- on how Small an area it was ,,,,,counter and register to pay along with 3 chairs for customers,,,, a Room A/C unit about 2 feet off the floor(old unit very noisy). Room was too small for TV volume level--place dirty in bad need of cleaning. At top of windows spider cobwebs full of dirt--so not cleaned in while. I ended up standing outdoors The wash was done within time limit however Customer accommodation are very lacking. They had ask me was I leaving my car for later pick-up. As a First time Customer till I know the staff better Absolutely not.
