I got an interior/exterior wash. He left my tires spotless with a shine! You could see your reflection in the car as well. The attention to detail inside the car was great, clear of dust and debris. He even left “thanks for coming in” mats on my freshly vacuumed mats which I thought was cute.

They did a very good job of cleaning the passenger's seat. My dog had a liquid diarrhea on the passenger's seat, and East Coast Detailing cleaned that passenger's seat very well. They ended up cleaning the entire interior and waxing the car. My experience with them was great. Good investment, it saved my relationship (it is my boyfriend's car). :)

After making a few phone calls, everywhere else would charge about $160 for cleaning an interior of a car. Until I found Brandon, explained to him what I wanted, and to top it off, he comes to your home! Isn’t that great?? He did an outstanding job cleaning my 2007 Toyota Rav4. I have gotten my car detailed by them a few times now. Each and every time, it’s been basically the best detailing that I’ve had. They thoroughly wash the outside of the car, wax the outside, then they clean, vacuum, wax, and sanitize the inside. Even though my car is 9 years old, it always looks, feels, and smells brand new when they’re done. I recommend their services to all my friends.

really going down hill. I went in to get a car wash and the attendant was so far inside that I couldn't see the list of services. When I told him I couldn't see the prices because of where was standing, he told me to back up. I left instead and went to a competitor. When I have gone there lately, I have been leaving with spots because they only have 1 person drying on the way out and can't do a good job. They raised the prices by 30% and use less staff. I predict they will be out of business soon. Sorry, I have been going there for 2 decades but my trip 2 weeks ago was my last. Best Wishes M-T-Fine.

I came to them to get a scratch and some buildup removed near my rear emblem (both are not easy tasks!!!). My car is a dark color, so I didn’t have much hope. This place would take 5 stars from me if it wasn't for the owner. Manager there is amazing, he would do anything to make you a happy customer. He's positive vibe makes you feel that carwash can be the place to spend a fantastic morning. Owner is the typical man that don't care for his employees and just want money in his pocket and totalitarianism is the way to go for him lying in your face implying people are not smart like him to understand 2+2=4 But anyways. This place is an amazing place thanks to the hardworking people that work here I definitely recommend it.

I normally do the basic car wash where I stay in my car. The past few times (most recent yesterday) once I get to the end of the conveyor my passenger side windows are always smeared and smudged. There is a shorter man who consistently works this side and he takes the towel and just swipes its across your wind shield and passenger windows. I'm not sure when he is swiping the towel if his palms are smudging the windows or what the deal is. He never wipes the car down like the other guy on the drivers side. After experiencing this several times with him, I feel like I need to speak up. Nobody should have to pay to get a wash then have to go home and wipe visible smudges off each time b/c he doesn't take the time to wipe the vehicle off. I rather him not touch my car and just have the wind machine blow the water off - it would be cleaner and smudge free!

Chris at Flawless Detail did a fantastic job restoring my 2006 Mazda Miata to like new. It was parked outdoors for a year and the convertible top leaked water inside. I had no idea and when I opened it a few months after the last time I drove it, it was completely covered in mold and smelled like a swamp. Chris ensured me from day 1 they were very comfortable working on it and guaranteed the mold would not come back with the ozone treatment. They are one of the few places in Dallas who do mold removal. The owners of the shop were excellent with communication and reached out to keep me updated through the multi-day process. $22 for a ceramic wash, I paid for the tire shine, and the exterior shine. I was not very impressed. The attendance at the PAY kiosk was very friendly and down to earth. The attendant at the entrance of the car wash did not seem very happy to be there, which sometimes I understand who wants to be up at seven in the morning. The individual there literally just sprayed my hood and sprayed once on the window of my car and it was all. I get a better spray down at a car wash in Lake Highlands, where they spray down my whole vehicle and use a brush. I was not very impressed with the service here or the wash itself. It didn’t even take that long and I didn’t feel like it washed good. The drying did not even suffice to take it off all the water at the end there’s a small sign that says you do not have to use a towel if you bought shine guess what I had to use the towel even though I bought the extra shine. I stopped at this car wash before and it’s always been an issue. This stop it’s just convenient when I need to wash my vehicle and this is the first time I decided to do a review on this place And I’ve always had an issue with this place with the price. It is just tremendously expensive for the wash.

I hate to review this place as a one star, the service here was fantastic and this place used to rock. But something has happened with their washing tunnel, where the tunnel itself is not washing the entire vehicle. Especially on the back side of your car / truck / van. Even if you choose a wash that's $15 or more, the vehicle was still left spotty all over.

This is the BEST service I have ever used in DFW! Steven made it super easy on me. He moved any lingering items and deep cleaned my car inside and out. I heard about Jordan word of mouth - high praise from a neighbor. I had run over some road construction with white paint or calcium on the road. It left white that wouldn’t come off the tires, wheel wells, and body of my 2021 Corvette. Jordan saved the day and he and his coworker worked for over 2hours removing the damage. I was so grateful and relieved! Very nice young men who are enthusiastic and hard working. They had everything they needed in their mobile unit.
