However, Southern Shine was able to take care of it and completely remove the spots, leaving the car like new. I took my car in today to get it detailed. I’ve had this car since 2010, and while I’ve absolutely cleaned and vacuumed it before, the stains and general wear and tear had built up. Emilio was my detailing technician. He did an absolutely AMAZING JOB! It took a little longer to get done than the initially quoted time, but I’m ABSOLUTELY okay with it. Why? Because the attention to detail was obvious. He found and cleaned every single nook and cranny that was in my car, including all of the ones I somehow hadn’t seen in 10 years of use. Another technician, Hayden, also helped out. It’s very apparent that both of these fine gentlemen care about each and every vehicle they detail. I will be recommending Halo to every person I know or meet that needs a detail. We’re even bringing in my girlfriends car within the next 2 weeks! 12/10 - will be a returning customer.

Today I am canceling my membership, simply because the quality of the car wash has declined & this facility no longer offers hand dry and tires & wheels option. I actually enjoyed tipping the employees for doing my wheels and tires along with drying. I miss these very nice smiles on a weekly basis. I am pretty sure I speak for most of Franklin. I will return if you allow the employees to do tires and wheels and dry and receive tips. The car wash does not dry as good as the employees did nor does it do the tires as good as it did. Love new wash equipment, much better wash and car really shines, any dirt doesn’t stick, just slides right off. And going through the wash is just fun. I really miss you drying my car, I stay away on cold or windy days. I also have to shine my own tires when I get home. It used to be so easy with Carlos, he was so efficient and made it so easy. But like all businesses, the trend is to make the customer do as much work as possible. Great wash but not such a good process.

These guys are amazing, I did the full ceramic three-year coat + paint Color balancing + Front and rear light restore. The car had all kinds of problems after being sitting outside in the desert being sandblasted. They were able to recover most of it as well as going out of your way fixing the scratches and spending hours going over the same spot until it’s perfect. They also went as far as restoring the windshield that was already sparkled with scratches to a point I was thinking about replacing the whole windshield but they made it like new.

I have been using Brentwood auto wash for years now and I’ve always had a great experience with the product and the employees, especially Joseph. He’s more like the homie I can talk to about cars and stuff when I visit always making sure to help out whether it’s finding tape to cover a cracked tail light or with the monthly plans I am signed up for. I would highly recommend coming here as it’s personally the only wash I’d take my cars to in the area. The ceramic wash is what I usually get but the hand wash was also very nice and I truly felt like they cared about my car as much as I did afterwards.

Unprofessional. Not a business that earns its clients. Has no interest in what his clients have scheduled with him. I would never use him or his company again. We scheduled an appointment for a specific time, and when it came down to it bullied me into making me think that I was in the wrong saying that I was going to be home from 12-8 so why couldn’t he just come later. I had ORIGINALLY told him I would be available from 12-8 on Tuesday. Then we made a scheduled appointment for 12pm on Tuesday. His policy never came with a disclaimer that “the schedule can change an hour before your service”. How dare you expect and assume me to keep my entire day open just so you can adjust your schedule to your own liking and not keep to a scheduled appointment. I have a confirmed text message from Christoff saying he would be at the residence at 12pm. Then he proceeds to call me unprofessional because last week I changed my number of cars from 3 to 1. I didn’t change the number of vehicles a day before or an hour before, I gave him plenty of notice and told him that we would be happy to schedule the other cars in the near future. No establishment holds you at fault for having to change your appointment with DAYS notice. They say thank you so much for letting us know, I hope you return to us/ I hope you have a great day/ how can I help in the future? That is how you EARN a client. How can you even keep in business with bullying your clients? Won’t be for long. Update to his response- I didn’t say you could come at your own leisure anytime that day. I originally told you I was available that day from that time. We made a scheduled appointment at 12pm. Which means that people schedule other things during there day. Once I told you you couldn’t come later you completely bullied me and raised YOUR voice at me on the phone. I never once cursed or threatened your business once. You are a liar and I will continue to spread the word about your pathetic treatment of clients.

I have never been to this exact location but they used to have one in Hendersonville until for some odd reason it got shut down but jax wax is a fantastic place to go for chemicals towels phone cannons wheel cleaning brushes drying towels and etcetera now their prices they're actually pretty fair more than you think then most detail shops but I would definitely go to these locations if you need anything personally for your vehicle or even if you have your own business just contract them or something and then eventually they'll give you discounts because you're buying so much and you're giving them money while you're spending so you can have good products for your customers cars or anything and you'll get more business because of having something this high-quality

I was so excited about getting my car detailed with them because of their reviews but worst experience ever. I had scheduled my appointment at 7am because I had a few errands to run in the afternoon the guy showed up 40 min late. Not only did he arrive late but it was horribly done. Not worth $380 +, I was going out of town the next day so we couldn’t schedule another appointment. I told them the day I’d be back so we can work something out and I haven’t received any phone call from them trying to make it right. Lack of communication & unprofessional. Don’t waste your money with them

Some people are ridiculous with their reviews. This is a business. It has expenses, if you don't want to pay, wash it at home. I came to hand-wash my car because water gets in my engine and those touchless, I don't think do the job and for $6 (4 to wash and 2 to vacuum) ⁰bucks cash I was done because reading the signs told me credit card min is $5. The place is busy and clean. Well maintained. My vacuum worked great. Try getting your cash anywhere else for $6 bucks!

Horrible Car Wash! Total RIP OFF! I've come here many times and watched this place deteriorate in Customer Service in the last few years. Came just recently and used the self serve wash, putting cash into the machine. The pressure wash set to "Foam/Wash" produced NO SOAP at all. I had to just wash my vehicle with Rinse water. The Foam Brush took 30 seconds to even begin slooowly dispensing minimal Soap/Foam to brush wheels. In the end, I had to clean the wheels myself with a towel because pressure wash contained NO Soap at all and Foam Brush was useless. You know it's a bad car wash when your drying towels quickly become filthy. The car wash never got my vehicle clean so the towels removed the dirt along with the water. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to clean your vehicle. This place is a total Rip Off!

I really wish I had taken some before and after photos! My Jeep was absolutely covered in white dog hair, and despite my best efforts to clean it, I couldn’t even manage to lift the first layer. But Anthony is a total rockstar! He went above and beyond, and I can’t praise him enough – the pictures will have to do the talking!

Pro Detail Moble-Anthony was great! I had latex house paint overspray on my car. He assessed what was needed and let me know what he was going to do. The process took just about two hours, and I am very pleased with his work no more paint! And my finish looks great.

I came here because my car had been broken into. The window got broken so it got really wet inside and stunk really bad on top of everything else they did to my car while they had it. These AMAZING gentlemen did an amazing job and more. When I got my car back from them I was one late due to traffic and they waited for me. Two they left my car looking and smelling brand new even better then when I originally bought by my car. They even cleaned the outside of my car where the tape was to cover my windows and didn’t charge me for it. they also gave me a discount because they said “you didn’t ask for you car to get stolen”. They were so kind and amazing and i appreciated their services more than they imagine. I am late with my review but they deserve a shout out for the beautiful and phenomenal work they did and for their amazing costumer service. I 100% recommend using them to get your car cleaned too I do believe you will not regret it! Great price as well!

I reallllly really like the proximity of location from my house. The space was comfortable, and they did what they said they were going to do. From how dirty my investment was to the pics that you see, trust me when I say they did a really good job.
