Manuel was excellent with his services at Blessed Touches. We had some rust stains that weren't coming off on our SUV. He was able to quickly and effectively get all the stains removed with precise detailing. He was always willing to listen to the issues. He is direct and to the point and charges a good price. I’ve had memberships with dozens of car wash businesses from west Tarrant to East Dallas, Denton, Frisco and nobody comes close to the equipment and overall value of Wash Masters at 360 & Glade. I bought my monthly membership the day they opened. I was driving an immaculate C300 Benz which nobody was allowed to clean except for me. I gave Wash masters one shot, as I did some other new local pop ups and I couldn’t believe my car came out with no streaks, no splotches. Then to top it off not only do they have 100% fully working high power vacuums, they also have airguns at each station: one for each side of your vehicle helping stir up dust and hard to reach crumbs in crevices. They even provide an endless supply of quality rags for wiping down all those ehwu

I paid $13 for an advanced wash. I was skeptical about the set up at first, and rightfully so, this is how my car wash ended. I had to pull over into the the adjacent gas station, get my water bottle that I just filled up for work (to drink later) and wash my car off myself. SHAMEFUL. I’m disputing the charge. 🫤

$15 bucks & it didn't come close to drying it off, cleaning the side panels & still charged another buck for a 2 minute vacuum! The car behind me couldn't get the machine to work at all, so he Got Lucky & saved his $$$.

The wash itself was good. But, the tire service was terrible. Paid for the $28 service. They cleaned my rims with rags, no chemicals, just rags. Pulled away and looked, terrible. 4 guys and and lady just standing around. Figured for the hourly pay they would have a better work ethic for just standing around. Have some pride in their work. Won't be going here again

Donnie is amazing!! There is not anyone better. His work quality is superb. Communication always on point and his pricing is fair. He has done two complete details for me. One was my son’s Honda that was terrible. Donnie got it looking like new and I was able to get top value for it when I sold it. Just a few days ago he did a headlight resurfacing on my son’s 2015 Macan. Wow!! They look brand new and it was a fraction of the versus new. I will call him every time and recommend him to all my friends and family!

Absolutely amazing! I had tried to remove to TRD stickers on my bed and unfortunately couldn’t get it off. Donnie came in and not only removed the other sticker with ease but also polished and corrected my mistake. My truck has never looked this good. I have gotten multiple compliments and will be using wash doc in the near future not just for detailing but for a ceramic coat.

ABUSE OF POWER!!! Yesterday I had a problem at this car wash, the automatic tunnel burst my four tires. Not only with that, according to the manager, due to company policies they could not solve the problem. However, I accepted the situation and only asked him to leave my car at the Car Wash because it was 7:00 pm. I was with my daughter and that schedule couldn't solve anything. Today I went to the car wash to look for my car with my spare tires and I called car was not there. manager abused his power and called towing service and towed my car just for leaving a review on Google Maps for the car wash service. How outrageous this situation is, they are abusers and disrespectful on the part of the staff of this place. As I said in my previous post I would never return here. THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE. AND UNPROFESSIONAL! 👎🏻

The interior of my car was given the same level of attention to detail. The seats, carpets, and dashboard were thoroughly cleaned and conditioned, leaving them looking and feeling like new. The detailer even cleaned the hard-to-reach areas, such as the air vents and door pockets, which are often overlooked during regular cleaning. Edited 10/25/24: Very POOR experience at this "hunted car wash" evening! Everyone had to pay the $25 fee, even if your a faithful monthly member. The wash was the same, but all the car vacuum was turned off! The staff did not know about the vacuum until I asked! This is an over priced and no value experience! I want my money back! Very efficient car wash now under new management!

Parked under a tree and got bird bombed. Went to the car wash and got ripped off. Took off a couple spots, lightened the rest. I'd say the vacuums sucked, but that's what they are supposed to do and they didn't much. Disappointing.

Chris at Flawless Detail did a fantastic job restoring my 2006 Mazda Miata to like new. It was parked outdoors for a year and the convertible top leaked water inside. I had no idea and when I opened it a few months after the last time I drove it, it was completely covered in mold and smelled like a swamp. Chris ensured me from day 1 they were very comfortable working on it and guaranteed the mold would not come back with the ozone treatment. They are one of the few places in Dallas who do mold removal. The owners of the shop were excellent with communication and reached out to keep me updated through the multi-day process. I would highly recommend! Before and after pictures show the true magic these guys can do!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. They damaged my husbands truck! We just moved to the area and figured we'd go ahead and find somewhere we can take our vehicles to be cleaned! We took our truck here because of the good reviews, etc. Well let me tell you, I'm not sure who is leaving the good reviews, but our experience was AWFUL. They took my husbands truck through the tunnel, got it stuck on the machinery and then FORCED it out while it was still stuck. They messed up the side of my husbands trucks and tore up his NEW rims. The "manager" told him it wasn't his problem since it was the machinery and gave him a piece of paper with the owners info. My husband spoke to the owner who asked him to come the following day (Sunday) at 11am so he could see the damage. We showed up and waited, and waited. He never showed and stopped answering our calls. I drove by and stopped randomly a couple days after that and caught him there, he straight up told me he had no intention of coming to meet with us that Sunday and had me send him pictures of my husbands truck and promised to get back with me after looking at the tunnel, etc. He never did, and now won't answer my calls yet again. Save your money! Take your vehicle elsewhere.

I just recently had my car cleaned here, and they did a horrible job. Not only did they fail to clean multiple parts of my car, but they left me with water stains everywhere! Considering I paid over $150 for this, I’m really upset and would love a refund. Leaving customers with new stains is so unprofessional. See photos for proof.

This Sat Apr 29th. Been using this wash for 12 or 15 years spending about $600/yr on premium wash between 3 cars . . but never again. Just went thru & drew there attention to windshield w bug spatter due to night driving. This is VERY rare. The washer nodded he understood then proceeded to do nothing. I pointed the bugs still on windshield to towel dryer & he frowned as he could see bugs & asked if I wanted to go again. "No" & tipped him saying "you didn't do it". Driving away I thought the manager might want to know my experience. I was WRONG . . He just had excuses. The guy that took my money answered & without letting me getting my comment out, said "they didn't get it the second time? do you want to go back again?" Another car had same complaint. I said "I haven't been thru a second time, I just want them to clean windshield the first time". MANAGER was talking over me the whole time now. Said "we're an express wash & you should go to a custom wash location. If you don't like that, DON'T come back". I'll take him up on that, we won't be back

Rapids has previously been a place that we could always rely on a good quality, not overpriced car wash.. today I came in for the $10 wash and this was AFTER the wash AND the towel dry. Needless to say, I had rewash and dry my car myself. They do have free vacuums, which is nice, but I can’t promise we will be back due to the recent drop in quality of wash.

Recommend! Amazing Customer Service! There was a miscommunication on the detailing I wanted. Once I was home and realized my seats were still stained, I contacted them right away and spoke to Michelle and explained I didn't get the service I'd requested and paid for. She apologized and asked if I could return so they could clean my seats properly. When I returned, Byron immediately stated he would take care of properly cleaning my seats. They were sooo clean! The stains were gone! Amazing friendly customer service! Thank you, Byron! I will be returning again ~ I hope you are there. (Before & after pics included)

This was our first visit to Sparkling Image. My sister had been looking for a full service car wash that all details were taken care of. Upon our arrival Byron met us with a smile and welcome and clearly explained all of our options and pricing. When they finished they delivered our car to us “sparkling” like promised. Very nice staff and overall a good job! I put the car in for a wash and deep interior cleaning. One of the girls working on our car kept getting diverted to the express area, so what they said was an hour was actually two. Not a big deal if they need the time. After getting in the car there are lots of missed smudges and built up product. Again, I don't know how well of a job I would do if I had to start and stop multiple times so maybe a staffing or management issue because everyone was working and hustling the whole time I waited. They also cleaned or steamed our usb ports. Thankfully after drying out they work again but, were out of commission for a day and half. I will return but I would walk it with them and point out little things next time for the $150 we paid.

I had a really good experience getting an interior car detail. The lady who I met when I first pulled in helped me choose from the available options and was able to show me what choices I had at what price ranges. I chose to leave my car there and run some errands and they called me when it was done. They did a really good job and were able to get some really messy stains provided by my young children out of the back seats. Thanks so much for that y'all! I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the exterior of the car had been washed and the tires shined though I wasn't expecting that with an interior car detail. I will be happy to come back!

I came across this place because I needed another Rupes polisher in a pinch and couldn’t wait for one to be shipped luckily this place saved the day. Staff is very nice and helpful, and I went back today to try out some of their products and you cannot beat the prices! Seriously I left with 5 or 6 gallons of different products for $100. I’ll absolutely be back here anytime I need something in the future.

Great store it was worth the drive was planning on just getting two items but it was my first time visiting the store and the huge amount of products and the products displayed for customers to browse is awesome the employees were helpful and answered any questions on different products! The Reason I stopped by was My uncle used to work at a car dealership in Garland and still had a dragon glide drying towel he had from like 10 years ago and it was all wore out and I had to stop by and get a new one! Definitely recommend for quality products and great prices

Everything was fine until I put some money into the machine to get the armor all I deposited over $2 in quarters in it It kept going up It went up to $3 on the little screen and I figured I'm already in this far I pumped in my last two quarters still nothing. No phone number to contact to get my money back nothing I've only been to this car wash a few times but I will not be coming back this was during business hours and there was no one there to assist me with this machine that did not work correctly and this happened to be the last of my quarters.

Came in to wash the car Alex Peña assisted me he took the time to explain all the services they offer. Honestly some of the best service I have had when coming to a car wash. The car wash itself was great! With how great the service was and the wash I don’t see myself using another car wash. If you need a wash and are by this shop I would definitely give it a shot.

Unprofessional. One of their employees aggressively gestured me onto the car wash track, which snapped off my vehicle's hubcap. I had my misgivings, but he apparently thought he knew what he was doing. He didn't even make much of an effort to snap the hub cap back on and (I learned later) actually left it with him at the wash station. I had to walk all the way back to the entrance to retrieve it myself (maybe they would've kept it for themselves). I may have lost a second one inside the car wash itself — I'll never know. The last time I checked I had two hub caps, and as of yesterday's Xpress car wash, I have only one partially damaged one — a perhaps $30 loss + a $12 car wash that was not worth the money. The next morning I called the manager who told me to come by between 8 am and 7 pm for a reimbursement (he said he had to look at the video footage first). I showed up at 6:50 pm: everything was shut down and no one was around. Another customer also showed up wondering why they were closed early. I drove thirty minutes out of my way to receive a reimbursment, and I got nothing for it. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Daniel was great! He fit me in the same day I called, it was 250$ for a complete inside and out detailing. He picked up my car from my house and had it back quickly. My car was nasty y’all - dog hair, stains, a big mess from a chili pot spill. Now my car looks like new! Definitely recommend.

They did a very good job of cleaning the passenger's seat. My dog had a liquid diarrhea on the passenger's seat, and East Coast Detailing cleaned that passenger's seat very well. They ended up cleaning the entire interior and waxing the car. My experience with them was great. Good investment, it saved my relationship (it is my boyfriend's car). :)
