I recently used Premier Wash and Detail Mobile Car Detailing for our truck, which often transports our husky—a breed famous for shedding a lot! Previously, no matter how much we cleaned, there was always a trace of dog hair, especially under the seats, along with the typical odors from food and outdoor adventures. Came yesterday for the first time to test this place before signing up for an annual membership. Good thing I did because I drove off without inspecting the job done. I later saw the terrible water spotting all over the hood, rear window, and elsewhere, wheels that hadn't been touched, and multiple areas of uncleaned body panels in the pictures. I should also mention, the truck was given to me with water still on my mirror housings, and my truck bed cover, rear bumper, etc. This is a truck that just had a $400 exterior detail done--it was really clean. I'm not here to constantly hound people and double check the work done--I just want to get what I paid for and be on my way. I won't be coming back.

These guys are absolutely fantastic! I asked for a thorough detailing for my 2015 Camry. The car was a complete mess with dog hair scattered all over... But they worked their magic, and now my car looks as good as new! I really regret being in a bad mood that day because of a terrible headache, otherwise, I would have left a much better tip for the girl who took care of our car. Marco did an incredible job on my Subaru. I hadn’t gotten it professionally detailed since I got it 4 years ago, and I’ve car camped in this thing with a golden retriever and a German shepherd more times and places than I can count… so yeah, it was pretty gross lol. Don't have a clue as to how good this business might be. First, they have a virtual address which turned out to be an office suite in a Business Park. I was able to get ahold of Joe, the owner, and told him the problem (concrete on the exterior) and he said he would come out that afternoon to look at it and give me an estimate for the removal. No show, no call. Not what I would expect from a company with so many good reviews!

I love using this company! I have been using Top of the line detailing for a couple years now. When I had my last car I took my dog everywhere in it! So they would come clean my car and get every last piece of dog hair out of my floorboards and seats. They always do an amazing job. I don't usually do reviews unless I feel strongly and boy I am impressed! He performed exterior detail and even managed to buff out a couple of scratches. Photos are a couple days later and neighbors white brick is reflection on the front bumper. I even have his info to my neighbor. He was super nice and professional. Only thing I would criticize is he is hard to communicate with at times. We played phone tag day of service, but maybe he was extra busy that day

Wow, I had to get my truck cleaned up after some off-road mudding and Jonathan did an amazing job taking his time to get everything cleaned up. He maintains a high standard and does not rush things. Communication was great. He worked magic to get rid of stubborn stuck mud and made the truck look like showroom new, also getting rid of some scratches. He found a long lost pocket knife that I had since replaced with an identical one months ago; all that to say he will clean every nook and cranny of your car. Excellent service!!

The Detailer from Sponges showed up on time and was very nice. He did a wonderful job on our 2024 Ford Maverick. It looks just as good as the first time we drove it off the dealership lot! Truly incredible work! I am so grateful for their service. Yeikseny and Clara were so kind and their attention to detail has really saved my lack of detailing experience. Outstanding job by Jorge & his team! I randomly called around lunch time to see if they had any availability for a full exterior & interior detail with carpet shampooing. He told me to bring my car on by & they would work me in. They were able to get me taken care of as soon as I arrived, although they had about 4 other cars they were already working on. I mentioned to Jorge that I picked up a lost dog & it urinated in my back seat during the rescue (ewww), & his team payed extra attention to the area. They were able to get the smell out after my several attempts to do it myself. What a relief! My car looks better than it did leaving the dealership! There are several places nearby to grab a coffee, food, or a drink while you wait on their amazing service. I live about 30 minutes across town, but will 100% be back for all my car detailing needs.

Great detailing place for car service. I took my car to them and they did such a great work in getting the paint which has been stuck on car tires and rim for years now. They were so patient in cleaning the car inside out and shampooed car seats thoroughly. These guys have done such a nice work on my car that they will be my go to store for any detailing needs. My windshield was massively cracked after a wash and detail. There was no crack when I left the car wash tunnel but when I came back to my car once the detail was done, huge crack. Manager claimed the chip must have already been there, yeah ok. No compensation or even refund offered. Never going back.

Upon pulling in to the service spot, I was greeted and asked what service was I looking for. I quickly got assistance. I was impressed by the double detail special pricing. I waited in a lobby which met beyond my expectations for a car wash facility. When I received my car these are the results. I’ve been coming to Barton Springs Car Wash for years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else in Austin. The team here is amazing—super friendly, laid-back, and not at all pushy. They consistently do an incredible job, both inside and out. What really sets them apart is how much pride they take in their work. You can see it in the attention to detail, especially when it comes to tackling the small imperfections and making sure every inch of the car is spotless. Whenever anyone asks me which car wash I’d recommend in Austin, I always send them to Barton Springs. They’ve earned my loyalty, hands down. And on top of that, the location is fantastic! It’s right next to a bunch of great restaurants and coffee shops, so you can grab a bite or get some work done while you wait. The lobby area is cozy, and they even have coffee available for customers, which is a nice touch. I love this place, and I know I’ll be coming here for as long as I’m in Austin. Barton Springs Car Wash really delivers an exceptional experience from start to finish, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Edit/update: Unfortunately I’m updating my rating to reflect the disappointing past four visits. First, the price has varied several times for the executive wash where I’ve paid from 40-50. Second, each time I’ve left I’ve had to ask them to re-vacuum, dry, pay attention to interior cleaning, and even re-wash the car. Today’s visit I had them re-wash the car and re-vacuum. To my surprise there was still dust/dirt in the seats and the dashboard was not entirely dried either (residual water on leather is a big red flag). Paying a little extra detail goes a long especially when you’re tipping well each time. I really wanted to give this place a chance because of the price but I won’t be returning. The first visit great but having a good experience 1/5 times isn’t good work ethic/customer service. Original: First time visiting today with my RAV4 and they did an amazing job! Extremely personable staff and they even gave it the extra care and attention it needed. Wish I had started coming sooner versus going to other local places. Super reasonably priced as well probably 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of what other places are charging. Will be taking my vehicle here from now on.

Brad and his crew have been fantastic taking care of my Mercedes CLE 53 AMG. I bought the car Aug 31 and they had me in the shop within 5 days. I decided to go with a full XPEL Stealth PPF to protect the graphite grey magno (satin matte) factory finish. It took them around 1 week to get the PPF done and everything looked amazing. They even gave me a loner car for the week while the car was in the shop. They de-badged the car, ordered new badges from Mercedes and placed them perfectly on the car. On Dec 5th I brought back the car to have the front side bumper PPF panel replaced after a sharp rock hit my car. The PPF was able to absorb the majority of the impact but needed to get replaced because it was ripped in the impact area. Again, they did an amazing job. Communication with Brad and Kevin is great! Brad will go above and beyond to ensure his customers are taken care off. I highly recommend Authentic Details! Thank you Brad and Kevin for everything you have done for me.

The details are always what matter the most. I purchased a 2024 Prius LTD AWD and Authentic Details was the first call I made. Brad, Abby, and their team have made sure that no part of your vehicle goes overlooked and may even point out the things you missed! The dash on the Prius is enormous, and it was important that the windows and windshield had full XPEL Prime XR Plus so that my interior (and myself) stay cool during the Texas heat. This place is just okay - not good, not great. This was my first time at Washaroo, and I probably won’t return? I paid for the Super, which includes an interior vacuum (allegedly). However, it was clear upon getting into my car that the cleaners did the absolute minimum/fastest possible job, and missed a ton of spots including the entirety of the trunk. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you need your car thoroughly & properly cleaned

Very good wash from attendants every time. They manually prewash before you enter the automatic wash and then finish with a manual hand drying after the initial auto blow dry. Rivals the much more expensive competitors at a fraction of the cost. I do tip at both ends of the process. The guys really work hard to make the car look good.

Donovan did a superb job. He spent over 4 hours getting tough stains out. There were stains that another prominent detailer was unable to get out. ***He was the only I called that was confident he could get out the stains. Plus, he was more than reasonably priced.
