Communication is excellent, any and all questions answered, and very prompt to your appointment. Sam will explain any service you inquire about and also will recommend future treatments or care with no pressure. Very easy and pleasant experience. Highly recommend his services. Sam and crew arrived 10 minutes early to detail the interior of my Yukon and was complete 2 hours later. The interior looks the same now as when I picked it up from the dealership. Sam is very detail oriented and made the experience extremely easy and comforting that I was home and did not have to drop off my vehicle and coordinate travel had I chose to go to a brick and mortar business. We needed a good detail for our car after a miss hap in the back seat!! We setup an appointment and Sam came out right out and got the car looking new again. If you want the cleanest car in town come to midtown detailing. They do it all wash, wax, vacuum and carpet shampoos. Great service all the time you will be pleased with the results. On a side note you can't make an appointment and it's first come first serve, so if you don't have time be prepared to leave your vehicle🤩

I didn’t receive detailing service, but they were extremely friendly when I arrived with my U-Haul. I needed to drop off my car, which was on the tow, and return for it later. They kindly let me leave my car in the parking lot and even moved it to the back so I could unhook it and return the 15' U-Haul with my belongings. A gentleman also assisted me in getting my car off the carport, since I wasn’t sure how to do it.ill come back another time to recover services on my BMW!

I called and spoke to Gabriel he was very helpful informing me they offered pcs details for vehicles explained to me what it included and gave me a time frame for when my truck would be done if I brought it in even without an appointment, I arrived and he explained what they would be doing to my truck and made sure to give me a chance to point out anything I felt they should focus on. The detail did take a half hour longer then expected but he and his team made sure to communicate with me and once they were done my truck looked and smelled like it never has, they out did themselves!!

They did an amazing job on my car that’s been toddler and animal destroyed. They’re fast with approving scheduled appointments online and I notice they do take walk ins also. I wanted to have a clean car for my vacation getaway. I made an appointment at 5pm for 8am the next day so availability is satisfactory. I got the interior only and will def be coming again. I forgot to take pics of my trunk that was COVERED in fur and my front seats that were pretty gross with food (I eat lunch in my car) they got every nook and cranny and I absolutely see no dog fur in my truck anymore! Yes, the website states it will be 3 hours but it can take longer. mine took 5 hours (I had no problem with that as I knew my car was a mess) so please be prepared to wait a bit extra (they make sure your car is satisfactory so just have a little patience 😇) They do have real time update trackers so that’s a huge plus. Overall, gives this place a try for your mobile detailing ! I’m definitely gonna be a reoccurring customer!

Every time I go here the tall black guy that I assume is the manger/Supervisior has a terrible attitude. He never wants to wash vehicles larger than a Toyota Camry. He has a terrible attitude and never wants to just take care of the customer. He complains about dirt on the vehicles! Yes, dirt on the vehicles! That’s why I came to get the dirt off! He is in the wrong business and the owner is going to let him run his business in the ground! Terrible customer service and my truck is still dirty! I will never go here again and advise against anyone going here!

Great experience with the team at Harker Heights ceramic coatings. Communication was prompt and professional. They provided me with all the information I needed to make an educated decision on what tint I should go with. Prices are really good for the product and service you get. Drop off and pick up was easy. They provided me with literature regarding the tint and maintenance of the tint as well as some pro grade window cleaner to ensure my new tints stay clean and safe. Overall great experience and I would recommend to anyone looking get tint or detailing done on their vehicle.

I got my windows tinted by this company, and I have to say I am extremely impressed! From the booking experience, to the drive up first impressions, to the lobby experience, to the completion, everything was amazing. Just when you thought that was it, the aftercare from this group, was the cherry on top. I was given the complimentary materials and digital information (QR codes to informational) that just made the whole experience top-tier! Probably the best detail I've ever had on a vehicle....Anastasio came right to my house and started working....even corrected a couple of minor scratches on my car! The detailer was able to finish my car with the timeframe l gave him and my car was looking great when he finished. Just my luck that it rained about an hour later, but the interior and engine compartment were awesome. If l was to make a suggestion it would be to have much better waiting area environment for customers. I gladly waited several hours for my car to be finished but l had to sit in a very uncomfortable metal chair. Great job 2020 Autospa!!

Very professional business that does great work. Answered any questions that I had about the process. I had their level 3 ceramic coat service done to my truck. The truck looked great. Looked better than the day I got it! The service also comes with an interior detail which looked pretty good as well. A few places that had streaks on the seats and the dash, but overall the truck looked fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get a quality coat or detail done to their vehicle.

They did a better than expected job. My truck was dirty on the inside and had all sorts of crud down the side of the seats. They got it all. A friend recommended Mike’s auto spa from Instagram, I’ve been watching his work and finally found the time to have my Camaro and Blazer cleaned and ready for the winter months ahead. I have used other car detailing companies before. I would pay anywhere from 200 to 300 dollars and leave unsatisfied. I have used LJ detailing twice and I am beyond satisfied with the service. My truck stays cleans for at least two weeks after the detail. I highly recommend.

If you’re coming here to use the self-serve wash stations, don’t. None of them work properly. You’ve been warned. I feel kinda bad giving this review because when I first started coming here 2 months ago, they worked well. Coupled with the free vacuum, I would’ve gave this place 5 stars. Now I believe all of them have some kind of malfunction and I’ve lost a decent amount of money fiddling with the machines trying to get them to work properly. I’m finding another place to go.

It's a nice car wash, the people there are always up for a conversation while you are paying... but it'd be nice I'd they didn't stack vehicles as close as they do to go thru. Someone on the dryer side could hit thier breaks to put thier vehicle in drive roll over the guide rollers, forcing the next vehicle to roll into them or hit the breaks to avoid... this would cause quite a mess either way.
