Have to brag... Check out the photos...Jose does a great job. The teal color vehicle had to have some work done on the hood. Once that was done, Jose was ready to clean it all up, inside and out. He knows paint and took good care of the Baby (what I call my XB). The pickup, brand new, had a film on the paint when purchased. Jose did his magic and it looks great...see for yourself. I was looking to get a different vehicle and decided after looking, I already have a great one with everything on it. So I decided to have a refresh. I purchased the level 3 with surface protection and I’m extremely happy with the job Andrew did. Looks better than when I bought it used 2 years ago. Great communication throughout the process. I plan on having him do regular washing to help the surface protection last as long as possible.

My 2022 RAM 1500 interior was in desperate need of a good detail. After sifting through many Google results and reviews, I took a chance with The Detail Donkey. The process of making an appointment was simple and straightforward. The staff was super professional and courteous. Most importantly, the services provided were top notch. Logan did an outstanding job turning what was a messy truck full of dog hair into a like-new interior. Every nook and cranny was addressed. The sheen on all of the materials, after being thoroughly cleaned, was incredible. The seats were spotless and fresh. Overall, no detail was spared. Everything was accounted for and not a single thing was missed. Can’t recommend The Detail Donkey enough. I’ll definitely be back. Please support this local business.

I contacted this company to schedule a car detailing service. The owner answered the call but seemed distracted and frustrated. He mentioned he was dealing with a flat tire and said he would call me back. However, he didn’t ask for my name or confirm my phone number. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up. I ended up booking with another company that provided excellent service. While I was initially excited to try this company based on their reviews, the lack of follow-through made me feel like my business wasn’t valued.

Detailed the inside of my 1997 very dirty F-150. Got every single spot out of the carpet that hadn't been cleaned in 20 years! Cloth seats look brand new. Beautiful shine on all plastic surfaces. Amazing work by very nice people. Highly recommended.

Scheduled an appointment with Shawn in advance to arrange a complete detail of my RAM 2500 Mega cab. He is very thorough in ensuring that not one place gets untouched. The interior was immaculate; I have dogs, and you couldn’t tell. The exterior had been buffed and looked like glass! The engine bay and underside of the truck were just as they had been when I rolled it off the show room floor in 2018! After the recent storm flooded my passenger side floor, I was scared I'd never have my car quite the same again. I needed professionals and gosh darn it got them here. This car is not only cleaned up from any storm nastiness, it legitimately is cleaner than the day I bought it. I'm amazed at the attention to detail and how every space seems to look better than new. Frist I took my car to tint works who did a fantastic job on my tinting . Then I went to N motions leather had all new leather put in they did a fantastic job too then I too it to Chris and Chris did a fantastic job on my car couldn't ask for more it looked like brand new everybody I show it to said did you get a New car Also Chris takes the time out to really do the best job he can possibly can he takes a lot of pride in what he does and you can see it in the finished product this car shines.I would recommend this to anybody that wants to have A 5 star winning detail work It's so good that I'm having my one friend have his car done for Christmas and I'm paying for it .

I had recently had a botched PPF job and through referrals, I was introduced to Tint Works and Marlins Auto Detailing. After taking my car to the shop, Chris did a walk through and immediately found flaws that I missed. His eye is crazy! Chris did a full paint correction to fix the botched job from the previous shop, and then some. We did an interior paint protection and he even scheduled some PDR work. Tint Works applied the Matte PPF to perfection. After that, Chris did a full Ceramic coating and the surface is slick as ice. I plan on taking my truck to the shop to have them work their magic. I’ve always been a car guy, a do it yourself kind of person and although I think I’m pretty good at detailing, Chris does things at a completely different level. Thank you

We can’t rave enough about the crew and work that CGI did on our Oliver trailer. We winter in Arizona and spent last summer in Alaska so the fiberglass was dull and discolored. We had rust stains from the battery department and they were able to get them out. There was also a brown discoloration on both sides of the trailer (we picked it up somewhere in Alaska!) and Colin and his crew totally got it out. We left CGI and felt like our trailer looked brand new - worth every penny. I also want to speak to their service. We were very delayed getting our trailer to their shop and Colin couldn’t have been more accommodating. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been going here for the past 3 years. They always do an amazing job. Car looks & smells new every time. Waiting room is nice and clean. The workers are great. However, I went at 4:30pm one day and they would not service me, because “they’ve been busy all day”. What kinda customer service is that? Yes they are the best in the business, but their customer service is 3/5.

There were a few trouble spots in my carpet that I was really wanting to get out and they took care of it completely! I called 3 other car detailing companies to perform a exterior and interior detailing on my 7 year old vehicle before settling upon RightWay. The prices ranged from $160 to $215; may I add, I am a college student and do not have money to just throw away like that. When I found out about RightWay, I quickly jumped at the opportunity. I must say that I went in thinking, “low prices, cheap work.” I am very happy to say that I was strongly mistaking. My car looks BEAUTIFUL on the inside and out. They even seemed to be able to get some off the stains out of my seat and buff out scratches that were made as a result of a wreck. I am beyond satisfied, and I’ll recommend these hardworking men for anyone who is interested in car work.

We purchased an inside car detail for $100 and scheduled an appt to drop off at 8 am. I had to call upon arrival bc the man running the car wash told me to go see the man inside the garage. I had already gone inside the garage and no one was there. So I called the detail phone number…got the answering machine. A man who was assisting the car wash attendant came over and got our information and keys. So why tell me to go see the detail guy if he is helping you wipe down cars so you know he’s not even n the garage. I laughed, but come on… The inside of our car is clean, but things were missed…the glove box, the sides of the seats, and gear shifter were not clean. I would not complain, but for $100 they shouldn’t miss anything.

I hate to complain BUT when I pay $34 for a service I expect my floor mats to at least be lifted and vacuumed under and down beside my doors! The last couple of times I’ve had this super wash it was NOT good. Lesson learned…ALWAYS check everything before leaving 🤦🏻‍♀️

Came last Saturday. Paid for the works. Called them once I realized there were water marks and some kind of waxy spotty residue on my car, I called. I was told to take pictures. I did. The picture showed where there were marks all over my tire covers and on my paint. The interior was also not thoroughly cleaned. Including my windshield that had smudges all over it. I should’ve taken even more thorough pictures, but I thought this company would do the right thing and take care of me as to do a re-wash like stated. I get there today, and they refuse to make it right. I had paid previously paid for the works, and they were already starting to get it ready to go through the wash. Once they told me they weren’t honoring the redo and I wasn’t paying, they literally pulled it out and then left soapy residue all over my vehicle. Their employees were drying it off the best they could. I am now in worse shape. The manager asked if I took it back last Saturday, but by the time I realized, I couldn’t make it in time before close. I definitely showed my butt a little, but this place is definitely not taking care of their customers. I paid nearly $60 with tip for this service, and it was a terrible job. They use the excuse that I had a soft top and that’s why the watermarks were all over the vehicle. However, that doesn’t explain the residue. I had to go to a self service car wash last Saturday and wash off my tire covers to get all of the polish or wax or whatever marks were on it. I will never be back. These people are a joke. As a last ditch effort to at least get my car somewhat cleaned, I asked for at least a discount so that I could get my car finished and they offered two dollars off. Don’t waste your money or your time with these indecent people. I showed a side of me, I didn’t know was still in me. The sign says “honk if you love Jesus.” I honked and honked on my way out. I do love Jesus and we all needed him after that!

BY FAR THE FRIENDLIEST STAFF I’ve ever encountered who not only did great work, but did so with smiles and laughter amongst one another which is infectious amongst their clientele. Man this car wash is crazy. It works so good. Most of the employees are nice, especially Kam who’s always there to help. He interacts with customers, sprays all the spots I ask him to, and even helped me sign up with my membership. 10/10 customer service here as well as the vacuums and the detail center with glass cleaner and interior cleaner. I have read tons of awesome reviews about Splashy’s! I went first thing this morning to wash my truck that I am trying to sell. I purchased the Splish n’ Splash, and for the most part, it did a good job. The part that made it have 3 stars is that when I parked to clean the inside, I noticed that my truck still had a few dirty spots, and it was still soaking wet. It was as though the dryers never even worked. I had to use the towels to dry my truck off, so it wouldn’t leave water spots everywhere. I was not the only one either. I noticed another vehicle that had to dry their own car off. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal, and it’s not, but if I buy a wash partly to get it dried, it should be dried. I really like how they have glass cleaner and towels for you to use! I really want to like this place because of so many awesome reviews!! I will be back at a later date to see if it is any better.
