Great job on our vehicle, very responsive business. The auto tech was on time, friendly, and self-sufficient. We have a large passenger van with people in and out a lot - now it looks squeaky clean again♥️. Even though we try to keep the van clean, everything is just too hectic, and the van is too big to not get out of hand. Having someone come to our house after taking time to efficiently schedule us, and make sure to be clear with information is very welcomed around here. After this, I don't see a reason to call anyone else 👍👍👍

I have a Lexus GX 460 and needed wash, wax, clay bar, leather cleaner and conditioner, full detail. Eder was amazing to message with. He was very quick and responsive. The pricing is very fair. On the day we were scheduled, bad weather was coming. He was proactive in rescheduling with me and got me in following week. Emmanuel and George came to the house. They were done in about 4 hours and made sure I was very satisfied before they left. Emmanuel and George were very professional and the attention to detail was amazing. I don’t usually like paying for my car to be detailed because I’m very picky and have been let down many times. I’m extremely satisfied with what they did!! The car looks and feels brand new!! So shiny and clean! They even got all of the hard to reach small nooks and crannies. I can’t wait to use Eder and Reflections again!!!

They came to our house and took care of our VW Atlas that we recently purchased. This is my first review ever. I usually just ignore and no not to patronize the business again. But with this experience, I have to drop a review. I went there to get detailed car wash but after waiting for over an hour and my car just packed looking abandoned, I had to go ask if they were done buy I was told it would take another hour or two. I decided to change the wash plan from detailing to the highest grade before detailing so I can leave early. Because of the change, they just did the bare minimum not even the grade before the detailing. Please avoid this guys. They are very nonchalant especially the guys that wash the cars.

I spent $209 plus a $20 tips for the worker for an average job. I didn’t even get an exterior wash because my car recently got painted, so I expected more cleaning on the inside for that price. It’s wasn’t amazing by any means. My back windshield was still blurry, there is smudging and dirt on roof of my car, and my seats weren’t fully cleaned. Not only that, there was a crack on windshield which wasn’t there previously. I tried to calmly call them and let them know and of course they took no blame because why would they. I would be careful bringing your vehicle here and make sure to check every inch of it before leaving. They purposely leave your vehicle pointed away from the cameras so they can’t be blamed. It’s a shame because I loved going to the Wash Tub in San Antonio, and I feel like they did a better job there for the $30 wash.

Tim and their team are fantastic. I shopped around with several competitors, and Signature offered the best quality at the best price. Their work and customer service are exceptional. Very thorough and will answer any questions you may have. I got their 9-year graphene, and it came out great. I am attaching pictures, two taken after the work was done and the other at a gas station. The gas station picture is immediately after I got the coating, driving over 300 miles through several rainstorms and construction.

Canceled my first online booking and said it was some computer glitch… ok no problem let’s rebook. Rebooking 2nd appointment and kid says running behind can we reschedule…I guess so if you are not going to make it on time. Rescheduled 3rd appointment shows up 15 mins after scheduled time with lame apology…whatever Keep in mind I’m taking off work now to accommodate their schedule because I’m leaving town and packing and gone in 2 days. Kid starts to unload his equipment and I go inside to pack. 5 mins later kid calls me outside and says that I booked a compact car and not a truck and price would be more. Remember they booked number 2 & 3 appointment. I completed form correctly for 1st appointment. I then asked with all of this frustration can he at least call the owner and see if he could discount anything he said he would call and ask. He didn’t and ended up with what I figured it would look like. I specifically asked him to double up on the interior windows. Won’t be using them ever again and definitely won’t recommend them to anyone.

I’m very happy with the work done by Precession Auto Mobile Detailing. They were able to schedule me quickly and came to my house and got right to work. My interior was very heavy with dog hair and now you can’t even tell a dog has ever been inside. The exterior looks great too, my truck hasn’t shined this good in a long time! All I needed to provide was access to water and an electric outlet. I had a situation with a sick dog ….. The car smelled bad. There was an accumulation of fur throughout as well. Doesn't touch your car so no worries about scratches or damage to the car. The clean is not always that good and I've had bugs still on the front bumper despite the water pressure so overall good not perfect. I've been in other touchless car washes that came out cleaner more often. For getting a car pretty clean over all it is a good car wash.

Just picked up a 2025 Model Y for my wife. Needed to get it protected with PPF before we started driving it. Jackson is a beast, he fit us in quick and knocked out the install in record time. Their quality of install is far superior to any other shops I’ve been to or used in the past. They even cured the PPF film under IR lights so that I could drive it the same day vs having to wait days to drive like I had to the last time I had this done. A++++ service and quality. This is literally the best one could hope for. Ven and Justin are super nice car guys too and I’ll definitely be taking my personal cars to them for any ppf or detailing work in the future.

I could not recommend Dave’s more. After living here for almost ten years he is the first detail shop that does what should constitute as a true detailing on a car. Not to mention how amazing both mine and my father’s vehicles looked, he was very easy to work with and has the customer first mentality. I work down deep in Austin and can’t get off before 5 on a good day and he met me at the shop after hours to drop a vehicle off. Had an excellent experience with the location. I've used kwik kar in Arlington and other locations however this location is streamlined nicely. Their setup, service and speed is the reason to stop through. They get it done. They don't play games. And it's an excellent service area with plenty of space to relax during the work.

They are somewhat quick. Took care in for safety inspection. They had car and keys. Someone else came in while I was waiting for an oil change and safety inspection. They took the other car in right away then took mine into bay. Finished mine and left it in middle of parking lot. Finished the other persons car parked it by front door and checked him out. I waited a couple minutes walked to my car to get keys then asked if someone was going to check me out or do I just leave. I asked if they allowed appointments for oil change and inspection and was told it was first come first serve. I guess the trick is to get oil change and inspection if you want to be really quick. It may be petty of me but oh well.

I went there as normally to get my vehicle washed, will say, I’ve never had any issues till now, but after reading the reviews, I guess I’m not the only one. Took my suv through and while in there the top roller brush ripped off my light, a factory flush mounted light. Went to the office and spoke with and employee she said they won’t cover damages to any vehicle older than 7 years. She said we could file an incident report but it would likely be denied. She said she had reviewed to footage and the blower blew it off? It’s a flush mounted light, no way that is happening. During my time there, they had repair people working on the equipment, so there was obviously something wrong. Reading these reviews I am apparently not the only one this happens to. Hopefully this gets resolved and does not have to escalate to small claims. Oh and fyi they said they delete video footage every 5 days so good luck getting it.

I enjoyed my experience here up until recently when the car wash broke off the arm of my rear windshield wiper. I reached out to the company online, but did not receive a response. Going to switch to a touchless car wash. Not worth the risk of having to pay another $116 to fix the arm if it happens again.

Left our truck covered in scratches. We made the huge mistake of washing our truck here this morning and our truck is covered in swirl marks and scratches from the scrub brush + some type of grease that we will have to buff off. What a huge waste of $20 and now an insurance claim. I won’t even get into the issues with the equipment. Oddly enough we did spray off the brush… (clearly their “20 cameras” don’t work.) But, their absolute joke of customer service and apparent intellectual inability to recognize their legal responsibility for malfunctioning equipment will be the reason I contact the city of Georgetown and file against their liability insurance for negligence. I’m really curious about how such a poorly maintained property obtained a COO.

Just "washed" my car at one of the bays closest to the main room. Waited several minutes for wheel cleaner which never happened, switched to the "high pressure soap" spray and while it had pressure there was a very little amount of soap. No suds, barely any soap. I called the number and left a message and want a refund. If I don't hear back I'll do a charge back. Will update the review as needed. Update: messages with manager/owner. Stated I can have a refund but will have to show up. Increased start rating from one to three as this location may not have the best chemicals/equipment.

I had an amazing experience at Whitewater Car Wash! The service was top-notch, and my car has never looked better. Sam, the general manager, was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and polite. Ralph was also fantastic—super helpful and attentive throughout the process. Both Sam and Ralph went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Shout out to Sam! He was very helpful and direct. I went for a car wash there because the building looked nice and even nice clean cars were there. They have towels for you. The vacuums are really strong. Sam explained the memberships and I got the ceramic platinum. I have kids so I can go anytime and anywhere even in Houston. Membership is worth it trust me.

I brought my 2022 Highlander to get inside detail and they quoted me $209 + $50 for dog hair. Y’all I clean my car regularly (1-2 times per month) so it’s pretty darn clean. The only reason I can’t this time is because I’m 9 months pregnant and wanted to get it detailed before baby comes. WAY too high price and the reviews and photos show they don’t even do a great job.

Ismael is an awesome guy, Michele at the front desk was also really nice! They made sure I left happy with the detailing on my car. Ismael did some touch ups after my car had been washed. I'm hesitant to share my experience at Scrubby's, because I feel like I might be divulging a secret hidden gem, and that if everyone knows how terrific this spot is for bathing your dogs, it'll be in high demand! But if you're looking for a self-serve spot to give your dog a sudsy bath, you really can't beat Scrubby's for the price and convenience. It's built into the car wash, and one of the wash bays is fully dedicated to this service. The machine accepts cash and credit/debit cards, and you get a little over six minutes of wash time for five bucks. An option to add more time in smaller increments pops up at the end of your wash session if you need a brief extension to finish up without buying a whole new six-minute block of time. The machine dispenses shampoo, conditioner, flea treatment, rinse water (all included in the price), in addition to a hot air dryer. You can pause and/or swap options as many times as you like during your timed session. They include a free tub disinfectant rinse at the start of each session too. There are chains to secure your dog's collar to the side of the tub, and the whole area is enclosed within a latching fence for additional security. The tub is large enough for any size dog (my 85-pound lab has plenty of room to move about and turn around). The instructions are easy to follow, even for a first-timer. And for a touch of fun as a cherry on top, you can select a celebrity voice for the audio instructions provided (select from Morgan Freeman, Sean Connery, Matthew McConaughey, or Arnold Schwarzenegger). It's the complete package!

Great concept terrible execution. For a dollar a minute this a terrible value and the system works terribly- further diminishing the value of this service The water pressure was terrible and my dog barely got wet. It was a trickle at best The soap pressure was just as bad and didn’t lather at all. Pretty sure the soap is watered down And finally the air dryer pressure was a joke. The wind outside blew much stronger The stall had a small chain to secure my dog and was about 5” long and cannot be moved to the other side, limiting the ability to wash the other side of the dogs body The perimeter gate to the wash bay is broken too so any dog could move out of the area with little to no effort Brought two dogs and didn’t even try with the second. Morgan freeman’s voice couldn’t charm me enough to spend any more time or money here. Pass

It was time for my Ceramic Coating to be looked at. The business that I used before has closed down temporarily. I went through system X and found this company. I was very impressed of the work that he does. I went on and made a schedule to have my vehicle looked at and refresh again. While he had my vehicle, I had him to do the inside of the vehicle with system X also. Once I pick up my vehicle, my vehicle look shiny and glossy. Also, the inside looks awesome. For those who want to do system x Ceramic Coating on her vehicle. I would highly recommend the shop. Thank you for the job you did. I will be coming back. I took my son’s car to Jacob for some very minor damage. It literally just needed buffing out. He could have charged a very high price but he didn’t. I see this as someone who is honest and isn’t out to get tons of money from people unnecessarily. He definitely gets my recommendation!

I can guarantee y'all that this is the best place to go for any car problems not only in Georgetown and Round Rock but also in all regions of Austin. I visited the place because the owner of another scratch removal place suggested Rocky (The owner of Auto & Fleet Reconditioners) for the job. When I visited the place, they were very helpful and even told me a cheaper way to repair my car dent by myself. When I asked for their service, they gave me the best price possible and the result of the service was phenomenal. I was so frustrated the past few days because of the hit and run incident but the experience at Auto & Fleet Reconditioners just made that all go away. Thank you! As a person coming from NY, this place made me want to move to Austin permanently. That's how good the staff, service, and price was. Highly Highly Suggested!
