Very worst ..I paid 130$ for deep cleaning they didn't even clean gear parts it's in front side ..And that one staff he took all my mats and rolled and keep it back of my car ..he didn't even shampoo and clean it. I asked about this they said it won't go even if I clean them I said I will go and show to this one to manager then he rushed and clean ally mats and I asked to vacuum that mat it all went just only hair on that mat..very worst

This should have been posted a few month's ago. We were having crazy storms. I 4got to close windows sunroof and at 5 am the most horrific storm sprung me out of bed, too late ! My car was FULL of water. I called several places to help this elderly lady out. Oh my. Carnation to the rescue! The manager and an employee picked up the car, detailed it so well it looks brand new! Customer service alone would bring me back, the prices are great, smiling helpful faces. Definitely won't use another. If you have not been here before, what are you waiting for? My feedback about your service has always been positive, as the staff there are very helpful and do an excellent job. However, today I noticed that the temperature is 105°F, and the people responsible for drying the vehicles are working under the direct sun all day. I understand that maintaining a high standard of service is important, but I also believe that the well-being of your team is essential. I think it would be a great idea to install canopies, similar to the ones in the car cleaning areas, to provide some shade and improve their working conditions. Sharman did an amazing job on my wife's SUV. Made the interior look brand new again, his thoroughness and skill really showed out. Our leather feels softer than it ever has, he even got rid of some of the sticker residue I had trouble with on the dead pedal. Paint looked fantastic. Highly recommend the guy

I heard about Jordan word of mouth - high praise from a neighbor. I had run over some road construction with white paint or calcium on the road. It left white that wouldn’t come off the tires, wheel wells, and body of my 2021 Corvette. Jordan saved the day and he and his coworker worked for over 2hours removing the damage. I was so grateful and relieved! Very nice young men who are enthusiastic and hard working. They had everything they needed in their mobile unit. They detailed the outside of the car as a finishing touch. I feel like I have a new car. I plan to use them more in the future to keep my car beautiful. Highly recommend! Timothy did an AMAZING job on detailing our 2011 Nissan Altima. He took his tome and made sure the car looked GREAT! Our headliner was so dirty and spotted. Timothy was able to get it spotless. I was searching for a good car detailing service in Highland Village and found EcoPal Mobile Detail. They were super easy to work with and did an amazing job. Timothy explained the whole process to me and even encouraged me to shop around to see what works best for me! Chris at Flawless Detail did a fantastic job restoring my 2006 Mazda Miata to like new. It was parked outdoors for a year and the convertible top leaked water inside. I had no idea and when I opened it a few months after the last time I drove it, it was completely covered in mold and smelled like a swamp. Chris ensured me from day 1 they were very comfortable working on it and guaranteed the mold would not come back with the ozone treatment. They are one of the few places in Dallas who do mold removal. The owners of the shop were excellent with communication and reached out to keep me updated through the multi-day process. Hands down the best detailing and buffing company in Dallas! If you want the BEST of the best in detailing - Wilson and Dallas Detailing and Buffing are the way to go! I came to them to get a scratch and some buildup removed near my rear emblem (both are not easy tasks!!!). My car is a dark color, so I didn’t have much hope. When I saw the end result, I could not believe it. Check out the before and after photo. I am blown away!! Wilson was so careful and understanding of how I care for my vehicle. He exudes the upmost professionalism and kindness. You cannot ask for better a customer service experience, or a higher quality end result! It is obvious Wilson and his crew are masters of this trade. He even took the time to educate me on what had built up around my emblem. I have gotten my car detailed by them a few times now. Each and every time, it’s been basically the best detailing that I’ve had. They thoroughly wash the outside of the car, wax the outside, then they clean, vacuum, wax, and sanitize the inside. Even though my car is 9 years old, it always looks, feels, and smells brand new when they’re done. I recommend their services to all my friends.

Very disappointed I paid 24 dollars for a car wash and my car was not clean . Still had to scrub dirt off my windows after coming out. At this price I don’t feel like I should have to buy a membership and have my car washed several times for it to be cleaned. I was asked to purchase the membership 3 times after I said NO the 1st time . I’m almost positive I’ll never get my car washed here again . I’m leaving pictures of the hood which looked like no water even hit it at all although it did .

The worst car wash ever. For $100 it was suppose to include floor mat shampooing, tar removal and hand applied wax. The pictures speak for themselves, it was barely cleaned. Everything was just simply wiped down. Don’t not come here to clean your car, they are not professionals.

I have come here twice. I am not really into drive thru washes, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wash for the price. The staff was also very friendly. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to tire damage caused by the wash on my last visit. I guess the thing that holds your tire in place wasn't lined up perfectly and gouged the sidewall of my tire in a few areas.

I wanted to have my car ceramic coated and Alex came highly recommended. He is the real deal! His detailing bay is pristinely clean and organized. My car is fairly new, but when I picked it up from Alex, it looked better than it did at the dealership. He is meticulous in his work and it shows. Will and Cortez, today’s mobile detailing crew, took my minivan from drab to fab! For reals, it was disgusting with a year’s worth of kid crumbs and spills, window smears, and dried soccer grass. They got all the nooks and crannies, shampooed and dried the carpet, and even removed the captains chairs to get the impossible spots underneath. This is my annual birthday gift to myself. The establishment looked new and well-maintained. The car washing machines were updated; I loved the result of the Graphene Wash. The associate at the pay station was friendly and helpful. This car wash has spray for the inside and outside of your car, it also has a washer that washes the mats in your car hands-free!!! Find someplace with the ability to do the work and integrity to own up to and correct their mistakes. I brought my brand-new Tesla from the dealership to Ziebart to get paint protection film on the front bumper, ceramic car coating, and tinted windows. They told me they had done this work many times and that the film was cut by machine for a perfect fit. When I got the car back, • Ceramic Coating – They had handprints and water spots in the coating and completely missed parts of the car. • Window Tint - They didn’t cover the entire window; there was debris in the tint, and they damaged the glass by cutting the tint on top of it. • Paint Protection Film – The film had chunks missing, cuts, folds, etc. After trying to give them a chance to make things right, I just asked for all the materials to be taken off the car, my money refunded, and the glass replaced. When I got the car back this time, • Ceramic coating – Not entirely removed from all surfaces, and the clear coat now had light scratching and webbing present. • Window Tint – They broke the window trim clips, damaged one of the door panels, broke all the clips on a side seat bolster just leaving it sitting on top of the seatbelt, and left residue on the bench seats and third brake light housing. • Paint Protection Film – Removed without issue. I updated Brenden (Store Manager) as I found the additional damage and worked on the estimate from Tesla to return the vehicle to how it was initially delivered to me from the factory. Once I got my car in for the service, Brenden said they were “being more than accommodating by agreeing to cover the original quote…” as it was higher than an aftermarket glass repair company that he wanted to use. Beyond that, he was now denying that the additional damage was done while they removed everything. I had hoped they just had a bad couple of weeks and would do the right thing. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case, and I’m left with no choice but to warn others about their abilities and business practices while I seek to recover over $3,600 in damages that had to be fixed. No one should go through this with their car, especially one that is brand new, without a single issue when it arrives at their business.

Alex and his team are great! Very friendly and thorough on their cleaning and detailing work. They were able to get this crazy sticky putty stuff off of the passenger side vent that I thought would be on there forever, as well as remove a fowl odor from the vehicle. The shop is clean, organized, and pleasant to walk into. They also provide professional window tinting services along with the onsite and mobile detailing work. Highly recommended!
