Extremely satisfied. I brought my Toyota Tundra in for the Carter special. Living on the road it can be hard to keep up with the mess inside and out. My truck wasn't Extremely dirty on the inside or out but I wanted some TLC put into it. Carter's staff could have taken the first couple of hours and called it good. Instead they went above and beyond and also cleaned the engine bay. Location was easy to find and staff was extremely friendly. I'll surely be returning for the same package when I'm in the area again Thanks carter's car care!

The ABSOLUTE WORST automatic car wash! I bought a membership, but what's the point if I have to send my car through 3 times just to get it half way clean enough to do touch ups. Don't get me started on the fact that the dryers are the WORST.....They dry ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Canceling my membership ASAP! I tried too many times.....it's too frustrating!

I just canceled. Overall is a mediocre experience. The wash itself is reliable and gets your car fairly clean though as with any touch wash you will overtime scratch your car. The bad part of the place is the vacuum area. There are hardly any towels out. Half the vacuums are clogged every time I go. Trash cans are overflowing. And the parking lot is littered with trash everywhere.

Best car wash in the area hands down. They have everything you need including free air, cleaning supplies, towels, vacuums, and a lot of space to detail your car. The areas were really clean and well equipped with everything you need after you pull out of the wash. My truck is huge and the wash cleaned it nicely and I was able to detail the inside easily with everything they provided that was all included with the wash. Best part of the car wash for me personally was the staff! I was there early in the am to get ahead of the ridiculous Texas heat on a Thursday morning when they just opened for the day; the young man that said he was the manager was extremely welcoming and asked me if I needed anything. Also, the young lady that was directing cars into the wash was smiling and presented herself like she was happy to be there. Very rare customer service for a drive through car wash. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

First off, let me tell you, these folks are incredible! George and Jackie absolutely nailed it on my brand new Elantra N. They gave it a full makeover, including a LLumar IRX tint all around, Air 80 on the windshield, full ceramic coat covering the wheels and full front end PPF. The PPF is so well done that it’s almost invisible. I had to take it back for a few touch-ups, but they fixed it up perfectly. Their work is so good that it’s covered for 5 years with a lifetime warranty on the window tint, so you get that peace of mind. They really took care of me. For the quality of their work, their prices are unbeatable. If you’re in the DFW area check them out! No one can match their prices for the quality of their services.

The car wash snapped my mirror even though I had it tucked. I know they have a disclaimer that they aren't liable, but they didn't offer me anything at all to make up for it.... Also, the vacuum hose kept popping off while we were trying to use it.... Definitely not coming back here again.

Wash Masters is a popular spot—and it’s easy to see why. The automated car wash did an above-decent job on our SUV, leaving it looking fresh and clean. But what really sets this place apart is the vacuum area. The suction is powerful enough to handle small items and tight crevices, and the setup includes damp microfiber towels for both the exterior and interior—a thoughtful touch that you don’t find at many car washes. The waiting area is another plus, making it a comfortable place to hang out while your car gets cleaned. They also play music, which I personally enjoyed, but I’d suggest lowering the volume or offering a more neutral selection to suit a wider range of preferences (but if all your customers are me, then pump up the jam!). Overall, Wash Masters offers several features that outshine bigger car wash chains. We’ll definitely be back!

I have been a member off an on for years here. Today, incident happened where my automatic wipers, as I turned them off, got got on the first set of wash apparatus. Literally ripped off my blade and cracked my windshield. Immediately told the manager, and off course it’s my fault. Story never changed, and the camera verifies what I said… automatic wipers come on, I turn them off, but the first apparatus catches the wiper and destroys it. On top of that, the manager leaves, asks me where is the wiper like I should have it in my possession (it’s in the car wash where it was ripped off). Next he proceeds to argue it’s not his fault, and I should just call 911 (which I did but the dispatcher was puzzled). Again, was a member for years before I moved. Know a lot of the people here from the years. But this is ridiculous. Even if there was some kind of customer service versus the arguing, defensive, accusing nature it could have been handled differently. Plus during our “conversation” the manager kept walking off to help other people. I’m not even argumentative, but never again! Stay away! Definitely letting all my friends I’ve met up here over the years know how this has played out! Update: also my wiper motor is broken. Of course it is a civil matter, and the manager switched his story that I requested the police and that he had provided me with all the info I needed to file a claim with the company (which he did not and the officer made him provide the info).

Dhanta was a great help. I ask for a new sticker for the fact mine wasn't working. Within minutes he had me good to go. Being a manager at Blue Goose Cantina I understand the importance of time. Unfortunately now a days time is money more than anything. He even went above that and ask if there was anything they could improve on his end. For me personally I only had 1 suggestion better quality for the shine material. Everyone here so far has been helpful. All moving around making sure everyone is good to go. Cleanliness of the place was great. Employees folding stocking making sure we had the materials to keep our vehicles ready for show. Lol. Edit #2- weeks later and have yet to hear anything from either take 5 or the “third party company” they use to make you think they care about damage claims. I use quotes because multiple phone calls to that company has proven their strategy is to scam you and gaslight. Whatever, thousands of people have already seen this review according to Google, but that won’t do anything. What a joke. Edit: Take 5 “responded” to this review with the same generic one everyone gets. No one has answered the five calls to that help line, so that’s garbage and is pretty much a scam. Come at me when you feel like giving me a real answer. They damaged my car and use an outside third party service to "review the case". I only discovered the scratches because I had to get out to dry the entire car by hand. I went for a quick quality wash that I could just drive out of, I was in a hurry, but I could barely see out of the windshield due to so many water spots. Towels provided were all still wet and left streaky dirty water all over the car. I definitely did not pay for the "scratch my roof" package, I paid for the most expensive one, so I have no clue why that happened. There are a dozen better ones that do things right, so go support a local business

I recently had Scott out to detail my cars, and they both look amazing. He did Opticoat Pro ceramic coating on both cars, which had very different paint situations. One is my brand new black '24 that had a tremendous amount of swirls from the dealership, and one is my '12 that had never been detailed to the degree Scott did and had a lot of oxidation from the decade plus of its existence. The pictures show how fantastic both cars look. In addition to the outstanding quality of his work, Scott is also professional, prompt, and up front with his pricing. My cars both look amazing, and in the red car's case, better than it has in years. He's also great about educating you on steps to take to help keep them looking fantastic.

The best car wash I’ve been to! I had a membership at another car wash in town and was called something nasty just for pulling into the line when I got the closing time wrong. I didn’t realize the closing time changed. The very next day we gave 360 a try. The customer service is great always! Everyone is nice and friendly and they do a wonderful job on my car. I’ve been looking for a good car wash and detail shop. I’ve found it! Starting with the wash and hand detailed interior cleanup… Wow! Best job I’ve seen in years! So I asked it they could do something with our sun-faded Fiat to them asking if they could bring back some of the shine. They offered a Buff and Wax. Price was moderate for that so I agreed. I’m very happy with the results! They didn’t get all the fading, that’s not possible. But the job they did was awesome! The care they took in doing the job was impressive, I watched the whole thing. I will be back with my truck and probably my RiverStone 5th Wheel RV that needs some scratches smoothed out at the top of the front cap.

I just recently had my car cleaned here, and they did a horrible job. Not only did they fail to clean multiple parts of my car, but they left me with water stains everywhere! Considering I paid over $150 for this, I’m really upset and would love a refund. Leaving customers with new stains is so unprofessional. See photos for proof.

Manuel was excellent with his services at Blessed Touches. We had some rust stains that weren't coming off on our SUV. He was able to quickly and effectively get all the stains removed with precise detailing. He was always willing to listen to the issues. He is direct and to the point and charges a good price. I got the carnation detailing, $100.00+ $25.00 since I had a third row. Very happy with the vacuuming and the interior detailing. I didn’t get the name of the gentlemen that did the detailing, he was an older Hispanic guy. I would highly recommend him. I wish I got his name. I tried out their Ultimate wash plan and have enjoyed it very much. So I've decided to remain on the plan. There are other wash plans available, but this one suits me the best. It is really nice to be able to take my car through the car wash whenever I'd like and as many times as I'd like every month for a single monthly price. It pays for itself after two car washes a month! I also like how easy and convenient it is to tip the employees for their hard work with a credit card by scanning a QR code and pay at the website. I don't carry cash so that option is great! Customer service is excellent.

The body work isnt very good and the owner is a liar. if you choose to get any work done here GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. The pictures speak for themselves... Jay (the owner?!) actually THREATENED me, saying "he knows where I live and to I'm about to see what happens." There's bubbles and dirt EVERY surface he painted, he attached a bumper to the car that doesnt fit (wrong part) and painted it (poorly) without even asking if Id like a bumper that fits put onto my car. The paint match is unacceptable. (look at the full side shot) many parts we agreed upon are unfinished (fog lights, the top part of the bumper, wheel well guards) or unordered even though he started work on my car two weeks ago. when I pointed out -today- all the work he still needed to do, he said that that $1700 was just for labor, no parts included!! if you want way too many details,Jay quoted me $1700 for parts and labor for my wreck. Hes the friend of the man who hit me and the man who hit me was supposed to pay for damages.... he didnt. he gave jay the wrong sized bumper to attach to the car and thats it. jay told me hed need the other ~$1500~ from me to finish the work. I'e given him $1200, he has not finished even prdering parts we agreed to nor willhe fix the paint he messed up. he threatened me phsycially bc I havent paid the last $300 bc he still doesnt even have the parts to fix my car ordered and I dont trust his work at this point even if I continue to throw money after him. does it look like theres only $300 left of work to do to this vehicle?

I came here on a whim because I desperately needed my car detailed after coming back from the Sand Dunes in Colorado with the kids. If I could give him more stars I would!! He took my car at 3pm on a Saturday and had it ready for me at 9am Sunday morning!! Even with rain in the forecast. I am pretty sure the gentleman I spoke with was the owner/only employee and you can tell that he takes pride in his work! I told him not to bother with a few things, but he did it anyways and did not charge me any more than we agreed on at drop off. Truly honest man, and impeccable work. all hand washed/cleaned. With extremely fair pricing. Will be coming back to him for all of my car washing needs!

Nice guy but.... I didn't argue with him about his quoted price but the job he did was substandard. He was to color match paint and some panels didn't even appear to have been compounded. Lots of areas missed and a lot of residue left in seams. I told him when he quoted the job that I was fussy. Trying a different shop now.

Well I was getting a full detail shampoo and interior and exterior.. after a while 2 more vehicles pulled up and when I looked at the finish product it still had stains in some areas... that I knew could have came out when I went to dollar general too get car Carpet cleaner it started coming out easy. My seats were dry, not shampooed. Everything was rushed because they wanted to get to the other two vehicles. Unacceptable

My husband and I own a car rental service. We recently had a guest throw up in our vehicle and completely trashed the back seat. It was horrific!!! We were referred to Fullspeed Detail Shop in Arlington and I must say the service was IMMACULATE!!! The back seat had soda spilled on the seats, throw up on the floor, and trash everywhere! This company did such an amazing job detailing our vehicle!! They also shampooed our seats and floors, power washed our vehicle and waxed the exterior for a polished finish. Would definitley recommend this business to anyone in the area looking for a full detail!!!!!!

The young man attending the car wash offered his help and I was so grateful! He handed me a car freshener and a dash wipe. The basic wash got the job done, sufficient for me. The only down side was the vacuums didn’t suction very well due to a system outing or such. But I was able to use them, and fill up my tires with air too, and added bonus I didn’t expect!

I really like going to this car wash. A great time to visit is in the morning when they first open, the sun isn't out too much and there is more available spaces to clean out your car with no extreme rush. The vacuums work well with a strong suction. They have a forced air hose to air out the little particles on your dash and the debris from your window buttons. They even have a air hose for your car tires, so you can put some extra air in your tires for a smooth ride. Cal was a great attended too and even remembered to give me a complimentary dash wipe and air freshener. The towels were even stocked, with window cleaner available. I enjoy going here so much that I have purchased an unlimited pass online. Once I pulled up to the payment machine, I just pushed the button for an attendant, showed them my plan purchase on my phone, then they left and came back out with a sticker to put on my window. So when the next time I drive up, I can go to the fast pass lane and be quickly admitted. This is the best way to go in my opinion, the pass pretty much pays for itself in a couple of washes and it's unlimited monthly. Between having 2 toddlers and doing Uber on my time off. I need that weekly, sometimes biweekly clean. Definitely a good value for your money!

Worst experience ever they wrapped my car and it was the worst I’ve ever seen. They were extremely unprofessional and didn’t care how it looked. I had to pull the wrap off in 2 weeks. They didn’t hold their word and just basically stole my money. I pulled the wrap off to find out that they completely knifed and dented my car and ruined the paint underneath. IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR DONT TAKE IT TO THEM! They Installed my lip wrong and it FLEW OFF MY CAR!! He promised on camera if he couldn’t get it right he would refund the $700 wrap material, $600 sticker and labor for another installer. HE DIDN'T! He completely ignored me after I gave him the last payment and proceeded to tell me “I get what I pay for” and it wasn’t his fault.

Xavier was increedible with my Honda Odyssey. As a family vehicle, it was full of crumbs, juice spills, and sticky spots from the kids, but he cleaned it all! Even the cup holders and seat crevices are spotless. It's like im driving a new van again!
