I had a full car application of Suntek PPF and a Modesta coating done on my Super Bee. The results were amazing. Vive truly knocked it out of the park. The PPF is flawless, absolutely flawless. The Modesta makes the B5 Blue absolutely pop and shine. Even after overlooking the vehicle again at home I just can’t get over the craftsmanship behind the PPF. You can’t even tell it’s on the vehicle—all of the graphics that come on the Super Bee were no match for the skill that Vive has in the PPF world. They were able to PERFECTLY lay the PPF over all the graphics on the Super Bee. Not just anyone could’ve done that, I truly appreciate the time they took to make the PPF over the graphics look perfect. I’ve done a lot of business with this shop between my Super Bee and a Nissan Armada w/ a full chrome delete, and I don’t regret a single penny. The time, care, and overall effort Vive puts in your vehicles is unmatched in my opinion. I also want to mention that the all of employees here are great as well. “Spotless” car spa indeed!! Spotless Car Spa provided me an outstanding hand wash service for my Model X Plaid. I usually get my car wash at a place on Washington but felt that the last couple of washes could’ve been better so I decided to try out Spotless Car Spa. I was greeted immediately upon arriving and welcomed like I was an old VIP customer. I picked out my wash package and waited in the modern waiting room. It smelled of luxury fragrance and it had fast wifi and even free bottle water. After a short wait, I was super happy with the work. I noticed they even opened my frunk and made sure all the plastic pieces under the hood were cleaned and wiped free of water! Nobody has ever been so detailed!! The team’s attention to detail ensures the car is spotless, from the falcon-wing doors to the pristine interior. The owner was even there to tell me my car was completed. My grandparents 2015 Toyota RAV4 looks amazing! I got the X-Treme Clean service with the upholstery shampoo add on and I’m beyond impressed with the results. The staining on the upholstery is non existent, there’s no noticeable dust is sight, and the paint (although damaged from daily driving) looks amazing. I looked into getting my car detailed on Monday and got it done by Wednesday (I could’ve even gotten it done earlier but I was busy) the service was quick and the results were worth it! I wish I took before pictures but just imagine a car that’s never been detailed & that 2 kids snack it constantly. Justin and his team did a good job cleaning my Q5 Sportback. I had paid for the supreme detail which included the full interior cleaning and outside wash/wax. When I went to go check on status of car they mentioned they had not shampooed carpets because it didn’t look like they needed it, but I was under the impression since it was included in the description my carpets would get shampooed. They shampooed them for me after I requested it and dropped the price a little which was nice. Good clean overall

The quality of work here is equivalent to asking your kid sibling/niece/nephew to vacuum/clean out your car for $20 except i paid $180 for my car interior to still be dusty/grimey. The floor mats look fine but they didnt bother cleaning under the seats or within any crevices. I am disappointed and will not be back.

I am very unhappy with the way my car turned out after purchasing the $500 package with this company. There were still marks and literal dirt on the outside + wax residue on the hood, and several areas on the inside were not even touched. When my husband tried calling them and texting them they did not respond. Horrific, don’t go here!

I called them in the morning with a bit of an emergency – someone had thrown up in my car, and I needed it detailed ASAP. THOROUGH | WORH IT | CONVENIENT. I got two large SUV’s cleaned by Ulises & Jose on a recommendation from my mother in law. We asked for both the interior and exterior to be cleaned and they did everything including under the hood though they do offer other packages with less options included. The exterior looks great but for me the real difference is the interior, the carpet shampooing and leather conditioning in particular make everything look phenomenal. They are very thorough, got underneath every single seat, inside every pocket and along every button of the dash. I think they even cleaned the seatbelts. One of the SUVs we recently purchased and it clearly had several messy children in it daily, but Uli was able to remove some pink paint/nail polish from the leather console, some sort of white crusty stain from the leather stitching on the seats (quite possibly icing or sugar), and by special request even worked to remove every mark on the ceiling. My husband didn’t think it would be worth it to get the new car detailed since the dealership “just did that” when we bought it a few weeks ago, but even he agrees it was absolutely worth the money; you would never know this was a family vehicle a few weeks ago. We live slightly outside of the usual service area but because we had two vehicles to clean they were willing to come to us which was very convenient. Prices are high if you need a large SUV or truck cleaned but based on the level of service and detail I’d say the prices are accurate and well worth it for the occasional deep clean. Uli was also communicative via text and willing to reschedule around some rainy days.

Mike and the crew at Go Detailer Go were nothing short of excellent. From the communication to workmanship, they go above and beyond to make sure you’re informed about the details of the package you selected, and estimated wait and pick-up times. On Friday November 29th, I came to get a car wash and I left out of there with damage to my windshield. I went back to day after and they guaranteed that it was not their doing. There’s specs all over my windshield that was not there before. My windshield was clear, perfectly fine. When the sun hits my windshield there’s millions of specs, looks like glitter. I’m a single mother of two small children, I live paycheck by paycheck and it’s very disappointing that the car I’m almost done paying off was damaged by this company and they do not want to fix the problem they caused.. they keep undermining me and blaming it on rocks when in fact all of a sudden I have this issue after leaving their place of business! I wish my camera can do better justice as to what I see in my windshield day in and at night it’s even worse! I’ve shown them before and after and they still choose to blame small rocks on the freeway. Those dots are scattered all over my windshield!

I brought my 2011 black Tacoma in to see if they could do anything with the faded paint. The truck had never been garaged and the Texas sun had done its work on it over 14 years. They color corrected and Ceramic coated the whole thing and covered the badly faded roof with a color matching paint protective film. Y'all. I recently had a wonderful first- time experience with Diamond Auto Spa. After borrowing my car, my eldest filled it with gas and ran it through the car wash. Upon return, we noticed that there were pink stains on my white car that came from the concentrated soap used by the car wash. I contacted Austin, the owner, and scheduled an appointment for a consultation and estimate for their service. He was wonderful to work with. Also, I was able to see evidence the quality of the work they do in order to return a vehicle to optimal condition. We then selected a day for my car to recieve "spa" treatment. When I picked it up, I was deeply impressed by how thorough the strain correction and the detailing was. My 2015 Ford Edge was cleaned and polished from the inside out. It looked almost new and the finish is super smooth. Diamond Auto Spa will always be my go-to. I highly recommend them because they are dependable, honest, and deliver a high-quality service. Chow’s Detailing made my Tucson NEW again! It was used and abused for 7 years moving plants from my parents flooded home during Harvey, moving bags of soil and mulch, carrying large heavy stepping stones, grass and dirt sod squares and then cedar fence boards after Beryl. I have a nine year old car that really needed a nice clean, clay bar and waxing. Rafael examined my car inside and out and made a solid recommendation on what to do, didn't try to upsell me on an expensive ceramic coating based on the age and condition of my car. I was impressed with the time he takes to do the job right. Dropped off my car Friday afternoon and he told me it'd be ready Sunday by 1 pm. Sunday at noon, he called letting me know it was ready. Wow, my car is beautiful, paint is smooth and the shine pops. I recommend getting the engine bay cleaned and polished, mine looks like a new car. This is how I got my car back. :( I called to let the owner know he said “wiping the interior” is extra and that the “regular wash” only includes vacuum but my interior doesn’t look vacuumed either. I know I would’ve done a better job myself. Save your $ money or go elsewhere.

Less than satisfactory, certainly not the worst. Paid for an ‘everything’ clean and the car came back with dirty rubber mats and debris on the floor—mat cleaning is an up charge. In either case, the vacuum job was subpar. The service at this point was not good. They ultimately vacuumed again but the overall care is lacking. Clean should be the main goal. I’m not satisfied with the initial service or the effort made to resolve the initial dissatisfaction. Let’s hope they improve care. For now, I suggest going elsewhere.

Glad I found Attention to Detail - Arnold. My SUV was a bit of challenge due to stubborn water spots on the hood and roof. Arnold communicated with me throughout the process and was upfront about the water spots being etched in the clear coat, and even with this he said that he could improve the condition of the paint, which he did from how it was. The outside of my car is still dirty, they did a quick vacuum, Then try to move on to the next car really quick until I asked to speak to the manager. I literally took the towel and started cleaning my car myself.. no one spoke English or could comprehend what I was saying, even the manager!

I booked the $300 emerald package with the expectation that my new to me truck would be meticulously cleaned inside and out. After dropping my truck off, I came back 2.5 hours into the 3 hour appointment to find my truck being run through a car wash and wiped down with a towel.... not what is advertised. With 30 minutes left, the truck body had not been waxed, nor the windows treated with rain-x. I watched one of the workers then proceed to smear wax on the truck with his bare hands. As soon as I saw this, I flagged down the manager to question what in the world they were doing. The manager was appalled I had the audacity to question how his employee was "waxing" my truck . With a straight face he argued that they're the professionals and correct in doing it like that. "We do this everyday, we know what we're doing". I started taking pictures to document how it was being waxed. The manager started to get mad, questioned why I was taking pictures, started accusing me of rushing them and told his employees to stop and it was time to ring me up. Before I paid for this "professional" detail, I asked to look at the interior which the manager said was going to be perfect. As soon as I opened the door I was underwhelmed. Grime was still present on the doors panels, door jams, cup holders and under the seats. Water spots and dust were visible on the console gauge and plastic control knobs. Aside from removing 2 coffee stains and some light grime on the hood, nothing was done with attention to detail or as advertised.

Went in at 4:00 to get the level 1 interior detail package and they did a splendid job! I had some stains on my seats from a cup of beans i spilled and after 1 hour of cleaning my car they got all those stains out!! They have new ownership since February.. this was my first time here and can say the level 1 interior detail package for $125.00 was worth it.

Definitely my favorite place for interior/exterior clean! They were so nice and professional, and they did an amazing job with my large SUV in just 45 minutes. I have 2 little kids and a dog, and you wouldn’t know! They are in the Shell parking lot!

Tray is AMAZING! I cannot recommend him enough. After just a basic handwash for $40, multiple people asked if I had bought a brand new vehicle! His attention to detail is truly impeccable. Not only did my car look flawless, but the shine lasted for two weeks, making it seem as if I had just driven off the lot every single day. I've tried other hand wash services that charged me way more for half the quality, but Tray exceeded all expectations. I’m honestly sad that I didn’t find him sooner, but now that I have, he has my business for life. If you're looking for someone who will treat your car like it's their own, look no further. Great customer service. Good job cleaning. Communicative and on time. Edit: I've looked at some of the other reviews. Some of the bad reviews that are through Permaplate are likely because people don't understand what Permaplate covers or doesn't cover.

The most artful car wash experience you will ever have. The self wash is open late and very accommodating. The detailing appointments are very fairly priced for the amount of work they do. I bought my car early 2023 and been getting it detailed here since. I have no swirls on my paint, no cracks on my leather, and the car continues to smell like new. Thank you Divine Shine! ✨

I had a great experience here. The workers are nice and my car always comes out super clean. And they give free cookies! The line and wait can be long. The lines are usually long and slow. The wait for your car to be washed will be long. But I'm ok with it because they do good work.

I used to love going here, because the staff was friendly and they always did a great job. However, today the staff broke part of my side mirror, and management said it was my fault it was cracked and must've broken off while I was driving. I utilize my mirrors too much to notice that it was there coming in, but not when leaving.

Mike Frost did an exemplary job in detailing my 1989 C4 corvette. It had been exposed to the elements with much evidence of water spotting. Mike was able to effectively remove the water spots and then restore the finish with a superlative ceramic coating to bring the car to a showroom condition. His work included detailing the wheels, the interior, and the engine compartment. It is evident that Mike takes great pride in his work and answers virtually every question or concern the owner has to maintain the condition of the finish. He is easy to work with and always willing to respond to any future concerns once the initial work has been completed. If you want a superlative product. Mike Frost is your 'go to' guy. I brought Mike my car after trying to remove the PPF stone guards myself. We had some damage we needed to take care of and he facilitated getting the repair done and while my car was there also facilitated getting it serviced for me at Euro-Car Werk. He clearly went above and beyond. My car was with him for a month while waiting for the body shop to have an opening and he had no issue storing it for me. The paint correction/detailing/paintless dent removal on the car by far exceeded my expectations. I am ecstatic with how the car turned out and would highly recommend First Texan to anyone. He did my other car a few months back and again super happy with his work. Thanks Mike!!!
