I’ve gone to this place for many many times over the years. Today’s car wash was the worst wash that I’ve had in a long time. Going forward I’m not ever having the “top of the line” car wash done again. It’s not worth the price. The vacuum job was poorly done, inside of doors/windows still had spots on them as well as the exterior of car had spots too. Bottom edges of back windows still had dirt all over on them. No real attention to details. Just a quick slam “who cares” car wash with no difference other than just a basic job. I could not get an oil change done either within a 2 hour wait. I’m going to look around for a better place next time. Disappointed

We were told it would be done at noon when we dropped it off at around 8:40 this morning. we got there at noon and my car was on the side. We waited thinking it was done and just needed to be brought up. No one said what it was doing, and while we waited we watched it come out of the wash while we were there at 1:02pm. Then it went to get detailed and didn't finish till 2:32pm. This is where we finally got the call that it was done. My seat and seat belts are still wet, so I am sitting on that. I'm just curious what happened with my car from 9 to 12 when we left it here. Not somewhere I would go back to for detailing or a wash. Better off next door at the do it yourself wash.

Are you are looking for a phenomenal detail shop for your car or truck? I highly recommend Kody at New Image Auto Detail. I took my new truck there for paint correction and ceramic coating after the dealer where I purchased from improperly washed it, resulting in fine scratches on every panel of the truck. Kody and his team were very thorough on the process and understood what I was after and communicated with me on every detail to make sure I got what I wanted. I couldn't be happier they left the truck looking how a brand new truck should look from the dealer floor. I was invited back into the shop to see the operations and was very impressed on the level organization and cleanliness. Excellent experience from start to finish. I had old PPF removed and full PPF installed. Kody and his team are very professional, communicate well, quality of work was perfect, overall, they exceeded all my expectations. We ran into a couple of unforeseen issues due to a previous poor install, Kody handled it perfectly and still meet the completion date. I cannot recommend New Image enough.

Donnie is amazing!! There is not anyone better. His work quality is superb. Communication always on point and his pricing is fair. He has done two complete details for me. One was my son’s Honda that was terrible. Donnie got it looking like new and I was able to get top value for it when I sold it. Just a few days ago he did a headlight resurfacing on my son’s 2015 Macan. Wow!! They look brand new and it was a fraction of the versus new. Absolutely amazing! I had tried to remove to TRD stickers on my bed and unfortunately couldn’t get it off. Donnie came in and not only removed the other sticker with ease but also polished and corrected my mistake. My truck has never looked this good. I have gotten multiple compliments and will be using wash doc in the near future not just for detailing but for a ceramic coat.

The establishment looked new and well-maintained. The car washing machines were updated; I loved the result of the Graphene Wash. The associate at the pay station was friendly and helpful. All supplies were available in the detailing booms. The clean towels were all folded nicely. The vacuum was with very good suction.

y’all!! This car wish is AMAZING! The crew is so nice and chill, Kaitlyn was very helpful in explaining the price options, and all the services available! After this experience I will definitely be back to sign up for a membership! This car wash has spray for the inside and outside of your car, it also has a washer that washes the mats in your car hands-free!!! Best car wash I have ever been to. I have a GMC 2500 and the car wash still got my big truck clean. We drove in from West, Tx for a rangers game and hit every big on the way there. The awesome staff scrubbed the front of the truck clean prior to send in through. They also offer free vacuums and microfiber towels to clean your ride inside and out after you finish.

Manuel was excellent with his services at Blessed Touches. We had some rust stains that weren't coming off on our SUV. He was able to quickly and effectively get all the stains removed with precise detailing. He was always willing to listen to the issues. He is direct and to the point and charges a good price. I heard about Jordan word of mouth - high praise from a neighbor. I had run over some road construction with white paint or calcium on the road. It left white that wouldn’t come off the tires, wheel wells, and body of my 2021 Corvette. Jordan saved the day and he and his coworker worked for over 2hours removing the damage. I was so grateful and relieved! Very nice young men who are enthusiastic and hard working. They had everything they needed in their mobile unit. They detailed the outside of the car as a finishing touch. I feel like I have a new car. I plan to use them more in the future to keep my car beautiful. Highly recommend! I wanted to have my car ceramic coated and Alex came highly recommended. He is the real deal! His detailing bay is pristinely clean and organized. Bought a 'new' (used) car for for my son, 2016 370z red (love this car). But paint/clear coat was not in great shape, it was neglected. Told Eric I wanted it to Shine, and he Delivered! I came to get exterior and interior detailing done on my escape. This was the first time my car had been detailed since I bought it in 2017. Very impressed with Saul and his guys. I turned it in at 8am and got a text at 2:20pm to pick it up. I had a lot of dog hair and they got every speck of it out. Deluxe detail cost $219 and then it was $80 more to get the dog hair out.

Chris at Flawless Detail did a fantastic job restoring my 2006 Mazda Miata to like new. It was parked outdoors for a year and the convertible top leaked water inside. I had no idea and when I opened it a few months after the last time I drove it, it was completely covered in mold and smelled like a swamp. Chris ensured me from day 1 they were very comfortable working on it and guaranteed the mold would not come back with the ozone treatment. They are one of the few places in Dallas who do mold removal. The owners of the shop were excellent with communication and reached out to keep me updated through the multi-day process. Timothy did an AMAZING job on detailing our 2011 Nissan Altima. He took his tome and made sure the car looked GREAT! Our headliner was so dirty and spotted. Timothy was able to get it spotless. I was searching for a good car detailing service in Highland Village and found EcoPal Mobile Detail. They were super easy to work with and did an amazing job.
