I went here this morning to drop off my mini van and they wanted $500. Absolutely wild, the van isn’t even that bad. The guy was just so rude and seemed to want nothing to do with me, maybe they don’t like cars with kids? He said he spotted dog hair, but I’ve brought my husbands truck in before that the same dog rode in and they charged $250 without the blink of an eye. Incredibly disappointing as we rearranged our entire morning to drop off our van. But beware!

New owner new location. Had to touch up few spots they rushed through on the inside. Not worth 200 dollars if you gotta clean after them. Cheaper places in town. Used to come here even though it cost more cuz they did a great detail. My carpet was pretty clean before detail so I guess they felt no need to shampoo. Seen a couple spots under floor mats. Last owner did. No complaints about outside though.

Robert has paint corrected my 17’ F350 King ranch, ceramic coated it, ceramic coated my new forged wheels, cleaned and polished my 43’ foot RV, detailed my 2009 Yukon Denali, and I WOULD recommend 100%! I had to have a headlight replaced due to a minor fender bender and I honestly cannot tell the difference now between the brand new headlight that was replaced and the one Julian restored so I didn't have two different looking headlights. I would definitely recommend contacting JD Headlight Restoration if you want your old headlights looking brand new and to get back the visibility your headlights provided when they were new.

It was just okay. Had to wait in line forever to get my vehicle vacuumed and cleaned. They did get most of the carpet vacuumed. However, missed a lot. Did a horrible job on my windows. Paid $12 for inside the car then an additional for the wash. Asked for the higher package so I could have my tires done. The kid literally sprayed them with a can and was done. I did feel sorry for the young kid drying all of the vehicles. He had no help at all. Will probably try somewhere different before I go back here.

We had a vomit accident in the back seat. Forest and Shelly did a great job cleaning everything up and getting the car smelling good again. The interior looks better than it has in a very long time! They are very reasonably priced as well! I say it was a job well done and I highly recommend them!

Honestly. The lowest price is 15, so regardless, it's expensive. The cleaning quality is bad, I couldn't remove water spots on my car hood, vacuum performance is low, so no more back again

I was a customer and a monthly member for years; however, I am no longer. On Saturday, June 24, 2023, I went to get my 2021 Toyota Camry Hybrid washed and noticed a problem in my rearview mirror after going through the car wash. I proceeded to the drying station and discovered that my rear bumper had been ripped halfway off. The manager and every employee appeared and claimed that my bumper had already been damaged. The manager informed me that the 'lowboy' had been adjusted in the past week because it had torn off an employee's rearview mirror. She asked if I wanted to file a claim, but she mentioned that if I turned it over to my insurance, Soft Suds would not cover any expenses due to apparent 'warning signs.' This contradicts the laws in Texas. I strongly advise against trusting these people. Please take a look at the photo and decide for yourself if you want them washing your vehicle.

The car wash is fine but I used my card twice once for the car once for floor mats and I got charged $15 twice when I know the floor mats took maybe 5 minutes. Use quarters and it’s fine. Should not have been $30

Gary did a great job! I had no idea the hand dry and tire option was a separate place with so much attention to detail. They always ask to add on the extras but never explain the benefits. I had to ask the woman who then explained to go to that area. It was well worth it. I’m so impressed, I’ll highly likely reactivate my membership and start going back to Mighty Wash. My car hasn’t looked this good in a long time.

I took my truck in for a wash and after I got home I realized it was still dirty and had smudges everywhere, the person drying with a towel did not do a very well job either. I paid for the “best” wash but it was horrible . Dont recommend.

My car was completely dirty in the back. I returned 10 minutes after washing it to have it washed again and they told me that by company policy they can only wash it if I have not left that place, that if I want it to be clean I must pay again.

The carwash check in process was slow. The machine I went to was out of service with no indication. The actual wash was good but they don’t offer the opportunity to clean your floorboard mats when you get out. Paid for tire and wheel service which was not provided. Will not be returning here

This is the worst car wash in Midland. The guy that vacuumed my SUV didn’t even take off one mat to vacuum. He was done within 3 minutes. The lady that approaches you is rude and seems like she doesn’t like her job as well as the lady at the counter when you pay. Very poor customer service. The inside of my SUV was not wiped nor clean. I paid for the Supreme Wash and I even got charged an extra SUV fee like if they’re going to take longer to clean it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I was disappointed 😞 you pay for a car wash and interior and it's not clean when you get in it and when you tell them they want to puff up and be mad at you, they even left a ugly green nasty towel in the back of my car. We use to go here all the time as a kid. It was great back then. I don't know what happened, ownership? Management? They need a better change, one that they care.

Spoke with employees the day before to inquire about window tinting and I was informed they work on a first come, first serve basis. Showed up the next morning as the second customer of the day, employee gave me an estimated 3 hours before my car was done. I agreed to leave my vehicle with them and they said they would call me when it was done and ready to pick up. 3 hours goes by and no call, then 4 hours, then 5, and 6. After the 7th hour of having my car, I decided to call the shop and see what the hold up was. Employee who answered the phone said they were still working on my car and they would call once they finished, I drive a Mustang mind you so they only need to tint three and a half windows. By 9 hours, the shop is closed and I still have yet to hear anything about my vehicle so I call again. Same story, my car is still being worked on and I just need to wait for them to call me. I wait another 2 hours, until 9pm, for a grand total of 11 hours before I finally get a call to pick up my car. Upon arrival I'm charged $200 and rushed out the door so the employee who was doing the work could leave for the day. Walking to my car, I can immediately see that my car is absolutely filthy. I brought it in freshly washed and detailed and they returned it sticky and covered in water and whatever else they used to apply my tint. I open the door to get in and they left a razor blade on my leather seat, they didn't clean up the mess they made at all. The following morning as I'm heading to work, I see a weird stream of light on my dash. I park at work and do a quick walk around where I discover a light gap left on my passenger side window. I contacted the manager/owner to inform them of the ridiculous wait time, lack of communication, terrible condition my vehicle was left in, and the light gap in the tint. I'm told to go in the following day at 2pm to have the car detailed and the tint fixed. The next day comes, I bring my car back and the same employee who did the work originally tells me that he doesn't think the gap is that bad and he's too busy to get to my car to fix it until maybe tomorrow, doesn't even mention the detailing. I call the manager/owner back and send him pictures of the gap and the way my car was left, he asks me to come in two days later first thing in the morning. I informed him that I cannot due to my work schedule but he informs me that he won't do anything else until he sees the gap in person and it has to be on that day at that time. I haven't heard from anyone since and ended up taking my vehicle to Shade Shop to have the tint removed and replaced. My recommendation, skip the hassle and horrible customer service, and just make the trip to Shade Shop.
