They did such an amazing job on our jeep!! We bought a used jeep that smelled of smoke and triggered my asthma and they cleaned it top to bottom with no more smoke smell!! They removed the seats to shampoo the carpets, washed the leather, and cleaned and shined all the interior and exterior surfaces! I’ve never been so impressed with a car detailing service and would gladly pay double or triple the price they asked for their amazing work! They are a family business and very professional in giving an accurate estimation how much time the work would require and called us as soon as they were finished. I really appreciate hard work and taking pride in your work and this couple demonstrates this with excellence! I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Very rude drive thru staff. First time customer so I didn't understand their system and they couldn't communicate very well. Very poor English. Car got cleaned well but seems pretty expensive

They locked my keys in the car while it was going thru the wash... they wouldn't answer my question on how that happened just basically ignored me after I told them I didn't have a spare key on me. But they were able to get in with an air bag. And my car looked pretty good. Definitely missed some spots on wiping the interior but overall good deal for the price

I went to Michael Lake of Southern Detail for him to clean/detail my 2006 Ford F150. It had coffee, dried dirt, and sweat stains on both front seats, the center console, and the backseat, as well as the roof of my truck was dirty and soiled from use. I took it there expecting it to just look a little bit better than what it had, because I thought that those stains had possibly been there for at least six years or better. When I returned to pick up my truck, my truck interior looked brand new as if I had picked it up from the dealership floor showroom as an almost a new truck. I was beyond belief impressed. That is reason I gave Southern Detail five stars and highly recommend them because he earned or deserved those five stars. I was not expecting my truck to be returned to me in the unbelievable state that it was. Thanks Southern Detail.

Super thorough, went above and beyond even getting out kids’ slime in the carpet as well as a spilled protein shake between the seats. I had my car ceramic coated by Nate at Trofeo Auto Spa, and while there was a relatively small issue with the application of the product, Nate went above and beyond to make it up to me and make things right. The coating itself and the quality of the service was otherwise excellent. Mistakes can happen for anyone, no matter how knowledgeable and experienced one might be, which Nate certainly is. But a true professional and good person would make things right if something does happen to go wrong. And Nate certainly did that, so you can rest assured you will not be disappointed with his service no matter what happens.

Very disappointed ☹️ I took my X3 for the first time here and all I wanted mostly was to have my seats whipped and cleaned. After waiting there for 2 hours, I opened my door to find that none of my seats were whipped down—the dust particles and stains were all still in place. The cup holder was still sticky and the dash board had one swiped. I paid 60 dollars. The man said in order for my seats to be whipped, it is a detailed and that’s 200 dollars. My brother takes his family Honda van there and he pays 50 dollars every time and his car is 10 times dirtier than mines bc he has three little kids, and everything is whipped down. My best friend takes her Mercedes with white seats there and her sears gets cleaned every time and she pays 45 dollars. They mention to me that they are busy today. I am the most easy going person. If they told me they don’t have time to clean my seats, I would have said, don’t worry about drying my car on the outside to save time but please whip the seats. I hope they respond back and offer me to take my car back bc I am still needing my seats, dashboard and cup holder to be cleaned. Thank you.

I messed my new truck up by getting that cheap wax treatment from one of those spinning automatic car washes on Sam Ridley not gonna name any names but I’m sure you guys know the ones. The wax had streaks on my truck that wouldn’t leave no matter what. Pantera was able to get it out and get me back glass house

Vacuuming out my car today and went to hang up the Vacuum and noticed something in the holder... quickly realized it was a razor blade, I'm super thankful my son wasn't with me helping me vacuum the car today. I'm really hopeful nobody gets hurt and the employee I reported it to got it out in a timely fashion.

(Read to the bottom for update) Not only did my car NOT get clean at all, the machine also ripped up my weather stripping on the back window. The manager started a claim for me, but it was rejected. I even mentioned to 3 employees that I was super dissatisfied with my car still being dirty and no one said a word. So basically I wasted $25 on a horrible car wash cause I was dumb and opted for the expensive one, and now I have to go spend more somewhere else AND get my car fixed. A refund at least would've been nice, but I don't see that happening. (Read to the end) The only positives were the vacuums were a bit better than my vacuum at home, and the mat cleaner. Not worth the money though. I'm furious, because not only is my car still dirty, but their employees didn't even try to make it right minus the failed claim. Plus, you're only in the carwash for about 50 seconds. How is that enough time to clean anything. RUN! Don't waste your money here. I want a refund. Update: I was offered a refund and a free wash, which I really appreciate. The team lead who assisted me was very nice. I can see myself coming back here for just the basic wash and add ons if my car gets dusty, however if you want more heavy duty cleaning power to get off bugs or set-dirt, go to the coin car wash by Kroger and Sonic right off the exit on 96 (Auto Pride Car Wash) where you can scrub your own car with the specialized chemicals and soap. That's what I did to get the remaining stuff off after this. I will use a combo of both car washes in the future!

I should have taken pics. I promise you though Bartlett's does an exceptional job. My 2017 Silverado looks like a new truck. Still. They cleaned my truck outside and in, up and down on Saturday June 29th and its still looking clean since yesterday(July10). They are worth every penny. The thoroughness impressed me the most. I scheduled an interior deep clean and exterior wash with these guys. Emile was in my driveway for five HOURS and it was freezing temps all day! My car looks brand new. I could see him from my office window inside and was really impressed with the time and attention he gave to my vehicle. Part of the reason I wanted an interior clean was bc my dog got sick in my car on Thanksgiving and I can’t tell (or smell) at all that anything happened in there now. Looks so good! You will not regret going with this company. Also appreciate that during the scheduling and quoting process I could text with Daniel, and payment online was very easy.

Here are some before and after photos of where I removed the badges from my Fusion. Maurice did an excellent job buffing out the ghosted marks. Took him all of 15 minutes of me just hanging out and watching him buff it out. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable about his job! Gave me some cool pointers and explanations as to what he was doing in the process. These guys are doing a great job over here! Would definitely recommend.

I came here because my car had been broken into. The window got broken so it got really wet inside and stunk really bad on top of everything else they did to my car while they had it. These AMAZING gentlemen did an amazing job and more. When I got my car back from them I was one late due to traffic and they waited for me. Two they left my car looking and smelling brand new even better then when I originally bought by my car. They even cleaned the outside of my car where the tape was to cover my windows and didn’t charge me for it. they also gave me a discount because they said “you didn’t ask for you car to get stolen”. They were so kind and amazing and i appreciated their services more than they imagine. I am late with my review but they deserve a shout out for the beautiful and phenomenal work they did and for their amazing costumer service. I 100% recommend using them to get your car cleaned too I do believe you will not regret it! Great price as well!

I reallllly really like the proximity of location from my house. The space was comfortable, and they did what they said they were going to do. From how dirty my investment was to the pics that you see, trust me when I say they did a really good job. I didn't like the price initially, but it would have taken me days to do what they handled in hours. I will definitely be back. Frist I took my car to tint works who did a fantastic job on my tinting . Then I went to N motions leather had all new leather put in they did a fantastic job too then I too it to Chris and Chris did a fantastic job on my car couldn't ask for more it looked like brand new everybody I show it to said did you get a New car Also Chris takes the time out to really do the best job he can possibly can he takes a lot of pride in what he does and you can see it in the finished product this car shines.I would recommend this to anybody that wants to have A 5 star winning detail work It's so good that I'm having my one friend have his car done for Christmas and I'm paying for it .

I had recently had a botched PPF job and through referrals, I was introduced to Tint Works and Marlins Auto Detailing. After taking my car to the shop, Chris did a walk through and immediately found flaws that I missed. His eye is crazy! Chris did a full paint correction to fix the botched job from the previous shop, and then some. We did an interior paint protection and he even scheduled some PDR work. Tint Works applied the Matte PPF to perfection. After that, Chris did a full Ceramic coating and the surface is slick as ice. I plan on taking my truck to the shop to have them work their magic. I’ve always been a car guy, a do it yourself kind of person and although I think I’m pretty good at detailing, Chris does things at a completely different level. Thank you
