I used to be able to say I loved this place, but not so much. I filed a damage claim on my car because the brushes broke my driver side mirror. This was almost a year ago and I have been coming back and forth checking the status of my claim, even PHYSICALLY WALKED AN ESTIMATE TO THE OFFICE and yet, my mirror is still broken. I haven't even been through the car wash in months because of the situation. I'm a need them to fix my mirror and that needs to happen ASAP!!!

Saw the newer reviews and decided to come by, let me just say that this place is amazing!!! Pressure is great, foam is actually foamy, wheel cleaner is ACTUALLY available, wireless payment is great, and the air dry is a must for vehicles with wax or ceramic! Definitely the best around.

Been coming to this spot for months, well lit, welcoming, clean, friendly staff, always working and more than a car wash to me. The effort the owner puts into this car wash is amazing, pressures water, perfect amount of soap, always has towels and other amenities in stock. Have to love it! All the beautiful vibrant signs are easy to read and very informative!

This place doesn't even deserve the one star I had to give it. Half of a star would suffice. I encourage anyone to stay far away from this place. First off, the soap in the sprayer was non-existent. "No soap!" Second, I put four dollars in quarters in the machine only for the sprayer to lose pressure before my time had run out. I had to go home and wash my car in the driveway. Half of a star would suffice.

2stars for change given. Honestly a few works,then the hose squirts 💧 out one, looks like you'll have a flat just driving into it TBT! I've bn ripped off of it also. Vacuum really suck 😆🤣 , if@all!! Only the last one is average no pressure nyther vac twice just to clean front area of ur vehicle. They should really renovate R @least make things ALL work here @this car wash cause lots of us here try to support it but so tired & afraid of being ripped off& leave with a dirty car, oh yeah* WET CLOTHES! My mother is new to the DFW area and was interested in getting her car detailed and ladies let me tell you, LADIES BEWARE THIS GUYS IS EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE AND AN ULTIMATE SCAMMER. My mother left this review as followed and of course he commented on the review as if he was being honest. Customer beware...DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KEYS WITH OTIS! I contacted to have my vehicle full service detailed, I was quoted a price of $250 for polish and detail. I was told the inside would be free. Now Otis did tell me he needed to go out of town the next day, so I agreed to let him keep the car overnight to do what needed to be done. Instead of the next day, he called me later that night and told me I could pick up my car and it was ready. I was excited and was ready to see my bright shiny car...no no, that's not what I pulled up to. The car had smudges all over it, from whatever material he used. The windows were not cleaned, the seats were still stained with the same juice that was there before. He told me he did the inside but not the windows and kept telling me it was free, which I didn't ask for. I was willing to pay him half price for what he did do, he then drove off with my keys and would not give them to me until he had full payment. The police were called, even the cops said tje car didn't look washed! It had smears all over it and the dust was still on the outside mirrors! I paid him his money to get my keys..but I got scammed big time! Mr.Otis karma is very real...I guess you really needed them coins! Crook!! *This guy does not provide legitimate services as promised and the police did have to get involved due to his aggressiveness. My mother works very hard and drives a bmw, she would never try to disown or belittle someone’s business simply for her own benefit. BEWARE!!!!

Here’s a draft for your Google review: I’ve had a disappointing experience with this business. It’s concerning that some workers may not be authorized to work in the U.S., and the owner’s behavior is unacceptable. They seem to treat African Americans differently from Hispanics, which is unacceptable and discriminatory. Additionally, they refuse to honor the monthly pass as promised, and the staff is extremely rude when approached about it. I would not recommend this place until these issues are addressed.

The service has not been approved by me. I expect to get what I paid for. So if I ask you to re-clean it, that means it's not done to my expectations or your advertising. If you have 4 people to vacuum the car, then the expectations are there will be no need to revacuum. With eight eyes, somebody should see the particles in the seat and on the floor, even the dash. The wipe down expectations, clean seats and windows and dash and doors and and floors for $30.00 dollars clean my car. Put some elbows on it. I have already paid upfront before you touch it. I don't have time to wait and waste. If the manager has to redo the car, somebody should be removed, dismissed, or retrained. Maybe fired because they are costing the establishedment money you have gone from 4 or 5 stars to 1 Maybe 2, possibly 3.

I just had my car detailed at Extreme Detail, LLC., and I highly recommend them🤩 I went for their “Gold” package, and my car looks absolutely BEAUTIFUL inside and out and sooo shiny. They really have a great selection of packages to fit different needs and budgets, which I loved too. The owner is super friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. They have a very nice office with a waiting area, and a large selection of custom scents as well for your vehicle. This is one of the best places to go to save money for a car wash. I paid for a promotion for 19.99 a month. Texas weather is always crazy and you might get rain, dust and whatever else. Now they give out car fresheners with a car wash and a free vacuum. SO worth it. The price you pay to do it yourself compared to just driving through is less money.
