They do good on washing and semi good on vacuuming. My first time there and asked the guy who approached me what their packages were he didn’t say much just said do you want everything in Spanish. I said yes because from what I understood he said armorall and I wanted my truck detailed and armoralled. Took about 15-20 min the guy comes in tells me my truck is ready, I ask how much he says $40. I was a little surprised at the price but didn’t mind paying it because after all I did agree to the full detail. Truck looked good from the outside, driver seat was ok dashboard looked shiny. I drive off and look at my back seats to see how they looked and they weren’t even wiped down. Got off at a store inspected my truck and was totally disappointed. My seats weren’t cleaned the doors pockets weren’t wiped down, my cup holder wasn’t even touched, the bed of my truck looked like the water hadn’t hit it. There was still dirt and stuff under the seats for $40 I was expecting a nice clean truck. Will not go back to this place, I usually do my own vehicle at blue wave but thought they might do a better job. I was wrong! Oh well lesson learned.

I was recommended by a friend to come here for a quick rear break light change. They were awesome, very professional and helpful to me and my son. I was in and out very quickly. I told them we had just left the DMV and couldn't perform the driving test for my son's first time DL, they even gave my son some driving tips for the test. I would not recommend this place. I got the interior and exterior cleaning for $45 for my truck and they rushed. It was not cleaned very well inside or outside. I asked the attendant if they could revacuum the inside again and they said I needed to pay more. Pictures show how it was left.

Worse cleaning any of my vehicles have ever had..asked them right away I just want the interior cleaned n seats shampoo, mediocre cleaning, dash front was left dirty, center console still had sand, vacuuming was subpar at best, they removed my antenna for whatever reason but didn't put it back, asked them to focus on stirring wheel n interior windows but they didn't, on top of all that spots on wash n windows..above all they left my keys inside w doors unlocked n no one was there! But then again they have all kids working there so........I won't be going back ever!

Every time I come here, my car comes out beautiful. There is an indoor area with A/C, comfortable furniture, and television to wait. Bathrooms are clean. They have beverages and snacks along with other items for sale. Great service

Terrible experience!!! One of their employees broke a $200 part of my vehicle, and they hid behind their micro policy of not being responsible for breaking anything. Even thou their employee admitted to breaking it. WILL NEVER RETURN, and they also lost a $600 house cleaning service because of their lack of taking responsibility. How do I know they won't break something in my two houses.

Hello I just wanted to let you know about an employee you have at your Tyler location. I’ve been coming here weekly for 2 years and every employee I’ve ever encountered has done a great job but today January 1, 2025 I had washed my vehicle and started drying my vehicle when I saw an employee helping me dry my vehicle and i told him “Don’t worry I got it” and he replied “It’s ok sir I’m here to help with whatever I can help you with” I was shocked because i told him I’ve been coming for 2 years and no one has ever helped me. His name is Ramiro Guerra and I saw leadership qualities in this young man. The attitude of going above and beyond without anyone asking him to. That is what a good leader… a good manager does. I saw him not only doing it for me but I saw him doing it for others, I would invest in this young man and I wouldn’t let him go and move him up the ranks because his potential and professionalism is rare at his age. Just thought i would give my 2 cents.

My husband and I used Daniel on both of our vehicles and we have to say it was a great experience. We are from the old school of thought that small businesses treat you right and do what it takes to keep you coming back and Biggies is no exception. He was not only prompt but gave more than 100 on cleaning our vehicles. My husbands Jeep had not been cleaned since he bought it, which was about 9 months when Daniel cleaned it. Looked as if it came off the showroom floor. I felt bad when he came to clean my car because I had just come back from out of town. Where I parked was under a tree, and all of the sap, pollen, bird, plus highway grime was all over it. I had picked up my elderly Doberman and we rode a 5 hour trip with her in the backseat. Daniel did not bat an eye, went right to work, and again, as good as new. You would not have known I had my Bella in the backseat. That car was clean and smelled good. Will we use Biggie’s again? Absolutely and only Biggie’s. Remember, you get exactly what you pay for but in this instance you get MORE.

I got a car wash here at this specific establishment, and the employees reversed a truck into my vehicle. Owner’s insurance was very incompetent and not willing to cover every detail of the damages. What a misfortune and nightmare. I’d never use this car wash again. Owner never followed up with my situation. Very unprofessional. Now I’m driving a wrecked vehicle that no longer looks new and is depreciated in value.

Staff is nice, as far as detailing your vehicle I do not recommend this place. They do not take their time cleaning your vehicle and leave spots untouched. After I picked up my truck my dashboard kept saying left rear door open. Even though it was closed completely. Not too sure what they did but never going back.

It's a great place and it's has the best price in the valley as far as memberships , I wish they offered compressed air to blow water out of small spaces. But this place has never damaged my vehicle unlike quick quack which is a horrible place.

This was my go to place to get my cars washed, never had any issues or concerns. But recently, I noticed my cars have heavy water marks. Defeats the purpose of drive thru car wash, if I have to manually dry my cars. Definitely something not right. Hopefully, they fix it or at least address the issue.

Not good, I was charged twice by this company. Currently disputing the charges with my bank. Not only was I charged two times but the soap and wash did not work. I basically paid 20$ for absolutely nothing. Will continue to work with my bank to dispute the charges as well as never coming back to this facility again.

This is your better than typical do it yourself car wash. Unlike some that I've seen in the Valley, this owner definitely has a sense of pride. Keeps it clean, and everything always seems to be working properly. I've never had an issue stopping in here, and I like washi g my own car. 🚗

The drive thru car wash is pricey for being somewhat good, I hate that it will leaves scratches on the car paint. The vacuums are $1.75 for 3 min, IMO that’s too expensive.

Great Carwash to go to when you want to do it yourself! I get my car sparkling clean and for very little money. Nice area to park to detail your own vehicle. Nice breeze even on a hot day with a shaded carport.(ENJOYED WASHING MY CAR TODAY. USUALLY SPEND $25 WHERE I GO AND THE LAST TIME THEY ASKED FOR $35. I WASHED IT HERE AT B&C FOR UNDER $5. A bit sketchy looking - A *really* good job. Ok, the place doesn't look great. It all looks a run down, and the potholes could swallow a Prius. It is under an overhang, so it shady look only contributes to its already shady look. I had to sit in a beaten up chair outside on the cement since they don't have anything like a waiting room. So, why the 5 stars? Because they did a *really* great job for not a lot of money. I have a 2014 Ram extended cab dually. It is a big white truck. With a yellow lab that sheds her entire coat about once a week, it seems. They took the time, got all the hair out, and did all the little things like in the door-well, in the door handles, in the cup holders. It was legitimately the best budget detailing I have ever received.

Definitely worth the time and money. The ceramic wash left my truck looking great and they aren’t stingy with the wax and coatings on the tires like other car wash companies, they have towels, air and mat holders.

Disappointed with this car wash , I enrolled for the ceramic wash but tire shine is not good. I called the attention of one of their staff just to be told that it is the kind of tire shine that they have. Attached is a photo of their tire shine. Waste of money, anyway I am still on the promo of $9.99. If you are planning to do wash on this location, bring your own towel, the towel provided smells bad. To be fair, the wash is good except for those two issues. Planning to cancel my membership soon.

Fantastic job! I have an old 1991 Suzuki Samurai and he made the interior look as close to new as I think anybody could reasonably do. I would absolutely hire him again to do detail work. He spent several hours out there in the heat going over everything with a fine tooth comb. Highly recommend!

Went to new club carwash on ridge rd, carwash is ok, better than expected, staff are friendly. I've never been to another carwash. This was like the 5th time going there. Everything was excellent from washing vehicle to vacuums. However, when the carwash damaged my vehicle on 11/25, the claim was denied. I have 2024 prius that I recently bought (1 month ago). They claimed their equipment is not malfunctioning and the scratches were not done by their equipment. Tried to appeal their decision but I couldn't. NO MORE AUTOMATIC CARWASHES.

I’ve been reading all these bad reviews about this car wash and went today to actually check it out and I was not disappointed. My car is super shiny bright apple red! No damages! They let you use their towels to dry any parts that didn’t dry well, their vacuums are very powerful, the suction was awesome! Their employees, 2 very nice ladies and the gentleman directing to go into the wash were paying attention to every little detail, washed parts of the car before going in. Those who are just complaining about paint damage, pictures doesn’t look like it!! Attention seekers. (: anyways, I did get my $10 membership for VIP and I will stay paying the $40 after the 3 months once the promotion ends. (Hyundai Elantra 2021)

My car looks brand new! The exterior and interior look phenomenal. However my only reason for not putting ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ is because my trunk was dirty with sand from a prior beach trip and it was not vacuumed at all but maybe I should have specified I wanted the trunk cleaned as well. Also, my husband and I both had our vehicles being cleaned at the same time we got there at 1pm and left at 6pm. We didn’t have a ride so we had to wait there for our vehicles to be finished and it took forever. I would definitely take it back because the work is good and so is the price but BEWARE ‼️ if you plan to wait there till your vehicle is done you’re gonna be waiting a while and they don’t have WiFi.

The Washworld Razor Edge Auto wash is a great in-bay touch less automatic and the best part of it is that it actually does a great job cleaning your car. Honestly, I think this automatic is the best in the Valley because (a) it won’t create swirl marks in your paint and (b) it is very thorough in cleaning your car unlike a lot of the other touchless Mark VIIs you find at almost all Circle Ks, which do a horrible job with their touchless washes. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the employee who preps the cars isn’t the best at customer service, though he does remember that I don’t want any pre-brushing on my car. He preps cars with a brush (which I say no to, because it’s probably abrasive on the car’s paint). But, other than that, I’m really satisfied with this car wash.

Be careful when u get change! The obvious machine will take your money to sell u a car wash experience. It tells u this is not a change machine, but who's paying that much attention? So it ate a dollar. I still like the price enough that i got over it. I've been in the city far too long so the price is already exciting to me. The vacuums work well and the place feels safe.

My truck was well taken care of during the clean up. The price for the interior and exterior clean was very reasonable. My truck was ready within the hour and they were even able to remove paint transfer scuffs on the body of the truck. Definitely the place to go.

A true definition of a family owned business. I had some clunking in the rear of my 2023 Ford Explorer ST after installing aftermarket lowering springs. The mechanic was able to locate the issue and corrected it by doing minor custom work to "the bucket" that the springs rest on. He also installed two bushings for the rear sway bar that was defected. Everything is working how it should.. Thank you! 7/31/2024 Update. My family has now been taking our vehicles to the Parker's for about 6 months now. And they have not done use wrong. Recently, we bought a used vehicle for the Mother in Law from the dealership. A 2020 Ford Edge St. It looks good on the outside, but.... some moving parts needed to be serviced. The Parker's took care of that and more. The Parkers were able to do some amazing custom fabrications for my Mother in Law's 2020 Ford Edge ST. They painted her break calipers and had custom stainless steel break lines made. They also offer other fabrication services. The Parkers have an innovated mindset when it comes to fabrication services and high performances ideas. I feel that our family will be doing business with the Parkers for a long time. Update 09/23/2024 Parker automotive has been working on my 2023 Ford Explorer ST for about 7 months now. It’s slowly but surely getting build up and upgraded. This time around, they upgraded the breaks, coil pack, spark plugs, ported throttle body, fabricating new stainless steel brake lines, and other minor and maintenance items that needed to be address. They never disappoint. (Most of the times) JK lol….
