These photos were taken hours after we received the car back. Disappointed that Michael's talk before promised quite a bit, which fell short on delivery. Upfront, we pointed out the dullness in the front, including headlights, and asked if he could fix it, polish chrome, clay bar to removed debris, and clean/wax-out imperfections. He said sure. He took us to an old model car with a beautiful finish and said that is what we would get. On pick up, after pointing out these problems pictured here (more problems not pictured), he said that we have an old car with over 100,000 miles and that he could not help that. Also, it was wet from the morning dew, so it may have been out all night when it should have been kept dry for 24 hours. Hind sight, we should have used the money to do multiple car details with standard waxing with another service provider. The inside was clean and car has more sheen, but pricey for that service.

I was looking for a good place to get my brand new car ceramic coated and Max Detailing did not disappoint. If your on the fence to find a good reputable highly professional detailing work done on your hard earned vehicle, look no further and do yourself a favor and get your vehicle taken care of here. I chosen the Professional+ Ceramic Coating package. Which includes all painted surfaces, glass and wheels. The product they used was called Jade Pro which uses new nano tech called graphene oxide. I am amazed as to how smooth my car paint was. It was slicker than the paint from the car manufacturer when brand new! Water beads up and rolls off when it rains and has improved rainy day driving visibility. Washing the car was very easy because of how water just beads and rolls off. I blow dry my car with a leaf blower and do not need to towel dry. All the staff was courteous and professional. Ryan the manager there is a great person to deal with. And they were prompt, when they say it will take two days ceramic coating to be done, they were done in exactly two days. When they tell you an interior and exterior foam cannon hand wash is one hour they finished exactly in one hour. They even parked my car inside their garage when i told them i could not pick it up until the next day. Very happy customer here and will be using them for years to come. Thank You Max Detailing!

I chose Detail X Detail Shop based on the rave reviews I found online, as I was looking for someone who would care for my car as much as I do. I was initially excited, but when I got my car back for the first time, I was disappointed. The quality didn’t match the expectations set by the reviews. Even though I had only purchased a wax and wash, the owner personally stepped in when he heard I was unhappy. Took my car to have the windows tinted. They did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. I could have had it done cheaper, but some things are worth paying a little extra, and you definitely get a little extra with SoCal and their staff. Amazing work! I came here to get my windows tinted and they look great. Drake got my car in at 9am and had it done by 11am. I was offered great customer service as well. When I picked my car up there were air fresheners and a microfiber cloth to clean the windows with. Above and beyond! I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here to get their windows tinted.

The old owner John was so passionate about what he did, he sold the business back in September and James bought it from him. I came in today on 2025-01-06 and really liked James. Though I'm not impressed with the work. He came to get me after he completed the work and within 30 seconds I was already having him redo a good chunk of the detail. I debated for hours of having him redo it again as I'm still not happy with it. I regret getting it done here and I won't be coming back. It was a waste of $240, I would have paid $150 at best.

Wow! This is what a professional auto detail should be like. Not very often I'm blown away from before/after scenarios but this is one. No greasy shiny products on the interior, every nook and cranny was way better than when I picked this car up 7 years ago and 50,000 miles ago. Tim is easily one of the most detail oriented people I have met. What a great person and business to have so close to me. No overhyped sales tactics just results at what is an unbelievable price point for what I got back. Just.... wow.

I love that this wash has the longest drying cycle of most automatic washes I've been to. The menu is simple and the highest tier wash is 22 bucks compared to most around 30 bucks. They actually spray your car down and use the brush on windshield and back glass before it even goes in. The first wash was perfect! The second was free for first time customer! That was great because it was the same as my first purchase. The highest tier wash. Ost places won't give you a code for that one but the lowest one... Unfortunately, this second wash left a decent amount of soap in a few places. Not just the side mirrors. I noticed when I dried the car off. That is one of the reasons I am not a fan of Pure Magic. Never enough rinse time or quantity of water for it. This one was a free wash for giving my email so.... Don't know if that makes a difference. The first time, I was so impressed that the car was totally rinsed before the dryers. Maybe a fluke but I will definitely be back to try again. 3rd time will be great, I'm sure!

It's nice getting my car scrubbed. I joined a monthly program for 65 a month. Is it worth it? Well barely as it is expensive but I do love my nice clean car they are not open on Sunday which is a pita but I just have to motivate on Saturday morning! Sometimes they miss things too so you gotta watch.

I wish I was able to give them 10 stars instead of 5. Thank you so much. My Tesla looks better than it ever has! I was unsure on which percentage window tint to go with, the kind lady took me out in the parking lot to show me several different cars to see which one I liked the best. That was very helpful. I am impressed with the ceramic coating and ceramic window tint, but the customer service is just even better. They were extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. I’ll definitely be back with a couple more vehicles in the near future!

Full interior and exterior on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee with an added leather treatment. They did a fantastic job with the leather seats, rubber floor mats, and getting the light gray headliner clean. Wheels and tires are practically brand new, and the exterior paint looks fantastic with the ceramic coating. I took one star off because the inside of the windshield was quite streaky when I was driving home in the sun, and it doesn't look like the sunroof glass/net/tracks were cleaned at all. Defrost vent is still pretty dusty. There were also a considerable amount of leaves and pine needles under the windshield wipers. There's a wireless charger in the top part of the center console that didn't seem to have gotten any attention either. Overall, I'm happy with the detail, but I do wish the extra few steps had been taken. I would still definitely recommend: my 10 year old car looks nearly brand new.

Great job and service. Very happy with the results. Interior clean and exterior clean were astonishing. Will be bringing the vehicle back within the next couple weeks to have it ceramic coated. Looking forward to seeing the end results after the ceramic coating. *** Follow up. I brought in my 2023 4Runner for an engine bay wash, undercarriage wash and exterior clean. The results were stunning. I was extremely happy with the detail work on the 4runner. In addition I brought my 2001 Toyota Tundra back (they already did the interior detail a couple weeks prior) and they did the System X ceramic coating, window ceramic coating and trim treatment. The results were incredible! The Tundra looks amazing!!!! They did a great job and I highly recommend them!

We bought our son a used car, and while it was a great car it had unsightly stains on the interior fabric and the headlights were not clear. The car also needed a good cleaning. Just had my 2024 Tundra ceramic coated 6 weeks ago. Rob did a fantastic job and he is super knowledgeable about detail work. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Showroom to be ceramic coated. Bird droppings just hose right off. No rubbing required. This is so much better than waxing and last 10 times longer. It is guaranteed to last. The company that makes the ceramic coating even sent me an email with the guarantee! Don’t think twice about protecting your vehicle. Your vehicle will look and last longer! Brought our jeep here post holiday travel and these gentleman had it back in shape in a matter of 25 minutes. The lobby was nice and clean and toddler friendly. Every staff was friendly as they entered the lobby and greeted my very busy toddler wondering what they were doing. The location manager Mitchell was very welcoming and personable. Couldn’t recommend this location enough for and out of car wash and detail, especially with little ones one tow!

WARNING!! Detailer busted my rear media screen and management refuses to pay for the damages done. Definitely don’t recommend taking a nice car here! New company management has no morals or standards, they say that there is a sign out front that is informing you they are not responsible for any damages that may occur. Having to reach out to our attorney to resolve this issue because they refuse to take responsibility for the damages done to my brand new $90,000 Suburban.

Requested the presidential and it looks amazing! The leather interior treatment made everything look brand new again, all the small details were never missed. Took my 2016 F250 that had never been fully detailed to Black Lab before selling it. When it was complete the truck looked better than new. It was an amazing job. I used pics Joey forwarded me during the detailing process when I listed it for sale and it was less than 24 hours that I had a full price offer. I attribute most of that to the job Black Lab did. I was a fan of Pure Magic until the car wash ripped my wife’s driver side door fender off. When I went to report it and had to wait for an hour to speak with someone. They ultimately transferred me to the Walker Springs location where the incident took place. Once transferred, I was immediately sent to voicemail. Four days later, no call back. When I went to the store in person, the people had told me that they found the piece and to not worry about it because they had insurance. One of the teammates helped me file the claim. The real bummer comes when the insurance company decided that since it didn’t happen to anyone else that day, and since there were no reported malfunctions, they were not liable. So who is responsible? I literally just bought this car three months ago. I’ve driven my wife’s car through the walker springs location dozens of times with happy experiences. Now I’m stuck with a $750 bill from the body shop. I will be cancelling both my membership and my wife’s membership. I understand that Pure Magic has signs that say “not responsible for damages due to ……” But at some point, the company has to take some responsibility for their machines. How do I know that the machine didn’t go too close to my car? How do I know they are telling the truth? How am I supposed to even dispute this? I am extremely disappointed and will be washing and vacuuming my car at home in the future.

The worst car wash in Knoxville TN. You have a shop full of males and not a single one has enough since to let the water drip so it doesn't freeze. The vacuum never work properly. I have has a membership for 5 hrs. No ice melt when you come out of car wash. You have to do better.

I bought an old /new car a 2005 lexus sc 430 and was struggling without a back up camera. I called lexus and they referred me to parkside detail and accessories and I had the pleasure of talking to Jay Stewart. it took a bit of time for me to find the time to leave the car for most of a day. but he was so great in keeping in communicaton and I finally, yesterday brought my car to get a backup camera installed. Jay met me and got all set up for the new camera install. After some gliches with the mirror The installer, Johnny Brewton worked diligently to resolve the issue and get my back up camera installed. It took longer than expected ,but the communication throughout the day was perfect. I am so happy to be able to see behind me and I would definitely recommend this business for any auto needs. Everyone was super nice. And the outside of the car did look pretty good. But the inside had no work done at all. I understand they were super busy and probably exhausted, but $50 for nothing to be wiped down or cleaned is not ok with me. I won’t be returning.

Measners' Automotive Detailing is AWESOME! 💜 Seriously, you should give Joseph a call and treat yourself and your vehicle to a Sparkling Clean spa day.! You will be amazed at how much better you feel driving a showroom quality clean car. He saved my vehicle from having to go to the scrap yard after it got wrecked and was completely covered in airbag dust, which made me nauseous every time I attempted to clean the interior, after it got repaired. I was at my wit's end and was on the brink of giving up on being able to ever sit in my beloved vehicle again, let alone drive it. Luckily, a friend suggested that I give Joseph a call and let him detail it for me. I had never had a vehicle detailed and I was a bit skeptical at first because i honestly didn't think anyone could remove enough, of the toxic fine particulant, for me to ever be able to tolerate being in my car again. My friend assured me that Joseph was a professional, and could handle the job, and I would be extremely happy with the results. He arrived super fast, and immediately got to work. The next thing I knew, he was handing me my keys, and asking me to come outside and take a look at my vehicle and make sure everything was clean to my satisfaction. From the moment I stepped outside, all I could think about was how pretty it looked. It was sooooo shiny and clean! I couldn't stop smiling! I opened the door and was already comfortably sitting in the driver's seat and singing his praises before I remembered the hazmat level of airbag dust toxicity that had been consuming my car just a very short time before that moment.... so I very cautiously took a really deep breath in, and then another... and repeatedly the only thing I could smell was super clean car = Woohoo!👍🤠👍 I was so happy!!!🥳 And then so happy again because his pricing was so reasonable! And it was worth every penny, and then some! It felt so good to be back in my car, listening to my fave music, enjoying the super fresh clean feeling and pretty, glossy shine everywhere! This service was great! If you want the ability to work around your home or just chill out and relax then this is you answer!! The owner, Joseph, operates out of his vehicle but he had all the equipment he needed to make my car shine! He arrived at the time we decided and only needed the water from my spigot. I called about my Nissan Armada (big SUV), which was full of dog hair from my granddogs, and in a couple of hours my car looked brand new- inside and out! And all while I cleaned and straightened inside my home! I couldn't believe the difference between before and after. The wheels even sparkled and the floor mats looked totally restored- not a dog hair on them. And then, as an added bonus, he saved me $500 dollars by fixing my rear brakes and rotors! I know because Firestone had already given me their estimate. I highly recommend this service! And the price beat everything I've paid before. Now that I know it's for real, it will be my choice every time. I highly recommend Measner"s Detail and Auto Repair!

Took my 2025 Toyota Camry XSE (Ocean Gem) to Nate for a full ceramic coating on all painted surfaces and my rims. He took the time to explain his process, I never felt rushed to make a decision in the moment or over the 3 weeks that I spent doing other research. Nate is a true enthusiast and a consummate professional. There are a lot of other options where you could take your car for detailing or ceramic coating, but don't. Waited for months for the arrival of our new TRD PRO 4Runner and as quickly as possible delivered it to Poplin’s Planet Mars for window tint, front end paint protection, Slimline bumper, winch, light bar, etc. Rick, the owner, went straight to work customizing the truck to our request. Unbelievable work on my corporate car. Had spilled an en entire pan of meat sauce on my passenger seat. They took my car and had it cleaner than the day I got it (brand new) inside of 20 hrs.
