Chris at Flawless Detail did a fantastic job restoring my 2006 Mazda Miata to like new. It was parked outdoors for a year and the convertible top leaked water inside. I had no idea and when I opened it a few months after the last time I drove it, it was completely covered in mold and smelled like a swamp. Chris ensured me from day 1 they were very comfortable working on it and guaranteed the mold would not come back with the ozone treatment. They are one of the few places in Dallas who do mold removal. The owners of the shop were excellent with communication and reached out to keep me updated through the multi-day process. Hands down the best detailing and buffing company in Dallas! If you want the BEST of the best in detailing - Wilson and Dallas Detailing and Buffing are the way to go! I came to them to get a scratch and some buildup removed near my rear emblem (both are not easy tasks!!!). My car is a dark color, so I didn’t have much hope. When I saw the end result, I could not believe it. Check out the before and after photo. I am blown away!! Wilson was so careful and understanding of how I care for my vehicle. He exudes the upmost professionalism and kindness. You cannot ask for better a customer service experience, or a higher quality end result! I hired Wilson with Dallas Detailing and Buffing to detail the exterior of the used 2023 Mazda CX-9 I had just purchased. It had paint overspray across the hood and one side, as well as several other minor nick/scratches. Wilson and his team did a great job! They removed all of the paint overspray, and buffed the surface and applied a ceramic coating to the exterior to protect it. They also touched up the scratches using a Mazda paint touch-up pen I provided. And after I showed Wilson two spots on the interior leather with pen marks, asking his opinion on how I should clean them, he went ahead and removed those marks as well. Wilson was extremely professional, with great communication. We have had him detail two other vehicles previously, including one prior to selling, and plan to have him detail another of our family's vehicles in the near future.

Overall my experience working with Billy, the owner of Hampton Auto Detailing, was exceptional! He was super responsive and communicative, respectful and polite and also very intuitive! He worked very efficiently as well! If you want a nice and fast clean for your interior and exterior I highly recommend Billy! I learned some things about the top coat on my own car that I will put in my pocket for the future. Billy got the hardest part of my car cleaned and did it in an incredibly short amount of time! I have a German shepherd and a husky and their fur was everywhere after a few long roadtrips. And when I say everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE. I was really looking forward to this detailing job, and I can confidently say that I am pleased with the service. There were a few details that were missed that I'll have to do myself, which is a little disappointing, but for the price I strongly believe it was a job well done. My rear view mirror and moon roof, headlights, corners of the windshield and around my rear license plate looked like they were missed entirely, or just not given as much attention as the rest of the car, but I seriously can't complain because he got nearly all the fur, except for on the ceiling, out. Major props to Billy for that. I would absolutely go back to Billy again in the future. Hopefully next time with less fur!

Time 2 Shine Detailing Studio did an AMAZING JOB on my new baby (Purple Rain). Jon and his team did a complete paint correction on her, removing all of the scratches before adding the System X Max G + Ceramic Coating. I also got the STEK DYNOshield PPF track package including behind the rear tires to help protect her from getting dings and chips. The System X LVP ceramic interior protection package will make it much more easier for me to clean. The System X ceramic coating of glass, wheels, engine bay and frunk is also amazing. Take a look at the Purple Rain’s beautiful body in pictures below after the wonderful job they did. I absolutely love it! Also, the customer service was fabulous. I got an interior detail after a bad coffee spill. The coffee went everywhere, including the ceiling of the car and the detail got it out. My car looks and smells great. They do a great job! I typically get a mini detail, but have opted to vacuum it inside as well. My car is always sparkling clean and immaculate inside, especially when they do the detail! Leslie at the check in desk is sweet and the other staff is great as well. Waiting area is outside, but it is covered with fans. Complimentary coffee and water are available as well as mini chairs for the little ones.

I heard about Jordan word of mouth - high praise from a neighbor. I had run over some road construction with white paint or calcium on the road. It left white that wouldn’t come off the tires, wheel wells, and body of my 2021 Corvette. Jordan saved the day and he and his coworker worked for over 2hours removing the damage. I was so grateful and relieved! Very nice young men who are enthusiastic and hard working. They had everything they needed in their mobile unit. ❗️❌DO NOT RECCOMEND❗️❌ DID NOT DELIVER THE SERVICE THAT WAS PROMISED. REFUSES TO REFUND. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am absolutely shocked. I was eagerly anticipating having my car professionally cleaned. I was assured that my car would receive a thorough cleaning inside and out. I was prepared to pay for the quality service that was promised. Eduardo appeared to be a pleasant individual. My disappointment stems not from a personal issue, but from the fact that he assured me he had performed a detailed job when, in reality, he only made it appear clean from a distance. Upon closer inspection, I was appalled. There was actual trash left in my car, and nothing had been vacuumed or cleaned properly. All he had done was spray some shine on the wheels, use a pleasant-smelling spray, and improve the appearance of the seats. The interior of the car was not detailed, and many areas were left untouched. I am hesitant to trust him with my car again, as if this level of service was not provided the first time, I can only imagine what the second time would be like. I am not one to demand a refund. I respect the hard work of others. However, if I pay for a service and it is not delivered as promised, that is considered fraud. I left without addressing the issue because I was exhausted. It was only when I exited the car that I noticed the lack of detail. Am I wrong for wanting to leave immediately due to exhaustion after a long day? I entrusted him with my payment, believing in his service, yet this does not justify his failure to provide the service I rightfully paid for. If you purchase an item in a store and do not receive what you paid for, the store typically refunds you without hesitation to ensure customer satisfaction. This practice is not based on vanity, but on established policies and principles of customer service. I promptly contacted him to address the issue, but he adamantly refused to provide a refund for the subpar service he failed to deliver. I waited for three and a half hours for my car to be cleaned, only to be disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and quality of service provided. I am deeply upset by this experience and cannot recommend his service to others. The pictures provided are just examples of many more of the final product. Google will not allow me to post the full videos that I sent him, but I’ll be posting the screenshot off the video I sent. I truly dislike leaving negative reviews like this one. If he reaches out to refund me for the service I did not receive, I would gladly remove this review. I do not intend to discredit him or his business. Usually, they do a pretty good job and the $25.00 package is a pretty good deal. The last few times I've been here, they haven't done such a good job on the interior and they've definitely left bug spots on the windshield. The problem today, though, is that I drove all the way over here to get my car clean so I can pick relatives up at the airport tonight. I checked the website first and it specifically said Christmas Eve hours were 9-3. But they aren't open and no one is answering the phone. I don't know if they're just late, or decided to close without warning. Unprofessional.
