The Good: They were able to remove some pretty bad stains on the headliner. The Bad: The front windshield looked like it hadn’t been touched (there were still marks where my phone mount and oil change sticker had been and had swirl marks all over.) Greasy film all over dashboard Lots of crevices and such that hadn’t been vacuumed Very strong and weird smell left in car. Had to get air fresheners to help. Perhaps I was the fluke in otherwise great service but I am disappointed and won’t go back.

In the past I always took pride in doing my own auto detailing but recently I'm finding that I just don't have the time. My 2020 Explorer was really dirty inside and out. I was embarrassed to let anyone see it. I took it to Hendersonville Pro Detail based on their google rating and decided to get the whole package.....complete interior detail along with the 7 year ceramic coating on the exterior. Let me tell you I was NOT disappointed. The car looks better than the day I bought it brand new. The car is a darker brown metallic and the color really pops now. My friend said it looks like blown glass. These people really take their time and go over every inch of the car. I was truly impressed and I'm pretty fussy about my cars. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products and application. I would definitely recommend and will continue to use their service in the future with my other cars.

Great wash, great price! I hurt my back recently and wasn’t able to wash it by hand like I normally would. Glad to know there is an alternative that is local with a method of wash that I prefer. I will return at some point and recommend to others! *Photo was taken after leaving the site of wash*

Hey - I've had some cars detailed in my 64 years on this planet but I have NEVER had a car turn out like our Lexus did with Johnny. I gave it to him with a heavily oxidized and scratched hood and it came out looking showroom. Inside and out, he really took the time to really buff that thing out. In my opinion there are people who excel at what they do and then there are true artists that go above even that - and that's how I view Johnny. Humble guy who truly embraces the artistry of what he does - and his pride shows through - the car feels new and I'm so glad we found him - my wife is thrilled and now my car is next! :)

Bought a 22 year old Corvette that had not been taken care of. Paint was hazy and swirled. I thought I was going to have to spend thousands on a new paint job to get it looking good. Johnny worked some serious magic on it! Swirl marks are gone and the gloss is amazing. It looks like a new paint job, except for some chips that were too deep. Will use this place regularly from here on. 100% recommend them!

Reshine Detailing isn’t the first mobile detailer I’ve used in Nashville, but I can promise they’ll be the ONLY detail shop I use from here on out. David and Philip did a fantastic job! Taking all three cars to get cleaned is a pain in the butt, so having someone come to me is a huge time saver. I had them do their Showroom Full Detail on my daily driver Nissan Altima, my Roush F-150, and my E46 BMW M3. Their setup was extremely professional, with the huge pop-up tent and their van stocked with a huge water tank and all the gear they could ever need. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you to David and Philip for today, and sorry I hovered so much for the photos.

I was looking to get the paint restored on my 2010 Infiniti. It was in such rough shape but after some TLC at The Detailed Experience it’s so beautiful I swear it’s prettier than when it was new. Had a great experience working with this company, over the phone to get things going they were great. Had 2 appointments for my RAM TRX. First was for full tint, it was great as they had a office I could work from and I worked from there all morning, they even had cold beers in the fridge if I was so inclined :-) Then I had a second appt. for ceramic treatment, I was heading out of town for over a week so it was great to be able to drop it off and keep it there while I was travelling. Great job and the staff were spot on.. Also didn't expect it but they did an amazing detail of the interior. They also took pics and staged it when it was done and offered to send those over to me. Highly recommend them

I give them a zero I took my 2005 corvette in for detail cleaning when I got it back there were 3 codes going off in my car they never opened the gas cap the windows were filthy and the holes where the lugs hold the wheel were filthy the sun visors were never let down to clean and asked the man to make it as new as possible didn't care what the cost. 300.00 later here we are. Would have gave more just to have it been done correctly. Now I will take it somewhere to fix there screw up. After this review the owner let me know he was voiding the check.

Riley and the new site manager of this location are amazing! They both helped me so much! They washed my mats for me and offer hanging car refreshers. I took my car in today to get it detailed. I’ve had this car since 2010, and while I’ve absolutely cleaned and vacuumed it before, the stains and general wear and tear had built up. Emilio was my detailing technician. He did an absolutely AMAZING JOB! It took a little longer to get done than the initially quoted time, but I’m ABSOLUTELY okay with it. Why? Because the attention to detail was obvious. He found and cleaned every single nook and cranny that was in my car, including all of the ones I somehow hadn’t seen in 10 years of use. Another technician, Hayden, also helped out. It’s very apparent that both of these fine gentlemen care about each and every vehicle they detail. I will be recommending Halo to every person I know or meet that needs a detail. We’re even bringing in my girlfriends car within the next 2 weeks! 12/10 - will be a returning customer.

I wish I could give them 5 stars because the customer service and facilities were wonderful. The man who greeted me was extremely friendly and kind and the inside is very clean and even has toys for the kiddos! But unfortunately when it came to my actual interior cleaning I was a bit disappointed. The inside of my car certainly looked better than when I brought it in but they seemed to miss some pretty obvious areas. I guess for a basic interior clean with a coupon you get what you get but I wasn’t impressed.

First off, I would like to state that the customer service at Prime Car Wash was great. Everyone was friendly when I walked in and assisted with my questions. However, the services I paid for were not as expected. I had high hopes for this place as the car wash I purchased was the Elite Wash with the additional ceramic coating. Well as you can see from the pictures below the car wash was no better than a $12 car wash from wash and roll. The interior which was a $25 up charge was not impressive to say the least. The door jams were not wiped (especially in the hatchback) which is one of their check-offs. You could tell they wiped the dash but missed spots throughout. Overall, I do not recommend and unfortunately will not be returning as I was hoping I would. Disappointed is how I left feeling..

The front of my truck was still full of dead bugs. With any wash, but especially the most expensive, I feel like the vehicle should be clean when it comes out. The vacuums were good. Reading past reviews, sounds like I’m not the only one with this opinion. If I go back, I wouldn’t get more than the most basic wash.

Terrible!!! Ripped the middle tail light right off. I was told since my car was older than 5 years ( it's a 2018 ) that they will not fix it. Even though in the email they wrote me stated that " the scrubbers didn't break it , but the blower at the end appears to blow it out" Sounds to me admission of fault They now won't return calls or emails. Also they didn't even offer to reimburse the $ 34 wash Trash service for supposedly being locally owned!!
