Alex and his team are great! Very friendly and thorough on their cleaning and detailing work. They were able to get this crazy sticky putty stuff off of the passenger side vent that I thought would be on there forever, as well as remove a fowl odor from the vehicle. Kevin was awesome, I called last minute and asked if he could detail my car within a week.. he didn’t have availability but offered to put me on a call list in the case someone canceled or he had availability open up. I initially called on a Thursday I believe, he called me Sunday and offered to do the detail that Monday. I was super happy with the customer service and the detail was top notch. Aaron was very professional and informative on services he provided. He was easy to set an appointment with for my truck at my workplace. Aaron was prompt and ready with his gear staged prior to our 8am appt. My 2019 Chevy Silverado with 159,000 miles on it is fairly clean but he brought back the luster to my truck. His treatment on my leather turn out spectacular and feels brand new. The outside color looks outstanding to include my tires and trim that were somewhat faded. Aaron suggested the engine bay detail for a slight Upcharges and what a difference it made. Thank you sir for making my truck look brand new, I have already got compliments on how beautiful it looks. I spilled a venti black coffee and Honey Mint Tea on my front passenger side. I called 5 Star mobile because it came up first in my google search and it had incredible reviews. I’m so fortunate I did. They are very worthy of their rating and exceeded expectations. Not only did he fit me in same day, he gave me a great price. He arrived within the window he set, and went right to work. I did the full service (shampoo, exterior/interior detailing) and my car looks impeccable. It’s cleaner then the day I purchased if brand new. He was so cordial and professional, served in the military and was so incredible I’ve put him a reoccurring schedule for myself and my father. Amazing job on our new to us boat. Blaze Detailing went above and beyond. Full detail inside and out and even fixed up a lot of little extra things on the boat. Came here on a dead Sunday and let’s just say this is the best hand wash I have ever got for the money ($60). I have been trying to find a new place to hand Wash my car since moving to Denton for school and this is the place after trying multiple here in Denton. All the other car washes do a mediocre job for the same price or more. They actually wiped down the whole interior and hand dry the rims, and they don’t only clean the face of the rim like most washes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

I showed up at the car wash 15 minutes before my appointment. No one was there. I waited until around 12:25 to call to make sure I was at the right location, no answer. (My appt was at 12:30pm). I called again around 12:45p. Still no answer. I texted the number listed on their website- I can see it’s an iPhone, still no answer. I left at 1:05pm. I sent them a final text- to please refund me my money because they already charged me for the service I did not get. I just wish they would have communicated with me to save my time.

I recently had my car detailed by Ahmad, and I’m very pleased with the results. Although he arrived a little later than the scheduled time, the quality of his work more than made up for it. Ahmad did an excellent job, leaving my car looking spotless both inside and out. His prices were reasonable too. Thatcher and his team did seriously amazing window cleaning services on my house. I am shocked at the difference it made — the windows were so spotless it almost looked like there wasn’t even a window there. Every smudge on our windows from toddler handprints, dog nose smears and bark slobber marks, to dirty rain residue were completely gone — front to back, top to bottom. The whole process from start to finish including the communication and professional interactions were a 5-star experience, and I would recommend them to anyone. I called for a price in the morning and was given the quote. I was honest and said I was shopping around to find a better deal. Later tried to call and schedule a service and they were not replying for 5-6 calls. After sending an email finally got in touch. Did they block me?) I asked the price again and was told “It was that price but now it is different because it depends on if we want or don't want to do it” - what a scam ))) Avoid this place.

Garbage corporate customer service. First of all, getting a hold of customer service was a pain in the butt. I had to go through Facebook to find their message service, and then they sent me an email address. I forwarded pictures of my poorly cleaned vehicle, and they said sorry, and that's it. They never offered another wash or refund. I emailed them and asked them for another car wash or a refund, and they have completely ghosted me.

1st trip, got roped into the subscription for a dollar more. $20+ for a car wash I'd hope it's clean. I to be fair jeeps are oddly shaped, but it was just a bit dusty, and week old. 2 runs and still left dirty. Bummer Been thru several times and it's better than the first so I upgraded to 3 stars... Latest trip, the Jeep came out much better this time, unfortunately we missed the cut off date for the subscription and we have it for another month. The young lady I deal with at the front end is Excellent. Unfortunately I worked at a carwash in the past and I know how much better it can be. Hopefully I've got better news by next month

Removed the stains on the seats but at what cost...females beware! I paid for the full interior service with soap, this is important to know. I was happy to hear that they were able to fit me in last minute. I mentioned that I just got my windows tinted so to please not do windows but please remove the stickers from the previous owner, I just received the new used car. I removed everything so all the storage spaces are open to be cleaned. How I received the car I received the car the next day and immediately knew I was scammed. The seats were soaking wet that when you sat on them it would leave an imprint on your clothes of water. The floors were slippery from the soap. Soap residue were on the seat belts. The storage spaces were not opened, no even to be vacuumed. The dashboard was untouched and had dust everywhere. The in-between space by the front seats were filled with dirt. After a couple of days a awful smell was accumulating in the car that others noticed. Due to the amount of water left in the seats we were afraid of mold was growing. Poor accountability I reached out to the person who cleaned my car and explained the situation as well as photos. I never received a response. I called from another phone number days later and was answered. He said he remembered the message but hasn't had the chance to answer. I was told that he would call me back the next day to sort out the situation, he never did. I messaged him again to give him the benefit of the doubt and was never responded. I had to go to a different location to practically get another full interior to prevent mold. (Underlined is everything he DID'T do)

Jeremy and Ron did a fantastic job with my car. It was my first time with their service so I wasn’t certain how great it would all be, but their professionalism and quality of detailing was on another level. With fair pricing. Not to mention they came out to my location on a Saturday night and worked late and still did amazing. I really couldn’t ask for better, will be using their services again soon. I recently got my car detailed by James at Epic Car Wash, and the experience was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I called the day before, James was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and even accommodating an earlier drop-off/start time than originally scheduled. My car was in rough shape after a road trip, with dirt, bird poop, and grime covering the exterior, but when I got it back, it was absolutely spotless and gleaming—inside and out! James’s attention to detail is unmatched. He walked us through all the fine areas he had worked on, and went above and beyond by adding an extra service of waxing and buffing to get a two-year old scratch out of the door of my car. I had my hot mess of a vehicle detailed by James and what a great job. In addition to needing the carpet shampoo"d because an unknown can of Coke that rolled under a seat exploded, inside windows looked like a smoker drove it, to the major dog hair, it was quite a task. I took a blind chance on Epic Car Wash & Detailing and was not disappointed. I'm so glad I took that chance. We own a 1992 Honda Beat, which is an imported Japanese kei car. Not all shops know how to care for this type of car, especially with it being so small and compact, but All Pro Detailing took extra care to make sure everything was taken care of! Instead of getting the Beat painted, we opted to have All Pro wrap and then ceramic coat it. It turned out so good, she looks good as new! You can tell how detailed Chris and Jess are, and how much pride they take in their work. We are now having them work on our other cars. 10/10 would recommend them!

Take 5 is a top-tier car wash in my book, offering a quick experience despite consistent busyness. Most car washes aren't too different from one another in the quality of the wash, so I tend to judge them on the self-service vacuums. These have short nozzles, long hoses, and great suction, cleaning out all the books and crannies in a vehicle. They also leave the satisfying "vacuum lines" on the carpet. The wash is great quality, too. I appreciate that the attendants scrub/power wash the front of the car to get off all the nasty bugs that the machine often misses. Overall: great quality, friendly staff, prime location, and fantastic experience.

Pulled up to the kiosk to pay, and there was a man there. Very tall, skinny wearing women's clothes and trying to plus sell the monthly member service. I said I didn't want it, I just wanted the $10 wash. He proceeded to go into more details where there were more services in what cities. As I said, I hadn't seen another take five. So when he finally took my credit card and put it in the kiosk. That I very well could have done. He seemed to be ticked off cause I didn't take a deal. He must be getting a bonus for everyone that he talks people into, but he didn't say thank you when I did make a purchase. Drove up to have my car washed, and a short black man was there with a bucket and brush. I asked him to please do the back of my van, and he proceeded to say, "Are you going to give me a dollar?" And I said no, and he said, "Well. I can't do it. " So I went through the car wash knowing the back of my vehicle would not be cleaned. Pictures below. The side of my van was also dirty, still, and the front headlights and Hood. So I went into the office and both the men were in there and another man, a short white man came out and I proceeded to tell him the back of my vehicle is dirty and so were the sides and what the young black man had said to me about wanting a dollar to clean the back of my vehicle. Then the black man said, "Oh, she just got the ten dollar wash." The tall man in the women's clothes then stated, "We only use the brush on the back of the vehicles for our members." I then told, I Assume the manager or owner, that I would be giving a very bad review on the customer service here at this location and other places. I do not recommend Take 5, and they have many other businesses ask corporations, including Under different names and organizations, take 5 oil, so no telling what kind of service get At these other companies. ***below, they want me to contact them to fix this. They had the opportunity then when I went into the office and had no resolution then. What good will they do now? Have a car wash that cleans the back of the flat and scooped in the back of the vehicles. That is half the vehicles on the road today. I rarely find a car wash that cleans the back without using a brush. If they did that, then they could do away with paying money for lazy people that refuse to clean the back of your vehicles for additional money. I paid $10 for a complete horrible car wash! Plus, the most important thing, have good customer service and response to complaints brought directly to them in their office on the same day. Now, they wait and comment here like they want to accommodate after the fact! Again, I will not go to any company that is in this corporation. They didn't respond to me when I sent a complaint on their website. Found out it's typical of this Corporation. Look up, Take 5 Car Wash Corporation, and see all the businesses. I'm sure they are all this poor on service. P.S. I notice they use the same response message word for word on other posts. They don't even care enough to make it personal.

Important detail: My review is based on the expirence of running a chevy tahoe and a jeep wrangler through the wash more than once each. It rips your windshield wipers off. With both vehicles I've lost wipers. It lifts the wipers off the window and breaks it from the metal arm. Wipers and rain sense were off every time. My jeep doesn't even have rain sense so that's not the problem. It BARLEY washes the cars. The tire shine add on does nothing. Any wide flat surface is good but any angles or corners won't get clean. Only plus is it's 24/7 and the free vacuums.

I tried this place with a free car wash coupon, and it was awful. The automatic system barely worked. After spraying foam, I had to turn the wipers on myself. There’s no belt to guide the car, and no staff to assist. I moved forward, but no water was sprayed, leaving my car covered in foam. I had to go to another car wash to finish the job. Terrible experience!

Timothy did an AMAZING job on detailing our 2011 Nissan Altima. He took his tome and made sure the car looked GREAT! Our headliner was so dirty and spotted. Timothy was able to get it spotless. When we contacted Eye Candy Coatings and Care about having ceramic coating applied on our brand new BMW X7, we had no idea what the process would entail or whether it was even worth it to get done. Asael did an amazing job. We initially scheduled them to wash my car at 8 a.m., but when my husband asked if they had time to do his car as well, they graciously fit both cars into their schedule. Trent is amazing! We have three kids under 13 who think it’s absolute torture to ride in the car for any length of time without a snack. As you can imagine the crumbs get everywhere. Enter Trent who comes to the house with his own water supply to wash and fully detail the car. When he is done it is cleaner than when we drove it off the lot. He is meticulous in his attention to detail, taking every “soft” part out of the vehicle to clean underneath it. On top of everything else Trent does paint correction so he takes care not to damage the finish. Trent has taken care of my wife’s SUV, my truck, and done paint correction on my ‘71 Cutlass. Anytime we need a detail, we call Trent.

Very bad experience with this location. Employee knows what happened with the car, but she ignored to inform me. After I came back and showed her and she said I know what happened but I am waiting for you and you leave the car wash after drying the car. And she didn't give me here, boss contact number or information. She said I am the manager and know one can help you with this damage.

I was excited to find a conveyor car wash for my dually truck, however the wash was sadly lacking. I went with the works. I don’t think the basic could have done much of any worse. It barely touched the bugs on front and bird poop on top and sides. Quite disappointing.
