Visited this car wash on October 6th. Had my trim ripped of my vehicle this was caused by this car wash! They are not willing to repair the damages done to my car by there equipment. I would suggest, don't spend 20$ and aquire addtional expenses repairs to your vehicle. Please avoid at all costs.

Let’s start with brand new rims on a 7 year old mint condition car now damaged by Snap Clean Car Wash of Cedar Hill .. I contacted the manager Mike Rios and filled out a claim form that was then forwarded to Upper Management . Was then informed that because the car is greater than 5 years old they are not responsible for damage as posted on their sign prior to entering the car wash , so my warning to y’all , if your car is more than 5 years old DO NOT go this car wash or risk no reimbursement for damages caused by Snap Clean … The 2 bangs on my rims while in the car were quite intense .. as you’ll see in the gouging of my 2 driver side rims . I had monthly subscriptions which have now been cancelled . I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint as well …

I really do not like location.. I experienced it several times completely shutdown due to breakdowns. And it looks tired and worn out with canvas covering torn, lack of air blowers (like their Arlington location), vacuum hoses and nozzles detaching from the rest of the system. And poorly designed drive up to the front gates where I really, really have to maneuver carefully in a very tight turn so I don't scrape my rims on my brand new $100K truck. We drive trucks here in TX so design it accordingly I'd say.

My mother is new to the DFW area and was interested in getting her car detailed and ladies let me tell you, LADIES BEWARE THIS GUYS IS EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE AND AN ULTIMATE SCAMMER. My mother left this review as followed and of course he commented on the review as if he was being honest. Customer beware...DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KEYS WITH OTIS! I contacted to have my vehicle full service detailed, I was quoted a price of $250 for polish and detail. I was told the inside would be free. Now Otis did tell me he needed to go out of town the next day, so I agreed to let him keep the car overnight to do what needed to be done. Instead of the next day, he called me later that night and told me I could pick up my car and it was ready. I was excited and was ready to see my bright shiny car...no no, that's not what I pulled up to. The car had smudges all over it, from whatever material he used. The windows were not cleaned, the seats were still stained with the same juice that was there before. He told me he did the inside but not the windows and kept telling me it was free, which I didn't ask for. I was willing to pay him half price for what he did do, he then drove off with my keys and would not give them to me until he had full payment. The police were called, even the cops said tje car didn't look washed! It had smears all over it and the dust was still on the outside mirrors! I paid him his money to get my keys..but I got scammed big time! Mr.Otis karma is very real...I guess you really needed them coins! Crook!! *This guy does not provide legitimate services as promised and the police did have to get involved due to his aggressiveness. My mother works very hard and drives a bmw, she would never try to disown or belittle someone’s business simply for her own benefit. BEWARE!!!!

Set an appointment for 7:00 am and Devin showed up 30 minutes early and went to work detailing my car!! He and his helper were absolutely the best!! I told him, if the trade doesn't work - I get a new car out of the deal he did such a spectacular detailing on my 2019 Rogue Sport car. Thank you SO much!!! Will definitely use him again!!!!

Chet, was amazing! Many other detail shops would not even do the undercarriage of my car, but Chet took care of it and took in my car ASAP! Others detail shops were weeks out with no guarantees! Protect your investment and exercise extreme caution when visiting DeSoto Full Service Car Wash, located at 2122 North Hampton Road, DeSoto, TX 75115, as there have been reports of vehicle damage and subsequent refusal to compensate for damages. On Monday, December 23, 2024, my vehicle sustained damage while utilizing the car wash services, resulting in a cracked windshield and a bent rooftop light kit. Upon exiting the car wash, I promptly notified management, who reviewed video footage confirming the damage occurred during the car wash process. Management initially indicated a willingness to address the issue but later declined to provide compensation, citing the damage occurred to aftermarket equipment. Despite requests to discuss the matter further with the owner, he refused so I chose to involve law enforcement. The owner maintained his position, acknowledging the damage occurred at his facility but reiterating his refusal to compensate for damages to aftermarket equipment. The situation culminated with the owner declining further discussion and stating, "I'll see you in court." I took his disrespect personally. After acknowledging liability and subsequently refusing to compensate for damages, social media is the best platform to expose a real problem in the community. There are outsiders who infiltrate the community with unacceptable business practices. They assume it is acceptable to provide suboptimal goods and/or services in exchange for premium dollars. Firstly, the requirement to receive such goods and/or services often entails payment in cash upfront only, with a strict no-refund policy. Then, when a legitimate problem or complaint arises, there is no accountability. You, the consumer, are left with poor-quality goods and/or services. In my case, a damaged luxury vehicle. We must recognize that our spending power matters and demand better in exchange for our dollars. So, I propose that we avoid utilizing DeSoto Full Service Car Wash at 2122 North Hampton Road, DeSoto, TX 75115 services for the month of January 2025 to make it known that his way of doing business is not acceptable. I paid $25 for a wash, wipe down and tire clean. The only thing I got was a drive thru car wash. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come and wipe my truck down and clean my tires but the workers continued to go to the next vehicle instead of servicing mine. I spoke with the man who helped me when I first got there and he got someone to come to my truck but by the time he came my break was up and I had to be back at work. I didn’t even want a refund. I just wanted to get as far away from that place as possible. On top of that, my truck wasn’t even fully clean. SMH

I suggested you guys come to this place. They have unlimited vacuums, unlimited car wash, membership plans. They have free all purpose interior cleaner. They have free glass cleaner. They have a lot of people that work to make sure that they take care of the dollars that you spend to take care of your vehicle. This place is amazing very central to Duncanville and very central to you. The sales Director Alex Blake was very knowledgeable and very informative on the memberships that they offer and help me Member today, if this man was not here to communicate with me, I don’t know if I would have made the leap to become a member. Great service, you can go through automatic again for a second wash if you're not satisfied. I have large wide tires and this car wash accommodates my tires. They also have towels, glass cleaner, air blower and multi surface cleaner along with free unlimited vacuuming.

Went to get a car wash and was told to pull up on the rollers, as I pulled up the attendant turned away causing my tire to burst. The manager called the GM and informed me to drive my car to the back due to them trying to service everyone else, I informed them that if I did so it will damage my rims and they are liable. They agreed and I drive the vehicle to the back as I waited on a tow, they never apologized never asked if I needed a tow or anything. They gave me an incident report and stated someone will contact me in 48 hours. Today I got a call from their GM who lied and said my tires and rims were already damaged and they are not going to be liable, first my rims and tires were new and not damage and they never took any pictures or came to look at the damage. I strongly suggest you stay away from this car wash. I will be taking this case to small claims court and I forgot to mention, the GM refused to tell me who’s the owner of anyone that was above her which I found out on my own.

The manager Mr. Rodriguez is the reason I come to this wash! He was with another company in Arlington and I went to him for years before he came to Wash Masters. The level of customer care that he provides is what all clients expect and deserve from a service based business! I love the renovations and new equipment, the free vacuums are a bonus. The only thing that would make this place better is if they still offered detail service or at least the hand dry option like they used to!!! I feel that it offered a better end result and separated this wash from its competitors.

Tim and their team are fantastic. I shopped around with several competitors, and Signature offered the best quality at the best price. Their work and customer service are exceptional. Very thorough and will answer any questions you may have. I got their 9-year graphene, and it came out great. I am attaching pictures, two taken after the work was done and the other at a gas station. The gas station picture is immediately after I got the coating, driving over 300 miles through several rainstorms and construction.

I was in search of a self-service carwash, and this one exceeded my expectations. I am visiting here from out of state and needed to get the dead bugs off the front of my car and windshield. The foaming brush is extra suzzy, which worked perfectly to scrub the dead bugs off. The water pressure was strong enough to wash off as well. This will be my go-to car wash when I'm in town!

Very friendly and helpful!! But I wish they would wash some of the hard stuck stuff off before entering the wash. When we exited the wash, there wash still left soap on the car! The vacuums did not work.. we had to keep moving to find decent ones ! I didn't See an option under $10 which they need for this mediocre car wash!

This particular location should really just be closed down and all parts need to be replaced. For over a year now every time we come there is something not working in the car wash. Today the chain broke and we had to back out of the car wash. The vacuums almost NEVER work and if they do it’s a good 2 or 3. This is the most convenient location for us to go to and never fails every time it’s something. I hope this review encourages corporate to put money into this location and make all necessary repairs so it can function properly. Outside of the horrible functions of the facility I will say all the staff is great, kind and respectful. It is unfortunate that they have to work under these conditions of faulty equipment.

I just had my car detailed at Extreme Detail, LLC., and I highly recommend them🤩 I went for their “Gold” package, and my car looks absolutely BEAUTIFUL inside and out and sooo shiny. They really have a great selection of packages to fit different needs and budgets, which I loved too. The owner is super friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. They have a very nice office with a waiting area, and a large selection of custom scents as well for your vehicle. I used to be able to say I loved this place, but not so much. I filed a damage claim on my car because the brushes broke my driver side mirror. This was almost a year ago and I have been coming back and forth checking the status of my claim, even PHYSICALLY WALKED AN ESTIMATE TO THE OFFICE and yet, my mirror is still broken. I haven't even been through the car wash in months because of the situation. I'm a need them to fix my mirror and that needs to happen ASAP!!!

The best car wash I have ever taken a vehicle to. It managed to clean all the tree sap, dirt, and dust off of my 1995 GMC Sierra SLE extended cab C1500 stepside without ripping any of the trim molding or badges off of it. It really impressed me by that since the ribber trim along the steps has been deteriorating and has been riveted back on in multiple areas.

just did the drive thru wash w towel dry etc but they were too busy to actually get to the towel dry but by the time i gave up spots had dried all over. The actual drive thru wash was not very effective either … i went in with pretty low expectations but … didn’t quite hit that mark .. photos are from after the wash
