Great service and excellent customer service. They will pick your vehicle up and bring it back in a couple hours at most. For instance, if you are at work they will pick it up and bring it back in a reasonable amount of time, so it makes it highly convenient and doesn't take time away other things you need to do. Sonny is a super great guy, very trustworthy, and has always done what he said he was going to. He definitely has the experience and has been cleaning vehicles almost as long as I can remember and has been doing exceptional work since the first time I used him over 20 years ago. My mother would only use Sonny to get her vehicles cleaned and detailed as far back to when I was a teenager (I'm 42 now) and she is very picky and sometimes hard to please. I am somewhat OCD myself and somewhat critical similar to my mother, but with Sonny I know my vehicles are always in good hands. Pricing is very reasonable, fair, and affordable, and customer service is also highly impressive, and worth mentioning. I have used Sonny for years and will continue. Over the years, Ive tried a few other places for auto cleaning, including one or two mobile detail companies but they always just did a quick wash, vacuum and wipe down and vacuum of the inside (something I could do myself in 15-20min). I always highly recommend Sonny's Detailing to anyone who asks where we get our vehicles cleaned. If you call and don't get an answer, leave a message or send him a text, he will get back to you fairly quickly. I've never been disappointed with Sonny's and you won't either. No question, highly recommended!!

When I tell you about great service you can't beat the brothers of amigo. They did a thorough job on my wheelchair accessible van. Reasons why I am continuing to go back from here on out. 1. Very reasonable prices for interior and exterior 2. Great atmosphere. 3. Lively conversation on a multitude of topics. Forget the rest and head on down to Amigo's for Mr Miyagi Wash on / Wash off.

I'm impressed these guys worked fast and efficiently. Although I say fast it wasn't a rushed job.They paid attention to detail. All the knucks and crannies of my car. Middle of November 2022, we had Jerry put the silver Ceramic Pro coating package on our SUV. He did an extremely wonderful job and so glad we had him do it. My vehicle looks so pretty just as it looked when I picked it up. Haven’t washed it at all since and have driven it out of town twice (No bugs on the front, no dirt, etc.) We had the vehicle body, all windows, and tires done. The windows are so clear and tires are so shiny. So very very happy we did this. Jerry is a honest, trustworthy, great guy!

This is the worst place to go in Jackson if you are needing reliable service. The owners are hateful and do not care about you or the work that they perform. I was overcharged for the minuscule work that they failed to complete. Do not take your vehicle here if you value it at all. Do yourself a favor and get the same service from the next good rain. Do not support this business. They should not even be in business.

This place is trash paid $200 to get car detailed didn't make it look any different than it did when he started so took it back up there and now giving me a hard time about going back over it and getting a attitude with me... Shows what kinda character they have. And they definitely don't get the job done.

Best deal for your car washing needs! I go through the car wash almost every day and it cleans her just right! The other amenities such as vaccumes and cleaning supply is a real bonus too. I can take the time to really deep clean inside and out! Take 5 takes it all!

Very nice wash system. The have an area for vacuuming. They have the air nozzle to get dust out of those tough spots. They offer interior and glass spray with drying cloths as well. Everything seemed to work flawlessly. We were just in town for a visit but it seems as though their membership package is a good benefit. The only thing I didn't see (and they may have it and I just overlooked it) is an area to wash/clean your floor mats. If I lived in Jackson, this would be my car washing facility, for sure.

The extra detail with the air hose, rags and windex. One of a kind! However, may want to pre-wash your car/truck prior to running thru their carwash! Been thru here several times and never leave with a spotless truck. Went with the $25 wash this time around hoping there would be a different outcome but there wasn’t.

Don’t use them! They were great once but even after a makeover not worth the premium fee. However, I love keeping my business out South and I would have but they chose not to renew my plan over 2 pennies, yes cents not dollars because my card acted crazy and I didn’t even own anything about it. So it was new pricing or nothing after being a customer for years. 😳

Was motivated to get the car washed late on a pretty weekend wash. I couldn't believe how hard it was to find a self service that didn't have limited hours of operation. After trying three other locations on highland and checking out the spot on Park Stone i was about to give up until I noticed Big Willies's. By far the best self service wash that's been in Jackson. Vending machines that actually work, all equipment with card readers. Excellent pressure on all of the washing dispensers all at what seems to be the typical price point Couldn't recommend it more.

My experience was good. I signed up for the unlimited membership with the help of attendant, because it made no sense to get a single wash that would cost half the price of memberships deals offered. Being that I drive an SUV, the back of vehicle gets missed every time when I go through any car wash I’ve had. I think it may have something to do with the height and width of the scrubbers that the wash can’t reach back there. Other than that, in other areas, my vehicle came out spotless.

Still my favorite car wash in South Jackson. Suds are good, brushes aren't too rough and the lot stays pretty well maintained. Vacuums aren't the best around so I usually go elsewhere for that.

It's proven fact right across town with a car wash that's two quarters for three minutes. And stays completely busy and has many locals returning for quick spray offs .. There's a big difference in feeling robbed and something feeling of complete. Reasons your bays are never full with waiting lines ..damn min to dollars is damn outrageous.

Since the newer ownership this spot has highly improved. The manual washes are shut down but luckily I'm a member of the wash club. The touch less works better than a few of the other locations I've ran through and interior detail spot is well kept. Kind of wish the wheel shine lasted a little longer but the triple coat wash makes up for what the tires lack.

We stopped here after reading some reviews and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. No wash bay but they got our truck and trailer clean...and they were DIRTY!! They pay attention to detail!! Bad business 😡 After having our car all day and being told by the manager that it would be done in the afternoon, we went to pick it up just to be told that it was forgotten. According to their schedule, our car was the 3rd scheduled to be done but ours was the only one not done at all. 🤬 So as a business, it's only right to offer a discount when disappointing/inconvenientcing a customer, right? Well, the owner absolutely refused us a discount after wanting us to leave the car overnight (what the ****?!) so that they could do the job the next day. Then he became rudely offensive after seeing us upset (and rightfully so) as if we shouldn't have been, and had a huge problem with us asking for a discount (again rightfully so). Then he literally shooed us away as he walked off while we were talking -what the ****?! Look, if you are too old to remember a customer's appointment when YOU set it the previous day AND documented it yourself then you shouldn't be in business at all. And more importantly, if you are too immature to conduct business in an appropriate business manner then running a business is definitely not for you. And lastly, no matter how good the work is performed, if the business side does not match the quality of the labor then it is a business that is not worth a customer's time and money.

Micheal just completed a fabulous job on my dad’s truck. It had been in a wreck where the back glass had been knocked out. It sat with the glass out for an extended amount of time. Once the glass was fixed it still had mold and mildew build up all in it. The truck was never driven again due to dad’s illness. It had sat that way for over a year. I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing it looks. He pays attention to details. I am very pleased with everything about it. He will definitely be my call for auto detailing needs.
