My partner brought my car in for the highest level detail. First time here. We were told two hours and then they called after one to pick it up. The attached photos are after. Dirt and specs in all the vents and seams. The trunk is literally untouched. These photos are after the “detail”!

I've been here twice with my new vehicle. The first time was back in October and I noticed they didn't do a very good job, but I was also there close to closing time so I assumed they rushed through because they wanted to go home. Fine, my bad. But then I took it in a few weeks ago (mid-day), and hand to God, these are the AFTER photos. Hand. To. God. After!!!!! It was an interior clean only which included "vacuum and wipe down of everything". You can clearly see neither of these tasks were done very well at all. I did not complain, because I would just rather take my business elsewhere but based on my two experiences, I do not recommend this place.

Recently purchased a 2022 BMW that was a previous fleet vehicle. It was in great shape but had had many automatic car washes and the paint was pretty tired looking. I contacted several mobile detailers and decided to go with Marvin of CKS detailing. From my first communication I knew I made the right choice. Marvin did a two step paint correction and finished with a SystemX Pro ceramic sealer. I could not be happier. I would say that 80-90% of the swirl marks and scratches are repaired and the paint really pops now. The pictures do not do it justice. Marvin’s pricing was fair, communication was excellent and the outcome is great! Highly recommend CKS detailing and would definitely use again.

I had the best experience at JJ’s Carwash. The manger Chris and Jeremy were very welcoming when I came in on Thursday morning it was one of my first times there and they explained everything about the family plans to the monthly plans to me and I am very glad I can be welcomed. The car wash left my car really clean even got some of the spots on my car I didn’t think it would. I would recommend to anyone to at least go there and get a wash wether you get a monthly plan or not they are amazing!

This is a great car wash. The attendant actually hoses off the car and brushes away any heavy soil deposits before the car goes through the wash. My car always comes out clean and dry thanks to their drying/buffing wheel at the end of the tunnel. The staff is super friendly. Best place in Friendswood for sure. Their monthly plans are very reasonable also. I like that they have family multi-car deals also.

Horrible and rude. Showed up at 6pm and just asked for an outside only full service, meaning just dry it down and wipe the wheels. Nothing extensive. Would’ve taken them 10 mins. There was no one even there! The bald guy rudely said, sorry we stop full service at 6. It was right at 6 on the dot. Nicely asked if he would take 1 more since it was a quick job, he said nope we close at 7. You should change yours hours to 6 if you’re going to stop taking people. So rude… won’t be back. Went down the street to JJ’s and got much better excellent service.

I had my car washed today and the dryer blew the wind guard off the top of my vehicle. The impact shattered the guard into several pieces. I asked to speak with the manger and he blamed my "old vehicle" for the damage. He made no apologies and did not give a refund when asked. This is the worst customer service I've seen. If you value you car, find a different car wash.

I want to give a shout out to Gulf Coast Ceramic Coating. Jeff did an amazing job on detailing our boat. Not only did the boat shine but he was able to get the seats to look their best after many years of enjoyment of being on the water. We asked Jeff to apply a ceramic coating to a relatively-new car, thinking that it would give it better protection from the elements, but I was shocked at how much shine he was able to bring out of the factory metallic paint! David & Blake are awesome! I took my truck in to upgrade the sound system and both guys were patient and accommodating as they showed me different options for speakers, amps, and subs. We picked one song and played it in each sound room and it was obvious which components were high end in acoustics. I never felt pressured, instead I felt informed and I confident when I made my final decision on the upgrades. I would highly recommend the staff at Car Toys at Baybrook. I will definitely be visiting them again soon for a custom subwoofer and box.

This location is convenient located. Every time I’ve been there there has always been friendly associates available if I need any assistance. The actual wash is great since I have the monthly membership. I have no complaints. The vacuum area is clean and has great availability of vacuums that actually clean as well as air hoses. I will continue to come to location if I’m ever in nearby and need a wash. Keep up the great work.

Car wash cleans good, BUT the lady up front makes you get out of your truck and get every single item out of the bed of your truck… even if it’s heavy and won’t fly out. So much for being fast and friendly. ****NOT TRUCK FRIENDLY****

First time here and they did a wonderful job on both our cars. The initial signage is a bit confusing, too many packages and add-ons, all each with their own price. We eventually pulled our cars forward and a nice lady was just standing there waiting to break it down for us. Picked our package, paid and into the tunnel we went. The package we got on both vehicles included outside wash, hand dry, interior detail, and some smell good. I got baby powder smell and my husband got leather. You can smell them but it's not over powering. After the tunnel we were shown where to park and a team of folks attacked our vehicles. They knocked out entire details on two cars in thirty minutes! Great experience, nice folks, clean cars, good prices. Highly recommend.

The response back was within 30 minutes when I booked a reservation online to get a quote for interior and exterior package. I was able to book it to get it done at my house in two days. The bundles I’ve chosen for my Silverado 2500 HD are Sapphire package (Interior) and exterior wash for $260. The job was complete in 4-5 hours and I’m satisfied with the job Paul has done. I will come back again next year.

Great experience at Texas Auto Shine. Answered all my questions and were very friendly and professional. Installed full front PPF on my brand new car and took great care and did an excellent job. All edges that could be wrapped were wrapped and those that couldn’t be are lined up perfectly. Seams are virtually invisible. Came out great. Would 100% use them again. Tusons Mobile is the absolute bomb! Called them last night at 8pm. Instant response and fit my disaster of filth to be cleaned the next day! The truck had bugs from five different states sealed on it from the drive, dirt in the door jams, under carriage covered from off roading and the interior was pretty well thrashed. Carlton and his crew came out early, brought all the supplies needed like ladders for the 38” tires and lift, and in under three hours washed, waxed, shampooed carpets, polished the wheels and even cleaned up under her belly. The price was awesome! Unlike others that show up and then say “no oh that’s additional”, or “oh you have a big truck”. They price it and it stays! This group is excellent and I am glad to have found them! Have two more dirty beasts for them. They do RVs and boats too!

I can’t recommend this place enough!!! I couldn’t be happier with my detail job. It was worth every penny. If you’re considering getting your car detailed here, you won’t regret it. My Jeep has literally never been cleaner, including when we first purchased it from the dealership. There was old dried milk on the carpet & leather seats and I had previously tried to clean it with no success. First Class Detail Pros took care of it all!! The shop is beautiful as well. The owner was incredibly considerate too when I had to reschedule last minute due to my toddler being sick. I love to support a business that allows for life to happen and takes care of their customers.

This was my first time here and I’m disappointed because it looks like such a great place 😔 Paid for a wash and detail… I waited for 30 minutes before my car had even moved, I did watch two cars pass mine in line though which arrived after I had. Secondly, the inside of my vehicle was barely vacuumed, there’s obviously noticeable dirt and there were wipe and water spots all over my car. Lastly, the entire process took a little over an hour. Just not a great experience, for this price I could have gone to Texas Star and received a better wash and detail. Maybe I had a bad group, IDK, chances are I won’t be returning.

Horrible service!! What happened to this place? Obviously, new owners because this place is trash! My husband took our little Tacoma for a basic wash of $35. It's not the best job, but whatever. I take it the next time, and the same rude guy that doesn't greet you wants to charge me $50 for the same basic wash. Not sexist at all? There are plenty of other car washes in our area..no need to spend your time or money here.
