They exceeded my expectations. I called multiple vinyl companies in the area and these guys were the only people that were willing to do it. (This happened on mines)I get here hoping to vacuum my truck after I get it washed. I start getting a lot of stuff out from the truck to get it empty so I can have it ready to vacuum it. Once I pull the vacuum, it's off. I tell the employee, "Sir, the vacuum it's off," and he replies to me with an attitude, " we close at nine, and everything is off." I was disappointed, and I asked if I could have the manager's contact information, he replies, "I don't have the number. Let me get you a business card; after a while of waiting, he comes out with nothing. I asked for his name, and he told me it's Sergio but I didn't believe him. Just before i was leaving, I asked him, "How come you didn't say anything when I pulled right in?" He replied to me with a fascious remark, " You had 15 minutes. " I did not want to get into an argument, but I just left. I've never had an employee look after the closing time than just to let me know before I got everything out from my truck.

I’m extremely impressed and so happy my vehicle is clean. I have no idea how they were able to remove my Dalmatian’s hair. It’s some of the toughest pet hair to remove I wish I had leather everything. I even mentioned not to worry about the hair because it’s not coming off but they did it! I don't like anybody touching my truck. Because I hate people even looking at it. But I took a chance and allowed them to wash and wax it. The best wash, wax and interior cleaning ever. If I could leave a zero rating I would. The seats were still left with stains and the center console wasn’t even cleaned. The cleaning was horrible, I feel I was scammed and when I messaged him after (with pictures) he never replied. Please don’t go to him.

My car was not as detailed as I'd hoped, but for coming in on a hot day the gentleman did a good thorough job in a timely manner. He even left behind loose change he found in my car, so he's trustworthy, too. Money well spent!

For an automatic car wash this has done the best job of any I have been to. It even got the wheel wells fairly clean. It probably wouldn’t get caked on mud but still I was surprised. The staff has always been friendly, even give you cold water while you wait in line. I ended up signing up for a membership after a few visits.

Gotta admit the wait in line is annoying, sad theres only two in clark blvrd and the other one is not even a block away, but this place sure is slow and im positive they know since they offer waters or other items for you not to feel like your wasting your time. And honestly it did not wash both the trucks i passed through there. At least it cleaned my windshields.

Went and got my vehicle detailed and man, let me tell ya, I've paid three times more money for the same service. Their attention to detail was fantastic. The pride they had with their work made the final product amazing. I've taken my vehicle thru the automated wash plenty of times, but this was a whole other level of excellent service. Will make this a monthly routine for sure.

I like the price for the car washes yet the only thing that has stopped me from getting a membership is the dryers don't dry the car well enough and loved when you all had personnel hand drying the cars but that has not been the case past couple weeks. This was a $20 wash and was left with water on all windows and mirrors. Vacuum suction is mediocre at best as well.

Sometimes I don't know why I'm paying here. It's most of the time something it's not working. The other day. The vacuum we're not working and today. The schedule says that you close at 8 but car washes already close.

I've had a good experience here washing my car w no problem but the thing tht I didnt like today was the customer service I got... Manager Jorge n employee Bryan cldnt put back or pop back right the back part of my driver mirror.When I washed my car I heard something but didn't think anything of it...as i was finishing drying my car i noticed tht part was missing...a girl who works there helped me get it back but then she called another team member (Bryan) n he tried to put it back but cldnt put it back right. I asked to speak to the manager n then he also tried to fix it but cldnt n both manager Jorge n team member Bryan were just giving me excuses about why it cldve came off because of past hits n because I have a 2011 model...They shld explain tht to everyone who has an older vehicle so wen something like this happens, they'll know the car wash isn't responsible. The first time I let it slide cuz it yanked another part of my car off and when I noticed 2 days later ( cuz I didnt dry my car tht time) I went back to see if maybe it was in the lost n found. To my surprise it wasnt there so they don't even hold thing there for a month or at least a week to see if someone claims something 😕 Today since they cldnt resolve anything n this was the second incident, I asked if they could cancel my plan, they said yes took a pic of my plates n walked away, no apology nor solution 😔

Service has gone down that equipment sometimes don't work for long periods and scrubbers don't do it properly correct but we still pay full price for service we are suppose to get. If things don't change I will cancel my subscription I have had for the last 3 years. Like they say if you don't care then we will try other local full service car wash company's.

Wish I can rate it zero.. Owners don’t know anything and are careless. Scratched wheels, left remaining Road grime & dirt underneath the under carriage, wheels dirty, bugs still on winshield/side mirrors, tail gate dirty ($13) Not expecting the best (Mirror finish job) but have some common curiosity, open your brains a bit (staff) and get into the spots that are high likely to be difficult to come off. Owners don’t care and are just about money laundering I get it but train your staff to atleast point out the obvious and DO YOUR JOB.
