Got the 2-Stage Paint Correction on my 06 Corvette. This group did a fantastic job. They are very professional, kept me informed of the process and progress, and even got the car done super early. Austin is a young man that, instead of getting into trouble, he started his own small business and is contributing to society rather than becoming a burden. I had seen pictures of his work and decided I would help a new small business, so I contacted Austin at Pristine about detailing and ceramic coating my truck. We worked out a time. For the ceramic coating they needed my truck for 24 hours to make sure it cured correctly. He did an awesome job. It looks great - better than it did when it was new. It is so slick and shines so good, I'll probably get an additional 3 mpg driving. I added a couple of pictures - not the best. I'll try to add some better when weather improves.

I found G & L detailing on google. I gave them a call and Gilbert scheduled my consultation within the hour. He was very good at communication and kind. I was scheduled the next morning and he got to work and left my car looking brand new. I needed my seats shampooed because they had a bit of stains and dog hair. They looked good as new.Gilbert did great I will definitely recommend G&L to anyone who needs car detailing and other automotive services. 10/10 service.

MUST USE THEM FOR ALL OF YOUR CAR DETAILING NEEDS!!! From the moment I spoke to Gilbert (one of the brothers who owns G&L) on the phone to when I drove my car from the shop, I was treated like family. I first came in to get my front car seats cleaned and Gilbert did an amazing job!!! I had never seen my seats that clean, EVER. Since I had such a great experience, I brought my mom's 2011 Toyota Camry, to be completely detailed, to be sold later, and I couldn't believe the stains they were able to get out. The interior of the car looked practically new. Since the car was going to take a few hours, Gilbert offered to drop me off at my house! Talk about customer service! This kind of service just isn't around anymore, unfortunately. I brought my car back a month later to get the back seats cleaned and, again, they went above and beyond, also vacuuming the entire car. I will never take my car anywhere else, ever again. They have my business for life! 🥰 Thank you so much Gilbert and Luis!!

Horrible ! Got to my car and middle captain chair wasn’t even put back in . He said he couldn’t figure it out so I had to do it myself . As I did that I noticed stains on the seats that easily wiped up with a baby wipe. The third row seat had chips and the cup holders weren’t wiped . I asked the man why they didn’t clean my third row and he said hold on let me ask ! Then he came and wiped down the third row barely. When I got in my drivers seat the odometer dash was covered in dust and my cup holders were not wiped , nor was my radio or ac buttons . I’m actually trying to figure out what they did do other than rinse my floor mats And wiped the windows and doors. My teenager could have done a better job go somewhere else !

Went here yesterday with my husband to get our BMW X1 washed the guy told us he was the manager named David that there their car wash was broke and that they had to drive it through themselves , so my husband and I gave him the keys and we went inside and the waiting room it wasn't long before my husband went outside to check because he just doesn't trust anyone with the vehicle like that he details cars for a living but unfortunately due to a medical condition and surgery he can't do it himself right now so he comes in to get me and says hey you're not going to like what happened to the car so I go out there and there's this long scratch on the hood almost like a gouge and on the passenger side door! So they were getting ready to close they said come back in the morning the manager David and the other guy Joe was supposed to take care of us this morning we get up go up there this morning neither one of them were scheduled today to work so they lied to us and it seems they don't want to take responsibility for what happened to our vehicle my husband got into it with another guy that works there make a long story short it was going left real quick so we left and called our insurance company hopefully the insurance company takes care of this if I were you I think twice about taking your car there cuz if they do damage it they're going to BS you around on making it right! SHAME and lies to us ,knew they wouldn't be at work today .no respect for this business

I booked this detail 2 days ago hoping for the best. I knew it would be a pain finding someone to come out of Corpus Christi to my office in Sinton. Best experience! These guys worked hard and made sure my vehicle (nothing special) looked amazing and is sparkling clean. It’s as clean and untouchable as it was when I drove it off the lot. Texas Excellence Detail did the best detailing job I’ve ever seen. My car is 10 years old and was extremely sandy. I went with the Gold Package; they spent 2 days and roughly 12 hours (if not more) to make sure the job was done correctly. I left feeling like I had just bought a new car. Craig did such a great job on Michael's Camaro, that we had to have him do our Terrain. This black, 9 year old car had so many fine scratches and swirls that it almost looked gray in the light. The lady upfront is so beyond rude an has the worst attitude in the world. I do not understand how she works there. The guy that’s fully tatted I can not remember his name he was so helpful very hard worker and so fine! The tall guy with accent and tattoos he was just sitting around I don’t understand why he was just watching the other guy just working and was throwing his trash around. Very lazy. My GF gifted me a $175 interior detail with them and I was not very pleased with their services. I had to try 3 separate times to get them to detail the inside as a walk in, now I know appointments are better but the guy working the front explicitly told my partner the second time we tried to just come early in the AM and they'll have no problem fitting us in. We did that and he tried to say they couldn't service my car to which I just asked for my money back but since it was a gift card, all sales were final. They squeezed us in that day but did a shoddy job. They spray painted my carpet because they couldn't get all the sand out and it left a strong smell in the car for a few days. Then they shampooed my seats but the end result left them in even worse condition than before. For the $175 price tag, I expected way better from them. I have not and will not return here.

My truck, (a Tacoma) is a work truck that had been on a construction site in the dust, dirt, and mud for more than a year. It was a mess; mud, (inside, out, and underneath), plus I am a smoker so there was smoke film on the inside. When Mr. Tejerina finished with the truck, it could have been put on a lot for sale.
