I will start by saying the staff I interacted with were nice and friendly. I went to get the outside of my car washed, and while it IS cleaner than it was when I got there, my car is not COMPLETELY clean. There is still dirt and gunk in places all over my car, which I would expect to be sprayed off with the initial little soak 🤷🏾‍♀️ but perhaps it is my fault for waiting so long to get my car washed. But I would expect with paying for the most expensive "platinum" exterior package that my car would be completely clean as a result. Maybe that only comes if you leave your car there for a full detail and not just a run through a machine.

Wow. Ok this guy is seriously good. Believe the google reviews and book an appointment today! I bought this Prius with the scratches and the burned-in blemish on the door. (See photos). Also had about Half-a-Million road rash marks on the hood. Alejandro did his thing and an hour later…. Boom! New car! Can’t wait to get him to do my BMW this fall! Mr. Flores came by my place on Friday 8/2/24 to wash and detail my vehicles. This was my first experience with Roberto, so I did not know what to expect - the previous guys who were doing my vehicles have been MIA. I was VERY impressed with the finished product when he wrapped up. Both of my SUV's were spotless inside and out, and Roberto showed me around the vehicles to show everything that he did. He was very detailed in his work and clearly took pride in the job. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that asks and plan on having him repeat cleaning every-other-week. I was not paid or compensated in any way in exchange for a positive review.

Exterior looked great. Ever since change in owner ship you don’t get what you pay for interior wise. Upcharge $15 bucks cool, at least wipe down the interior doors and make sure the dirt is out of the car mat and door crevices. When it was a different management company, it definitely was a lot better, I really wanted to give them a second chance, and it did me no favors. As a service dog, Mom, I have smudge marks from our dog on the window. They couldn’t even get that off. I guess I’ll be detailing my own car when I get home.

This place has gone downhill fast. I have been going here for years - it’s always been mine and my husband’s “go to”. This last time I went, I was shocked. I told my husband and showed him pics and he told me he heard it’s under new management. Well - it shows (as you can see in the attached photos). $40 for their “Best Car Wash” and I had to re-do the entire inside when I got home. I’m def no longer a Trademark fan.

Justin detailed 2 of our cars and did an amazing job. The Tesla was covered in dirt and it now looks better than when I first bought it. He did such a good job on our suv as well. It was covered in dog hair in the back and it is such a huge car to clean. He really spent his time on it and it shows. I’ve used him once before and I’m so glad I used him again. We will now be using him for monthly details on our cars.

Landon has paint corrected and ceramic coated many of my cars. This Boxster was by far the most challenging. It’s a 24 year old car and that paint was suffering!! Lots of water spots and scratches and just aging paint. He put his ALL into this car! When I saw it, my jaw dropped! Literally could not believe the transformation! (And I’m picky!) I absolutely love working with Landon. He takes such responsibility and pride in his work and won’t stop until it’s to his liking. He worked unimaginable magic on this Porsche!! In the photos I posted you can see a before, during, and after photo of his work. His service was great and straight to the point. He was clear in what he was going to do and why and overall really transparent with his process and pricing. Also he was very flexible scheduling wise. I'll let the photos speak for themselves but I can confidently say that the paint looks better now than what it did before the accident even happened. Well worth $300.

I came here to get my car that I bought off facebook marketplace, a detail. I was charged $265. As soon as they were done, I noticed that the interior was wiped down, but had so much dirt residue left all near my gear shifter. They kept all my mats in the trunk. The clean mats were on top and when i went home to put them back… they hid the untouched mats under the 2 that they cleaned. I also looked in between the center console and front seats. Not a single crevasse was vacuumed. I promise I am so much better off doing this on my own and that’s what I had done. I went to my local FREE vibe car wash and did much better there. Sorry ass company. Do not go. (Ants and stuff have appeared in and out of my car now).

This place is NOT BAD but 45$ for unlimited, and my tires are NOT shining like GOLD RIPOFF. I like they clean their water. Most car washes use stinky A... water and put it back on your car. I'm going to cancel not worth it. I know I can find better

Highly recommend. Unlike many others who try to get just the job done in a rush, Jones gone above and beyond in patiently doing the ceramic coating for my 2024 Atlas. Not only he just done his ceramic coating, but also patiently taught me how to maintain and wash it by spending more than couple of hours for the first wash. I can’t be more happy as all my friends complimented how good the car looks post ceramic coating.

I found Jones and Jones on Google and was impressed by their 100% 5 Star Ratings on Google. It's nearly impossible to get reviews on Google and, as we know, most people only post negative reviews. So the fact that they had 100% reviews was impressive. But not nearly as impressive as the work they do. They took a mud-covered off-roading Jeep and turned it back in time to showroom condition! Their attention to detail is incredible and their prices are more than fair. They've earned my business on all of my other cars. Very nice guys who are hard working and ethical. Gavin answered my inquiry on a Sunday and had the car in showroom condition by Tuesday. Gavin's company - Jones and Jones is worthy of a 5 star rating! Update: 01/30/2024 - I had 2 more cars detailed by Gavin yesterday. He and his apprentice are masters at taking 5-20 year old cars and making them look like you just drove them off the showroom floor. We had a Range Rover that was swirled beyond belief by the previous owner. Gavin went way above and beyond to make sure that all of the swirls were gone. He must have polished alone for 4 hours. Pricing is beyond fair for a detail that you won't find anywhere else!

I brought my wife’s car to Trey to get a second opinion after another shop in the area did a paint correction and ceramic coat. When we picked up the car from this other shop, it was clear that the paint correction wasn’t complete. You could still see the buff marks and almost all feathering and swirl marks were still VERY present. In our own light at home, you could see the dullness to the paint under LED lights. Trey looked at the car and confirmed what we were seeing. We left the car with him and he did a PHENOMENAL job at pulling everything off the car that the other shop did and did a full paint correction and coating. The car looks absolutely amazing. His care and detail met all of our expectations. He has certainly gained a customer for life.

I'm always skeptical when I see 5.0-star reviews, especially when over 100 people have given 5.0 stars, but after having Trey's team detail my car, I realize the reviews are legit! Trey & Kensie at Sparkle and Shine were very attentive and professional. They provided great customer service and great communication and spent time explaining the process and how to maintain my car.  I drove over to his shop, and Trey took the time to look at my black 2017 Porsche Panamera. He initially asked what my goal was for my car. He considered what I wanted, and with his expertise, he constructed a reasonable service plan for my car and my needs. I received a full Level 1 paint correction, 5-year ceramic coating,  and complete ceramic window tinting, which included my windshield and sunroof. He walked me through every step of this process. After the outstanding work they did on my previous vehicles,  I felt confident that I could trust him and his team with my baby. He never pressured me into other services like some places do. The end result was outstanding! I've never seen a car detailed so well! I'm very impressed with his skill and attention to detail and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Trey and Kensie

I have the opportunity to know Tony’s Auto shop. I was impressed of how nice Tony and Lisa are. They are really passionate and know what they are doing. I let my car there for them to install the dash cam. I’m glad that I brought my car to his shop. The thing that I don’t like about other carwash facilities is that their vacuum cleaner suction is so weak. But not this one. They provide towel, air gun, and powerful vacuum cleaner. This is my prefer carwash within Plano.

Josh and Hermann at number 8149 performed an oil change and safety inspection on my Ford WinStar. At that time they found several small problems such as a car tag light that was out. They perform these without charging me labor. They were very friendly and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.

I tried. I was excited and wanted to like this car wash, especially since most are abysmal. An employee stopped me to get the manager because I went around for the second time in a row. I said everything was fine, but I was going through a second time because I wasn't sure how realistic of an expectation it was for these car washes to completely clean the car. I was told that it absolutely was realistic, and to buy the top-of-the-line package and inspect my car after each wash before leaving. I've tried three time since then, and every time I've had to complain. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to be a Karen and do your Quality Checks for you *every time I want a wash*. I'll just do it myself from now on. The car is almost never clean, even after doing the top-of-the-line exterior detail. I tried, and tried, and tried. But I'm not going to be known by your employees as the jerk that always complains. It's a half job every time, and you're putting the onus on the customer to improve your quality? No. Train your employees and implement quality checks. This is ridiculous.

Visited here as a first time as my car was really needed to be washed. From the moment we pulled into their facility, the staff came out and greeted us. Then he thoroughly guided us explaining every option we have as it was our first visit. The price was very fair and their service was great. Our favorite part of this place was their car wash system! It is just like a conveyor belt and we did not have to worry about fitting one tire into the metal bindings, which can damage the wheel/tire. Very impressive! And, the whole wash process doesn't feel short at all compared to other facilities. Also, there was a giant bird dropping on the windshield and it got "completely" off right after we pulled out of the wash machine like nothing happened. The waiting area was very clean. And the staffs will never shout at you waiving towels when your car is ready. You do not need to check outside constantly to see if someone calls you or if your car is ready because the staffs will gently just come inside and let you know your car is ready. Plus, there is a cute little bathing area for your fur-kids. (Picture attached) Overall, the entire experience was very enjoyable from start to finish. And we will definitely come back next time! Highly recommend!
