I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I took my vehicle to get detailed and I was very excited to find a place with great reviews and photos. Unfortunately, they damaged my vehicle emblem on my steering wheel. When the vehicle was picked up everything was fine except for super excessive oil that I though might have needed more time to dry. The next day everything was still VERY oily and my emblem on the steering wheel was all peeled as if it has bubbled over night. I took the vehicle back to try to resolve this issue as I had picture of my vehicle before the cleaning as proof. The manager verbally agreed that the vehicle was not like this when I took it. However, he said he had to talk with the owner. I gave him time to do so since the owner was out of town. I was very patient as I did not want to fight over this since obviously they has caused the damage. I thought we could settle this but they have continued to brush this off for days now. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

My mother is new to the DFW area and was interested in getting her car detailed and ladies let me tell you, LADIES BEWARE THIS GUYS IS EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE AND AN ULTIMATE SCAMMER. My mother left this review as followed and of course he commented on the review as if he was being honest. Customer beware...DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KEYS WITH OTIS! I contacted to have my vehicle full service detailed, I was quoted a price of $250 for polish and detail. I was told the inside would be free. Now Otis did tell me he needed to go out of town the next day, so I agreed to let him keep the car overnight to do what needed to be done. Instead of the next day, he called me later that night and told me I could pick up my car and it was ready. I was excited and was ready to see my bright shiny car...no no, that's not what I pulled up to. The car had smudges all over it, from whatever material he used. The windows were not cleaned, the seats were still stained with the same juice that was there before. He told me he did the inside but not the windows and kept telling me it was free, which I didn't ask for. I was willing to pay him half price for what he did do, he then drove off with my keys and would not give them to me until he had full payment. The police were called, even the cops said tje car didn't look washed! It had smears all over it and the dust was still on the outside mirrors! I paid him his money to get my keys..but I got scammed big time! Mr.Otis karma is very real...I guess you really needed them coins! Crook!! *This guy does not provide legitimate services as promised and the police did have to get involved due to his aggressiveness. My mother works very hard and drives a bmw, she would never try to disown or belittle someone’s business simply for her own benefit. BEWARE!!!!

I just recently had my car cleaned here, and they did a horrible job. Not only did they fail to clean multiple parts of my car, but they left me with water stains everywhere! Considering I paid over $150 for this, I’m really upset and would love a refund. Leaving customers with new stains is so unprofessional. See photos for proof.

These brothers be working! You hear me? They be out there Sun up to Sun down! The only thing is, they’re so busy up there, the lines be long weekend mornings. But the service is good, good machines that really put some soap on your car, usually don’t need any wipe-off after. The package plans they have are reasonable and your car is gonna be looking like it came off of a showroom floor! I love it! When you pull in, the guys spray off any leaves or debris before you even go through the washer! So gone on up there and spend a little money wit’ em!

They are very good people on New Year’s Day I needed a washout but as you know every place was closed. I was able to get a hold of Julio at Galaxy and he came down opened up and washed my trailer out. This was so kind of him I was able to make my next load appointment. I will always use them for any of my truck and trailer needs. Thank you Julio, his brother and wife who gave up part of their holiday to help me out.

Protect your investment and exercise extreme caution when visiting DeSoto Full Service Car Wash, located at 2122 North Hampton Road, DeSoto, TX 75115, as there have been reports of vehicle damage and subsequent refusal to compensate for damages. On Monday, December 23, 2024, my vehicle sustained damage while utilizing the car wash services, resulting in a cracked windshield and a bent rooftop light kit. Upon exiting the car wash, I promptly notified management, who reviewed video footage confirming the damage occurred during the car wash process. Management initially indicated a willingness to address the issue but later declined to provide compensation, citing the damage occurred to aftermarket equipment. Despite requests to discuss the matter further with the owner, he refused so I chose to involve law enforcement. The owner maintained his position, acknowledging the damage occurred at his facility but reiterating his refusal to compensate for damages to aftermarket equipment. The situation culminated with the owner declining further discussion and stating, "I'll see you in court." I took his disrespect personally. After acknowledging liability and subsequently refusing to compensate for damages, social media is the best platform to expose a real problem in the community. There are outsiders who infiltrate the community with unacceptable business practices. They assume it is acceptable to provide suboptimal goods and/or services in exchange for premium dollars. Firstly, the requirement to receive such goods and/or services often entails payment in cash upfront only, with a strict no-refund policy. Then, when a legitimate problem or complaint arises, there is no accountability. You, the consumer, are left with poor-quality goods and/or services. In my case, a damaged luxury vehicle. We must recognize that our spending power matters and demand better in exchange for our dollars. So, I propose that we avoid utilizing DeSoto Full Service Car Wash at 2122 North Hampton Road, DeSoto, TX 75115 services for the month of January 2025 to make it known that his way of doing business is not acceptable. I paid $25 for a wash, wipe down and tire clean. The only thing I got was a drive thru car wash. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come and wipe my truck down and clean my tires but the workers continued to go to the next vehicle instead of servicing mine. I spoke with the man who helped me when I first got there and he got someone to come to my truck but by the time he came my break was up and I had to be back at work. I didn’t even want a refund. I just wanted to get as far away from that place as possible. On top of that, my truck wasn’t even fully clean. SMH
