My car is fairly new, but when I picked it up from Alex, it looked better than it did at the dealership. He is meticulous in his work and it shows. Timothy did an AMAZING job on detailing our 2011 Nissan Altima. He took his tome and made sure the car looked GREAT! Our headliner was so dirty and spotted. Timothy was able to get it spotless. I highly recommend Timothy. He is very personable easy to work with and cares about providing a great detailing. I will provide photos later as my daughter drove it to work. I was searching for a good car detailing service in Highland Village and found EcoPal Mobile Detail. They were super easy to work with and did an amazing job. Timothy explained the whole process to me and even encouraged me to shop around to see what works best for me! That was one of the things that sold me, aside from the fact that they won Awards for best detailing service. He gave so much TLC to the dirtiest hoopty I’ve seen and it came out sanitized and clean! I heard about Jordan word of mouth - high praise from a neighbor. I had run over some road construction with white paint or calcium on the road. It left white that wouldn’t come off the tires, wheel wells, and body of my 2021 Corvette. Jordan saved the day and he and his coworker worked for over 2hours removing the damage. I was so grateful and relieved! Very nice young men who are enthusiastic and hard working. They had everything they needed in their mobile unit. They detailed the outside of the car as a finishing touch. I feel like I have a new car. I plan to use them more in the future to keep my car beautiful. Highly recommend! I recently got my car detailed by James at Epic Car Wash, and the experience was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I called the day before, James was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and even accommodating an earlier drop-off/start time than originally scheduled. My car was in rough shape after a road trip, with dirt, bird poop, and grime covering the exterior, but when I got it back, it was absolutely spotless and gleaming—inside and out! I had my hot mess of a vehicle detailed by James and what a great job. In addition to needing the carpet shampoo"d because an unknown can of Coke that rolled under a seat exploded, inside windows looked like a smoker drove it, to the major dog hair, it was quite a task. Alex and his team are great! Very friendly and thorough on their cleaning and detailing work. They were able to get this crazy sticky putty stuff off of the passenger side vent that I thought would be on there forever, as well as remove a fowl odor from the vehicle. This should have been posted a few month's ago. We were having crazy storms. I 4got to close windows sunroof and at 5 am the most horrific storm sprung me out of bed, too late ! My car was FULL of water. I called several places to help this elderly lady out. Oh my. Carnation to the rescue! The manager and an employee picked up the car, detailed it so well it looks brand new! Customer service alone would bring me back, the prices are great, smiling helpful faces. Definitely won't use another. If you have not been here before, what are you waiting for? Dear Carnetion Auto Spa Team, I have always had an excellent experience at your establishment in Lewisville, TX, located on West Round Grove Rd, which is why I have become a regular customer. My feedback about your service has always been positive, as the staff there are very helpful and do an excellent job. However, today I noticed that the temperature is 105°F, and the people responsible for drying the vehicles are working under the direct sun all day. I understand that maintaining a high standard of service is important, but I also believe that the well-being of your team is essential. I think it would be a great idea to install canopies, similar to the ones in the car cleaning areas, to provide some shade and improve their working conditions. I hope you will consider this suggestion. So I have used these guys for several years with never a problem. They just changed owners and today my car got scratched at the wash. They denied responsibility and showed me the video of me coming in and leaving. Not the panel that got scratched. The previous owners were honest and would have taken care of me. These guys don’t care about you, only your money. Don’t use them ever. I was on a monthly plan and took all 4 of my cars there, but I will never go again. Beware!!!

Thatcher and his team did seriously amazing window cleaning services on my house. I am shocked at the difference it made — the windows were so spotless it almost looked like there wasn’t even a window there. Every smudge on our windows from toddler handprints, dog nose smears and bark slobber marks, to dirty rain residue were completely gone — front to back, top to bottom. The whole process from start to finish including the communication and professional interactions were a 5-star experience, and I would recommend them to anyone. Highly recommend this window cleaning company.

For a $320 detail, I expect a certain level of detail. If a bumper sticker comes off, that’s fine. But I shouldn’t be able to tell the bumper sticker was there at all after. Kind of sums up the experience. It’s shiny, but I wouldn’t say clean.

Find someplace with the ability to do the work and integrity to own up to and correct their mistakes. I brought my brand-new Tesla from the dealership to Ziebart to get paint protection film on the front bumper, ceramic car coating, and tinted windows. They told me they had done this work many times and that the film was cut by machine for a perfect fit. When I got the car back, • Ceramic Coating – They had handprints and water spots in the coating and completely missed parts of the car. • Window Tint - They didn’t cover the entire window; there was debris in the tint, and they damaged the glass by cutting the tint on top of it. • Paint Protection Film – The film had chunks missing, cuts, folds, etc. After trying to give them a chance to make things right, I just asked for all the materials to be taken off the car, my money refunded, and the glass replaced. When I got the car back this time, • Ceramic coating – Not entirely removed from all surfaces, and the clear coat now had light scratching and webbing present. • Window Tint – They broke the window trim clips, damaged one of the door panels, broke all the clips on a side seat bolster just leaving it sitting on top of the seatbelt, and left residue on the bench seats and third brake light housing. • Paint Protection Film – Removed without issue. I updated Brenden (Store Manager) as I found the additional damage and worked on the estimate from Tesla to return the vehicle to how it was initially delivered to me from the factory. Once I got my car in for the service, Brenden said they were “being more than accommodating by agreeing to cover the original quote…” as it was higher than an aftermarket glass repair company that he wanted to use. Beyond that, he was now denying that the additional damage was done while they removed everything. I had hoped they just had a bad couple of weeks and would do the right thing. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case, and I’m left with no choice but to warn others about their abilities and business practices while I seek to recover over $3,600 in damages that had to be fixed. No one should go through this with their car, especially one that is brand new, without a single issue when it arrives at their business.

The car wash machinery cleaned and dried my vehicle so much better than other drive-through car washes have recently. I also appreciated the supplies being available to detail your car better after the wash. It was also nice having the little air condition building to step into where they offered a complementary water bottle, or you could visit the restroom if need be. The dog wash building is also a great thing they offer. I will be returned customer for sure! Highly recommend!

I had a disappointing experience at Marvel Car Wash. Received a complimentary wash, my back screen still had soap residue, and mud remained all over my car. I was thinking as if they only cleaned my windscreen and everything else was same. I ended up cleaning it myself, which was frustrating after driving 20 minutes to get there. While the vacuums and clean towels were good, the overall service was lackluster. I suspect the poor quality was due to it being a free wash, but I won’t be returning.
