Always try to stop here when I’m working in southwest DFW on way back to Dallas. They always do a great job. It’s full service and it’s the only full service wash I’ll go to. I’ve commuted here to get professional details or when I’ve needed to get my carpets shampooed to get stains or dark spots out in the past. I highly recommend if you are in the area and need a thorough cleaning!!!

Excellent communication and flexibility! With very reasonable price, he and the lady who came with him did awesome job for my CX-5 before turning in to VPC under military order. They do mobile and it was big convenience for me since I drove from other state and they came to the place that I was staying. I had lots of pet hairs and now it looks and feels and smells like new car again and thank you for your hard work!

The manager Mr. Rodriguez is the reason I come to this wash! He was with another company in Arlington and I went to him for years before he came to Wash Masters. The level of customer care that he provides is what all clients expect and deserve from a service based business! I love the renovations and new equipment, the free vacuums are a bonus. The only thing that would make this place better is if they still offered detail service or at least the hand dry option like they used to!!! I feel that it offered a better end result and separated this wash from its competitors.

The best car detail. They got my gunky-steering wheel clean like new, a candle that I let melt inside cleaned completely, and glitter from a box of ornaments that spilled all gone. The communication is very professional also with emailed reminders and confirmations, they arrived on time, super friendly, and did an excellent job. In pictures- they did my car and my husband car. The after photo of the steering wheel is from today, but they did that detail last month. They did my husbands car yesterday!

The car wash seemed good but could be improved further. Some dirty spots still there and it seemed those spots were not even rinsed with soap and water. The car was super wet after the wash; it may be suggested that the blow-dry process could be improved further. The establishment looked a bit out of date. The machines in the washing garage seemed not updated as well. Two of brush rotators did not rotate for washing. The team members should monitor the supplies available in the detailing boom area, as I could not find any clean towels in the detailing area. There was some debris or trash on the ground at the detailing boom area. The team members were helpful and knowledgeable.

2024 Durango R/T. Full front PPF, ceramic coat and ceramic tint. All work was done here. This is the second vehicle I have taken to Brian's Custom. The first one I brought to him was roughly 8 years ago. When I traded that vehicle in 3 months the dealership couldn't believe how great the paint still looked. Being pleased with the work he put in on my first vehicle I couldn't imagine taking this one to anyone else. If you are looking for anything mentioned above look no further. Brian has a great team and will take care of your car as if it was his own. I only rated it 5 stars because it would allow for more.

I stumbled upon Brian's Custom Detailing through a local Bing search, and after checking out their gallery on Instagram, I knew I had found something special. Their portfolio showcased a level of craftsmanship and care that immediately caught my attention. I had been shopping around for detailing services, especially since I had recently purchased two new vehicles that were begging for the right ceramic coating. First up, I brought in my Cadillac Lyriq. I wanted a full ceramic coating on the body and decided to go for a PPF on the entire front grill for that added protection. The result? Absolutely flawless. The finish was like glass—deep, rich, and smooth. What impressed me most was the attention to detail on every inch of the car. You can tell they pour pride into their work. After that, it was a no-brainer to bring in my Lincoln Navigator for the same treatment. Full ceramic coating, and this time, I also opted for a round of ceramic tinting. The job was impeccable. The tint came out perfect—not too dark but just enough to give the Navigator that sleek, polished look while also providing privacy and heat reduction. It exceeded my expectations. Now, here's where things got interesting. I also have a 6-year-old Maserati that had suffered some paint damage over the years from those automatic car washes—never again, by the way. I wasn't sure if it was worth the effort or cost. Brian and Pops did a complete paint correction before applying the ceramic coating, and wow, the difference was night and day. The car looked as if it had just rolled off the showroom floor, erasing years of damage. What really stands out is the family dynamic. Brian and Pops make you feel like part of their circle from the moment you walk in. They’re approachable, transparent, and passionate about what they do. Staff was very friendly! I haven’t been in a long time to this car wash, but I was able to do a free wash with a promo they had. I had to go through twice because the first time the soap wasn’t washed off. The second time there was still some soap left on my passenger side mirror.

Extremely satisfied. I brought my Toyota Tundra in for the Carter special. Living on the road it can be hard to keep up with the mess inside and out. My truck wasn't Extremely dirty on the inside or out but I wanted some TLC put into it. Carter's staff could have taken the first couple of hours and called it good. Instead they went above and beyond and also cleaned the engine bay. Location was easy to find and staff was extremely friendly. I had used this car wash before and never had an issue But today they just lost a customer The front of my car obviously didn’t get clean, so I asked MATTHEW right where they take the payments if they could wash the car again because it clearly was still dirty, and he said no. He said the car wash does not guarantee the car will be completely clean… like what am I paying for then? By the way.. I hadn’t even left the car wash when I noticed. It’s not like I left and came back. I was vacuuming it and noticed it Not coming back again

Donnie is amazing!! There is not anyone better. His work quality is superb. Communication always on point and his pricing is fair. He has done two complete details for me. One was my son’s Honda that was terrible. Donnie got it looking like new and I was able to get top value for it when I sold it. Just a few days ago he did a headlight resurfacing on my son’s 2015 Macan. Wow!! They look brand new and it was a fraction of the versus new. Absolutely amazing! I had tried to remove to TRD stickers on my bed and unfortunately couldn’t get it off. Donnie came in and not only removed the other sticker with ease but also polished and corrected my mistake. My truck has never looked this good. I have gotten multiple compliments and will be using wash doc in the near future not just for detailing but for a ceramic coat.

First off, let me tell you, these folks are incredible! George and Jackie absolutely nailed it on my brand new Elantra N. They gave it a full makeover, including a LLumar IRX tint all around, Air 80 on the windshield, full ceramic coat covering the wheels and full front end PPF. The PPF is so well done that it’s almost invisible. I had to take it back for a few touch-ups, but they fixed it up perfectly. Their work is so good that it’s covered for 5 years with a lifetime warranty on the window tint, so you get that peace of mind. They really took care of me. For the quality of their work, their prices are unbeatable. If you’re in the DFW area check them out! No one can match their prices for the quality of their services.

DO NOT COME HERE !! Paid $18 dollars for a wash and it was horrible. Photo attached , came back the "owner" accused me of driving through dirt , said he could not help me , did not have a name , did not have a corporate number. He got super loud and gave attitude after simple asking how could we fix this.

It use to be good. Now it's crappy . Their equipment inside the wash is dirty and you can tell it hasn't had maintenance in along time. Most of the spray heads do not work, and does not wash and rinse properly. Either fix it or get out of Grand Prairie.

The best car wash I’ve been to! I had a membership at another car wash in town and was called something nasty just for pulling into the line when I got the closing time wrong. I didn’t realize the closing time changed. The very next day we gave 360 a try. The customer service is great always! Everyone is nice and friendly and they do a wonderful job on my car. I was so pleased with the service that my husband, son and I all got monthly memberships.

I’ve been looking for a good car wash and detail shop. I’ve found it! Starting with the wash and hand detailed interior cleanup… Wow! Best job I’ve seen in years! So I asked it they could do something with our sun-faded Fiat to them asking if they could bring back some of the shine. They offered a Buff and Wax. Price was moderate for that so I agreed. I’m very happy with the results! They didn’t get all the fading, that’s not possible. But the job they did was awesome! The care they took in doing the job was impressive, I watched the whole thing. I will be back with my truck and probably my RiverStone 5th Wheel RV that needs some scratches smoothed out at the top of the front cap.

I got their $25 extreme mint wash. There were still wet spots on my driver side mirrors, front windshield, and read passenger side. I asked very nciely if they can wipe it down. The hispanic girl with long hair goes "esta loca" and roughly wiped it with a wet towel. It still had wet streaks drying up on my windshield, dirt, grime, dust, some of glue that was never there before, and bits of their cheap towels stuck between the emblems. I pulled over at the vacuum area and wiped it all off myself. I'm so glad i didn't tip them. This is what happens when you get racist illegal immigrants to wash your car. Even the guy who took the payment when you pull into the wash clearly gave me cold shoulders for absolutely no reason. I gave everyone the utmost courtesy with a professional greeting and all i got was attitude and passive aggressiveness for absolutely no reason. Can't help but think they hate me because of my asian ethnicity? I know why illegals hate asians and i find it utterly sad and pathetic. Times like this i regret not going to an american wash to properly clean up my car. Never coming back, obviously. If you want a decent wash, go to a better place with some decent americans even if it costs more. These illegals have no respect for nada except for their own kind. They did a great job wiping down the silverado of a hispanic guy with the $15 wash. His car was spotless....🤔

I have had my membership for a few months now. I take my SUV to the deer lease every weekend and take it to be washed on my way home. They definitely have their work cut out for em when I come through. They always take the extra time to scrub off all the bug residue and my truck comes out spotless every time! The ABSOLUTE WORST automatic car wash! I bought a membership, but what's the point if I have to send my car through 3 times just to get it half way clean enough to do touch ups. Don't get me started on the fact that the dryers are the WORST.....They dry ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Canceling my membership ASAP! I tried too many times.....it's too frustrating!

I just canceled. Overall is a mediocre experience. The wash itself is reliable and gets your car fairly clean though as with any touch wash you will overtime scratch your car. The bad part of the place is the vacuum area. There are hardly any towels out. Half the vacuums are clogged every time I go. Trash cans are overflowing. And the parking lot is littered with trash everywhere.

I love this car wash! You can go in the bay or you can do it yourself, you can control it all with an app so no need for quarters unless you want to pay it like that. This even has a dryer for the end. And vacuums have the fragrance or the wash as well as good vacuums
