First review before my car was damaged !!!!! (I used to go here years ago! I loved it then i love it now! Always the best fast service. Amazing vibes and very nice professional people.) I wrote this great review before they damaged my car and did nothing about it but blame me !!!!!!! I will be reporting Darryl the manager who acted like i broke my own door panel off or it was broken before on a 2021 Camry from Toyota ! Blamed me and was very rude. Posting video now. He said “your car wasn’t damaged before but there is nothing i can do” as i pulled my phone out he walked off. During the crash i heard something hit my window i was scared and got out after and found this on the floor.

This car wash used to do such a good job. I’ve consistently gone to them since they opened. However, the last 2 to 3 times I have gone to get the express super clean, they do such a crappy job. They scratched my center consul, which is shiny plastic. My screens were poorly wiped down with streaks all over them. They didn’t vacuum off my floor mats or spray them off like they used to. They have gotten really lazy and for the price it’s just not worth it anymore. I won’t be coming back.

I recently opted for a $150 detailing package service, expecting a comprehensive interior and exterior clean. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key points of concern: • Incomplete Cleaning: The service promised a full wash, vacuum, and clean of both the interior and exterior. However, the car was returned with numerous spots missed, indicating a lack of thoroughness. • Poor Quality Work: The detailing was subpar. The dashboard was left with an excessive oily shine, reminiscent of being cleaned with Vaseline rather than appropriate cleaning products. • Neglected Areas: Key areas were overlooked entirely. Both the back seat and floor did not appear to have been vacuumed. The trunk was also neglected, showing no signs of being vacuumed. • Value for Money: Given the quality of work, the service was not worth the $150 paid. The expected standard of detailing was not met, making it a poor investment. • Security Concern: To add insult to injury, my umbrella was stolen from the car. This breach of trust raises serious concerns about the security of leaving any valuables in the car during the service. In summary, the detailing service provided was unsatisfactory and failed to meet the expectations set by the price and package description. The combination of poor cleaning quality, missed areas, lack of value, and security issues ensures that I will not be using their services again. Juan is an absolute master at his craft! My new car came with numerous paint imperfections, buffer trails and swirl marks that were unnoticed by me at time of delivery. But with Juan's keen eye and expertise I observed these significant issues with the paint. After completion of his service my car looks amazing!!! The surface looks like a mirror and all those previous imperfections have vanished which is especially hard to do with a black car. I cannot recommend him enough for the quality of service he provides and the professionalism he exudes.

Autobahn gave my car a shine that I didn't know it was capable of. They assured me that I would be thoroughly impressed with their service and I most certainly was. I was educated on levels of car shine and they explained everything they were doing during the detail process. I was very impressed with the customer service with Autobahn, the Owner himself made sure to communicate the progress as I sat in the ac of my home to assure I was getting superb service and my money was going into a great place. Also he came back to do a 2nd steam clean on my back seat to assure no more stains came back. He used quality products and made my truck brand new again. i paid $175 for car wash & interior detail package. Mainly wanted my cloth seats done but also had dust and scuffs from everyday use on the interior. The seats smell amazing and look better, but they didn’t do a good job on removing the dust and there is even still dirty spots on the passenger door and on the console that i was able to quickly remove after i picked it up. There is residue over the entire interior from whatever cloth was used. Pretty disappointed for the service i paid for, but the staff was very friendly.

Best wash in city! Without a question. Lobby is always clean and car is always done well. If ever a concern it is addressed immediately. Keep up the good work. I drive far to visit this location.

Pulled in for an oil change and these guys were awesome. However then i proceeded to get my free car wash. The guy working the ticket booth advised that since i had mud on my truck under carriage i had to pay an additional $15. I exited my vehicle and noticed a normal amount of mud on the wheel well Asked for a manager and he advised that since i did have the mud on the under carriage of rhe wheel base that when i go through the car wash they will have to wash the concrete so other cars didn’t drive through it. I then asked about the bugs on the windshield and front of the vehicle and he advised that for an additional cost he could Get those off as well. So the extra amount i paid for thw free car wash was and is not worth the service. This was after paying over $100 for a full synthetic oil change and then getting nickeled and dime for a car wash is not worth it. I was looking for a good old change since I get my oil change about once a month due to my Long distance driving. Needless to say, will not be using this establishment anymore.

The customer service is the only thing good about this place, and from there things fall apart quickly. I wanted to wait to write this until I could get the full fleet of our company truck run through because the first 2 $160 interior cleanings were terrible. After taking the remaining 4 each @ $160 I can tell you they do not try or care. The trucks all came back with dirt, and all sorts of nasty that we had to clean ourselves and to make it a bit more aggravating these folks expect a tip. Exterior wash is okay, but next time I'll save the over $1000 we spent and do it myself. Don't waste your time or money, the wait is always crazy long and your vehicle won't be cleaned well. I posted some pictures of what a"clean" vehicle looks like after they are done. Looks terrible.

MUCH WOW. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS I'VE ATTACHED. (IT TOOK ME 5 TIMES TO SPELL ATTACHED. LOL) ANYWAYS I JUST GOT MY C63 BACK IN END OF MARCH. NEVER REALLY HAD IT FULLY DETAILED UNTIL I CAME HERE. Do not go here! Definitely do not get the monthly subscription. This is what my car looked like after driving through. When I brought it to the manager’s attention he told me it was still dirty because my car has a lip on top. I have gone through many car washes that have been fine including the Zips up in Aubry. The manager told me I would have to clean it myself and that is why they supply towels. I will never go back.

Not worth the $12 to wash your car. Did not clean the lower sides nor the rear hatch. Person on site was unwilling to make it right with a refund or other agreeable compensation. No receipt during the transaction. Discussions with the corporate office was polite, nothing more... Overall, poor customer service with low quality work.

We called to have our 10-year old car thoroughly cleaned prior to passing it on to a family member. We liked that they come to YOU, so neither of us would have to take time off work. Waiting around the 4 hours if we had taken it anywhere else for detailing is NOT my idea of a fun way to use my time off. They arrived on time. They worked the entire 4 hours, no goofing around. The job they did is hard to describe- the car looks incredible!! It’s beyond clean; all but the driver’s seat look like brand new seats. The driver’s seat has taken the most abuse over the past 10 years, nobody is going to be able to restore it to the original condition. That said, it looks at least 10 times better than it did. Everything is spic and span, even the WeatherTech mats look new. I told my husband we should make a point to use this couple to keep the new car we bought looking this pristine. Seriously, when paying the exorbitant price of a new car, it’s worth the expense to keep it this nice.

After trying out several different auto detailers for about 6 months, I came across Nitro. I told them my concerns about no scratches as a result of washes and getting a really good detail every time. I’m very particular about the paint on my vehicles. I tried them once and have been using them consistently since then. I have a regularly scheduled detailed with the team for 2 cars and they are always on time, communicative, very thorough and consistent in their detail work, friendly and generally great to work with. They even identified a crack in my wheel that I didn’t know was there. I have been very pleased. To be clear, this is not a paid review. They do a great job and I will continue to use them (just don’t make them so busy that they can’t get to my cars any longer).

Kuzumi Detailing restored my headlights on my Jeep Liberty CRD. He even was able to remove the haze in the plastic that I thought was too deep to fix. My headlights look as good as new. I will be going back!

Extremely satisfied. I brought my Toyota Tundra in for the Carter special. Living on the road it can be hard to keep up with the mess inside and out. My truck wasn't Extremely dirty on the inside or out but I wanted some TLC put into it. Carter's staff could have taken the first couple of hours and called it good. Instead they went above and beyond and also cleaned the engine bay. Location was easy to find and staff was extremely friendly. Had some heavy scratches on my wife's suv after she drove next to some trees on the side of the road. Redeemed auto did an excellent job at removing 99% of the scratches that were there. The rest of the suv exterior was also cleaned and looked great. Definitely coming back to get some swirl mark removal done.

I just recently had my car cleaned here, and they did a horrible job. Not only did they fail to clean multiple parts of my car, but they left me with water stains everywhere! Considering I paid over $150 for this, I’m really upset and would love a refund. Leaving customers with new stains is so unprofessional. See photos for proof.
