I wish I would've taken before and after pictures! I highly recommend them. I will use them again, but they did break my phone mount in my car. They also didn't tell me about it. I got in my car and saw the broken mount in my seat. That's why I gave 4 stars out of 5.

I had PowerHouse Detailing out today. They were wonderful!! Not only did the guys do a fantastic job, but the expectations and communication that was set beforehand was unique and much appreciated! When I pointed out a couple of places the guys missed, they were quick to respond. After the guys left, the owner called me to ask about my experience. Additionally, I spoke with him about the cost and voiced a concern. He was quick to offer validation to my concern and offer an explanation/solution that met my expectations. I drove off the Ford lot with my new '22 Bronco and took it straight to Grayson for detailing ceramic coating. He made it shine like a mirror and the coating (6 months since he performed the work) is still like new. Cleaning the exterior is a breeze and the work he did makes the Bronco shine! He was great with follow up questions and he even helped me with suggestions on what I can use to maintain the paint to make it last a long time. He was fast and very courteous. He can work magic on your ride!

Would give none if it was an option. I vacuum my car then wash and leave, and have done that at every car wash. I was approached by some lady who I didn’t even know was an employee due to her hot dog express shirt… that “vacuums are not free”. “You have to wash your car first”. I replied “okay” and was told I didn’t need to be rude. I didn’t know saying okay was being rude. And she waited until I got in my car and left. I would have gone around and washed my car but I’ll drive down the road to another car wash for that after that encounter and will never go back. I like to vacuum, wash, leave. If I’m going to pay I think I should be able to do so in that order as a paying customer without a rude exchange with someone. And not be accused of trying to escape with a free vacuum. Oops I actually did today anyway. Legit vacuumed my whole car too lol. I’ll go find a new place to wash and clean my car thank you! Word of advice after reading several comments with the same issue, post a big ol’ sign where you drive in to the vacuums to avoid further confusion for those like me who choose to vacuum, then wash so we don’t go back or go in at all for that matter.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I vacuum then wash my car. The service attendant cut off the vacuum while my son and I were cleaning out the inside. With all the rudeness the attendant mustered up,then proceeds to tell me this vacuum is for paying customers only. I calmly told her,you didn't give me time to wash the car. Their approach was totally unnecessary and extremely rude.. Needless to say,I'll never wash my car again at Soapies on Hwy 80. Perfect way to lose a 20+year customer.. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Love this location wish had one in tyler but i made an account here sence i was working in longview near by. I have been coming here for one month and i have nothing but personal and professional Courtesy and attention to my vehicle before going into the wash. The place is kept clean all the equipment always works. Couldn’t be more happy with the money I’m spending to keep my car clean staff and management are over and above others that I’ve used. Just went through Tidewave car wash where it ripped off my back wiper spoke to the manager Kylie. She said that the her supervisor told her that they are not responsible for wipers, getting torn off that we could go to AutoZone and purchase our own. It’s not just the wiper blade it ripped off the whole wiper They weren’t sympathetic or anything. There are no sign posted where it says that they do not replace or they are not liable for wipers or anything else. The car I mean, I explained to her as a rental car and I had to return it by 6 o’clock today they said that all they could tell me was to go to AutoZone and purchase one they are not liable

I’m going to cancel my membership. Half of the vacuums don’t work at all. The others don’t have much suction. The air guns are gone which was one of the reasons I subscribed to this place to begin with. It’s a shame. Seems like no one cares

I would give no stars if possible. It's usually a quick, inexpensive car wash and is good for knocking off surface dirt. The day I was there, I got their best/highest wash for $14 and it shut off less than halfway through the wash. It was as if the power had shut off and didn't come back on for a couple of minutes, and it did not complete the wash. I called the number on the receipt, no answer. I left a message with the details and my phone number - that's been well over a week and no call back. $14 is $14 and all I wanted was my truck washed, not left halfway finished with soap on it. I'd say customer service is awful, but there is NO customer service at all. The key pads are messed up too. I was there the week before and couldn't use one of the washes because of the keypad not working and had to move to the other side. Neither had been repaired this last time that I went. Don't waste your time going here, just go to a real car wash or do it yourself...
