I started using Big E's Mobile Detailing and couldn't be happier. Always affordable rates and they do an excellent job. This car had been to the beach and back and they got it spotless!! They even remembered to get my sunroof after my kid put his hands on the glass!

Bottom line is its not worth $200. Essentially they don’t have the experience or thoroughness to command those prices. One of the guys came out recently and detailed Camry. He spent nearly 5hrs on the vehicle and did a pretty decent job on the exterior. I guess that he ran out of energy or maybe was just trying to get done. Left behind were dead insects behind the back seat. Cup holders were full of dust and spots & the back of the gear shift was essentially untouched. Again, the outside was pretty solid — just expect better work for $200. Will most likely use someone with more experience next time.

Best customer service EVER. They restored my filthy car to like new condition!!! 😭 Before detail: my seats were terribly stained, filled with dog hair and stank, floors were dirty, grimy, and full of degredation. Friendly welcoming service that will guide you through. Then pull on over and you can pay for them to do it or vacuum yourself, wash inside windows, dashes and plus spray some fragrance in to make your vehicle smell wonderful.

Don’t go here! The incompetent worker pressed a wrong button on their machine causing it to rip the roof rack off my car completely. After the incident the manager did his report and claimed he would contact us back in a day or so which ended up being about 4 days later after my wife called them and left a message. The assistant manager returned the call the following day and rudely said the incident isn’t their problem because apparently it is posted somewhere on their sign that damages aren’t their fault. Don’t go here they will break your car and then do absolutely nothing to fix it.

Mr. Sparks did a headlight restoration on my Miata. When done, the headlights were clear but badly streaked, looking as though it had been applied with a paint brush. The coating he applied dried leaving the streaks that he told me would “dry out,” however, they were left there permanently. I contacted him the next morning about it and he told me that he would be here “in about two hours” to fix it. He did not show, and did not contact me. The following evening I did text him to let him know of my displeasure. I then hired a reputable detailer to do the job. What should have been a one- to two-hour job turned into several hours with the man removing the streaked finish.

Alex did an amazing job! As a mom of a 4 year old with a full time job it is hard for me to make time to clean my car. I was a member here until the new car wash ClearWater came into town, switched my membership over to them as they actually got my car clean. After awhile I was convinced to go back to whitewater as they were “better” unfortunately after 2 months of membership I will be canceling again. I never knew customer service was important at a car wash until today! My truck had been ruined almost by a friend of mine while he was using it and it was filthy! My Father In Law told me about the carwash so I figured I'd go vacuum it out atleast when I pulled up and I could only afford there cheap carwash but it was something and I just tried to clean the inside real good and while clean the inside one of the managers came up and talked to me and offered to run it through again to help get it clean and he even scrubbed, pressure washed my front end for me!!! This meant more to me at this moment than these guys could ever know!!! I really wish I had got yalls names but I will definitely be back to purchase the membership for me and my wife's car Thank Yall Sooo Mych The Truck is Beautiful Again!

Draztik did an unbelievable job on my truck, providing excellent service and communication throughout the process as well. A level three ceramic coating package along with ceramic window tint were the services performed by Sean and his team at Draztik. Sean was there to explain the services offered and provided as well as answer all of my questions both when I dropped my truck off with him and when I returned to collect it. I left my 2011 pickup truck and returned 3 days later to what appeared to be a brand-new truck. It looks so good that friends and coworkers have been telling me they like my new truck. Awesome management at this place, the guys were extremely personable and caring about my car. I purchased a full detail and ceramic coat and was without my car for only a day. Kept me updated on how the coat was going and provided pictures to make sure everything was good before they went ahead. Could not recommend this place enough. They did an amazing job and it was extremely affordable. Will be going back with other cars in the future. Also, I had some scratches that need to be repaired at a body shop. They told me if I go get them fixed that I can come back to get the coat redone on those parts free of charge. No one else has offered that so far. Please give these guys a try if you’re looking into ceramic coating or any type of detailing!!

I was very happy to have someone clean the underbelly of my plane. I keep a pretty clean plane but the underside was becoming more difficult because of shoulder and knee surgeries. Augustine did a fantastic job, and I will have him start detailing my autos as well.
