Donnie is amazing!! There is not anyone better. His work quality is superb. Communication always on point and his pricing is fair. He has done two complete details for me. One was my son’s Honda that was terrible. Donnie got it looking like new and I was able to get top value for it when I sold it. Just a few days ago he did a headlight resurfacing on my son’s 2015 Macan. Wow!! They look brand new and it was a fraction of the versus new. I will call him every time and recommend him to all my friends and family!

Absolutely amazing! I had tried to remove to TRD stickers on my bed and unfortunately couldn’t get it off. Donnie came in and not only removed the other sticker with ease but also polished and corrected my mistake. My truck has never looked this good. Manuel was excellent with his services at Blessed Touches. We had some rust stains that weren't coming off on our SUV. He was able to quickly and effectively get all the stains removed with precise detailing. He was always willing to listen to the issues. He is direct and to the point and charges a good price. Manuel is honest and cares about the work he does for his clients. Thanks to him, he identified a non related, additional issue our dealership missed when we purchased our vehicle. Unprofessional. One of their employees aggressively gestured me onto the car wash track, which snapped off my vehicle's hubcap. I had my misgivings, but he apparently thought he knew what he was doing. He didn't even make much of an effort to snap the hub cap back on and (I learned later) actually left it with him at the wash station. I had to walk all the way back to the entrance to retrieve it myself (maybe they would've kept it for themselves). I may have lost a second one inside the car wash itself — I'll never know. The last time I checked I had two hub caps, and as of yesterday's Xpress car wash, I have only one partially damaged one — a perhaps $30 loss + a $12 car wash that was not worth the money. The next morning I called the manager who told me to come by between 8 am and 7 pm for a reimbursement (he said he had to look at the video footage first). I showed up at 6:50 pm: everything was shut down and no one was around. Another customer also showed up wondering why they were closed early. I drove thirty minutes out of my way to receive a reimbursment, and I got nothing for it. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The wash itself was good. But, the tire service was terrible. Paid for the $28 service. They cleaned my rims with rags, no chemicals, just rags. Pulled away and looked, terrible. 4 guys and and lady just standing around. Figured for the hourly pay they would have a better work ethic for just standing around. Have some pride in their work. Won't be going here again

Bought a 'new' (used) car for for my son, 2016 370z red (love this car). But paint/clear coat was not in great shape, it was neglected. Told Eric I wanted it to Shine, and he Delivered! I was amazed how he transformed the car. I was so impressed i took my car (GSF) to him as well. I cant recommend Eric and his crew enough. Pricing is fair, especially the amount of work he puts in. Go see Eric, he'll take care of your car.

I came to get exterior and interior detailing done on my escape. This was the first time my car had been detailed since I bought it in 2017. Very impressed with Saul and his guys. I turned it in at 8am and got a text at 2:20pm to pick it up. I had a lot of dog hair and they got every speck of it out. Deluxe detail cost $219 and then it was $80 more to get the dog hair out.

This car wash could be the best!! It's not the cheapest car wash around, especially for a membership for 2 cars, but sometimes you get a really good quality wash. Sometimes, they run cars through literally almost bumper to bumper. It seems like the brushes don't have enough time to get in between the cars, and they've had numerous cars that rear end the car in front of them. So if you can go when they're not as busy, you'll get a better wash. Sometimes, when it gets really busy, it's hard to get an available vacuum. It would be easier to get a vacuum if all the employees would quit parking their cars in the vacuum stalls just so their cars stay in the shade while they are working. They also have an area called a bug prep station, which is awesome. It's two 55-gallon drums that have soapy water inside of them with two car wash brushes so you can get all the bugs off of your bumpers and windshield before you run the car through the wash. Lately, it seems like they dont change the water out and sometimes forget to add soap, or the water is so dirty it looks like theres possibly more dirt than soap. They also provide rags for cleaning, but sometimes they run out, and its hard to find the guy who's supposed to be keeping up with replenishing them. I've taken pics showing all the above from my last few visits.

Best shop hands down!! They do all my ceramic coating, PPF protection, and detailing on my vehicles. Never felt like they were trying to up-sell me one bit. They simply ask how long you plan to keep the vehicle and what type of protection you want and then give recommendations. They will also take the time to explain in detail the process of what they do and answer any questions that you have. Their attention to detail and knowledge is top notch. Super helpful!! That’s the only way to describe Evan and Clint. I bought my truck and it seemed like I started noticing one on every corner. I hate having the same thing as everyone else, so I wanted to customize it in someway. I cans to this place with some basic ideas and they helped me flush it out. They know what will look good, and what you should stay away from. They finished the work ahead of schedule, and the price was reasonable. I wrapped the top of the truck and some of the hood. As you can see in the pics it came out great. I’m thinking about taking my wife’s car up there to get wrapped as well. They do great work at an affordable price. I highly recommend.

This Sat Apr 29th. Been using this wash for 12 or 15 years spending about $600/yr on premium wash between 3 cars . . but never again. Just went thru & drew there attention to windshield w bug spatter due to night driving. This is VERY rare. The washer nodded he understood then proceeded to do nothing. I pointed the bugs still on windshield to towel dryer & he frowned as he could see bugs & asked if I wanted to go again. "No" & tipped him saying "you didn't do it". Driving away I thought the manager might want to know my experience. I was WRONG . . He just had excuses. The guy that took my money answered & without letting me getting my comment out, said "they didn't get it the second time? do you want to go back again?" Another car had same complaint. I said "I haven't been thru a second time, I just want them to clean windshield the first time". MANAGER was talking over me the whole time now. Said "we're an express wash & you should go to a custom wash location. If you don't like that, DON'T come back". I'll take him up on that, we won't be back

Rapids has previously been a place that we could always rely on a good quality, not overpriced car wash.. today I came in for the $10 wash and this was AFTER the wash AND the towel dry. Needless to say, I had rewash and dry my car myself. They do have free vacuums, which is nice, but I can’t promise we will be back due to the recent drop in quality of wash.

Absolutely love this car wash. I had originally set up monthly membership then had some financial issues. No problem whatsoever cancelling my membership. Back on my feet and signed back up. My car sits underneath a tree at night leaving it covered in sap. This is the only car wash that gets it all off. They provide glass cleaner, microfiber towels and the vacuum area even has air hose. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been going to this cartoys for almost 20 years now, and the guys running it at the moment are absolutely awesome. Had to replace a backup camera today, and ended up waiting at the shop while the work was done. It was a great time; these gents were fun and quick witted all while finishing the install quickly and professionally. BEST. Experience. Ever!!!Okay, I HAVE to share! I actually was looking for a different car wash and stumbled upon this one!!! Stuart greeted me with a smile, inquired of my car wash history and was very informative! I was actually taken aback by his kindness, hard working skills, 💪 and overall since to genuine care!!!! The prices and their membership plan also is excellent! It was extremely clean, they had clean towels and glass cleaner and spot cleaner spray completely complementary!! The vacuums were the BEST I ever used!!! They were powerful, clean and had a nice detail brush so I could get into all the spots I missed from my previous clean. Stuart is the BEST!!! Excellent customer service. I also saw him treat other guests with the same kindness and efficiently. I don't live on that side of town but I will be going here for EVERY clean!!! Thank you to whoever hired Stuart. He is extremely hard working, kind, friendly, honest, and he deserves more recognition... a raise! Management! He is the example of what people hope to experience. The car wash was great. The man who greeted me was extremely rude. He kept trying to push a detail that I did not want. I asked him to show me the options for the car washes. He said he only had the detail menu and I would have to go inside to see the car wash options. He told me there was a $34.99 option, so I took it. I should have just left when he told me I would have to go inside to see the options for a car washes. I have used this location many times before with no issues. Not sure if I will use it again.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. They damaged my husbands truck! We just moved to the area and figured we'd go ahead and find somewhere we can take our vehicles to be cleaned! We took our truck here because of the good reviews, etc. Well let me tell you, I'm not sure who is leaving the good reviews, but our experience was AWFUL. They took my husbands truck through the tunnel, got it stuck on the machinery and then FORCED it out while it was still stuck. They messed up the side of my husbands trucks and tore up his NEW rims. The "manager" told him it wasn't his problem since it was the machinery and gave him a piece of paper with the owners info. My husband spoke to the owner who asked him to come the following day (Sunday) at 11am so he could see the damage. We showed up and waited, and waited. He never showed and stopped answering our calls. I drove by and stopped randomly a couple days after that and caught him there, he straight up told me he had no intention of coming to meet with us that Sunday and had me send him pictures of my husbands truck and promised to get back with me after looking at the tunnel, etc. He never did, and now won't answer my calls yet again. Save your money! Take your vehicle elsewhere.

If I can give it zero stars I would I paid $75 for super clean detail! My car wasn’t that difficult or hard to clean at all but I needed it clean throughout inside and outside that why I paid for the higher rate than regulars. It was my first time there and definitely it will be my last!!! I was called at the end to check the car and drive I went there the car was still dirty outside at some points, the manager came and asked and I said I am not happy, she asked one of the girls to come and clean small things, that girl kept looking at me giving me attitude as if I wasn’t supposed to say anything about how not clean my car was !! Both of them didn’t care, even the manager she left me without final confirmation if I see it fixed or not and went there with the other girls to count tips money!!!!! No customer service or customer care at all! I don’t think the whole crew know how to do business in car wash I went home checked the car again and I saw these terrible areas to confirm how I felt and saw there Dirty spots inside and they tore down my driver seat original cloth. Not to mention again the exterior of the car!! I can’t believe this is how they want to do business and keep it going?!!! I’m expecting Owner to refund money back for these kind of bad service

Very nice staff and overall a good job! I put the car in for a wash and deep interior cleaning. One of the girls working on our car kept getting diverted to the express area, so what they said was an hour was actually two. Not a big deal if they need the time. After getting in the car there are lots of missed smudges and built up product. Again, I don't know how well of a job I would do if I had to start and stop multiple times so maybe a staffing or management issue because everyone was working and hustling the whole time I waited. They also cleaned or steamed our usb ports. Thankfully after drying out they work again but, were out of commission for a day and half. I will return but I would walk it with them and point out little things next time for the $150 we paid.

I had a really good experience getting an interior car detail. The lady who I met when I first pulled in helped me choose from the available options and was able to show me what choices I had at what price ranges. I chose to leave my car there and run some errands and they called me when it was done. They did a really good job and were able to get some really messy stains provided by my young children out of the back seats. Thanks so much for that y'all! I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the exterior of the car had been washed and the tires shined though I wasn't expecting that with an interior car detail. I will be happy to come back!

Very friendly staff but the detailing service isn’t worth it: they don’t pay attention to fine details and leave spots unclean (would rate it a 6/10 and could do better myself with an airbrush and cleaning products). The car wash itself and vacuum is nice though!

First time there to vacuum my suv not needing a wash and it was free. They have great vacuums and free mat scrubbers, free window cleaner fluid with usable towels. I will for sure be back for the monthly car wash deals. Very impressed that they not trying to nickel and dime you. Best Car Wash I have been to.

I called dr detail for a window washing and gutter clean Sergio and Ezekiel came on time and were very professional they did a fantastic job on the windows. Ezekiel, the owner of “Dr. Detail” was fantastic. Number 1, he did EVERYTHING he said he would do! And Number 2, he was ON TIME, as in PROMPT, as he actually showed up when he said he would; and what’s more, he did a GREAT JOB, at a very fair price. I could not be happier. He actually “knocked on my front door” and asked if I would like our windows cleaned. Every room in our home has floor to ceiling windows (except the bathrooms), and we need them cleaned frequently. He did a great job. He asked if there was anything else I needed done, and in fact, there were several things! From the windows, I had him power wash, strip, restain and seal our back deck. Another GREAT job completed. And from there, I had him power wash, strip, restain and seal a large wooden retaining wall. Another masterful job. To say that I am pleased is an understatement! The deck and retaining wall are IPE wood, and they look FABULOUS. I have encouraged him to have prospective customers call me. I will definitely continue to use him for my home improvements. Mr. TCU
