On August 9th, 2024, Glanz Auto Salon provided an outstanding maintenance wash and steam cleaning, both interior and exterior, for my vehicle. The meticulous attention to detail left my car feeling rejuvenated, and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the team. I am definitely considering returning for future services. There were two white spots on both sides of the front doors that weren’t fully wiped down during the wash, but the owner, who clearly takes pride in their work, personally invited me to return for a touch-up. Though I was busy the next day, they followed up, and on August 15th, I dropped off my car. Steven, the employee, was very friendly and handled the touch-up. This level of care and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable and is a major factor in my decision to continue patronizing Glanz Auto Salon. Businesses that genuinely care for their customers earn loyal, repeat clients like myself. I highly respect both the owner and the employee, and this level of professionalism motivates me to support local businesses like Glanz Auto Salon. Additionally, on May 16th, 2024, they performed ceramic coating, windshield glass coating, wheel face coating, and paint correction on my BMW X2 M35i. Even after five months, the ceramic coating is still providing exceptional protection and maintaining the car's shine. I couldn’t be happier with the long-lasting results. Today, September 24th, 2024, I picked up my 2019 Jeep Compass after receiving the 'signature interior detail' and 'ozone treatment' to eliminate the residual cigarette smell left by a former coworker. I am delighted with the cleanliness of the Jeep, as the smoke odor has been completely eradicated. The interior looks as good as new, and the professional demeanor of Steven further enhanced the experience. Stopped by to get a wash and detail. My truck hadn't been washed in 6 months and was in need of a deep clean. The staff immediately greeted me and I told them what I needed. They quoted me a legit price and went to work. I decided to stay and went in there office where they have a few chairs to wait. I ended up talking with the owner and few of his friends for about 45 minutes. Afterwards when my truck was ready, I was more than pleased and will definitely be back to Flawless Finish Detail. Great service, awesome attention to detail and real local people trying to earn a living.

Took my F150 in to have a basic wash, vacuum and wipe down. This package is obviously a basic package and they offer much more BUT just because you get a basic package doesn't mean they do a basic job. I have gotten this package done several times now on my truck and every single time they do an amazing job! For a basic package they are VERY thorough and the vehicle comes out looking amazing! The interior wipe down blows me away everytime I get it on just how much of an outstanding job they do! This past time i went the outside was caked with bugs, my rims were covered in grime and brake dust etc and it came out looking amazing! If they are THIS detail oriented about a basic package I can't imagine how well a was, wax and more in depth interior package would turn out! Give this location a try and get a basic wash and wipe down and see for yourself! You won't be disappointed!

EXCELLENT customer service and attention to detail! After finding their website online, I called on a random day at a random time, and they were able to service my car within minutes of calling, without waiting in a long line or making a reservation. The owner was very professional and courteous. My car and tires were caked in mud from recent flooding and had a terribly neglected interior (covered in pet hair). NextLevel looked at my car and quoted me a package that was customized to the specific needs of my car. The cost was very affordable compared to other locations. The service was completed within the time frame quoted and when complete, my car came back "showroom ready." I have not seen my car this clean in years!! I am definitely returning and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NextLevel for all your auto detailing needs.

I took my car here to get cleaned. I spent $55 and then left a $15 tip. So I’m already $70 in, when I checked the car there’s sort of spots all over it. They wanted to charge me another $100 and leave it for 4 hours to fix it.

Brought my truck in after some paint transfer from someone hitting me awhile back. He did so good I decided to bring it back and get the full treatment with full detail, with clay bar treatment and all the goods. I’ve never seen my truck so clean. Next stop is the inside! You won’t be disappointed. Always on time and communicates with you immediately if anything else comes up that might prevent him from being on time. Great customer service up and down the spectrum.

Did the self serve, wash did as expected for an express machine wash. It's not going to get in all the cracks. That is the only reason for two stars. Only 4 stations had vacuums hooked up. The vacuums were awful. Couldn't even suck up a dried up gummy bear from the car seat. I had a lot of sand from a beach trip and it struggled. Also had bins for new and used towels which would have been great but they were empty. Will not be going back here unless I needed an exterior wash only.

My visit to this car wash on November 5,2024 was very unsatisfactory. I paid for particular service and did not receive what I paid for. I then returned and requested a a refund which I was told they didn’t issues refunds . I was told there was no manager on site and no phone number. That gentleman had a very nasty attitude. Initially he was able to speak English but, when I requested information about their manager he couldn’t understand . I will not patronize this place again . Was also told that management is located in Houston. Very rude , nasty, and disrespectful. Wasted my time with this bullshit. I gave it one star but in all reality they deserve a zero.. If you still continue to patronize this establishment watch them or you will get an unsatisfactory job. Very disappointing and unsatisfactory services.

Honest, genuinely kind people who work with you from beginning to end. Keeps you updated while working on your car and sent pictures to see progress. It sprinkled a little as they dropped the car off and they stayed wiping it down to keep it as pristine for as long as possible and reminded me of their rain policy. I would 100% recommend if you like amazing customer service ethics as well as hard working company!

Car needed a wash before heading out of town, and hadn’t been at this location in decades. New owner/remodel etc since then. For $26 very good deal. Although the apparent manager has a serious hang up about photos and video. I actually thought he was going to throw me out! The work is good (some details were overlooked), and I would have given a much higher rating if not for the manager.

This is the place I always go for the best detailing. It cost a little bit more today. I has some major scratches not deep but alot of little ones. It took 1 1/2 hours to buff out the one door and several other minor ones. When it was finished and I saw it sitting out in the sun... well it was like she came off the showroom floor. The people are very friendly and very helpful.

I came to this detailing business with the hopes of getting some of the dog hair out of the back of my suv where my dog rides a lot. The back of the seats were covered in his short stuck hair. I thought they would probably only be able to get a bit up but that it would still be pretty hairy but it looks brand new! They did an amazing job, worth every penny.

They took my wife's Expedition after Driving to and from Colorado, with 5 ppl(3 were kids) and 2 dogs in it, from a filthy car-straight back to looking Brand New. We were both like. Is that your car!?(When we pulled up). Who ever is cleaning these cars has a great attention to Extreme Detail and did an amazing job! She has used other places in the past and always had things stolen or not cleaned properly! We will forever be using Extrene Detail.

I do not like to give a low rating…. much less a 1star …. however…. we paid $200 for INSIDE ONLY, DETAIL. I can honestly say…. it only looks like it was kinda ‘surfaced’ cleaned. The front, side door cubbies were still dirty, the console side cubbies were not cleaned, the pockets in the back seats still had trash, the third seats were never lifted & cleaned (we found a sm. ball when we lifted the seat…& the seats had not been cleaned in any way). The floor mats appear to have never been cleaned somewhat; possibly vacuumed only. The detail shop said it was “spic n span clean”. 😳🤔🫣🫤 Sorry, but it takes a lot for us to write such negativity … when we stand very strong for US small businesses…. but we were DEF. ‘taken to the cleaners’ on this one…. & left the same way we came….. DIRTY & $200 ‘gone with the wind’. My husband & son…. rushed to a friends home… who has a “Rainbow System”…. & did a quick ‘cleaning’ …. where we could make our scheduled road trip. Very, very disappointed!🙁😢 * the pic with the circular container is the SECOND vacuum with the Rainbow System. 🤢. The first one was so thick with gunk…. we did it a 2nd time. LESSON LEARNED: ‘word of mouth’ is still the most accurate ‘teacher’. (We went by ratings only)

Update: got my car detailed after having it wrapped for a while and they did great! Gus and his crew took great care of my brand new car. I knew I wanted to get my car wrapped but I was a little nervous leaving my couple weeks old car with someone, so I had a lot of questions and Gus took the time to listen and answer everything. Its a vision come true to have my car wrapped the color it is and im very happy with it. Gus offers a 5yr warranty, which i could not find else where, so If i ever have issues with the wrap they will take care of it for me. That warranty combined with The price was unbeatable. Once my current wrap has lived its life I do hope to get another color on it and I hope to use GRS wraps again. Thank yall for being kind, taking care of my whip, and making my car beautiful!

Avoid this place unless you want a very poor tint job, your vehicle damaged, and also taken for a joyride. I gave this place two chances to tint my car correctly and both time it was done very poorly. Then the 2nd time I picked up my vehicle up (in addition to the tint still not being done correctly) I noticed a deep scrape on my back bumper (pictured) that I know wasn’t there when I dropped it off, scrapes on the underside of the front bumper that weren’t there before, and the battery range was 7 miles less than when I dropped it off. Add to that the door sills on both the driver and passenger side were damaged and my front windshield that I had already paid to have tinted was not. It was a compete waste of 260+ dollars. 260 dollars for the tint that I had to remove because it looked so bad plus whatever it’s going to cost me to fix my back bumper. Save your money and a headache. Go somewhere else.

Straight train wreck!!! Paid $1600 to get my C8 Corvette protected with the clear film. After 2 trips to correct bubbles, I just gave up and realized I should have gone to Houston. I don’t think the guy who owns this place really cares a bit. Both times I left the car with them for more than 3-days. They may be good for simple detail jobs but I wouldn’t trust them with even washing mine. It’s a shame that because there is so little competition in this area, you almost never get what you pay for. It’s embarrassing! I still have bubbles.

Very disappointed in Blu's car wash today. I've used it a dozen times in the past and have had for the most part good results. The difference being, this time my truck needed it! Usually I show up with a truck that needs a wash and a good shine, this time the truck was on a road trip and looked it. Love bugs, road grime, dirty wheel wheels... Blu's couldn't cut the crud, even with the usual top of the line wash.

Because I needed my car wash cleaned daily due to fogness and water droplets forming on my car daily every morning. I used to be a Bay Bright customer: became unsatisfied with their service. I used to hand wash my car at Squeaky and although i enjoyed using them, I just wouldn't hand wash my car daily as it adds up cost and the maneuverability while it's freezing cold outside. So....I decided to give Krooz in and this is perfect! Fancy way of checking in. Gotta get gas and can also add the car wash function(just like HEB). The wash does its purpose and cleans the car in a way of making it like-new. I recommend the highest quality wash and their monthly membership because it's foggy every morning and then....my car has all these dirt and debris....time for a daily trip to the car wash. I highly recommend Krooz in and will be back. Only concern is....please add the receipt papers to the gas pumps machine so that customers can get their car wash codes. Some pumps are out of paper. Overall....amazing concept of a gas station and car wash. I see this being the new "crowd" spot of Beaumont which I enjoy! Thanks!

I finally gave this place a try again after a negative experience for one of my family members two years ago. The man who helped us (who I believe was the manager, but I did not catch his name) was so friendly. It was a super fast oil change. He even checked under the hood to make sure everything was in good condition. He informed me that my air filter needed to be replaced and was going to change it for me for a really good price (unfortunately they were out of stock of my specific type, but he said they will order more so they will have it for next time) He even showed me how to reset my oil change light and as soon as we pulled up he offered us a water! I had a great experience, and will definitely get my oil changed here next time it needs it!
