I was traveling a long distance from home so I looked up Black Diamond on the web. I talked to Isabella with Black Diamond on the phone about their services. In the end I decided to go with the one year ceramic coating. They had an opening a couple of days out so I set the appointment. I arrived for my appointment at 9:00am and the truck was completed by 11:30am. The truck looks fantastic. Isabella was very polite and she was willing to give me advice on how to best take care of the trucks new coating going forward. I would definitely recommend Black Diamond to anyone who would like to protect their new vehicles paint. The truck shines like a diamond. They are personable and do a great job at a very reasonable price. Five stars!

Just wanted to share with you my experience about a Car Detailing service I recently discovered. Being the car enthusiast I am, I've been to numerous car detailing shops in the Rio Grande Valley, but I've always found myself discontented with either the job done on my vehicle or the level of customer service I received. I chose RGV Premium Detailing based on their reputation and opted for their 5-year ceramic coating, along with a matte leather ceramic coating for my vehicle. Initially, I was impressed with the quality of the job; the technician seemed knowledgeable and reassured me that the coating would offer long-lasting protection against scratches and other damage. However, within a short period, I began to notice scratches reappearing on the paint. This was surprising given the promises made about the durability and effectiveness of the coating. I reached out to the technician, who had assured me that a follow-up appointment would be arranged to address any issues. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened, and I have not received any further communication from RGV Premium Detailing. For the price and the level of service promised, I expected much better results and follow-through. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and the apparent shortcomings in the product's performance. I would caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing this service.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Customer service is a huge thing for me - if the price and products are amazing but the experience is something I don't look forward to, I'm out. This place excels at not only their price point for their products, but their ability to take the time and answer any and all questions. A few days after I got my car I noticed paint splatter on the driver side - I'm talking tiny little white/black dots all over the driver-side door. I stopped by after hearing that a more aggressive clay bar kit is what I'd need. I talked to the owner, told him what I was dealing with, and this guy went out back and grabbed a piece of clay I was looking to by so he could try it out on a small test panel. It didn't do much so he went back inside and got a more aggressive type of clay bar. He made sure I understood that it's more aggressive, but showed me that it removed the paint and said, "I didn't want you to take what you were asking for without knowing that it would work for you". Today I stopped by for some supplies now that the car got ceramic coated, asked him for a few recommendations and he pulled up some options he would use and at different price points. Didn't push the more expensive ones, told me how each would work, how much to use, etc. I hate that I can't wash my own car these days, after 5 min of gripping the "trigger" on a pressure washer my hand is shot for the next day or two. But, it's still great having a local place that carries some great products and that they'll take the time to help you find what you're looking for.

I just ceramic coated my wife’s Traverse with CSL from Gil’s. They have top of the line supplies and products for pretty much everything in the detail area. Met Gil and his customer service is very good and he’s also easy going. I didn’t even have to ask him many questions because he was answering them before I even asked. He’s very well knowledgeable in his craft. He explained everything I needed to know about CSL. Mind you I’ve been going back a few more times to get more items. Good prices also. Awesome car wash! Very friendly and great customer service. We took my husbands Toyota Tacoma to be cleaned on the interior and it came out looking brand new! This is my first and last time attending this CarWash due to the following reasons- My husband had an issue with a scratch that he hadn't noticed on his vehicle as well as a dirty spot and when brought up to the owner he became defensive and started to accuse my husband of having the scratch already in front of the rest of the customers. Not only that, his wife jumped in and told my husband he already looked like he wanted to cause trouble since he first entered and had a high and mighty face. Another reason for my dislike of the place is that my vehicle as well as my husband's was not up to expectations when we asked for an interior and exterior clean up. There are many areas left untouched and as for my car I was left with a spot where the paint chipped off. I did not have that before and was not told of this incident. Once I read the reviews upon arriving home I realized I was not the only one experiencing such disappointment and frustration from this establishment. I highly recommend you take a before and after Pic of your car and take out ALL of your belonging before taking it in for a clean.

I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE Car wash was subpar and a large dark spot in the hood was not even attempted. When I reached out to the owner, he got incredibly aggressive and got in my face attempting to intimidate me by saying he was going to call the police. I actually called the police on the business and filed a report. DO NOT COME HERE. Owners are disrespectful and don't take responsibility. You're better off going through a drive-thru car wash.

Self car wash was great for my Chevy passenger van because the ceiling is high and my van needs about 8ft, this car wash is big enough to fit it way better than regular mechanical drive thru car washes. There is a coin, change machine, blue towels, amoral, vacuums, and even fragrances available for purchase. There’s also a place to hang your mat when you are washing your car. The brush throws out a huge amount of soap which is fantastic and the water pressure is good as well. Clean and well-maintained plenty of trash cans to throw away trash that might be in your car.

On 10/4/2024, I took my truck in for a windshield replacement under the Bert Ogden warranty. The service in the lobby was excellent. However, the dash camera wasn’t reinstalled in its original factory position, so it’s recording at an angle. They also reused the original adhesive, which is no longer sticky. By the time I got home, the camera was already hanging. Now I have to drive back to get it "inspected".
