If I could leave one stat I would. Roger Maya and his team have no idea how to do a proper paint correction. They advertise offering more than a “quick buff” however that exactly what they did. They have completely ruined the paint on my vehicle and I would absolutely never recommend anyone to get a paint correction done here. You would except them to give a discount, however the owner is nothing more than a crook. Took my money and never returned my texts and calls. Absolutely terrible customer service as well as service. Please go elsewhere, preferably someone who knows what they’re doing. These guys are terrible.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Horrible service, horrible communication and completely scammed me for $800 for a service he himself said he was not satisfied at all with. Now he refuses to make it right and ignores my calls and texts. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE OR YOU RISK GETTING SCAMMED! Very disappointed because we trusted him and Iam all for supporting young small businesses. We took our truck in for paint correction and our truck came out looking 50× worst. I don't know what made him think this was ok. Everyone keeps asking us " what happened to your truck"!!

Ernest did an exceptional job detailing my husband’s car! We were in a bit of a time crunch to get this done before needing to drive our car in a Homecoming parade, and Ernest responded to our quote inquiry in less than 5 minutes and got us booked the next morning! Amazing job on my vehicle. I warned them when I dropped it off that is was pretty bad. They said give them 2.5 - 3 hours to complete. Wasn't really worried about it since it was being dropped off. Will return with easier cleanings in the future. A+++

I pay over $50 a month for an unlimited membership when signed up was told it was valid at ALL locations. Turns out workers were misinforming customers because when I pulled up to this location I was turned away by a rude employee. if you have unlimited membership do not even bother purchasing one at this location or any location they will turn you away!!

Must admit, absolutely the best around! My husband was so pleased with the result of his 2023 Ford Bronco. My husband lives out his truck for work most days. Took their time no rushing, on point and precision. Will definitely be using Reflections mobile again! Have already recommended to family members. Fair in price as well. Some can be so outrageous. Best car detailing around! I only needed an exterior wash this time as my MDX was extremely dirty. I'm OCD and am picky about how my car gets cleaned but I'm extremely satisfied with not just the time he took to make sure it was spotless but the pricing as well. This is the place to get you car washed. Hands down the best in town. Sure it’s new but the equipment is top notch. This place was built with quality in mind for the customer. I’ve met the owner twice and he wants to provide a service that’s the best. This place washes and dries my car better than any place I’ve been to. And the vacuums are awesome. My first visit was fantastic! Before entering the wash, your vehicle is scrubbed by staff, which helps with bugs. The brushes do a good job. At the vacuum stations, fresh, clean towels are provided along with window cleaner & interior cleaner. I will return to this place!

The people at varsity express car wash are awesome! My dad‘s truck has been sitting for about six months. There was so much dust and grime on it. They pulled me over the side and sprayed it down before I went into the car wash just to make sure they got it clean. Thank you Varsity!

I am as cheap as they come but this place is worth the money! First of all, the staff was incredibly kind and even when I purchased the cheapest wash they didn't try to convince me to get a more expensive one. Then after your was they have vacuums, towels and cleaner solution so you can detail the inside of your car at no additional price. Yes it's a self detailing service but there is no time limit on the vacuum and it's really nice because they have a vacuum on both sides and it's super powerful. I will be coming back for sure!

I purchased my car through Carvana without realizing car wouldn’t be detailed. Don’t know what the previous owner was doing but it looks like he spilled several sodas and then some all over the seats. These gentlemen had my car looking just about brand spanking new! Nathaniel came out to the house to do an interior detailing for my son’s car. He was on time, very professional, really friendly and did a fantastic job. Horrible experience went for a wash on 11/18. Paid for the 25 dollar wash went through the wash no soap or water was coming out. Pulled around the manager told me to go back through again no soap or water. They gave me a refund, the next day I looked at my truck in the sun and it destroyed my paint swirl marks and scratches in the clear coat. Called to make a report went up there the manager took pictures and they denied any coverage. Horrible customer service all I was asking was for them to make it right but they take no responsibility. So be careful if you have a nice vehicle and don’t want scratches all over your vehicle.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Several of the scrub brushes weren't spinning at all and the car was still soapy upon exiting the car wash. While vacuuming the vehicle out after, we realized the entire left side of the vehicle was still filthy. We showed the attendant and asked if we could run it back through to which he replied ,"I can't run you can through because you only paid for a $9 wash (total was actually $15) and your car was too dirty." The vacuums were less than ideal, no air hoses, or clips to hold your mats, i feel like I could go on and on. Point being, don't waste your time or money, Clearwater down the road was cheaper, friendly, and actually cleaned our vehicle. Do better Silver Car Wash!

We paid for the platinum level car wash and paid for the bug removal on our car. We still had a lot of bugs left on the front and when we asked them to wash that part again they refused. After expressing that when we pay that much for a car wash and there is an issue then it should be fixed. However that was not the case. Customer service was terrible. We will be taking our business somewhere else.

Love this location, it’s very convenient for me. I love the workers, they are always so nice to me when I come there. Especially Brandon, he’s always so nice, professional, and respectful he’s Amazing! The vacuums was actually working good unlike other locations that I have been too. On a Saturday evening near closing I accidentally vacuumed up my spare key into the vac system. I went to the office and Eric came out to help me. He was so nice and pleasant as he diligently searched several of the vac hose connections to find my key. Unfortunately, the key made it all the way to the main vacuum canister. Eric told me that he would look for the key after closing, and asked if I would leave my number. Someone would call/text to let me know if the key had been found. Within twenty minutes after leaving I received a text that my key had been found! Thank you Eric for your outstanding attitude during this process. I truly appreciate it!

I've had the worst experience here. While washing the car, the rear wiper was broken by the machine and blown away. I told the manager and he said they couldn't compensate, so now I have to fix it with my own money. When I asked for the owner's number, they said he didn't have a phone. This place is the worst. I've been using it as a member for years, but I'm very disappointed to be treated like this.

I had to get my car repaired here. I've been to a few different auto body repair shops, but this was hands down the best experience I've had. The repairs were fast, they kept us updated on every step of the way, and the reception staff was great and courteous every interaction. Not to forget, the actual work they did was exceptional. Took my car and made it look brand new again. Highly highly recommended. 5 out of 5 stars.

Super easy and convenient drop off. The front receptionists are professional and extremely nice. They finished my vehicle a week before they initially estimated it would be done which is truly appreciated especially before the holidays! I had a few areas of concern that were immediately addressed and taken care of professionally and timely. I will definitely be recommending Carstar Campbells to everyone. Great work as well as great management/employees. After taking my vehicle home a few more areas of concern, very minor, came to my attention. I called and Frank got in contact with me, he had me bring my vehicle in and look over my areas of concern. They fixed what they missed and explained one area was a factory defect (I admit I must have never noticed before now). He offered to take my vehicle to the dealership and have it addressed for me or let me call on my own and told me to come back when I had a few hours to leave it and he could more thoroughly repair a small area of concern. I appreciate the integrity and pride he has in his work. While I was frustrated to have to bring my vehicle back I do appreciate their quickness to get problematic areas address and correctly fixed. Frank even filled my gas tank and offered to have his hail guys take a door ding out when he does the other repair for the inconvenience.

I had a bad experience at this car wash. The attendant edged me to enter the wash as I did think they were closing, they wanted that money. So I went through the wash. When was finished completing the wash I needed to vacuum the inside of my vehicle. The vacuums were off. My thing is if you still have a customer still there wait to turn off the vacuums. I feel like l was ripped off. I let one of the attendants know and he just went back to what he was doing like it didn’t matter. I don’t know about everyone else but I, work hard for my money. I’m giving them a 2 star only because I liked the air pressure there.
