We got the full detail car wash for $240 and we were very disappointed. First of all our car wasn’t ready within the time they said, then they called my husband that it was ready around 7pm. When we went to pick it up, which was the following day they said they didn’t have the carpet floor mats ready to go pick it up the following day. Today we went to pick up & this is what they gave us. They were all dirty. This was not worth the money we paid for.

Got the “platinum” package and the car was not at all detailed. Windows were dirty, bugs not removed, water spots on car even though it was supposed to be buffed and waxed. It looks like a team of kids washed it and went to town with armor all. They didn’t even wipe off the dressing on exterior of car. If you are looking for a car detail go anywhere but here.

Wow! I called last minute for a full detail and they were able to fit me in same day no problem and did an amazing job! I wish I had a before picture because my car was absolutely destroyed with bugs and dirt. They were so fast, only took a couple hours. Price was amazingly fair too. If you’re going anywhere else you’re making a huge mistake. These guys are the pros you need.

With just minutes till hours of operation left(Arrived at 6:45 pm) closing 7pm these guys were able to give me a quote and do a little bit of over time to do one more wash I watched as they worked on my car because I wanted to see if they'd get the spots I wanted. It's 7:30pm now and they are done. They have excellent attention to detail experience. I think they have amenities like water or soda( I brought my own water) , Vintage Decor Lobby. I will defenetly come back, great service.

Called Kevin on a Saturday, was able to fit me in same day. My dogs scratched up the rear spolier on my car really bad. Went through PPF and looked awful. I needed the scratches minimized so I could reapply the PPF. Did a great job. He detalied my SUV as well. Was literally at our house for 6 hours. The guy is obsessed with doing things right! Two thumbs up from me.

I haven’t been here in a while. Now I remember why. My vehicle wasn’t even out through the machine, it was hand washed apparently. So I have the benefit of the doubt. Nope still dirty in areas. My main focus was the inside of the truck. I was hoping for a good vacuum and clean and armor all as advertised in the “Gold Pacakge”. Inside was ok. The guy missed areas of cleaning and armor all. The back of the suv wasn’t even vacuumed or cleaned out. I’m very disappointed and won’t return here again. The pictures are just from the back. I wasn’t going to spend 20 minutes taking pictures of “details” that should have been cleaned.

While they did do a good job on the interior of my truck they did damage my truck by soaking it heavily with whatever chemical they used. My car no longer runs and I have been trying to contact them for days but they don't pick up the phone. We even left the car for a couple days so everything can dry up to see if it was just water damage to kinda make sure that we weren't jumping the gun but now it's almost been a week. I can no longer use my truck until I find the replacement part so now I am out of work as well do not recommend poor customer service.

Twice I scheduled for mobile car wash and twice they did not show up or receive a courtesy phone call , I call and every time went straight to voicemail and I scheduled 1 week before and started texting 2 days before to confirm and I did get one return text two days before and they confirm and on that day they did not show up. I got a package that was $140 for a full detail inside and out was told the car would “look like new” shampoo seats and carpet. Don’t get me wrong the seats and carpet looked good. The carwash itself didn’t look like a detailed carwash and in the interior there were some spots that weren’t even touched. Keep in mind they did do this on a Saturday dropped off at 8:30 AM and got the car back pretty much at the end of business day. They offered to bring it back Monday morning, but I’m from out of town and won’t be able to. With that being said, I don’t think it’s a bad wash for a regular car wash. If you want a true detailed wash which is what I was looking for I would go another route.(the pictures I added were things I noticed from the driver seat. I didn’t even bother going through the rest of the car.)

Isaac did an excellent detail on my car’s interior. It needed to be cleaned and he went above and beyond to make sure that my car had no malodorous smell in the interior. He definitely left it smelling like new and refreshed. I recommend him, he really knows his stuff in this business.

Isaac is the best car detailer in the valley. Even though he is a one man show. He takes great pride in his work. Anyone can wash a car and make it look good but with Isaac he leaves them so clean and smooth you can actually feel the difference. Plus he doesn’t cut corners. I like that you can use your card and it's pretty complete with the wax, tri color foam, only thing missing is the bug remover and it would be better if the selection dial was in order (example: air dry should be the last on the dial instead of the tri color foam)

The guys are super friendly and professional. I have two small children, and during a accident their cups spilt and left stains in the back seat. They were able to remove all the stains and left the interior looking brand new. The pricing is more than fair for the jobs they do.

This Alton Gloor location in Brownsville closes early on Sundays sometimes, like today they closed before 3pm, while the other location on Hudson st 4.5 miles away is open.. As per website they close at 6pm, unless website is incorrect. I also just went to the other Go carwash on Hudson st, and while they were open, the wash was not adequate. There seems to be a dirty and sticky film on my vehicle and I heard 3 different hard bangs on my vehicle while using last cycle and while drying. Keep in mind I use the most expensive membership. Thinking it's time to change all my memberships elsewhere.

Paid $19.00 for a Premier Carwash; got home and noticed my car was barely any cleaner. I thought, well, I am home, I'll go back tomorrow and ask for a re-wash. Went back and Mgr. refused me a re-wash; didn't even look at my car! I will never go back!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I am an unlimited basic wash member. I just came back from washing my car and the chemicals in their wash ruined the paint of my entire car. I got the manager (Rudy Pasado) involved and filed a claim. I'm waiting to hear back from corporate. This is just horrible. I take care of my car and get it washed weekly and it hurts to see my car so badly damaged from the chemicals at this location.

Why do you go wash your vehicle? To get it clean right. We'll here it did not happen. Went in through the car wash and truck was still dirty. I asked if I could run it again and was told unfortunately no this does not get mud or heavy dirt off. We'll wish they wo7ld have told me that before I paid for a carwash. Their was a lady that took the payment and checked the truck🙄. I will give 5 stars to the guy that helped me he felt bad and started helping me remove the mud with their cloths and water. I only took 2 pics but it did have a bunch of mud all over. Did not think of taking pics or leaving a review until we were almost done taking the mud off. Go to a diffrent carwash that will do it's job and do not pay 20 bucks here.

I forgot how affordable it was to wash your own car, the drive through car washes are getting really expensive, I washed, waxed and did the spot free rinse for just under $5 in quarters.. my truck looked great.. this business takes cash and credit at the stalls.. very convenient

Takes credit card awsome usually spend 3.50 to presoap brush soap high pressure rinse. Charge initially 10 dollars but changes it to what kiosk says in 24 hrs. Press stop button timer stops charges stop.
