After having my car delivered, it was time for a thorough detailing. I called a few places and NOBODY returned my call, other than Super Shine. Issa was incredibly kind and explained everything that they would do. I sent pictures and I explained that my car already had a ceramic coating and was regularly cleaned. No problems at all. The very best auto detail shop I’ve ever done business with! Virgil, the owner, took his time to make a trip to my workplace so that he could give me an honest estimate on the most filthy vehicle you can imagine. He negotiated a very fair price. I cannot emphasize how dirty my truck was inside. He and his team completed my truck ahead of schedule AND threw in a an engine cleaning as a cherry on top that we did not agree on. The truck looks immaculate now. When they got it, it looked like it was ready for the scrap yard - so in essence, the fellas at Platinum Auto Detail increased the value of my truck by who knows how much! ** 10/10 Recommend ** I brought my black 5 Series M Package in for paint correction and ceramic coating. Before the service, the car had deep water marks and heavy swirling from the drive-thru car wash used by the previous owner. Upon picking up the car, I am amazed by the work done. Michael at EpDetail did an outstanding job. My car looks showroom new! They successfully removed all the watermarks deep in the clear coat, which washing alone couldn't address, as well as all the swirl marks. The finish is now mirror-like, and I couldn’t be happier. If anyone is looking to have these services done to their vehicle, I highly recommend getting them done here! From communication to expectations to the final product, everything was handled very professionally.

Gabriel came out and cleaned my truck from top to bottom. He did an amazing job. I genuinely thought my truck couldn't be cleaned. I have a 6 year old and I have had my truck for 4 years. I have tried everything to get my seats cleaned. I genuinely thought the food was never going to come out of the fibers of my daughter's seat. He surprised me on how well it was cleaned because it looks like I pulled off the GMC lot again. We planned on getting new wheels for our truck and told him not to worry about cleaning them but he said he wanted it to look good to make sure we were getting our moneys worth. You can tell this man loves his job and business. The cleaners didn't have an overwhelming smell either (may be a weird comment but I'm very sensitive to smells). The carpet looked new and the outside of my truck shined. If you are debating on getting a clean done with him I would definitely recommend it. My husband and I have decided to have him come out once a month to upkeep on the truck for us.

The Detail Guyz crew did a great job on my Tacoma. It looks 99.9% like it did when I picked it up from the dealer, except a hell of a lot shinier. Lots of different options to choose from and everyone was very nice. Bonnie took the time to explain all of their processes. We took our Jeep to Mister car wash and it was left with a milky like residue on the outside of the vehicle. Plus the inside wasn't clean properly. Mike came to our home and did a fantastic job both on the outside and in. My husband was pleased and stated it looked better than it had when he first got her from the factory. We highly recommend them.

Outside looks decent. Front seat area looks ok. I didnt expect them to get everything in the trunk, but they didnt even go over once or wipe anything with the vacuum and i paid for the GOLD!

Never again. Paid extra for a hand wash. I literally watched the employee spray it and scrub it with a hard brush. They then drove it to the front as if it had been hand washed. I brought it to management attention and they apologized left and right and swore to fix it. This was the end result. Horrible work. Scammers

I would give negative stars if I could. Where do I begin, Went in and asked for a quote for ceramic coating and partial ppf. Agreed on the price and time frame it would be complete. Paid a deposit and left my vehicle there. Asked for numerous updates throughout the wait period in which he said he was on track. Two hours before the pick up he said he need more time. I said ok, no problem as long as everything is done correctly. Went to pick up the car and I noticed a ton of bubbling for the ppf. He said it would fix itself in ten days but it has not. Reference the photos to see what I am talking about. He must have been tired or drunk because the relief cuts he did are horrendous. For the ceramic coating, we agreed that everything on the exterior of the car was going to get coated, flash forward 8 days and he did about 85-90% of the car and left the rest uncoated. I brought him a brand new car in which had no damage but he sent me a photo of my front lip with damage and obvious touch up paint. Finally, he debaged my side emblems and didn’t even have the courtesy to put them back on. I would not recommend. Charged a premium price for shotty work. Do not come here.

Shane and his team earned my respect by doing an excellent job on my BMW X5. Although costly, I got a ceramic coating treatment, which is for a lifetime or 10-years that in my opinion was equivalent to a turtle shell with a bowling ball image is the best way I can describe the finish product. Back in the day, where I’m from, we used to actually call it a bowling ball or a wet look. The finish is amazing! See for yourself and give these guys a chance to live up to their own hype, I know I did and they delivered! Special Thank-you to Shane for taking great care of me and my vehicle. I asked for a Detailed interior Car wash. It is not worth it for $135!!! Came home where there’s more light to observe better. And it was the same as to when i took it to be detailed. I feel like they just only vacuumed and scrub the carpets And just swiped the seats with a wet towel, and yet they didn’t even do a good job. For that price, for a “Detailed Interior” as a customer, you expect the interior to be super clean, door and dash pannels looking like new (restored) interior windows were not even wiped down. Don’t waste your money. Owner/Manager and employees have no customer skills and are rude. You’re talking to them and he leaves you standing there when talking to him as he’s walking away. The Owner/Manager gives you attitude over the phone, interrupts you, doesn’t let you finish talking, and blames you by making a remark that he has to show up on his day off when it’s his employees fault for not doing a good job and yet he still doesn’t show up. Zero Customer service skills. -100 stars if I could give the rating

I took my jeep to get washed, it was a little muddy so they said they would charge me $85 because they would have to use a power washer I said okay as long as it gets cleaned. I paid $88 after taxes to still have mud on the window and body. Bed of jeep untouched. Streaks of water on the side mirrors on the side doors. Streaks of cleaner residue where they didn’t even pass the rag. Dust on the back of head rest where they didn’t even go over once. Not vacuumed correctly still seeing debris on multiple seats and floor. For $88 definitely not worth it and a whole disappointment.

Get my car cleaned here. It's a no-frills place that does superior work. These guys are second-to-none when it comes to a complete deep clean. Each time, the interior feels brand new. I went here to get the paint washed off my tailgate and trailer floor and was told they couldn't do that. You would think that this wouldn't be a big deal considering all the other unholy grime that comes off of trucks. I'm giving 4 stars because they did a good job washing my truck. I also noticed the manager getting his hands dirty and even came across the street and detailedj another truck.
