I was very disappointed in my service. The interior looked great but almost none of the carpet stains came out. I did have trapped water in my floorboard and he was able to remove it but I am disappointed that he charged me $200 and didn’t even wash the outside and the carpet stains were still there. The seats were completely dry and I don’t even think he used a professional upholstery cleaner. His reason that the stains didn’t come out was that my car was an older car. I read his reviews and I had high hopes but all I am feeling is ripped off and disappointed.

Not many people I allow full access to my cars. Alex and his crew are 100% professional and know what they are doing. You get what you pay for folks. Alex is still very affordable but you what you get for your money is over the top. His detailing skills are ridiculous. His skills with ceramic coating is off the charts. Had my boat fully restored by Edison at L'Finesse. I couldn't be happier with the results. Edison put in the extra work paying attention to details that most wouldn't bother with. This is my second time here and in New Year’s day for the full service special on Wednesday’s and I gotta say it was far better the first time. I won’t say any names but it felt like the interior was rushed. Also it feels like my back trunk was not touched at all. Still a lot of dirt and easy to remove stains on the all weather mat. A lot of the interior marks I was able to wipe off with my hands. Sadly I probably will not be back again. Not expecting perfection but if i can point out marks and wipe them with my hands it says a lot.

Went a couple times and was happy with the work and a decent price. Only let them wash my car and do a hand wash after I went to the mechanical car wash and noticed the machines were leaving swirls. Again these are the only other people I have let touch my car. And my car is brand new. Not even 10k miles on it. I go today grateful to get the weeks worth of rain off of my car. I pay and tip 10 dollars and then get home and as I’m driving home I notice my car is still super dusty on the inside. So after spending 50 dollars this makes me further investigate my car. Only to find my car has been scratched to hell in the back. At this point I’m furious because I know how businesses are. They never take responsibility. And of course, I go there show them the scratches and they claim it was there the last two time I came. Which is an obvious absolute lie. Clearly I just bought my car so I’m paying very much attention to it. I even put stuff in my trunk when I pulled up and there were no scratches on the top of my trunk! I really didn’t want to leave them a bad review because I liked going there. But lack of responsibility is absolutely unacceptable.

This place doesn't deserve a star but I had to give it just for rating purposes. I got an interior cleaning and managers special. These people broke my sun visor mirror case and I brought it up to the manager Juan P. And he denied that the damage was not their error and it was. I'm looking now to speak with the owner or corporate so I would appreciate it if someone from them will answer this post. You figure you put your vehicle and trust in an establishment that offers services to clean your vehicle to be honest. So if you go here to clean your vehicle you better be aware of everything in your vehicle especially visors, mirrors and anything else that can possibly be damaged.

Employee service was pretty good. The the drive thru left dried chemicals on the hood and roof of my truck that I had to use a clay bar on two times and it still has some visible paint issues. And it also partially tore off my driver's side door handle that I have to have replaced. I filled a claim with the lead person at the time of service. But the claim was denied because my truck is over seven years old even though my truck has been meticulously taken care of and is in amazing condition. When I was trying to file the claim at the time of service I had to wait for the lead employee to finish the claim he was doing for a lady that the machine completely ripped a body panel off of her Nissan SUV. So I will be canceling my membership for my other truck and would highly recommend against using this location. The first picture is to show that my truck is not a piece of junk. i was in line for a car wash , i was behind 3 vehicles when i arrived , and when it got to 2 Vehicles the person in charge , came to me to tell me that that a car that arrived later after a black vehicle behind said he was in front of me , i had been waiting 20 minutes and i asked who said , and he said a co-worker said to him . what a lain excuse , i told him i would leave because apparently they wanted to take care of their friends, so i told them i rather leave been waiting too long , and i guess my business of 3 cars in my household is not with it so it’s ok , you just lost 120$ worth of business my truck and the two cars i will inform the rest of my family and we can look elsewhere , car wash are a dime a dozen nowadays , and respectful ones!!!

I'm shocked at much this place jas gone done hill...I was just there yesterday! Dropped $160 because I needed the interior cleaned, luckily finished after 2 hours even though there were so many instances where my car was just sitting there with the doors opened as so many had already been done. I was in a rush so after I received my keys I had to go. They threw everything in my trunk...this morning when I came out to dry off the mats I noticed I'm missing a rubber mat from the front and my babies mirror is gone and so is his headrest mount i use for his entertainment when I'm driving....😑 I was not a happy camper...I'm also from out of town visiting...I rely on that mirror to see my toddler when we dry home. I'm also not made out of money...never had stuff stolen from me before.

Use to be really good. These days they don't get your car very clean. The last 3 times I've been here the roller brush that is suppose to clean your hood and roof, doesn't come down, it just spins in the air and never touches the vehicle. I've been told each time they are getting it fixed, but they haven't. I canceled my monthly because my truck never gets as clean as I hope.

Customer service is top notch!!! That's the only good thing!!! My car was not cleaned very well inside or outside!! I had to ask her to come over and clean the inside some more. Do business at your own peril. These guys are crooks. I bought a truck from these guys, paid cash, and they never gave me a good title. One of the worst experiences ever. Never submitted my tax money to the state to register the vehicle. I had to do a bonded title, and repay to title and register the vehicle. They also said there were brand new tires on the vehicle but less than 200 miles into driving the truck the front tire blew out and did $4,000 of damage. We found out that the tire was dry rotted and years old. They didn’t respond to the DMV investigator. Even after a search warrant was served they did not fulfill their basic responsibilities to turn over a proper title. But if you’re in for some good old pain and suffering, go right ahead and give them a call.

My car came out completely wet. I had to towel dry the whole entire vehicle. Then, the vacuums have little to no suction. The actual car wash sucked and vacuums might as well be turned off. The only perk is the free towels, that you’ll for-surly have to use to dry your car.

My husband had his car tinted here, and the work was so well done that another professional mistook it for having no tint at all. The tint comes in three different types, with prices varying depending on the quality. The staff was very friendly and provided several samples to help me choose the right tint color for my car. They were patient, giving me plenty of time to make my decision without any pressure.
