This should have been posted a few month's ago. We were having crazy storms. I 4got to close windows sunroof and at 5 am the most horrific storm sprung me out of bed, too late ! My car was FULL of water. I called several places to help this elderly lady out. Oh my. Carnation to the rescue! The manager and an employee picked up the car, detailed it so well it looks brand new! Customer service alone would bring me back, the prices are great, smiling helpful faces. Definitely won't use another. If you have not been here before, what are you waiting for? Thank you for being there for me as well as the awesome job you did. I'm amazed! See you there y'all!

My feedback about your service has always been positive, as the staff there are very helpful and do an excellent job. However, today I noticed that the temperature is 105°F, and the people responsible for drying the vehicles are working under the direct sun all day. I understand that maintaining a high standard of service is important, but I also believe that the well-being of your team is essential. I think it would be a great idea to install canopies, similar to the ones in the car cleaning areas, to provide some shade and improve their working conditions. I hope you will consider this suggestion. Sharman did an amazing job on my wife's SUV. Made the interior look brand new again, his thoroughness and skill really showed out. Our leather feels softer than it ever has, he even got rid of some of the sticker residue I had trouble with on the dead pedal. Paint looked fantastic. Highly recommend the guy

Timothy did an AMAZING job on detailing our 2011 Nissan Altima. He took his tome and made sure the car looked GREAT! Our headliner was so dirty and spotted. Timothy was able to get it spotless. I highly recommend Timothy. He is very personable easy to work with and cares about providing a great detailing. I will provide photos later as my daughter drove it to work. I was searching for a good car detailing service in Highland Village and found EcoPal Mobile Detail. They were super easy to work with and did an amazing job. Timothy explained the whole process to me and even encouraged me to shop around to see what works best for me! That was one of the things that sold me, aside from the fact that they won Awards for best detailing service. He gave so much TLC to the dirtiest hoopty I’ve seen and it came out sanitized and clean! Find someplace with the ability to do the work and integrity to own up to and correct their mistakes. I brought my brand-new Tesla from the dealership to Ziebart to get paint protection film on the front bumper, ceramic car coating, and tinted windows. They told me they had done this work many times and that the film was cut by machine for a perfect fit. When I got the car back, • Ceramic Coating – They had handprints and water spots in the coating and completely missed parts of the car. • Window Tint - They didn’t cover the entire window; there was debris in the tint, and they damaged the glass by cutting the tint on top of it. • Paint Protection Film – The film had chunks missing, cuts, folds, etc. After trying to give them a chance to make things right, I just asked for all the materials to be taken off the car, my money refunded, and the glass replaced. When I got the car back this time, • Ceramic coating – Not entirely removed from all surfaces, and the clear coat now had light scratching and webbing present. • Window Tint – They broke the window trim clips, damaged one of the door panels, broke all the clips on a side seat bolster just leaving it sitting on top of the seatbelt, and left residue on the bench seats and third brake light housing. • Paint Protection Film – Removed without issue. I updated Brenden (Store Manager) as I found the additional damage and worked on the estimate from Tesla to return the vehicle to how it was initially delivered to me from the factory. Once I got my car in for the service, Brenden said they were “being more than accommodating by agreeing to cover the original quote…” as it was higher than an aftermarket glass repair company that he wanted to use. Beyond that, he was now denying that the additional damage was done while they removed everything. I had hoped they just had a bad couple of weeks and would do the right thing. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case, and I’m left with no choice but to warn others about their abilities and business practices while I seek to recover over $3,600 in damages that had to be fixed. No one should go through this with their car, especially one that is brand new, without a single issue when it arrives at their business.

So I have used these guys for several years with never a problem. They just changed owners and today my car got scratched at the wash. They denied responsibility and showed me the video of me coming in and leaving. Not the panel that got scratched. The previous owners were honest and would have taken care of me. These guys don’t care about you, only your money. Don’t use them ever. I was on a monthly plan and took all 4 of my cars there, but I will never go again. Beware!!!

Manny at Klean Image did a great job. I was on a very specific time crunch to get my car cleaned and to the military shipping port and Manny didn’t disappoint. He opened up his business early to make sure we would make our timeline. The car passed the shipping inspection with ease and made the process that much easier. I heard about Jordan word of mouth - high praise from a neighbor. I had run over some road construction with white paint or calcium on the road. It left white that wouldn’t come off the tires, wheel wells, and body of my 2021 Corvette. Jordan saved the day and he and his coworker worked for over 2hours removing the damage. I was so grateful and relieved! Very nice young men who are enthusiastic and hard working. They had everything they needed in their mobile unit. They detailed the outside of the car as a finishing touch. I feel like I have a new car. I plan to use them more in the future to keep my car beautiful. Highly recommend! Very dissatisfied with the “Steve’s special”. Not worth the $60 as many of the items in the “full service” package wasn’t done with effort. Workers seemed unmotivated and the wash itself looks tired/old. Big red flag that not many people were there at noon (lunchtime Tuesday). Makes more sense to go to another place for the exterior premium package for half the cost and just vacuum the inside yourself. I like full service places but this place was sub par. I wish they had toms terrific car wash closer to flower mound as that place is the best.

I wanted to have my car ceramic coated and Alex came highly recommended. He is the real deal! His detailing bay is pristinely clean and organized. My car is fairly new, but when I picked it up from Alex, it looked better than it did at the dealership. He is meticulous in his work and it shows. Very disappointed I paid 24 dollars for a car wash and my car was not clean . Still had to scrub dirt off my windows after coming out. At this price I don’t feel like I should have to buy a membership and have my car washed several times for it to be cleaned. I was asked to purchase the membership 3 times after I said NO the 1st time . I’m almost positive I’ll never get my car washed here again . I’m leaving pictures of the hood which looked like no water even hit it at all although it did .

Will and Cortez, today’s mobile detailing crew, took my minivan from drab to fab! For reals, it was disgusting with a year’s worth of kid crumbs and spills, window smears, and dried soccer grass. They got all the nooks and crannies, shampooed and dried the carpet, and even removed the captains chairs to get the impossible spots underneath. This is my annual birthday gift to myself. They let me know after the service that there was a dog hair fee of $50 in addition to the $200 I was already paying. The technician told me that it was from my "white dog", I have a black dog that never rides in the far back of my car so there could not have been "white dog hair" there. They left several things uncleaned, including wiping down my interior windows and the change cubby which still is still sticky. I text the owner to address these issue and there was no response. Very poor service and communication

I have come here twice. I am not really into drive thru washes, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wash for the price. The staff was also very friendly. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to tire damage caused by the wash on my last visit. I guess the thing that holds your tire in place wasn't lined up perfectly and gouged the sidewall of my tire in a few areas.

Easy 5-star service from Jeff at ShineWorks Detailing Studio. I took my new BMW M340i to him for a ceramic coating about a week ago. I opted for "The Works" package that included paint, wheels, windows, trim, etc using the C6 Ceramics Hydro coating. I was amazed how incredible it came out! Jeff did a fantastic job with the coating. I just did a quick detail to lift the layer of dust off and it was by far the EASIEST quick detail I've ever performed. The dust just slid right off with virtually no pressure. The pictures do not do it justice. If you're on the fence about having Jeff install a coating, I would easily recommend him 100%. He's very respectful and a true professional. He'll listen to what your needs are and will make appropriate recommendations. He'll do an amazing job!

My 12 year old BMW needed a lot of TLC. Jeff was incredibly detailed with his work! My wheels were cleaner than I ever remember. From the moment I called the day before, James was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and even accommodating an earlier drop-off/start time than originally scheduled. I had my hot mess of a vehicle detailed by James and what a great job. In addition to needing the carpet shampoo"d because an unknown can of Coke that rolled under a seat exploded, inside windows looked like a smoker drove it, to the major dog hair, it was quite a task. The worst car wash ever. For $100 it was suppose to include floor mat shampooing, tar removal and hand applied wax. The pictures speak for themselves, it was barely cleaned. Everything was just simply wiped down. Don’t not come here to clean your car, they are not professionals.
