Hard to describe how amazing Sean and his team at Taurus Auto Detailing are. I have a brand new BMW X5 that was covered in overspray from staining our fence. I made an appointment with Taurus a week out, at their earliest availability, however, the next day, Sean called to see if I could bring the car in immediately, before the overspray set in. After 2 days, Sean and his team were able to get the car looking factory new. I received consistent updates along the way, and this has truly been one of the best service experiences I've had. I cannot emphasize enough just how much I appreciate this company's service. Not only does the inside of my car look absolutely brand new (a car that I've had people spill things in for the better of 4 years), but it has a shine on the outside that cleverly hides the rest of the marks that requires an intense body shop makeover to fix. Andrea is an absolute sweetheart who both shows and tells how much she enjoys her work. She greets you so energetically if you meet her in the morning to drop off your car, and also allows you to drop it off before or after hours, if its more convenient for you, with a nifty secure key box to put your car keys in. Although, it is highly recommended to be there in person to pinpoint the areas you want to make sure are noticed. You can also pick up your car after hours without any worry at all (Andrea will explain the method to you). Just this one interaction alone shows how the company as a whole regards ease of service and customer comfort to a high degree. Andrea also messages you throughout the day in case she finds any issues with the car (i.e. my sister had a defect with her car's air vent and Andrea had actually texted her with a DIY solution using a paperclip). At the end, she messaged me the most wonderful pictures of my freshly cleaned car, and we both fawned over the results through text. The owner, Aric, is poster child of customer service. There was a slight miscommunication about what I wanted done with my car, and all it took was one call to Aric, three rings to be precise, for him to pick up and clarify how the mistake happened and to confirm that he fixed it. He is so friendly to talk to, clearly knows what he's doing, and makes the whole process of getting my car detailed much less stressful than I first imagined. As I told Andrea, if my car were alive, I bet it would've absolutely enjoyed the spa treatment that it got.

2 stars for friendly staff. This is my 3rd time at complete auto and the other times were great, this time not so much. I’m not sure if it’s because they were overly busy or what but I was not pleased with the cleaning of my car. This is a hand car wash so no excuses for my car not being thoroughly clean. I ended up re cleaning parts of my car when I got home, which is not ok for a $60 car wash. I purchased the buy 4 get 3 so I’ll be back and hopefully they can redeem themselves. We’ll see.

Daniel and his team did a great job getting my Ranger Raptor fully tinted. The windshield and brow tint along with the rest has significantly reduced the heat getting into the cab. I love how the truck looks now with the darker tint and I would definitely recommend these guys to get your vehicle tinted to fight that Texas heat.

Don't have a clue as to how good this business might be. First, they have a virtual address which turned out to be an office suite in a Business Park. I was able to get ahold of Joe, the owner, and told him the problem (concrete on the exterior) and he said he would come out that afternoon to look at it and give me an estimate for the removal. No show, no call. Not what I would expect from a company with so many good reviews!

I recently used Premier Wash and Detail Mobile Car Detailing for our truck, which often transports our husky—a breed famous for shedding a lot! Previously, no matter how much we cleaned, there was always a trace of dog hair, especially under the seats, along with the typical odors from food and outdoor adventures. The Detailer from Sponges showed up on time and was very nice. He did a wonderful job on our 2024 Ford Maverick. It looks just as good as the first time we drove it off the dealership lot! WOW!! Kelton did a truly amazing job on my vehicle! He came to my house, and did the ceramic coating on my windshield in only two hours. He was very communicative and organized. Amazing customer services. Charles helped me out front and via call and turned around my interior car stain removal steam clean within two hours, same day. TL, DR: This is the ONLY place I would take for tinting! Quality product and incredible service. Before last week, I ZERO knowledge about anything tint related. So I asked around in a local Facebook group and Brian / Austin Auto Finishes was overwhelmingly recommended - and now I know why. Brian, the owner, took time out of his evening to call me and answer questions / concerns I had (I had a lot as this wasn’t something I have ever dealt with before). He made me feel like I was their top priority - you don’t get that kind of service many places these days. From what I researched, I was charged fairly / competitively. Anywhere can tint your windows, but not everywhere treats their clients like family. I’ll never take my car to another shop. Super thankful for my experience with these guys!

Awesome experience at Washaroo! I got the mini detail for $100 and my car looks great. Everyone was so nice and they really took their time with my car. I think it’s important to do a walk around and point out spots they might have missed before you leave. Rather than get home and be upset that it’s not what you wanted, you can give them the opportunity to make things right! TJ and the team were so great that I bought the yearly membership on the spot!

This place is just okay - not good, not great. This was my first time at Washaroo, and I probably won’t return? I paid for the Super, which includes an interior vacuum (allegedly). However, it was clear upon getting into my car that the cleaners did the absolute minimum/fastest possible job, and missed a ton of spots including the entirety of the trunk. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you need your car thoroughly & properly cleaned

I purchased a 2023 Mercedes Benz G Wagon with Night Black Magno paint. I had Xpel apply the Ceramic coating on it. They did an amazing job! It made my paint look so much better. The washaroo is my go to place to have my car detailed! The attendants are always incredibly helpful with great customer service. When it comes to detailing your car, the crews are incredibly detailed. They use an air compressor to get the areas a shop vac won’t reach and they always clean your mats. Before I traded in my last two vehicles to the dealership I had the Washaroo detail them and I received top dollar. They do such a great job handwashing my vehicles that my parents who live in New Braunfels bought a membership to get their cars washed whenever they are in town visiting. You can also grab a coffee while you wait at the Taco truck!

Decent at basic cleaning but always miss something big. I was reluctant to come back for a detailing after canceling my basic wash subscription because I didn’t love the service and this time they didn’t even wipe down the whole rear cargo let alone detail it! The guy was super nice, they always are but I’m just always left with a little bit of disappointment. The stuff they did pay attention to they did it well. But for a full interior detail I’d expect a bit more. The marks on the leather I was able to wipe off with my finger so it wouldn’t have stood a chance against a slightly damp cloth so I know they didn’t touch it.

He came and worked on my car in at night, which was really really appreciated. He had a bunch of lights and did great even in the dark!
