The worst car wash ever. For $100 it was suppose to include floor mat shampooing, tar removal and hand applied wax. The pictures speak for themselves, it was barely cleaned. Everything was just simply wiped down. Don’t not come here to clean your car, they are not professionals.

Easy 5-star service from Jeff at ShineWorks Detailing Studio. I took my new BMW M340i to him for a ceramic coating about a week ago. I opted for "The Works" package that included paint, wheels, windows, trim, etc using the C6 Ceramics Hydro coating. I was amazed how incredible it came out! Jeff did a fantastic job with the coating. I just did a quick detail to lift the layer of dust off and it was by far the EASIEST quick detail I've ever performed. The dust just slid right off with virtually no pressure. The pictures do not do it justice. If you're on the fence about having Jeff install a coating, I would easily recommend him 100%. He's very respectful and a true professional. He'll listen to what your needs are and will make appropriate recommendations. He'll do an amazing job!

My 12 year old BMW needed a lot of TLC. Jeff was incredibly detailed with his work! My wheels were cleaner than I ever remember. The exterior of my car was glossy; the shine was back and years of scratches were gone! The interior was like new with the carpet and mats cleaned and plush again. The engine bay was sparkling too! Very disappointed I paid 24 dollars for a car wash and my car was not clean . Still had to scrub dirt off my windows after coming out. At this price I don’t feel like I should have to buy a membership and have my car washed several times for it to be cleaned. I was asked to purchase the membership 3 times after I said NO the 1st time . I’m almost positive I’ll never get my car washed here again . I’m leaving pictures of the hood which looked like no water even hit it at all although it did .

Hands down the best detailing and buffing company in Dallas! If you want the BEST of the best in detailing - Wilson and Dallas Detailing and Buffing are the way to go! I came to them to get a scratch and some buildup removed near my rear emblem (both are not easy tasks!!!). My car is a dark color, so I didn’t have much hope. When I saw the end result, I could not believe it. Check out the before and after photo. I am blown away!! Wilson was so careful and understanding of how I care for my vehicle. He exudes the upmost professionalism and kindness. You cannot ask for better a customer service experience, or a higher quality end result! John did an AMAZING job on all my vehicles. He did 5 total for me. I’m 10000% satisfied with his work. I was nervous about letting him do my 1978 Corvette Pace car but I’m so glad I decided to let him do it because it came out Perfect. He got all the fine scratches out and made the car look new again. Chris at Flawless Detail did a fantastic job restoring my 2006 Mazda Miata to like new. It was parked outdoors for a year and the convertible top leaked water inside. I had no idea and when I opened it a few months after the last time I drove it, it was completely covered in mold and smelled like a swamp. Chris ensured me from day 1 they were very comfortable working on it and guaranteed the mold would not come back with the ozone treatment. They are one of the few places in Dallas who do mold removal. The owners of the shop were excellent with communication and reached out to keep me updated through the multi-day process. I have dealt with many shops in my 20 years of modifying vehicles, with the quality of work ranging from horrible to really good; however, I have never had a shop provide the attention to detail and overall service that the guys over at APEX Detail, in Addison, did on my car. I showed up a few days after dropping it off and was absolutely floored at the results I saw. They did paint correction, ppf, and a ceramic coat, and my 2021 now looks better than a brand new ride. Dirt and water fall right off of the (now) mirror finish, and I have gotten a ton of compliments in only a week of having it back. If you are looking to give your ride a showroom finish, I can’t recommend these guys enough. I worked with Benny, who spent a lot of time answering my questions and maintaining great communication throughout the process. They weren’t the cheapest quote I received, but they were also far from the highest quote I got as well. Their service and patience with my questions (before I even committed to using them) are what won me over, and I am glad I went with them. Bad service. Yesterday, Saturday, November 16, 2024, at approximately 3:58 pm, I went to wash my car and when I was about to pay with my card, the employee at the barrier did not allow me since I MANDATORY had to have a membership to enter. In this way, they are making the business have a bad image for the owner and lose money. Total disappointment.

Brought my new prius (less than 100 miles) here to get tints. Paid almost $500 for tint install. When I received the car a few hours later there was a dent on the driver side door and a deep scratch on the front windshield (the plastic outer layer.) Would not recommend. Brought the car back and had it looked at Sam said “it could be anything.” And just kept telling me to bring it back to the dealership to get it repaired on my dime “under warranty” and that I probably got it on delivery. Kept saying it was a small dent and an “easy fix” and did not admit to any wrongdoing despite me having pictures of the car before the install.

Their attention to detail from when you drop it off to when you pick it up is hands-down the best service I’ve ever received. The Craftsmanship that he and his team display is amazing, all the edges were wrapped, there was not one thing that was left undone, and they even called to make some suggestions on things to do to further protect the car! Their quality of work speaks for itself, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get all the things done on my vehicle. I want to say that I was blown away by Shield by Design quality of work. Before selecting a company to wrap my 2025 Z06 and add a 9 year Ceramic finish to the car I spoke to several places. Houston The owner spent as much time I needed to walk me through the process and how he is difference from other companies. Once I saw the inventory of million dollar cars that were entrusted to him to do the same work I was very impressed. He always returned my calls immediately and was very professional. He also made some suggestions to make my car look badass. He is a guy who can think out of the box. He treats every car like it was his own. Usually, they do a pretty good job and the $25.00 package is a pretty good deal. The last few times I've been here, they haven't done such a good job on the interior and they've definitely left bug spots on the windshield. The problem today, though, is that I drove all the way over here to get my car clean so I can pick relatives up at the airport tonight. I checked the website first and it specifically said Christmas Eve hours were 9-3. But they aren't open and no one is answering the phone. I don't know if they're just late, or decided to close without warning. Unprofessional.

Been coming here for almost two years and had to detail and shampoo the car seats. The team did an amazing job with my interior cleaning and exterior wash! The old stains are gone from my cloth seats! Very professional, efficient, and hard working group! Would highly recommend. Aside, after the wash before the detailing found the number plate frame was broken and the plate was bent. They didn’t bother to make it straight and also forgot to clean the trunk door which I noticed after coming home.

I got the "Pro5" wash for $22. The menu screen only showed two car wash options as far as I could tell as a worker stepped in front of it and controlled the screen. I wasn't even allowed to view other cheaper options if they were available. Worker never mentioned other options either. Basically tricked into getting their more expensive options. The wash itself left streaks on hood and top of my car where the brushes slowly wipe as your car gets pushed through. They claim the wheels will get cleaned, but the car wash did a very poor job cleaning them. Lots of dirt and residue left still. Expensive for the lack of quality. Not recommended. Had to basically re-wash my car myself when I get home.

Very bad car wash, falsely charged twice or more for the same car!! From past few months I’m requesting them, I stopped going there for almost four months and after many many requests this company charging twice a month and still one time every month they have continuously charging.staff suddenly started arguing you. if you request why you’re charging more? no customer care number, no receipt of your email what you are looking for/ requesting. Its my request just 0.1 miles opposite racetrack there’s one more car wash on midway road that’s very best. Go there!! Much much better.they are charging me only $10 for a month unlimited.

I'm meticulous about my car and after researching paint protection film and installers in North Texas, I found Invisibra to be the hands down choice. I wasn't disappointed. Norm did a great job on my Porsche. Everything you've heard and read about him being the best are absolutely true. I did the entire front end and mirrors and everyone who has seen his work have been amazed at the attention to detail. I've seen other clear bra installations and none come close to Invisibra.
