Do not recommend getting any kind of window tinting done at this place. I spent $450 to have my windows tinted here and all 4 windows have debris and air bubbles in them. Took it back to their shop to possible see if they’d correct it and they refused to do any kind of work to fix the issue. They said it’s because of the age of my vehicle. It’s a 2017. It’s not that old. Then asked about having the film completely removed and they wanted to charge me another $100 to remove something they messed up when installing. I’m not a picky person when it comes to these things but for all four of the windows to be full of debris is unacceptable on a $450 job. Again highly DONT recommend. Will Never use this company again. thanks for the crap tint job etc detailing. Company still continues to blame my car for their poor skills on installing the film. But I done some calling around at several other tinting businesses in the area and they all have said the same thing that The guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Very sorry excuse for a “buisness”. Guy was very argumentative from the beginning as well.

Had my car tinted in September and the second I drove away I noticed bubbles on every window. I blame myself for paying before inspecting it, however, I still can’t fathom why a business would take a customer’s payment knowing they’d done a poor job. So two months later I was able to get the car in to address the issues( bubbles throughout the back window, bubbles on the front driver and passenger side, and the windshield strip’s edges were not laying down). Here we are, it seems they never replaced the windshield strip as it still had edges that do not lay flush and there are more air bubbles on the driver-side front and passenger than before. The back window is worst thank before. I won’t go back— I’ll attempt to find another shop to repair my issues. I wouldn’t leave a review if it were not for the shop refusing to take responsibility for the poor work. Instead— I was asked if I’d ever done tint work. As if to suggest that I should accept the poor workmanship. It should have been a red flag to me that there was no real desire to take care of my issues. They also had the nerve to ask me why I missed my appointment (I had planned to have another car tinted) and suggested that I would be charged for the missed appointment. There is no way I’d let them touch another vehicle I own. It may be called picky or whatever-- the amount of air bubbles in my tint is unacceptable. This is my experience and may be different from others. I’d suggest anyone shop around. Maybe go to a bigger market where there is more competition.

I just move here to Johnson City, Tennessee about 4 months ago. Since then I have bought my son and I new 2025 Honda vehicles CR-V EX-L and Pilot Black Edition. I’ve looked on Facebook and found YOUR NEXT AUTO DETAILER 3314 W. Market St. Johnson City, Tn Mr. Domas Owner and Mr. Julian Manager. Since seeing their work and their Professionalism and the Quality in every aspect. I hands down have had both vehicles Tinted and just picked up my 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition FULLY Ceramic COATED with the 9 year warranty and coverage. I am taking my son’s 2025 CR-V EX-L in December for his Christmas present and having his vehicle FULLY Ceramic Coat with the 9 year warranty as mine. Hands down folks this is laid down the the Top Level. The pictures don’t do their work justice. Good window tint is NOT Cheap, But CHEAP window tint is NOT GOOD. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Before hiring them, my car was a mess: food everywhere, puddles of grease in cupholders (my sister isn't allowed to eat in my car now), animal hair, copious amounts of dirt and grime, etc. I couldn't get it clean at car washes and when I got pregnant I couldn't even attempt that. I wanted my car to be completely clean before my daughter is born so I decided to get my car detailed. After calling a few places I decided that this place was top of the list. My husband and I went by the shop and the man we spoke to was so nice and helpful, and very patient when answering questions. I was able to schedule a drop-off for the showroom Condition Package ($125, before tax), and they were professional. I honestly had a bit of doubt about it after seeing some of the reviews, but after picking up my car 6 hours after dropping it off, I was amazed! It looked like a brand new vehicle (interior and exterior) and didn't have any sort of chemical/cleaner smell. There was a speck of shampoo on the seat but I just wiped it off, no problem. I've recommended them to my mom and friends and if I ever needed to get my car detailed again I would go to Tri-city Auto Detailers first! I highly recommend them above all others in the area.

I waited too long to make this review and i wish i took pictures, DO NOT GO HERE. I should have looked at the job before paying for it if not ida asked for my money back. I could have done a better job drunk and high if i had the equipment. My truck didnt use to smell like wet dog, underneath of the center console there was 3/4 a gallon of mud water left absolutely disgusting. Mf left whatever shining agent dripping and pooled up everywhere and left at least 30% of the interior untouched. On top of that i only asked for a full interior detail. He even left someone elses ford fusion key faab in the bag that came with my seat cover. This is a disgrace to the car detailing industry and should be out of business as i have never seen such poor service quality.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was looking for someone near me during my short time in Johnson City doing my Orthopedics rotation and I couldn't find anyone that could help me at the hours I needed except for him. He came right when I got off work and did an amazing job. I needed detail urgently bc my dog threw up in my car and I cleaned up as much I could but Zachary came to the rescue. I decided to clean outside and do inside detailing bc the pricing was great. Everyone was impressed with the job he did, including my bf who knows more about car cleaning than I do haha. Had tinting and front end protective film done on 2025 CR-V Sport L Hybrid. Felix did an amazing job! Film goes right to the edges of the surfaces. He had a few extra pieces from the way the film was cut and added them to front areas as he could, to add protection and not waste materials. That's above and beyond! The tinting is the smoothest I've seen! Great job! Very professional. And, cost less than I would have guessed!

We had a special event to go to and really wanted our black range rover to look sharp. The car had interior dog hair and light scratches on the outside black paint. They were able to get to us on a relatively short notice and the car looked fabulous. The outside was back to the original luster and the interior was spotless. Victor did an incredible job cleaning my dad’s car. The car is only 5 years old, but it looked like a pack of vagrants had been living in it for at least 7. I couldn’t believe how good it looked when he was finished it literally looked it did the day it drove away from the dealer. He worked diligently and charged a very fair price, especially for the amount of work he had to put into it. Very polite and respectful, kept me informed as he was working and even took the time to explain the style of carpet in the car and the unique method of cleaning it he’s developed through experience. Every time we are in Johnson City, we make it a point to hit up the Take 5 car wash! It is absolutely second to none. Very unhappy with High Impact Detailing. Spoke with Philip Franklin on the phone to purchase a Platinum auto detailing inside and out for my son-in-law for a birthday gift. Paid thru PayPal the full amount. Took about 3 weeks to get an appointment and my son-in-law took off work to get it done. Philip showed up 3 hours late and didn't even clean the outside of the truck. He did call and say he was running a little late, but when you get that kind of a notification - you think maybe 15-20 minutes due to traffic. NOT 3 hours. When he was questioned about not cleaning the outside, he said, sorry - i didn't remember if I was supposed to do that. I'll have to come back. It's not that easy to just take off ANOTHER day of work especially around the holidays as they are approaching. While he did refund half the price paid - it's not what we were expecting! Even the inside detailing was not that great. Was terribly disappointed and would not recommend!

Darrell has now done 4 vehicles of mine and will continue to do more! The care put into these vehicles goes above and beyond, even as far as placing paper mats in the floor boards. Felt like I had just purchase the car all over again! Each car I have had paint correction and ceramic coating done on. Rain beads like no other and cleaning them back off is a breeze. Holly and David, at Night Shine, detailed a 2008 GMC 3500HD dually. They did an excellent job, actually it looked brand new when they finished. They also repaired and painted the side moldings on the doors and fixed a leak in the sunroof. David also made extra effort to spray the undercarriage and wheel welIs. I would recommend them for all your automotive detailing needs!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I’ve taken both our cars there to be detailed before and they’ve always been so nice and efficient. Recently, I was sitting at a red light in the rain when two cars t-boned and slid into the side of my car. This car is paid for and hardly has any miles on it, so I want to keep it for as long as possible. After the collision repair, I figured it was a good time to keep going and give the car a total fresh start with a paint correction and ceramic coating. That package comes with a full detail too, so when I picked it up, I felt like I was driving a brand new car off the lot. They gave me daily updates, pictures of the process, and their transparency allowed us to figure out the best routes to take with the tree sap on the hood. They care for your car the way you’d care for it, and it’s so appreciated!

I bought the most expensive wash and when completed, a number of places were not clean. When I went to vacuum my car the vacuum did not work; moreover, this is the only car where you have to pay additional fee to have rags to clean residual soap off the car left by their wash. This place must do better.

I been on there app for some time now not after tonight I canceled my account I pulled up like always yellow light green light go well I got yellow light, gate was still down I look over and one of the workers was having a laughing conversation with someone at window to pick what they want so I’m sitting there and I’m a patient person but dang I kept looking like is there something wrong, guy working window is just laughing away with people in truck so I back out and I’m done. I know company’s get so much business they stop caring but I promise people won’t buy app if no better service then I got. Guy called me said what do you want he said you can call my manager tomorrow Josh something he did not know his manager name come on.

Loved it! There were not very many cars there when I stopped in to clean mine. There were plenty of employees to handle all facets of the car wash and that was never made more apparent than when I tried to go through the automated kiosk where you decide what car wash you want and for how much. The kiosk was not functioning. There was somebody in the next lane over so I waved at him and he went and got an employee. (I'm disabled). She didn't know why it wasn't working but she said it wasn't a problem. She asked me what kind of wash I wanted said that she would ring me up inside and raise the arm, and that's exactly what she did. No fuss, no muss. I drove up to the entrance and got my baby clean. To me this was an excellent experience because there were enough employees to handle a situation when it arose and did it with an upbeat 'Yeah it's not a problem' type attitude which unfortunately is not found in a lot of places these days. I would most definitely recommend.

I want to start with I've been with ultimate shine a few years now spend a lot of time here if I bring you my dirty mats at least do your job every time I come here this employee acts like he don't want to be here always on his phone always... Well if you don't want to be here there are plenty other jobs out there. But I believe I'm a valued customer and I'm just asking for you to spray my Matt's off the correct way dude... I don't know his name I assume he light skinned with beard short stalky red jacket ughhhh he's horrible at his job..... Updating my review I always come here and have to play eeny meeny miny moe on which vacuum works while these people stand in their office and do nothing but on their cell phones are looking at you like you're crazy I should not have to drive my car around to vacuum the vacuum because five of them don't work

Came here on 12/11. Been coming to this car wash for a years. It’s gotten progressively worse on how clean your car gets, but I come here because they offer free vacuums and towels. I paid for my car wash, 12$, and then went to vacuum and wipe down my car. None of the towels were out; and the vacuums were off. The 1 person you had working said the vacuums can’t run because it’s snowing outside and it’s wet (which has never been a problem before.) If you have services not available, put a sign up. I would have saved 12$ and gone somewhere else or returned when the services were available. Will definitely be going to one of the newer car washes from this point forward.

WORST CAR WASH EVER! A while ago I got my car washed and the logos got scrubbed off! Luckily I got them back but still! Then I took my other car for a wash hoping to have a better outcome and the car wash brush took my trim off my roof! I told them and they made a report said they’d call to get a new one they never called! Been over a month!!!!!!!!! I went in multiple times trying to speak to someone they were rude and never helpful! I still have not got my trim piece payed for and fixed! Horrible employees horrible car wash. The employee who took my report didn’t even know how to spell half the words he wrote! Hiring kindergartners!

Automan is the best body shop around! Had my 25 year old Toyota Tacoma recently in for paintless dent repairs, as I was t-boned by a deer. Very pleased with the results and they kept me updated on the progress as well. Definitely recommend giving them a call if you need this type of service.

Not the greatest car wash around. They really need to do something about their little yellow concrete barriers. They are well below your field of vision. I was unable to get my card work in one machine and there was no assistance available so I began to back out cuz I saw there was at least a gap where I could pull through. What I did not see is the second set of barriers behind me that were there for no apparent reason. Anyways I got a mediocre car wash and some new paint and a dent. Never going here again.

Great customer service. Came to use vacuums since they’re free and it was awesome! It actually sucks up dirt unlike most vacuums at gas stations. The compressed air was helpful for those stubborn to vacuum spots. Loved that they had clean microfibers so you can tend to the windows/interior of car! Will for sure be coming back! They have $7 car wash too, did not use this service.

It would be nice when you purchase a membership and make a special trip to JC to wash your car, that they would be opened during their regular business hours as posted online, and reflected by the giant “OPEN” flags in the drive way. In the event they do close without explanation, it would also be nice that someone in the office would answer a phone call, or that customer service reps from the central office would have someone available. Overall the service is good when working, but if you don’t/live work right next to the place you can’t rely on them to be consistent. I’ll be cancelling as soon as I can communicate with someone from the company.

Signed up for monthly membership for my daughter. After recognizing that so much of equipment was non functioning, I immediately (within days) attempted to cancel membership. This was Jan 2024- Sept 2024 I’m still being charged. Will not answer phone calls, messages, or emails. Called headquarters and same thing - no answer, no response to messages. I don’t live there- otherwise, I’d go myself. Do NOT give them your credit card info. Check out the BBB complaints made against this place!!

I've been to so many car washes and Tidal Wave has really surprised me. My vehicle comes out better than I expected. Every part of my car, including the rims came out remarkably clean. I was so impressed that I bought the unlimited wash plan. I had to do very, very drying with their rags that they provide. My car comes out looking so clean, that it looks a lot newer than it is. I couldn't find anything negative about Tidal wave. Every time I leave Tidal wave , I am very impressed and very satisfied. And the employees have been so friendly and they go above and beyond with awesome customer service. I recommend every car owner to try Tidal Wave, you won't be disappointed and it's well worth the money for as many times you want to get your car washes. Thank you employees and Tidal wave.

This is my 1st time using a car wash in Tennessee. This Tidal Wave location had a friendly staff (not pushy at all if you don't want their plans); my car was really clean afterwards; I also used the free clean towels, free window cleaner and free vacuum. I will definitely return. Thank you!

I found Tri Cities Collision Center when getting quotes for a deep scratch on my car. First, their quote was less than a the other quotes, they were friendlier, and explained the process, and answered all my questions. The final result of the work was beyond beautiful.
