Juan at Sweet's Auto Detailing is the best. Very communicative, fair pricing, easy scheduling and did great work in getting the cigarette smell out of a truck I purchased. Didn't realize until after I'd bought a used truck that the dealer had masked over a smoke smell with a bunch of shampoos. This was my first new-to-me car in 15 years, so I was super bummed when I realized the car had a very strong smoke smell. Juan did an incredible job, at a reasonable price, in getting the smell out, bringing it from a 7-8, down to a 1 in intensity, and even offered to take it back to do one additional ozone treatment if the smell still lasted a few weeks later (which he did). Chris at Flawless Detail did a fantastic job restoring my 2006 Mazda Miata to like new. It was parked outdoors for a year and the convertible top leaked water inside. I had no idea and when I opened it a few months after the last time I drove it, it was completely covered in mold and smelled like a swamp. Chris ensured me from day 1 they were very comfortable working on it and guaranteed the mold would not come back with the ozone treatment. They are one of the few places in Dallas who do mold removal. The owners of the shop were excellent with communication and reached out to keep me updated through the multi-day process. My girlfriend (2016 Toyota Camry) got into a minor fender-bender which ruined her right fender and busted her bumper bracket and bumper. We shopped for estimates all around the north side of Dallas and settled on Wilson at Dallas Detailing and Buffing. Not only did he give us the best price for fixing the damage (80% of the next highest bid and less than half of the highest bid), but his service was second to none. He walked us through the process to understand exactly what it is we wanted to do and where each dollar was spent. We opted to get aftermarket parts to save on cost, replacing and repainting the fender, replacing and repainting the bumper, and replacing the bracket as well as blending the door with the fender. Communication during the process was excellent, Wilson kept me updated at every stage until it was ready. When we got the car back it looked brand new! Lowest price, excellent workmanship, and a trustworthy individual to do business with. If I’m ever in need of body repair, they’ll be my first call!

Beyond happy!! Wilson was absolutely amazing! I came in on a Monday, and Wilson was able to get me in the next day! I ended up doing everything from the engine bay to the interior and couldn't be happier! I bought the car and noticedit had alot of bad swirls, a few minor scratches, and even a bit of hail damage and Wilson assured me he could get them out and it looks even better than expected! Needed some glue off, a debadge, and a paint correction on my 2500 ram . I sent him a couple videos and in minutes he responded and gave me a quote. Before my appointment he came to the house we discussed and looked at my truck to make sure we were on the same page which a bunch of places won’t do. Amazing new look for my 911 thanks to Jon and the great people at Time 2 Shine. I had my Carrera S wrapped in gloss, light blue vinyl wrap which Jon helped me pick out. They have tons of colors in a variety of styles to fit your exact need. This was close to Miami Blue, which is why I chose it. The wrap turned out better than I expected. The attention to detail used while wrapping the car is impressive. It looks like new paint and I’ve gotten many compliments and knowing nods from other Porsche drivers. If you’re contemplating a wrap, it’s been a good process so far and it really changes the look of your vehicle, and unlike paint you can always go back to your paint color years later when the wrap is eventually removed. I brought the car for its original appointment in which the I was not informed that it was cancelled due to them running behind. Brought it to the next appointment in which they were still running behind and I had to wait 2 hours extra. Got the car washed by another detailer in its 3 months of existing, no scratches. I brought it here cause they are cheaper.Bring it to this detailer in which afterwards there are scratches on the hood and under the side mirror. Mind you these are hard scratches to get from road debris. They said they would polish it out and have been waiting three weeks via cancelled appointments and the owner not communicating at all. Got a call today only for the owner to get into a screaming match with me saying their detailer make no mistakes and they didn’t scratch the car. Soap was left under the mirrors the residue formed. Terrible experience. If you soon into the second picture you can clearly see scratches going up and down which I’m sure is due to the cleaning motion. To reply to the owners reply. I told you to zoom into the second picture a few days later because I noticed the scratches. Upon zooming in those scratches were there and that was after the wash. This was not done by previous work as I would have complained as I am to you now. You were not kind at all and told me you would not fix the other scratches please do not lie. Microfiber towels and mitts can cause deep scratches if not cleaned properly, a simple Google review proves that, Seeing as there are previous reviews with bad ratings and pictures of scratches mistakes can happen. But you refused to fix any mistake on mine and argued that this was not your fault. Seeing as how you failed to complete promised scheduled appointments and the appointments to fix said scratches your work is not reliable at all. Therefore your word is also most likely unreliable.

Called Martin Auto Detailing from Louisiana to talk about what kind of services he offers for a big truck. He was very patient, professional, and also a cool guy to talk to. Even better in person. So I decided to schedule with him for a full ceramic coating. I made my trip to Dallas being that I was in the area and dropped it off to him. And I’ll say he covered some ground on my truck. Definitely did an amazing job making my paint, glass, and wheels shine like crazy and bringing back a lot of clarity. Made any scratch completely invisible. And talk about slick and smooth too. Rejects water and dust insanely great. And so much easier to wash. Also where I’m from, bugs on grilles are RELENTLESS. If you live by rice fields, crawfish fields or any field really with long grass in the country then you know. Well now they get rejected also and are so much easier to clean off with zero effort. If you are in the area or are thinking about getting your ride detailed I HIGHLY recommend Martin Auto Detailing. He knows what he’s doing and he deserves your business. Give him a shot!!

The worst drive through car wash I've ever been to. My windshield still looked bad. The workers would not allow me to wait for a vacuum and kept waving me through, and out of, the lot. The lot itself is too small and cramped for all of the different services they have going on. Just a miserable experience. The car wash has two drive through car wash lanes, but only about 10 vacuums (which is not even enough for a busy 1 lane car wash let alone 2 lanes). They have detail options/hand dry if you want to try that, but I cannot recommend the drive thru car wash at all. Will not be going back.

When I went to get a quote through his website, which is very user friendly, I was contacted very quickly. I sent over pictures for a final quote and my appointment was booked. Chris seemed like a very nice and genuine guy. However, I think his business practices are a little scammy. I found his number on Google and called to get a quote for an interior cleaning for my Kia Soul with dog hair. Chris said he charges $150 and that dog hair was included. He said he could come out immediately to take a look. As soon as he arrived, he began taking things out of his van and started cleaning. Halfway through vacuuming I asked how much it would be now that he's seen the car, he stuck with $150, stating that he usually charges for dog hair, but he's got me covered this time, even though he said the cost already covers dog hair on the phone. I found his website, where it says a "Basic Full Wash" is $140, which includes basic interior cleaning and an exterior wash. I paid $150 for just a very basic interior cleaning. Chris was done cleaning in literally less than 45 minutes. No other car cleaning or detailing company I've looked at can complete a semi-thorough cleaning under an hour. After inspecting my car, there's still dog hair in the backseat that wasn't vacuumed up. He didn't bother to wipe down the underside of my steering wheel area. The brake and gas pedal weren't touched, and there was stuff left unvaccumed behind them. Additionally, the cleaner/conditioner he used on all the plastic in my car is very greasy and has made everything slick. I appreciate his friendliness, but not his cleanliness. Look elsewhere if you're wanting more than a mediocre job. Response to owner: The price isn't the issue, it's the quality of work. I have no problem paying for a job well done. However, charging $150 for there to still be a significant amount of dog hair, dirt, and untouched spots in my car is ridiculous. You call yourself "the best", but I could've done a better job with my own vacuum and rags. Do better.

I heard about Jordan word of mouth - high praise from a neighbor. I had run over some road construction with white paint or calcium on the road. It left white that wouldn’t come off the tires, wheel wells, and body of my 2021 Corvette. Jordan saved the day and he and his coworker worked for over 2hours removing the damage. I was so grateful and relieved! Very nice young men who are enthusiastic and hard working. They had everything they needed in their mobile unit. I think there could be better way finding for where to drive when getting a detail, me and another guy missed the section and needed to maneuver back over. I got the Carnation detail… list price is $100/non member and $50/member. They missed cleaning the cup holders in the back console and vacuuming under my seat (fries were still there!!).

Paid extra for tire shine and for them to wipe the exterior and tipped before I realized they didn't do anything. They spent about a minute wiping a little water off, but my tires looked terrible, and most of my car was still dirty. I spend another 10-15 minutes cleaning it myself. I also noticed that the passenger side of my car looks like it has tiny scuffs all down the side from the machine.
