I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I’ve taken both our cars there to be detailed before and they’ve always been so nice and efficient. Recently, I was sitting at a red light in the rain when two cars t-boned and slid into the side of my car. This car is paid for and hardly has any miles on it, so I want to keep it for as long as possible. After the collision repair, I figured it was a good time to keep going and give the car a total fresh start with a paint correction and ceramic coating. That package comes with a full detail too, so when I picked it up, I felt like I was driving a brand new car off the lot. They gave me daily updates, pictures of the process, and their transparency allowed us to figure out the best routes to take with the tree sap on the hood. They care for your car the way you’d care for it, and it’s so appreciated!

I have had the BEST experience at LACE! I have gotten my windows tinted, my car ceramic coated and multiple details! The service is superior and their work is incredible! The before & afters of my car from the ceramic coating was amazing! It made my car look brand new! I love the shine it has to it 24/7! One of my favorite things about LACE is they will pick up your vehicle for you and then bring it back to your home or place of work - so convenient!! I’ve had my car detailed and taken care of by LACE twice now. They do a great job. A+ service and work. I had my 2020 Honda Civic ceramic coated and cleaned. It looked better than a brand new car and it kept looking like that the entire time of my ownership. Just recently I purchased a used Tesla Model 3 and it needed some cleaning and some touch ups. Needless to say they did an amazing job. I was very happy with the cleanliness and final results of my Tesla. The colors looked vibrant and the entire car looked spotless. Ceramic is definitely the way to go. When I get a new car I’ll definitely be headed back to protect my paint for years to come.

Wonderful! Priced well. Very good job. My husband's work truck was disgusting. It was full of dirt and mud and on top of that my kids spilt a milkshake all in the cloth seats. I dropped it off to be cleaned and when I picked it up it looked like a brand new truck! I will bring all my vehicles here from now on. I can't recommend them enough.

Darrell has now done 4 vehicles of mine and will continue to do more! The care put into these vehicles goes above and beyond, even as far as placing paper mats in the floor boards. This past week I took my wife"s Lexus to these folks for a detail. The price quoted was a bit high, but for good service I can pay. I could not believe what I witnessed when we got there to p/up. They had called and said it was about 30 min. from being done.So we arrived about 30 min. later, car setting in sun with wax still visible all down one side.We sat in my car watching about 30 min, the young lady working to remove wax.It was obvious this was a rush rush job at almost 5pm. We had taken at 8am that morning. Much to my disappointment all the wax left on the car and the very poor job were least of my worries. My wife open door to look inside and found on passenger seat in front and also in back seat, were to large spots.Apparently something like a cleaning fluid was spilled and has left two stains on the leather seats. As of today stains are still there. I have been advised seats will probably need repair to correct.In all fairness I called the owner and he was very nice and wanted me to bring it back. That being said me living about 30 miles away I really don"t want my car back with them. Think I deserve some money back. I talk to owner that day ,said he would reach out to me in couple days I have heard nothing.

I called to let them know that I don’t live around here and needed it done asap. they worked me in for 8am. I dropped my car off and talked with the owner. so friendly. I got my car back around 3:30 to it absolutely spotless. the majority (if not all) of my stains were completely removed. my car literally looked brand new inside and out. he informed me that some of the stains were very tough and may appear in time, but to just bring it back and he would work on them. for only being $207 (with discount), I was astonished. I will be recommending them to anyone I come across that needs a detail. thank you so much!! will be posting pics soon.

Do not recommend getting any kind of window tinting done at this place. I spent $450 to have my windows tinted here and all 4 windows have debris and air bubbles in them. Took it back to their shop to possible see if they’d correct it and they refused to do any kind of work to fix the issue. They said it’s because of the age of my vehicle. It’s a 2017. It’s not that old. Then asked about having the film completely removed and they wanted to charge me another $100 to remove something they messed up when installing. I’m not a picky person when it comes to these things but for all four of the windows to be full of debris is unacceptable on a $450 job. Again highly DONT recommend. Will Never use this company again. thanks for the crap tint job etc detailing. Company still continues to blame my car for their poor skills on installing the film. But I done some calling around at several other tinting businesses in the area and they all have said the same thing that The guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Very sorry excuse for a “buisness”. Guy was very argumentative from the beginning as well.

Had my car tinted in September and the second I drove away I noticed bubbles on every window. I blame myself for paying before inspecting it, however, I still can’t fathom why a business would take a customer’s payment knowing they’d done a poor job. So two months later I was able to get the car in to address the issues( bubbles throughout the back window, bubbles on the front driver and passenger side, and the windshield strip’s edges were not laying down). Here we are, it seems they never replaced the windshield strip as it still had edges that do not lay flush and there are more air bubbles on the driver-side front and passenger than before. The back window is worst thank before. I won’t go back— I’ll attempt to find another shop to repair my issues. I wouldn’t leave a review if it were not for the shop refusing to take responsibility for the poor work. Instead— I was asked if I’d ever done tint work. As if to suggest that I should accept the poor workmanship. It should have been a red flag to me that there was no real desire to take care of my issues. They also had the nerve to ask me why I missed my appointment (I had planned to have another car tinted) and suggested that I would be charged for the missed appointment. There is no way I’d let them touch another vehicle I own. It may be called picky or whatever-- the amount of air bubbles in my tint is unacceptable. This is my experience and may be different from others. I’d suggest anyone shop around. Maybe go to a bigger market where there is more competition.

Great service! The guys over at Dent Worx really helped me out. I came in for a quote for paint-less dent repair they made the process so easy, only took four days from when my vehicle was placed in their shop.  Scheduling the appointment was quick and walked me through the process of how to get the hail damage fixed and the best way to proceed was with an insurance claim. They went above and beyond making my truck look as good as it did when I bought it. I highly recommend.

Dent Worx was fantastic. I told them that I had a 1000$ deductible and did not want to report it to my insurance. I told them I wasn’t looking for perfection, and if they could just replace the windshield and make it so the hood would freely open and close. He said he understood and they replaced my windshield and straighten the hood/fender and painted the repair. And it’s great, can hardly see the issue. And for only a couple hundred more then my deductible. Absolutely great people. I hope I don’t need any more body work to be done, but if I do, it will go to Dent Worx Kingsport

Victor did an incredible job cleaning my dad’s car. The car is only 5 years old, but it looked like a pack of vagrants had been living in it for at least 7. I couldn’t believe how good it looked when he was finished it literally looked it did the day it drove away from the dealer. He worked diligently and charged a very fair price, especially for the amount of work he had to put into it. Very polite and respectful, kept me informed as he was working and even took the time to explain the style of carpet in the car and the unique method of cleaning it he’s developed through experience. The outside of the vehicle looks amazing but not the inside. This is not the first time either. I did not want to do this review but I think this is the only way to bring light to the quality of service. Even other people in the waiting room said that the last time they went they did not do a good job. I hope I can change my review the next time I give them a try.

Took my truck to get the exterior done and a hand dry. I was very quick and specific.....get the wheels clean and wiped off. Got done and left as I had to help my sister move. Apon further inspection they did not get hardly any of the soap off my wheels. They are now spotted up and I can not get them clean. These are $1500+ 22 inch wheels on this truck. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere to get your vehicle clean. I have tried numerous ways to get the wheels spot free to no avail and I honestly think the soap residue or whatever chemicals they use have started screwing the chrome finish up on my wheels.

Since seeing their work and their Professionalism and the Quality in every aspect. I hands down have had both vehicles Tinted and just picked up my 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition FULLY Ceramic COATED with the 9 year warranty and coverage. I am taking my son’s 2025 CR-V EX-L in December for his Christmas present and having his vehicle FULLY Ceramic Coat with the 9 year warranty as mine. Hands down folks this is laid down the the Top Level. The pictures don’t do their work justice. Good window tint is NOT Cheap, But CHEAP window tint is NOT GOOD. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. JC DTL is fantastic. We, Operation BBQ Relief, had an immediate need due to some food spillage in one of our vehicles as we were serving the area after Hurricane Helene's destructive path. Called Thursday evening and got an appointment the next day. The manager, Harry, is straight up about pricing and the product. He doesn't lead you on and try to make a sale. He didn't mind explaining everything to me. The job was done in less than 2hrs. It looks great and the lifetime warranty takes the worry out of bubbling and peeling. The guy working in the garage has 13yrs experience installing window tint. He did an excellent job. I couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend!

I've been a member here for over a year and use the wash probably 2 or 3 times a week. The wash does a good job on my lifted truck. But what brought me to write a review is how awesome the workers are. I witnessed an elderly couple probably in there 70s pull in with almost a flat tire the workers pointed it out to them and once the wash was done the car wash worker went over to the vacuum area and helped the couple change there flat tire. Now that's customer service at best.

Never again!!! Unless you want your car damaged. Loved the super high tech big screen they had pulling up so someone didn’t need to guide you onto the track and how clean my car came out mostly - however - my BMW now has chipped paint all over the front of my car. Totally unacceptable!!! I thought it was dirt specs and no I have actual damage to the front end of my car where the paint has been chipped off after going through this car wash. I informed the attendant and he said oh no our car wash wouldn’t do that and asked if I wanted to run it through again. I said umm no thank you considering it has damaged my car which clearly you can see. I’ve never ever had this experience before at any other car wash in my entire life with any car. I normally go to Take 5 Car Wash and never has this happened. Very upset and disappointed, how can this be ok?!

Do not buy the extra $10 ultimate wash if you're not planning on using it within 30 days it says nothing about it on the screen when you buy it in small print on the ticket just screwed me out of $10 or they think they did anyway screwed over by Constantine they knew the ticket had not been used, but that did not matter. Just took my money for nothing.

So the employees are decent enough but when you pay 25 bucks to run your car through a car wash and you still have bugs on the mirrors and on the front it's really a waste of money. Definitely won't be using them again

This car wash leaves your car covered in spots. The other Ultimate Shine location on West Stone Drive does not, but I live much closer to this location so it is inconvenient for me to drive to the other location. I have a membership and I’ve complained to the customer service but no changes have been made. My car leaves dirtier than before I went through the car wash. If you do not get out after the car wash and spray glass cleaner and basically clean your car by hand, the spots are so bad that it’s dangerous to drive at night.
