Bought a 'new' (used) car for for my son, 2016 370z red (love this car). But paint/clear coat was not in great shape, it was neglected. Told Eric I wanted it to Shine, and he Delivered! Justin and the team at detailing garage is by far the best in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He does his job with excellence. Josh does a very meticulous job every time he details the car. He takes his time, never rushes, and never complains about how filthy my truck is, including all the dog hair! One morning, after I had missed my appointment the previous day, he came at 5 AM to clean my car before he flew out of town for the week. Another time, he cleaned my muddy bike for me too, and didn’t charge me. Every time I get back inside my car after he cleans it, I am amazed and overjoyed, it looks new again! His prices are extremely reasonable and well worth every penny. I highly recommend Josh and What A Shine. You will not be disappointed, and like me, will feel lucky that you found him.

Once again, Xquisite did a fantastic job on the second vehicle we brought to them this year, a 2025 BMW X5. We had Chase do a full frontal PPF. The rest of the exterior we had ceramic, along with the wheel package. In April, they did our 2024 ZR2 with the same package. Had my wife’s new Defender tinted and the shop is super clean, the work is above and beyond what I have experienced before from a tint shop. The shop offers wraps, tint, and ceramic coating. They really take pride in their work. He is priced competitively if not slightly below market. If you have a need for high end tint this is my go to spot from now on!

First time back with the new equipment and was pleasantly surprised. The tunnel cleaned and dried my car FAR better than any other- I’m quite impressed with how clean my bumper is. Vacuums nice and strong. My only complaint was there are not towels and spray in the self service area at this time to wipe my interior (thankfully the exterior was dried so well I didn’t need one)! Hoping those will come soon as renovations finish. I love I have to option for hand dry+vacuum as well! Staff was super friendly all around.

I frequently have to get car washes for my boss but this was my first time at this location. Never going anywhere else! To start, Lay was so sweet and helpful. She immediately brightened my day. Everyone else was also kind and jovial. The waiting area was the best of any location or car wash I’ve been to! They have corn hole available to pass the time, beautiful seating, a super clean and well-maintained facility inside and out, complimentary water and Starbucks! Caleb possesses the basic communication skills necessary to speak with customers, but severely lacks the foresight to follow up and maintain that level of care. My appointment was rescheduled twice, due to his inability to plan accordingly, with the second cancellation being the night before the appointment. For future reference if you’re not fully confident you can take an appointment then don’t take it, this wastes not only my time but yours as well, and I simply cannot do business with someone who lacks basic punctuality.

I neglected my car for years after my kids did unholy things to the back seat. Finally called Evergreen to make it right. Caleb came the next day and brought his magic. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. Like many others, I was charged $24 for the vacuum and another $24 for the car wash. This happened on Sunday, and now it’s Wednesday with no refund in sight. It’s been three business days—the timeframe stated in your replies for the pre-authorization hold to clear—but nothing has changed. I took minimal time using both the vacuum and the car wash and made sure to press the button to end each session. If the pre-authorization charge isn’t removed by Friday, I’ll have no choice but to file a chargeback. I refuse to feel scammed.

Wash Your Stuff is a great place for people to bring their toys and nice cars. Don’t want swirl marks from tunnel washes. Place is always clean and employees always helpful. All bays are working when I have been here. I drive past several washes to get to this one. Worth it. Takes card which is very convenient.

Went to NexTier on a friend's recommendation, and I am so glad I did. I needed a detail done for a car show, and for a black car with custom polished wheels that was a big ask. He took amazing care of my car and treated it with the utmost care. Not only is he super professional, he's also really easy to chat with if you like. If you don't want to go to him he also has mobile detailing on offer. A true professional and outstanding prices. You won't go wrong here. DO NOT use this car wash!!! Took my new truck through this car wash and stopped to grab food 5 minutes later. When I got out of the truck I saw the damage. My rear fender wells have hundreds of chips in the paint ( see other reviews for identical chip marks). Drove straight back to notify them. I was told they would call me tomorrow. Called the manager, who hung up on me. Then called back to the store to get the name of their insurance company, and the worker said he was going to get the owner on the line to provide the name of the insurance company. When I didn’t receive a call back, I again called the store. The worker stated that the owner would not talk and that they were not liable for any damage. I will, of course, pursue legal remedies, but I advise anyone and everyone to avoid this car wash if you don’t want damage to your vehicle. Update: The owner, manager and even the store refuses to provide a certificate of insurance. In fact, the owner has completely refused to even answer the phone. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!

Terrible, bad service and bad machines. I went to wash my truck, since it was in the process of washing it we received a strong blow to the roof of the truck (I was with my daughters and my 2 year old daughter began to cry because of the strong blow, it caused us all a lot of concern) when we left the wash we saw that the roof had some dents from the impact of the roller that hit our truck, we went to the office to report what happened and we found a client complaining about the bad service, we had to wait more than 45 minutes for them to attend to us, then they made us fill out a report about what happened so that the insurance would respond to us for the damages caused, after waiting a week to see where they were going to do the repair to my truck, they inform me that because of the year of my truck (Toyota Tacoma 2006) they cannot cover it because it had to be a vehicle of at least 10 years, which seems very irresponsible on their part; since They do not have any information indicating that they do not cover any damage caused by their service. The response we received from the employee after he checked the security cameras and saw that the truck had no damage when entering the car wash, he notified us that the roller on his machine had a mechanical defect (failure), stating that it was their fault. They are irresponsible and decided not to compensate me for the damage and I was left with my damaged and dented truck.

Not the greatest wash for $22 .. bird poop didn't get removed. The wash barely touched the windshield. Brought it up to attendant who asked how long the poop had been there. Really?? Other car washes we've never had an issue. Attendant Wipes off the poop as you can see, some poop still on the windshield. Not impressed and won't be returning for a $22 one time wash. Too many other places offer better washes.

Donnie is amazing!! There is not anyone better. His work quality is superb. Communication always on point and his pricing is fair. He has done two complete details for me. One was my son’s Honda that was terrible. Donnie got it looking like new and I was able to get top value for it when I sold it. Absolutely amazing! I had tried to remove to TRD stickers on my bed and unfortunately couldn’t get it off. Donnie came in and not only removed the other sticker with ease but also polished and corrected my mistake. My truck has never looked this good. These guys at 817 Mobile Auto Detailing did an awesome job getting my heavily used construction work truck back to new. With months of caked on landfill dirt that doesn’t come off with any regular car wash, these guys got wiped completely off. Tough oil based stain had over-sprayed onto my glass and when I was at a loss on how to get it clean, they managed to get it polished and crystal clear. Highly recommend for professional mobile detailing at a great price.

Stop what you’re doing and hire this guy right now! My van was atrocious. I mean absolutely disgusting. We are always on the go and I don’t have time to clean it, much less detail it. Fernando came in and killed it. He made it look brand new, and I’ve had dogs, cats, hay, plants, bricks, mulch, wood, outdoor chairs and wagons, and kids… lol. I didn’t think it could ever look like it does right now- basically brand new .I’m already looking forward for him to come back and maintain it, because y’all… worth. every. penny. Extra attention was paid to the details, some additional unexpected surfaces were protected, and any optional add ons were offered at a really reasonable price. I just recently had my car cleaned here, and they did a horrible job. Not only did they fail to clean multiple parts of my car, but they left me with water stains everywhere! Considering I paid over $150 for this, I’m really upset and would love a refund. Leaving customers with new stains is so unprofessional. See photos for proof.
