I brought my wife’s car to Trey to get a second opinion after another shop in the area did a paint correction and ceramic coat. When we picked up the car from this other shop, it was clear that the paint correction wasn’t complete. You could still see the buff marks and almost all feathering and swirl marks were still VERY present. In our own light at home, you could see the dullness to the paint under LED lights. Trey looked at the car and confirmed what we were seeing. We left the car with him and he did a PHENOMENAL job at pulling everything off the car that the other shop did and did a full paint correction and coating. The car looks absolutely amazing. His care and detail met all of our expectations. He has certainly gained a customer for life.

I'm always skeptical when I see 5.0-star reviews, especially when over 100 people have given 5.0 stars, but after having Trey's team detail my car, I realize the reviews are legit! Trey & Kensie at Sparkle and Shine were very attentive and professional. They provided great customer service and great communication and spent time explaining the process and how to maintain my car.  I drove over to his shop, and Trey took the time to look at my black 2017 Porsche Panamera. He initially asked what my goal was for my car. He considered what I wanted, and with his expertise, he constructed a reasonable service plan for my car and my needs. I received a full Level 1 paint correction, 5-year ceramic coating,  and complete ceramic window tinting, which included my windshield and sunroof. He walked me through every step of this process. After the outstanding work they did on my previous vehicles,  I felt confident that I could trust him and his team with my baby. He never pressured me into other services like some places do. I came here to get my car that I bought off facebook marketplace, a detail. I was charged $265. As soon as they were done, I noticed that the interior was wiped down, but had so much dirt residue left all near my gear shifter. They kept all my mats in the trunk. The clean mats were on top and when i went home to put them back… they hid the untouched mats under the 2 that they cleaned. I also looked in between the center console and front seats. Not a single crevasse was vacuumed. I promise I am so much better off doing this on my own and that’s what I had done. I went to my local FREE vibe car wash and did much better there. Sorry ass company. Do not go. (Ants and stuff have appeared in and out of my car now).

Landon has paint corrected and ceramic coated many of my cars. This Boxster was by far the most challenging. It’s a 24 year old car and that paint was suffering!! Lots of water spots and scratches and just aging paint. He put his ALL into this car! When I saw it, my jaw dropped! Literally could not believe the transformation! (And I’m picky!) I absolutely love working with Landon. He takes such responsibility and pride in his work and won’t stop until it’s to his liking. He worked unimaginable magic on this Porsche!! In the photos I posted you can see a before, during, and after photo of his work. His service was great and straight to the point. He was clear in what he was going to do and why and overall really transparent with his process and pricing. Also he was very flexible scheduling wise. I'll let the photos speak for themselves but I can confidently say that the paint looks better now than what it did before the accident even happened. Well worth $300.

Hours later, I'm still in shock at how bad my experience was today. I've been here a few times but it's probably been over a year since I've been. They've lost a customer today. I'll try to make this as short and sweet as possible, but there is a lot to cover. - I pull in and tell the check in guy what wash I'd like. "WOW, you sound crazy!" he says. "I'm sorry, what?" "You sound crazy. Where are you from?" "I'm from Shreveport" "You sound crazy, I've never heard an accent like that" "I'm not sure i sound crazy?" "I just mean you sound so country". I'll chalk this up the guy being young and having little to no professional training or experience but wow. -Pull into the car wash and trying to stop to fold my mirrors in before driving through (have to manually pull them in). I get my drivers side done and the guy keeps wanting me to move forward. "I need to fold my mirror in though!" He shakes his head and still motions me forward. Ok, maybe that's something he'll do? I pull up, roll window down, he asks me in Spanish if I speak Spanish. I don't. I motion to my mirror and ask him to fold it in. He nods, begins rewashing my car. The track starts and my car starts going in the car wash. The washing equipment slammed it shut for me... thankfully, no damage. -I ordered mini-detail for $75. I'm told my car is ready. Great! As i walk up to the passenger side, I notice the whole under panel under the door is VERY dirty. I'm thinking it may be reflection of concrete, surely they would have seen that. Sure enough, it was just missed. No big deal, ill point it out and get it cleaned. Unfortunately, this gentleman also seemingly only spoke Spanish so took a moment to get him to realize i wanted it cleaned. He did it, I get I the car and start to back out, notice the residue from my "Just Married" sticker that was recently removed looks exactly like it did before the car wash. What? So i get out and request it be washed off. I licked my finger and scraped it a bit to show him it could be removed. Surely he has something to remove it? He got help from someone and I waited while they washed it off the car. At this point I'm pretty flustered and had to take a work call, so I forget to check out the driver side and front of the car. The under panel on drivers side was also missed, sections of the front, the back panel around the license plate, back of both side mirrors. I just don't know how this is even possible with a detail. A drive through was only? Of course. A $75 detail and long wait? No excuse at all, in my opinion. - I am a very soft hearted person and still tipped the man very well because he seemed to work hard, it was hot outside, and possibly he was new and just needed training and struggled with a language barrier. This isn't his fault but rather the fault of his employer. Lack of quality control, inspection prior to delivery to client, etc. I probably should have left at the start after interaction with the attendant, but I assumed he was just bad with words and I let it roll off my shoulders. Let's just say my crazy, country sounding ass will not be back. -I am in Sales and Leasing and pride myself in providing excellent customer service to my clients. I also consult business to improve their customer service, employee training, and grow their bottom line. I think you could use my services. Feel free to respond here to get my contact info! 😀

Justin detailed 2 of our cars and did an amazing job. The Tesla was covered in dirt and it now looks better than when I first bought it. He did such a good job on our suv as well. It was covered in dog hair in the back and it is such a huge car to clean. He really spent his time on it and it shows. I’ve used him once before and I’m so glad I used him again. We will now be using him for monthly details on our cars.

Update: great company, not quite as impressed as the original cleaning, left some details by the wayside. Overall, I would recommend this business for generic cleaning, we had an off-road vehicle we needed cleaned and it wasn’t exactly cleaned to standards. Original opinion: I could not recommend Josh and his company more. Auto detail work was excellent for the year and wear my vehicle had. I carelessly left my work equipment in the rear compartment, and Josh brought it to me on his own time so I would not have to go without it.

Stopped in to get my work truck washed, guy at the front asked me if I wanted to add tire shine for $1 more but didn’t disclose that it was $1 per each tire. Didn’t realize till I was pulling in the wash that my total $3 more than I thought it was going to be. Then I pull in to get my tires shined, the lady is wiping my truck and used 2 dirty towels on 5 of my windows n mirrors. So now I have to clean my windows myself n it totally defeated the purpose of paying to have my truck washed 🤦🏻‍♂️

If you really want your truck clean come here. They have the best service it was fast and they have a waiting with ac. Truck was very nicely clean and looked amazing amazing after it was clean i personally drive a construction F350 with a rack on top and its always hard to find a good car wash that does hand wash and detailing or either charge pretty expensive and here at this location was pretty nice and good price for what you get. I would defend recommend this location I’ll leave a few pics of prove.

Asael did an amazing job. We initially scheduled them to wash my car at 8 a.m., but when my husband asked if they had time to do his car as well, they graciously fit both cars into their schedule. Wow. Ok this guy is seriously good. Believe the google reviews and book an appointment today! I bought this Prius with the scratches and the burned-in blemish on the door. (See photos). I will start by saying the staff I interacted with were nice and friendly. I went to get the outside of my car washed, and while it IS cleaner than it was when I got there, my car is not COMPLETELY clean. There is still dirt and gunk in places all over my car, which I would expect to be sprayed off with the initial little soak 🤷🏾‍♀️ but perhaps it is my fault for waiting so long to get my car washed. But I would expect with paying for the most expensive "platinum" exterior package that my car would be completely clean as a result. Maybe that only comes if you leave your car there for a full detail and not just a run through a machine.

The level of service at this car wash was terrible. I paid $24 for the Super shine package and there is filth still covering my car on all four aides, bugs on windows were not removed ( part of the package) and the brush down before the wash was only a few passes over the hood and windshield which removed nothing. Even after pointing out the issues the individual the wiped down the car, they still didn’t remove VERY obvious, large areas of dirt. The manager was not present and no one was inside but the person at the drive through offered to let me go through again or give me my money back. I pointed out that going through won’t remove the dirt, as we have seen and it’s a complete waste of money and a rip off.

Payed $55 for detailed car wash. This is second time this happens. The first time I told them. After extra 30 minutes waiting they cleaned it. But this time I told the manager that I need it to be detailed clean which I payed $55 for. After 45 minutes wait this is what I got. The like was so long and I was in rush to talk to the manager again. Therefore; I am not going back there any more. Too bad because this place is behind my house !

I tried. I was excited and wanted to like this car wash, especially since most are abysmal. An employee stopped me to get the manager because I went around for the second time in a row. I said everything was fine, but I was going through a second time because I wasn't sure how realistic of an expectation it was for these car washes to completely clean the car. I was told that it absolutely was realistic, and to buy the top-of-the-line package and inspect my car after each wash before leaving. I've tried three time since then, and every time I've had to complain. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to be a Karen and do your Quality Checks for you *every time I want a wash*. I'll just do it myself from now on. The car is almost never clean, even after doing the top-of-the-line exterior detail. I tried, and tried, and tried. But I'm not going to be known by your employees as the jerk that always complains. It's a half job every time, and you're putting the onus on the customer to improve your quality? No. Train your employees and implement quality checks. This is ridiculous.

Visited here as a first time as my car was really needed to be washed. From the moment we pulled into their facility, the staff came out and greeted us. Then he thoroughly guided us explaining every option we have as it was our first visit. The price was very fair and their service was great. Our favorite part of this place was their car wash system! It is just like a conveyor belt and we did not have to worry about fitting one tire into the metal bindings, which can damage the wheel/tire. Very impressive! And, the whole wash process doesn't feel short at all compared to other facilities. Also, there was a giant bird dropping on the windshield and it got "completely" off right after we pulled out of the wash machine like nothing happened. The waiting area was very clean. And the staffs will never shout at you waiving towels when your car is ready. You do not need to check outside constantly to see if someone calls you or if your car is ready because the staffs will gently just come inside and let you know your car is ready. Plus, there is a cute little bathing area for your fur-kids. (Picture attached) Overall, the entire experience was very enjoyable from start to finish. And we will definitely come back next time! Highly recommend!

Review is for the Self Service Wand Car Wash bays. Probably the best self serve car wash in the local area. Clean Bays, All wash functions worked, Credit Card function worked and the cost was very fair. Highly Recommend.

They have different car wash bays and drive thru machine washes but I always go to the left most side with the machine powered brushes. I love that it is self service/operated, payment machine and touch screen are always functional and the place is clean. Glad that it's open 24 hours so I know I can go whenever I need to.

Jarred and Avery did a wonderful job on my car inside and out. They were very attentive to the areas of concern on my interior and were able to remove some stains that I could not remove on my own. Kevin and his crew were just great. Kevin let me know traffic was holding him up but was actually on time. That’s service! His crew jumped right on the job and knew exactly what to do. Decent price. Great if you wash your car weekly. They took great care of my 2SS camaro 1LE. Despite how rigorous cleaning suede leather in my whole car. Even the shifter and steering wheel. The detailing prices are a little high, but great for just the car wash monthly. The fact they allow you to come back if it rains the next day on your car is AMAZING.

I truly cannot recommend KC the detail guy enough. I’m so overwhelmingly happy with the results of my car and his overall professionalism. His prices are incredibly competitive for the level of perfectionism of his work. And best of all, he travels to you! AMAZING!! I had not had my Toyota Rav 4 for more than 6 months, when I found a foot long scrape down the passenger side door after parking in a public parking lot. After reaching out to KC & getting an initial assessment and estimate, we set up our appointment. KC might be the most thorough, detail- oriented person. Throughout the entire process he ensured I was aware and approved of everything he did to my car to not only remove all scratches but to help protect the exterior as well. Everything he does, he does with such care as to ensure the integrity of your vehicle. After just a couple of hours, my car looked brand new again & you couldn’t even tell where the scratches had been. Talked to Ron on the phone. Ron is the owner and Dynamic Auto Spa. I had never been to this company before nor have I ever met Ron before. The reason for my visit was I needed a good detail done on my 2016 Z06 Corvette. He told me to be there and 9am. When I arrived he welcomed me like a long time family member. He gave me a tour of the shop and introduced me to some of the other guys that work there and what they do for the company. They also have Dynamic Paint and Dent repair in the same building. They do Paint less Dent Repair. I was instantly blown away by the directness of Ron and the whole team, they really cared what I had to say and also knew I wouldn't just trust my car to anyone. I explained I need a good detail to show the flaws in the paint, so he could see the paint correction that I needed as well as my thoughts of doing PPF and ceramic coating to protect the whole car. Once the car was clean and a lot of the swirl marks taken out, Ron went over the whole care with me fender by fender putting together a game plan of what was to come next. It was then I found out they also have there own body shop next door. So now instead of taking the car to an out sourced body shop then bring it back for PPF and finally Ceramic, I can do it all in house in one shot. I was totally blown away. He showed me a tricked out Cobra Mustang that they had just finished paint not long ago and I couldn't find a flaw!! Sorry for this being so long but I need to drive home the point that when you have an expensive car (to me) you don't want just take it to just anywhere or to anyone. You truly get what you pay for! I highly recommend Dynamic Auto Spa for all your detail, ceramic or PPF needs. They have been trained and certified by the manufactures themselves and know what they are doing. Thanks Ron for making my C7 Z06 Corvette look like a Million Bucks!!
