In town on vacation from Wisconsin. The tall man at the drive up window was polite, I had told him I'm from out of state. He went through the options for the washes and recommended me to the best option. After the wash, as soon as I went to th vacuum stations, he walked up to me and told me about the microfibers and Windex which is a awesome feature. I decided to go again a couple days later since it was near by were I was going. I asked for the top option and the woman mentioned a special today, I was like great I do it. Definitely very friendly people, awesome service. Wish we had this back home in Wisconsin! Definitely satisfied, and a clean truck! 👌🏽 Thank you.

I haven't had a problem with this car wash since they opened. Everything was fine, until about two weeks ago. The left side of my car got scratched up and filed a claim. Well, the response I got back was that it wasn't their machines because of the material they are made of and how they go side to side or something. I knew they were going to tell me something like this after reading another post 4 days before when I was debating to file a claim. I'm so disappointed.

I’ve never been helped as much as I got helped at this car wash. I came in with intentions of vacuuming first then washing the truck. Before I knew it a very kind employee by the name of Anthony Paz began wipe down the truck. I clarified I hadn’t washed the truck yet and he immediately apologized. I told him I really appreciate his help either way. After I was done vacuuming I went through the wash itself and then began to dry my truck. Again Anthony rushed over with a few towels to help me dry my truck. This place is extremely clean, helpful and over all a very positive environment. I hope other car washes follow suit and step up their game! Kudos to you blue wave car washes in Closner in Edinburg and a huge thank you to Anthony for his help! Recommend 5 out of 5!

I have 2 accounts with EZ Clean Express and I love their service. Especially the convenience of it being close to where I live. Their staff if very helpful and friendly. The last time I went by, I was vacuuming my car which had been dirty for months since it was out of service. While vacuuming, Nathan offered to clean my floor mats. I accepted the offer and my floor mats were nice and clean by the time I was done vacuuming which made me finish sooner than expected. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

🚨 Based on my experience their equipment will cause your vehicle damage and they will refuse to show you their cameras. 🛑 Do NOT bring your car here if it is older than 5 years because any damage to your vehicle is disclaimed. ⚠️ If your car is newer then I suggest you reconsider bringing it here. Up until today we had been customers for a bit over a year with two cars on a monthly subscription. We were very satisfied with the washes and suffered no vehicle damage. However, today while going through the wash their equipment damaged our SUV's rear spoiler and ripped out the stop light. Apparently they disclaim any responsibility for damage to your vehicle if it is older than 5 years. Yes, our vehicle is a 2018 so they asserted the disclaimer. I don't know what would happen if it was a newer car or if the damage would have been worse and we did not intend to find out so we cancelled our membership. A disclaimer should not excuse this business from damage caused by their poorly maintained equipment. I hope our mobile car wash guy will take us back.😬

OK place to rinse off but thats it. No soap when using the wash! The rinse is ok but the Spot Free Sucks. Left some many water spots as it dryed. Now there hard to removed. Same thing happen a few back. I will not go there again. Waist of Time and Money.

Always a good wash and tire shine. Vacuums clean very well. I appreciate the new towel service. The best in convience and most time saving way to keep your vehicle looking its best. UPDATE: Recently there has been a noticeable difference with staff. They have become personable and interacting with customers. From the gentleman at the entry gate to the young man guiding me into the washbay, all greeting customers and saying hello. Even staff inquiring if I need anything, like a towel, while I was at the vacuum bay. Together their actions made a favorable impression on me. I met Charles Carrales, site manager, while there and thanked him for the great experience. Good staff make a world of a difference. The BlueWave express car wash on Monte Cristo Rd is doing a fabulous job and they shine.

We were able to use our membership here. Robert took great care of us. I like that the membership is tied to the license plate number. The wash was great. The wash did remove the front tag. Robert found the tag. He even found some washes to help keep it on the car. The vacuum cleaner works great.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Customer service is a huge thing for me - if the price and products are amazing but the experience is something I don't look forward to, I'm out. This place excels at not only their price point for their products, but their ability to take the time and answer any and all questions. A few days after I got my car I noticed paint splatter on the driver side - I'm talking tiny little white/black dots all over the driver-side door. I stopped by after hearing that a more aggressive clay bar kit is what I'd need. I talked to the owner, told him what I was dealing with, and this guy went out back and grabbed a piece of clay I was looking to by so he could try it out on a small test panel. It didn't do much so he went back inside and got a more aggressive type of clay bar. He made sure I understood that it's more aggressive, but showed me that it removed the paint and said, "I didn't want you to take what you were asking for without knowing that it would work for you". Today I stopped by for some supplies now that the car got ceramic coated, asked him for a few recommendations and he pulled up some options he would use and at different price points. Didn't push the more expensive ones, told me how each would work, how much to use, etc. I hate that I can't wash my own car these days, after 5 min of gripping the "trigger" on a pressure washer my hand is shot for the next day or two. But, it's still great having a local place that carries some great products and that they'll take the time to help you find what you're looking for.

I was traveling a long distance from home so I looked up Black Diamond on the web. I talked to Isabella with Black Diamond on the phone about their services. In the end I decided to go with the one year ceramic coating. They had an opening a couple of days out so I set the appointment. I arrived for my appointment at 9:00am and the truck was completed by 11:30am. The truck looks fantastic. Isabella was very polite and she was willing to give me advice on how to best take care of the trucks new coating going forward. I would definitely recommend Black Diamond to anyone who would like to protect their new vehicles paint. The truck shines like a diamond. They are personable and do a great job at a very reasonable price. Five stars!

I chose RGV Premium Detailing based on their reputation and opted for their 5-year ceramic coating, along with a matte leather ceramic coating for my vehicle. Initially, I was impressed with the quality of the job; the technician seemed knowledgeable and reassured me that the coating would offer long-lasting protection against scratches and other damage. However, within a short period, I began to notice scratches reappearing on the paint. This was surprising given the promises made about the durability and effectiveness of the coating. I reached out to the technician, who had assured me that a follow-up appointment would be arranged to address any issues. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened, and I have not received any further communication from RGV Premium Detailing. For the price and the level of service promised, I expected much better results and follow-through. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and the apparent shortcomings in the product's performance. I would caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing this service.

I just ceramic coated my wife’s Traverse with CSL from Gil’s. They have top of the line supplies and products for pretty much everything in the detail area. Met Gil and his customer service is very good and he’s also easy going. I didn’t even have to ask him many questions because he was answering them before I even asked. So the fist time I went they did an outstanding job, amazing!!! So I decided to go back today and OMG. The girl charged me extra because my plastic mats were pretty dirty and I was like ok no worries I understand. But nothing was well done not even the outside. I leave a couple of pictures and the receipts of what I was charged. I’m gonna go again soon, I might update my review. I let the reception guy know who he was very nice, he offered me to put it in again but the truth is I had no time.
