Dennis and his team did an amazing job of bringing my classic 1990 Mazda Miata back to life in it's full, fun, shiny red glory. And not just the exterior, which is beautiful again, but also the interior and engine area that had suffered from sad neglect from a couple years of outdoor storage. A car cover can only do so much against all kinds of weather. After their loving treatment it will now be happily housed in a garage space. And enjoyed again!

Vic's Detail Mobile Wash Completely cleaned out the interior of my car. Honestly y’all my toddler piles mess on mess, and sometimes I forget to take my own trash out, and then there was also just…. STUFF. It had gotten to the point where I discovered a ton of ants 2 days ago. I asked if they would come out (I was offered an UNBELIEVABLY cheap price!!) and clean it and I’d pay extra for the ants. Y’all, they came out same day. Didn’t make me feel judged at all. They were sweet and patient. When I went out to go look at my car and pay them, it looked and smelled even better than when I bought it 😭🙏🏼 They even took the time to separate what was definitely trash and what looked like it wasn’t trash into separate bags and hauled the trash away. Need a vehicle interior clean? Look no further seriously.

Update: Spoke to the General Manager and was told that he couldn't do anything for me. Got out of my truck to dry it and I found out that the steel vacuum lines that are normally above your vehicle aligned directly with the top of my door and scratched it all up. Appears the original install was altered and dropped down too far. Filled out an incident report and unfortunately the company policy is to do nothing for this situation. Had a great experience up until my vehicle was damaged. No the vehicle is not lifted and was centered in the parking spot. Be careful!

Always a great wash. Friendly staff let you know about the deals but aren’t pushy about moving you into it. Having clean towels at the end is the best and today, while wiping my car down, Andy offered extra tire shine and even cleaned up the wheels a bit! Highly recommended.

It was like night and day from when I dropped it off, I wish I had before photos because just the after photos doesn't do their work justice. Draztik did an unbelievable job on my truck, providing excellent service and communication throughout the process as well. A level three ceramic coating package along with ceramic window tint were the services performed by Sean and his team at Draztik. Sean was there to explain the services offered and provided as well as answer all of my questions both when I dropped my truck off with him and when I returned to collect it. “Detailed.” This is the results after I had them go back twice. The first time they didn’t even vacuum out the back and had piled all my mats on top to hide it. I also have trouble believing they shampooed everything considering there is still a dirt spot on the seat.

Dustin did an amazing job on my all black Braptor. I just washed for the first time since he put PPF on my hood and some front facing parts and ceramic coated. It looks fantastic. Dustin takes some time to educate you on the job, and has a nice clean shop fully equipped. Factor that in with his obvious skill, you’ve got a safe place to take your car for this type of high end detailing job. My brand new Bronco Raptor also had some paint defects (very stubborn water spots and surface scratches) which Dustin corrected before applying PPF or ceramic. Looks like it should now. Friday 1/3/2025 I went here for an oil change. They came in and told me I had zero coolant and it was bone dry. Then I was also told that the thing that holds the brake fluid is black and tarry. I had just gotten my car back from getting a new transmission the day before. Called the mechanic and he said to bring it by because that was not possible. Lo and behold it was not dry I had a pin hole leak. The mechanic said the leak was not there the day before or he would have had coolant dripping on him while working on the transmission (put two and two together here for yourself). Further, there is no such thing as tarry/black brake fluid. DO NOT LET THEM TRICK YOU! My coolant was not empty they just do not know the difference between coolant reserve (this part says coolant on the cap) and the actual part that holds the coolant.

I’ve taken my vehicle here a few times and have never been super impressed but it’s close to me and convenient. The “interior special” was pushed hard and after refusing it a couple times and trying to explain to them what I would like them to focus on. I agreed to it with the understanding that I want the bugs off the front of the vehicle and mirrors. I was assured that would not be a problem. Waited an hour and a half as I watched others come and go that seemed to have purchased the same package as I had. So clearly I’m already a bit ticked off. Figured mine was taking longer because of the bugs. Finally get to inspect my vehicle and it’s literally like it hadn’t been washed. I watched it go thru the machine so I know they did. I watched them dry it off and do the interior. I asked for a refund because of the poor job and was told no but I can get a free car wash for next time. Why would I want that? You guys couldn’t get it done right the first time. They didn’t even offer to fix the issue. So here I am posting this. Don’t expect great customer service. Don’t expect them to correct anything. Save yourself the time and money and just go to a drive thru and vacuum yourself. It’s really not worth the experience. Oh and I have swirl marks of whatever they polish they use on the exterior and my seats have stains from the chemicals. I can’t get them off the seat after coming home and just using my own stuff. I’ve had this car for 2 months and it looks like garbage now. Thanks Suds!!!
